Alternate song for bride coming down aisle...

I love the traditional song for the entrance of the bride but I'm looking for something a little more different...did anyone play another song for their entrance or have any ideas? Thanks!

I'm using an instrumental version of Still by Hillsong. I never heard of them before but came across it on youtube and thought it was really pretty. It's also adding a little religion into our ceremony that's being done by a JP.

Im actually on the fence over two (I USED to have my decision about it but ya know) it will either be "And I Love her"-The Beatles or "One Love"- Bob Marley and it will be played by my brother on his guitar. You can pretty much use any song you want!!

I know you may have found something by nnow, but from the first time I heard Made to Love You by Gerald levert.. I knew that would be it... I checked the list on here thinking maybe I would find something new or better, but nothing has changed my mind... So my cousin will sing that as I come down the aisle!!!!!

I consider Knocks me off my feet. The Donell Jones Version Steveie is cool I just like Donell Jones better.. or even Promise by Jagged Edge.. Jaheim is a good choice as well...

    Congrats!!! and Good Luck!!!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow...if you like a more island vibe try the version by Israel Kama...sorry, can't remember the rest of his name but it's Hawaiian, so easily recognizable if you type it into itunes. Or the version by Jason Castro has a similar feel. It really depends on what kind of music you like. Try listening to "Last Date" by Floyd Cramer. It's an instrumental but very different, sort of a bluesy or jazzy tone. Or "Maria Elena" by Los Trabajar something (sorry, can't remember the rest of their name either!) It's also instrumental and very different. Good luck!!!!!

I'm using the second movement of Mozart's oboe concerto. I'm in love with Mozart and it's perfect... and different. If you like classical music, research your favorite composers... there is so much good music out there. Smiley smile Good luck and congrats!!

My beautiful bride is going to walk to a snippet from "Steady As We Go" by Dave Matthews. It's a nice, sweet, slow song with a lot of emotion.

Here are the lines she's walking to:

I walk half way around the world,

Just to sit down by your side.

And I would do most anything girl,

To be the apple of your eye.

Troubles they may come and go,

But good times they are the gold.

And if this road gets rocky girl,

    Just steady as we go.

    Any place you wanna go,

Know I'll be next to you.

If it's treasure baby you're looking for,

I'll search the whole world through.

Know troubles they may come and go,

But good times they're the gold.

So if the road gets rocky girl,

    Just steady as we go.

I'm walking to A Whole New World by Regina Belle and Peabo Bryson. That song just speaks to me. Another song I like is Giving Myself by Jennifer Hudson. I'm using that one for the sand ceremony. One of my stepmom's friends sang I Believe in You and Me by miss Whitney to her husband walking down the aisle. Another friend sang You by Jesse Powell to his bride while she walked to him.

I'm thinking about using "So In Love" by All-4-One. It has a perfect beat for walking down the aisle and it is completely on point for making an entrance as a bride-to-be.

As someone has stated before; you've chosen a song by now-I'm sure, but I like Oldies myself. Look at songs like In You-Glenn Jones and One In a Million You-James Ingram (I believe)
