The Best Experience!

We hired Tracie as our day of coordinator for our wedding and could not imagine our day without her. From the very beginning of the planning process, Tracie provided me with the support I needed to have the perfect day. And her online tool that she has was a lifesaver when going through my to-do list and seating assignments. I don't know how we would have survived.

On the day of our wedding, Tracie helped with all of the set up and any fire drills so I could truly enjoy my day. And the end result was exactly what I wanted, she brought the decorations and table set up that I wanted to life! I would highly recommend for any bride to use Tracie on their big day.

Another flawless Graduation Party

Thank you Tracie for another flawless Graduation Party. You organized the rental of the tent/chairs/linens, the caterer, the flowers, the invites and made it all seem effortless. It was such a weight off my shoulders to know I didn't have to do it all myself (I hate planning events LOL). Everything was perfect. I truly appreciate your attention to detail and follow through. Knowing you were there to keep the party on track allowed me to spend time with my family and friends. Thank you for that! I could not have done it without you.

Thank you for an amazing Grad Party!

Tracie was a life saver while planning my daughters High School graduation party. Since she missed out on all the "senior" activities, I really wanted her grad party to be something special. Tracie was outstanding and saved me so much time and work. She sourced the tents, tables, chairs, caterer and favors. I really dislike planning parties and with Tracie by my side it was so much more enjoyable. She made sure I didn't forget any details and kept the timeline on track for planning. Added bonus - the day of the party I was able to relax and spend time with family and friends instead of working the party. I'm so pleased, we are already discussing dates for my twin daughters graduation next year! Thank you Tracie for everything you do. What a pleasure it was to work with you. I look forward to doing it all over again in 2021

Simply Invaluable

I cannot say thank you enough to Tracie and Samantha for everything they did for our wedding! Our special day would not have been as seamless and perfect without this dynamic duo.

I am extremely particular and detailed oriented, and when it came to our wedding, that heightened even more. Needless to say, I would not have trusted the many moving parts and nuanced details with just anyone. However, the moment I met Tracie, I knew she was the best planner for us.

Throughout the time we worked with Tracie, she was a very clear communicator, extremely organized, and very detailed. Tracie was always a step ahead as she comes with many years of experience, and has the ability to identify and resolve potential obstacles before they have the opportunity to present themselves.

I cannot recommend Tracie and Samantha enough. The professionalism and peace of mind they provide is truly invaluable.

It's all in the details!!!

I should start off by saying I am extremely detail oriented and often a perfectionist. I was so nervous having someone else take care of details that pertained to the wedding but knew planning a big wedding with my husbands and I’s work schedule would be impossible. So getting to work with Tracie was such an unbelievable relief. The plan we choose was the month-of wedding plan and Tracie just went so above and beyond! She thought of every little detail and helped to create our dream-wedding day. Tracie stayed in constant contact with us and answered all of our questions promptly. Tracie also handled all of the hard work the week of the wedding to allow my husband and I to focus on other details leading up. The morning of our wedding, Tracie and her team worked tirelessly putting everything together making it an absolutely perfect wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at Eastern Market and you have to bring EVERYTHING in to set up. I still don’t know how they managed to get it all done in time and having done it exactly as I had envisioned. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them and working with you Tracie was truly one of the best parts of planning our wedding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

You want Tracie on your team

The vast array of detail aided my husband and I greatly. Tracie was armed with a list of questions to keep us organized, focused, and ensure the day of the wedding ran smoothly. She knows the pitfalls and problems that can come up and she works tirelessly to avoid them. Should there be a snag, she resolves them, at times without me knowing. For instance, one of the guests accidentally took my cellphone home at the reception. I never knew, until days later when the offender apologized. Tracie simply retrieved it once returned and handed the phone to my husband at the reception for safekeeping. I never even fretted over it. You want Tracie on your team!

Tracie and her team are amazing. Incredibly accommodating and always available (every email novel, every panicked phone call, every day!) We did quite a bit of DIY for our reception (signage, etc) and she made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be before, during, and after! The entire event was exceptionally organized and I didn't need to do a thing on our wedding day. She also thought of all the little details throughout the entire planning process and saved what could have been quite a few disasters! I find that truly reliable people are super hard to find these days--- Tracie is one of them and I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us! Would recommend to ALL brides-to-be!

