The flower were absolutely beautiful. Bishop's truly created what I envisioned in my floral decor.

The cake was beautiful and delicious, he delivered it in a timely manner. However, I believe the cost was a little expensive for the wedding cake.

Belle Fleur responded with the the following comments:
The cost of the cake was established in the initial meeting with the bride and her planner, prior to any deposit or payment with the option to do something else. It was the choice and price they selected in advance. I do regret that the price has been an issue following the event.

As to responsiveness and flexibility I do not now how I could have been more accommodating.

Since I am a full service caterer I always charge more for ONLY wedding cake delivered, but the price was known to the bride and her planner prior to commitment to order the cake and there were no additional charges added to the order following the intial quote.

Pat, the owner and Shelby were very helpful, friendly and courteous. They were very reponsive to my needs. Shelby went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied and that my Bridal gown, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses were ready. I was truly impressed by their speed of service.

Steve was a professional. My husband and I absolutely loved working with him and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a DJ at their wedding. Not only was he a DJ, but he was a perfect Master of Ceremonies at the reception he selected the right music at ensure that my guest enjoyed themselves. Diann was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and professional, she gave me pre-wedding makeup consultation so I had an idea of what my makeup would look like before the wedding event. She was knowledgable about makeup and skin care. She knew exactly the type of makeup that would suit my skin tone. She was on time for my sister, mother's and my appointment. I received numerous compliments on my makeup throughout the evening. She truly enhanced the look of my photos. I would highly recommend her services.
