Melissa Safir 		Hi WB Bride, I have a wedding with the Premiere Design Group for next year my sample florals have been great and all the staff have been nothing but polite but the transition of ownership concerns me. Am I just being a worried bride?

We worked exclusively with Kathy and had a fantastic experience. I cannot imagine having anyone else photograph my wedding day!

Heidi was great to work with. She is an amazing artist and baker! She adapted our wedding invitation design into a beautiful cake design exactly as we explained to her. The only problem was that the cake was still being set up as guests came into the hall and that the decorative metal cake stand rental we discussed had not been used. I was delighted with the cake design overall and the amount of cake was very generous.

Lakes Cakes responded with the the following comments:
This wedding cake was delivered within the agreed upon time frame. We had NO contractual cake stand rental commitment (or required refundable deposit) to this client and are perplexed as to why the couple was expecting a cake stand.

Dan was great! He was enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing...everything you could want in a wedding DJ. He even greeted us outside and explained how he was going to introduce everyone. He was incredibly helpful and played all the music we made special requests for. He used his experience in judging crowds and made adjustments after asking us. I would recommend him to any bride in the area!

I loved the invitations and save-the-date cards that I ordered from Papeterie. The people I worked with responded quickly to emails and worked quickly to review and correct anything I mentioned. Plan for a few weeks of production and shipping, but they are great!

I received a promotional email from Premiere Design Group for a discount on chair rentals while I was planning and called to find out more. I left a message and was contacted promptly. My mother went in to look at linens while I was out of town and paid Sheree for 200 chair covers in white with sashes ready to be picked up the day before my wedding. When my mother went to pick them up, nobody was available to give them to her. My mother had two out-of-town guests in the car with her and was embarrassed.

Eventually, after waiting in Ferndale for over two hours, we received word that Sheree had double-booked my wedding date and was busy with a larger event. There was no apology. When we asked to be refunded, those at Premiere Design stopped answering calls. The refund is now being handled by the credit card company.

I would not recommend this unprofessional and disrespectful company to anyone.
