We chose Christin for her pictures, price, and personality. We liked her photojournalistic approach from her previous work on her website. She had the best price amongst the competitors for the amount of time we needed her on our wedding day. She had a very calm yet driven personality that won us over.

After filling out her detailed forms, and meeting with her before the wedding, we felt confident we chose the right photographer. Wedding day came and Christin and her assistant, David, arrived on time. They were non-intrusive and captured every important moment that we had hoped for throughout the day.

Christin has a great eye for beautiful scenery to place as a backdrop for memorable pictures. She took photos of details that were important to us that others may have only glanced over (i.e. wedding program, guest book, ice sculpture).

We received our pictures on a DVD. They were organized by different scenes throughout the day. The photos were phenomenal! Christin and her assistant captured the true essence of our wedding day.

Annette's floral arrangements for our wedding were beautiful. The flowers were fresh and bountiful. She took our ideas of color and flowers and created something beyond what was expected. The cost was slightly higher than the other venders we interviewed, but the outcome was worth it. We received so many compliments on the bridal party bouquets, centerpieces, and the two huge church bouquets.

The night before the wedding day, we called Annette and asked for a last minute request to add on a toss bouquet and a corsage; without hesitation she complied. On the wedding day everything was delivered on time and to the correct locations.

Our cake was included in the cost of our banquet vender. We had three places to choose from and interviewed/tasted all of them. We liked this place the best for the taste. We chose the layout of the cake from a picture they had in their portfolio, which they said fit the means of our contract. The frosting was thick and sugary and the chocolate cake was moist. Also, they allowed our florist to place fresh flowers on top.

On a side note, this is what happened behind the scenes. I called about two weeks before the wedding to finalize the layout of the cake. The one person told me that I needed to send them the red ribbon to place around the middle of each layer. They failed to mention that they did not provide the ribbon. Therefore, I went on a frantic search for the special type of ribbon and mail it to them. I wish they had communicated this to me 9 months prior during our initial interview. Otherwise, we would have picked up the ribbon while we were in the state, or just picked another design.