Tracie is amazing! I planned an out of town wedding and Tracie went above and beyond to make the wedding planning process seamless and enjoyable. We hired Tracie for "Day of Coordination". She saw and understood my vision and helped it all go as planned. Being a physician and definitely type A I had a lot of details that were to be incorporated in my wedding and she made it all possible. We hired Tracie for Day Of Coordination at our wedding on March 18, 2017. I literally could not have made it through the months leading up to the event without her. On the actual day, I was relaxed and confident that Tracie and Samm, her assistant, had everything well in hand. Tracie and the You're the Bride team made my big day run so smoothly. She took a lot of the stress off of my parents by making sure all the little details were checked and crossed so we could enjoy the day. She didn't responded quickly to all billion questions. One of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding planning process was using Tracie as my day of coordinator. Not only did she do SO MUCH for us on our wedding day, but she was such an amazing resource and help with the planning process as well. Thank god we were referred to Tracie because I can honestly say that we would never have been able to have the wedding we did with all the details without her. When we first met her, we loved her personality and appreciated how excited she was for us and how thorough and organized she was. We met again as the wedding got closer and then communicated by email or phone a lot with all the final details up until the wedding day. Being an artist and graphic designer and just a really detail-loving person, I had made a lot of things myself that needed to be brought to the church and The Colony Club (reception location) and a lot of strategic setup was required. I started to panic thinking that my whole vision for everything I made and bought and all the decor we brought in ourselves (so no vendor to set it up), was going to be shattered. However, Tracie and her team took care of everything flawlessly. They did not miss a detail. Tracie did an exceptional job of pulling everything together especially at the last minute. We sprung a lot on her the week of the wedding and she was calm, collected and extremely proactive in helping us figure out every last detail just how we wanted it. Her and her team were amazing the day of the wedding and were true pros. Tracie monitored everything throughout the reception and coordinated the flow, timing and order of everything while also keeping an eye on us to see if we needed anything. We are sooo grateful for Tracie and could never imagine how it would have all worked out without her. She is extremely personable and stays calm, collected and professional under high stress which allowed us to be able to enjoy the whole day without any worry or anxiety. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tracie with You're The Bride ~ You will be sooo glad she is your wedding coordinator when your big day comes:) She is a dream to work with!

“You’re the Bride” provided Final Planning, Day-of-Coordination and Rehearsal Coordination services for our wedding and we could not have been happier! Tracie kept us on track throughout the final stages of the planning process and (even more importantly) she kept all of our vendors on track. Tracie knew the in’s and out’s of all of our vendor contracts like the back of her hand. It was really amazing because when the wedding day came I really did not have to worry about ANYTHING. On the night of our rehearsal we met with Tracie and handed off all of our wedding day ‘extras’ (from reception table numbers to the flower girl basket and from place-cards to wedding programs). We literally filled Tracie’s van up with all of our wedding day ‘extras’ and I felt an incredible sense of relief. It was so nice to know that Tracie and her team would handle everything for us on the day of the wedding and I could just relax and enjoy the day (and my mom, MIL, friends, cousins, etc. could all enjoy the day too!). The wedding went extremely smoothly and I felt super calm and “in the moment” all day. Tracie and her team are worth every penny! Highly recommend! =)

Tracie was a perfect wedding planner for my wedding. I hired her as my full time wedding planner since I work full time and stay late at work so often; weekends was not enough to prepare my wedding. Tracie helped me to find right venue and vendors, and I actually saved money since I found them thru her. She responded my emails and phone calls almost immediately. I'm so thank to Tracie. She really took care of my wedding as hers, and helped me not only as a wedding planner but as my friend. I highly recommend her. She is very responsible, professional and She definitely knows what she is doing. Especially on the wedding day, she coordinated everything so perfect, it went so smooth and perfect. Who needs a wedding planner? What a waste of my budget!! Is this what you think? It's exactly what I thought. Until my fiance and I met with Tracie. Right from the first meeting with Tracie, we explained everything we wanted for our day - not even knowing if we would hire her. She understood EXACTLY what we had in mind and was able to to tell us EXACTLY what it would take to get there. Moreover, she was able to tailor a program for EXACTLY what we would need. It quickly became clear that Tracie could help us in more ways than we even realized we needed help. We hired her on the spot. This was the single best wedding-planning decision we made throughout our engagement. But the best thing about Tracie is that she was personally invested in our wedding and in us as people. We could tell that what mattered to us really mattered to her. And she goes above and beyond to make things happen. For example, my brother has a special dietary need and could not eat cake. So Tracie managed to find a special dessert from Hawaii so that he could eat while everyone else had cake. The dessert was a special request from me to surprise my brother, and Tracie made it happen. It's that kind of personal effort from Tracie that at the end of the day, makes a wedding memorable. Perhaps the best piece of advice I can offer is this: Your wedding day will be better if you hire Tracie than if you don't. So, who needs a wedding planner? Anyone who feels stress about planning. Anyone who knows exactly what they want and needs someone to make it happen. Anyone who doesn't know the first thing about wedding planning. Anyone who doesn't want to burden family and friends. And, anyone who would like to maximize their enjoyment of the entire wedding experience from the engagement until the honeymoon.

