Our wedding really was the best day of our lives and everything was perfect. Most of the credit for this goes to the staff at Swiss Park. We were extremely happy with all their hard work. They are one of the few places left who really know what customer service means. We like that they took care of the "big Stuff" like: cake, linens, chair covers and bows, food, bar, ceremony music, and ceremony set up: aisle runners, and chairs, bridal suite(if you would like to get ready there). So we would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially if you don't want to deal with so many vendors. All we had to worry about was the florist, minister,photographer, and dj. Our guests can't stop talking about how much fun they had and how they loved the food and cake. I suggest the buffet, it gives a variety of choices to all your guests and they can go back for seconds as well. They also provide a coordinator to over see your itinerary the day of... and believe us, everything went according to schedule. Maxine, is the lady who helped us through all the planning of the menu, linens, and to decide what package was best for our budget. She even saved us money instead of talking us into spending more. All the staff is so nice and they really make you feel like you are their only customer.

Let me just say that I was very happy with my dress and the cost. But their customer service is crappy. None of the girls there have a clue as to what is going on. When I first bought the dress, I was lead to believe that they store the dress for free. (I bought the dress in December and my wedding was in October) So anyway the dress was ready the end of Jan, and they shipped it to my house!
SO I had my dress for so many months and when I asked them about them supposedly storing it for me, they said they only do it if I get alterations done with them. Every single time I called the store no one knew what was going on. I had to make a complaint with the corporate office. and they applied a $100 credit to my balance which made me feel a little better but I was still upset about storing the dress my self. I would not recommend them to anyone

We only had our ceremony taped and it was so beautiful. The audio was great... and we could hear every word. We were very happy with their customer service as well. We booked them at the last minute...but they were flexible and happy to provide their services.They also respond to your phone calls or emails very promptly. We would gladly recommend them to anyone with any budget. They have very affordable packages

We got our favors here. They are very affordable and simple but elegant. We chose these cute glass coaster that you can insert a picture in. Our guest loved them.

I bought my veil and jewelry there. They are always having promotions going on so you just have to call and check. I went on a Saturday and they had everything on sale for %50 off. And my accessories were all Bel Aire Bridal...which their stuff is so elegant and classy. But this place really does have everything you need except the dress. I was very happy with there customer service as well.
