Shelia took over a year to get my wedding album to me. She kept coming up with new excuses. I don't think I ever would have recieved it if didn't threaten a lawsuit. It was more stress than it was worth. She wouldn't answer or return my calls or emails for months. She may make a nice product, but there are other people in the Houston area who make albums that are just as nice, and I bet they can return a call.

Peter conceptualized exactly what I wanted. I said "simple but elegant" and he drew out a design that I'd been picturing for weeks. He was very responsive to what I wanted. In addition, his prices were unbelievably good. His prices are wholesale. He quoted and charged $400 less than The Cake Lady in Friendswood for the same quality cake. It was beautiful and delicious. Oh, and he delivered all the way to Galveston for free. If you haven't heard of him, this is why: he makes such a quality product that he puts no money into advertising - its all word of mouth. And word of mouth keeps him very busy.

I wish I could give them 10 stars for responsiveness. They did something little for us, but it meant a lot. When I first met them I mentioned that I would like them to play our song, but its a little obscure and they hadn't heard of it. They said that all songs that we requested special must be submitted on disk. It was our intention to do that, but in the rush of impending wedding, we never got around to it. To our surprise, they still played it for us at our wedding. they had found it for us. It was a little thing, but it meant a lot. They really went out of their way to take good care of us.

Thanks for your review! Just to clarify, we don't ask that all requested music be provided on CD. We only ask for it if the song isn't in our extensive music data base and we're having difficulty locating it (although that rarely happens). We always do our best to make your day a great one!
