Helpful staff and beautiful flowers!

My flowers were so beautiful and perfect. Very professional and creative florist. I got all the flowers I wanted and everyone looked great.

Couldn't have been better. Was everything I had dreamed of and more. Loved Loved Loved it all. I was more than happy with the selection and they matched my colors and inspiration photos perfectly. Wonderful to work with and made the pictures look even more beautiful!

I had a unique situation with Lake Mary Florist. I provided my own orchids and they were very willing to work with me, charging me for each hour of labor. Laura and her team did my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets and all the corsages and boutonnieres. I could not be happier with the quality of the product we ended up with. I brought in some photos of what I was looking for and Laura took the design to another level.

When our wedding day arrived, I was pleased with the arrangements and I was beyond thrilled with my bridal bouquet.
Communication was a challenge. It stressed me out a little bit to watch her take notes. I actually rewrote them for her and gave her a copy because I was so nervous. She doesn't seem to be the most organized. During you're consultation, she'll let you sort through all the flowers she has available to her and will have you list of the ones that you think are pretty. Know ahead of time what you want in it and be very specific. She is very literal and will give you EXACTLY what you want, but that can be a challenge for a bride who's not sure what she wants.
Make for certain that you ask for a sample arrangement at least a month in advance. I was SOOO glad that I had, but I only gave myself 2 weeks. During my consultation, I had pointed out a bunch of greenery that I found to be pretty. One of my wedding colors was green, and instead of green flowers I'd asked for extra greenery. When I arrived to see my sample arrangement, it was mostly greenery with only a few flowers and the order for my wedding arrangements had already arrived. She had misunderstood what I meant, and I'm not the best at explaining myself when I'm disappointed because I'm afraid of offending people. Ladies, don't make the same mistake I did. This is your big day... be kind (because they are human too), but don't be afraid to ask for specifically what you want and correct mistakes. Fortunately, my mom was there and they got it worked out so that my arrangements were still full of flowers, with extra greenery. The arrangements looked very nice. The only exception being that some of the white stock wilted a little in the sun, but I don't think that was anything that she had control over. The rest of the arrangements stayed beautiful for a week after the wedding. She was caring and helpful, though and I cannot stress enough how gorgeous my bridal bouquet was!!

The flowers were pretty, don't get me wrong. I just felt underwhelmed by them. The consultation and portfolio I was shown just left me believing that they would be more than what they were. Plus, I just though it was a bit pricey for what we got: 2 bouts, 2 corsages, 3 small stem bouquets for the girls, a medium vased arrangement, and my small bridal bouquet was $500 (we used simple flowers with a fall outdoor theme: daisies, tulips, twigs, etc). The ladies were nice enough, but if I had to do it again I would look at other florist options for my wedding. If you want something to spruce up the dining table, or for other everyday purposes I would definately recommend this shop.

Awful service. The owner is extremely scatter brained and I was terrified that she wasn't going to show up with the wedding flowers. The first time I met with her she was not very helpful in coming up with a vision. The second time I met with her I sent her pictures exactly of what I wanted. She did our bridal party flowers and half of the centerpieces. I made the other half. I got more compliments on what I made than on hers. Throughout the process if we had to add things or remove them she would just scribble all over a piece of paper. It was very unorganized. A month before our wedding I added cake flowers to the order and went over and paid her in person. I never received a contract or receipts for anything even though she said she would mail them to me. I will say that the flowers did turn out pretty, but she was just a nightmare to work with. We ended up with things that I had told her we no longer needed. While we were on our honeymoon I noticed she charged me for something. My day of coordinator looked into it for us and she said it was for the cake flowers. She told the owner that I had already paid for that and she said oh I will reverse it, but it will take up to five business days. Two weeks later I called and was told that I needed to call back on Friday and she wouldn't even take my call. I disputed the charge with my bank and will never do business with her again.

My wife and I sent flowers to Sanford Florida to her grandmother we live in Missouri. So she had called lake mary florist to order her flowers. She had them delivered so a couple days later I checked my bank statements and she had charged us 500.00 I called she said she would fix it it would take 24 to 48 hours. I thought It was a honest mistake until my wife called her and she acted like it was no big deal and told us again 24 to 48 hours. And still no money refunded to us. Now she has been ignoring are calls and doesn't want to refund the money. Horrible and very unprofessional do not use them
