We cannot give high enough marks to Commonwealth Caterers, who own Spring Garden Conference Center. My first encounter with the owner was enough to convince me that they are exactly the quality caterer we were wanting. They were very attentive to all our desires and followed through with every detail, and beyond. Our guests commented on the fact that it was the very best wedding fare they have ever had. We could not have booked anyone better to prepare our dinners fresh on-site for our outdoor reception with 250 guests; including a wonderful children's menu. The Filet Mignon and Salmon entrees were prepared to perfection and served hot and quickly; and the presentation was 'first-class'. The kind and professional staff served us all very well, and seemed to really take pride in their work. If only the very best wedding fare is a priority to you, then these great people at Commonwealth Cateres and Spring Garden Conference and Reception Center can certainly deliver. Real Score: all 10's!
Sadly, Kris was booked on our wedding date, however she was our Engagement and my Pre-bridal Photographer. Both sessions were so much fun. What an amazingly creative, extraordinary photographer! She made it so easy for my fiance to relax and enjoy the engagement session. Even though it was in the winter, every single image was a keeper. She even made us a beautiful guest book from those images. She also did a very nice Boudoir session. Kris doesn't compromise on her high standards of tastefully -done, clean photography. Her work has been published in several major wedding magazines. Anyone who is fortunate enough to be able to book KMPhotography for their wedding will have hired one of PA's very best of the best!
Matthew Tennison Photography came highly recommended to us by Kris of KMphotography, since she was already booked on our wedding date. We are so grateful to her for this because Matthew's work was far beyond all of our expectations. He has such a calm, unobtrusive personality, and a unique ability to capture on camera emotions of love and joy that can bring tears. Within 3 days of our wedding he had posted 15 of our images on his blog that told our wedding day story beginning to end. That was so awesome to see them while we were on our honeymoon. A couple days later he added more pictures with beautiful background music to create an online slideshow. That was a bonus that he didn't even mention in his contract! He also produced with our videographer, Lavon Films- our 'Engagement Story' which was shown at our reception. It was done with so much class that it seemed like it was produced for television. Our proof book arrived in less than 4 wks. of our wedding date, and is a beautiful hard-bound keepsake book. Every single one of the 777 images tell a story. There is no rating high enough to give Matthew Tennison's magazine quality work.
Derek is a great videographer! He and our wedding photographer worked together on an Engagement Story that was shown during our reception. It was done so professionally by he and Matthew Tennison that it turned out like a TV production. The whole experience was great. He also filmed our wedding and reception, and within a few days he posted a 30-second Trailer of our day and the Engagement Story on his website that we could watch while we were on our honeymoon! Plus I also need to mention that he is one of the nicest, unobtrusive guys you could ever have with a camera on you every minute of your wedding day! Lavon Films offers first-class videography service.
Jonnaysa has been so wonderful through the whole process of planning our wedding. She helped with our surprise Engagement party, my Bridal Showers, planning, rehearsing, and getting through wedding day challenges- always with a positive, encouraging attitude. Her assistance made it a very enjoyable, stress-free experience for both of our families. We couldn't have had such a wonderful wedding day without her endless patience, energy, and micro-organized services. She loves what she does and her assistants are as professional, kind and fun as she is. Having Jonnaysa of Planned Perfection assist with the details of our wedding was invaluable!
