Where at in Dallas do you live? I would say any Hotel Meeting room would do.. NEYO in Plano is an amazing place and a beautiful hotel. Taste of Italy in Garland has a back room that you can rent and they serve amazing food... I guess it depends on what kind of theme you are going for.
