Lisa was an absolute star to work with. She was very responsive and very detail oriented. Her design was perfect for my fall wedding and my guests raved about how nice the invitations were. I initially looked at Kate's Paperie and balked at the pricing. Lisa's work was on par, if not better, and my ability to deal with her directly alleviated any anxiety I had as a nervous bride. We live in the same city and she hand delivered my invitations once they were complete, and made a separate, earlier delivery of just the envelopes so I could get them to the calligrapher with enough preparation time prior to sending to my guests. I have recommended her to other friends and all had a similar experience. She was a joy to work with.....in fact, I just used her for another friend's baby shower a couple of months ago!
