Monica was our coordinator and SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She made everything and more happen. I have no idea how she did it all and stayed so clam and sane, not to mention she kept everyone else on track and going where they needed to be. From making the hospitality room a huge success to creating a dream like wedding, she did it all. After having our wedding there I know why they are ranked #1 in the area! They know how to do it and how to do it right. All our guests are still talking about it, the food (OUTSTANDING), the location, to the bar and bartenders. Everyone at The Bertram is amazingly accommodating and has the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. They made it go so smooth and all while in such a unique location. The whole hotel is built in a way that makes weddings fun for the whole weekend for the guests. All the guests loved the hotel and some have plans to go back for lunch/dinner in their great restaurants and for overnight stays. The guests never even need to leave the hotel. We stayed in the Honeymoon cottage that night too and it was the perfect ending to a great day!! If you are looking for a reception site book The Bertram and ask for Monica!!! :)

They were great!! We had them booked for the rehearsal dinner too and they were great to work with there as well. Our wedding photographer had a great eye for spotting the most picturesque spots. They are easy to work with, not at all intrusive on the big day. Our photographer even walked us through what to do for the cake cutting and was a pro at fixing my train and veil. She was super helpful throughout the day and we were much appreciative for her advice and for the great photos!!

Adam was our DJ (you get two, but Adam was our head DJ) and he is now going to be doing my sister's wedding and any other family/company event that needs a DJ. EVERYONE LOVED HIM!!!!!! His intros set the mood for the wedding, he thinks on his feet to make everything run perfectly smooth, once the dance floor opened no one was sitting down. With his charisma the party would have gone well past midnight if we had been able to stay in the room. I loved how you get two DJ's. Adam would be getting us in line or set up for the garter or bouquet toss and the other DJ was working the music. There wasn't a break in the music or action all night. They are fantastic, true professionals and they get the guests involved! Thanks for a great night and lifetime of memories!!!

AWESOME in alllll respects!!!!! My sister has already booked him for her wedding, and the whole family is trying to find other events to have him record. He captured every aspect, all the emotion and all while being totally stealth. I got to see parts of my wedding that I had missed the day of thanks to him!! Of all the places we looked (and we reviewed a lot) his sample video was by far the most impressive and he was somehow the least expensive. His services are worth much more than he charges!!!! The bridal party interviews are priceless as is the video editing and the layout from the starting menu to the final credits. To top it off, we had the video waiting in our mailbox when we got back from our honeymoon! I really can't say enough good things about him!! I wouldn't look anywhere else for a videographer!!!

Jennifer made it happen no matter what it was!!!! She was a dream to work with, and explained everything about the diamond/ring buying process. She went well above and beyond anything that I would have ever expected from a Jewelry store manager. We were planning from out of state too, which made sizing etc. tricky, but she worked with us and we could not be happier with our rings!! I will be back there for any jewelry purchases! Thanks Jennifer!!!