Tracie was a delight to work with. She has wonderful contacts and is supremely detail oriented. She caught errors that other contractors made and as a result we had a picture perfect event. We chose a venue requiring everything to be brought in from generator powered restrooms to the last fork. Tracie made certain everything ran like clockwork. She is calm, cheerful and competent - can't ask for more!

I ordered my invitations through You're the Bride's Carlson Craft website after finding them through an online search. I am on a budget and was searching for quality invitations that didn't break the bank. I ordered samples from many other well known web based invitation services, but wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for and almost settled for invites that were just OK and much more than I could spend. I was excited when I came across this vendor and saw all of their options and pricing. I ordered a few samples to see what their quality was and was pleasantly surprised. Once I decided on the design, there was an small issue with the format I was using online, but I worked with Tracie and she went above and beyond to help me get everything corrected - quick response time and very pleasant to correspond with.

After receiving my invitations yesterday, I am beyond thrilled with how they turned out! They are printed on heavy cardstock with an embossed print, that gives them a very high end look. Even better, the suite I ordered from included many options in the price (inner envelopes, printed RSVP addresses) that other sites charge extra for on top of an already higher price for just the flat invites. I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this website! I would highly recommend this website to anyone that is in the market for quality invitations!

Tracie and her assistants were fabulous! We hired Tracie about five months before the wedding and she swept right in like she had been apart of the process since day one. Tracie has a very calming presence to her to where you feel like you can immediately trust her with the most important day of your life. She even managed to calm the mother of the bride! My mom was able to RELAX and enjoy the wedding day with us instead of worrying about every detail. She didn't forget any details and was so organized with her work. Tracie Morris from You're the Bride was fantastic. I would highly recommend her. Not having our daughters wedding in our home town was a worry not knowing any of our vendors personally. She reassured me every step of the way, emailed them a number of times, and called all of them the week of the wedding. Traci was a tremendous help in making our big day go smoothly as well as answering questions about wedding etiquette, what to expect, and even handing our families' conflicting opinions. A friend told us about Tracie, and I would highly recommend her to brides and mothers of the bride. There are so many wedding details, and she kept us on top of them, including timelines and considerations that we hadn't thought about. Knowing Tracie was involved gave me confidence that we weren't missing anything. She is so attentive to detail and pleasant. She responded to my many emails immediately. On the day of our daughter's wedding, I could be at ease knowing she was taking care of so many behind-the-scene details. My husband and I were planning our wedding from across the country. Tracie was very accommodating and was willing to do a skype interview with us to discuss her services. Anything we needed, Tracie was sure to answer our questions immediately. I definitely suggest ordering your invitations through her as well. We had gotten a ton of quotes and samples that were way more than we wanted to spend. Getting our invitations through Tracie was so great... the cost was half of what other quotes were, we found exactly what we envisioned and Tracie walked us through every step. On our wedding day, her team was polite and professional to all of our guests and bridal party. Our day-of-coordinator was Melissa, she saved the day when the sole of my husbands shoe came off! She quickly found super glue, reattached it and it stayed together the whole the night. We recommend using You're The Bride for your event.

I could not have had a better experience at my wedding, mostly in part to the absolutely fabulous job that Tracie at You're The Bride did. We have worked with Tracie at all three of our daughters
weddings-two in the Detroit area and the most recent one in
western Michigan. For all the weddings, her day of
coordination began much earlier on in the planning involving
meetings, skype sessions, loads of e-mails, telephone
contact as needed and a very detailed questionnaire that was
filled in as time went on. Tracie and Kimberly are all about
details, customer service, and the bride's vision. Tracie
has a lot of experience and is able to offer suggestions,
guide, and point out possible problems/alternatives ahead of
time.

For our most recent wedding, they had four hours to decorate
the barn venue and coordinate with the vendors. My
daughter and I were able to enjoy the morning getting ready,
pictures, make-up,etc.
The job was beautifully done!!

Tracie organized the processional for the ceremony and
during the reception, they both worked in the background and
handled issues as they arose. When the reception was over,
they made sure all decorative and personal items were packed
up and given to the appropriate person.

After this long day, they were still smiling and
energetic!! Having their help before, during and after the
wedding took a big load off the shoulders of the bride and
bride's mother. I highly recommend You're The Bride for
wedding coordination and stationary wedding products-no
doubt about it!!

I don't even know where to begin! Tracie was absolutely amazing! I knew what I wanted and Tracie made sure my envisions came to life. She responded to emails, phone calls, and texts right away in a very professional manner. There were countless times that she asked questions that I would never have thought of (how do you want napkins folded, where do you want the uplighting, timeline, etc). As the day drew closer, she made sure all of those small details were in place. She was in constant contact with my vendors, discussing things I was unaware of. On the day of, things went off without a hitch. She never told me there were issues or anything to stress me out....I actually just found out there was a lighting issue at the reception hall (who knew?!). She made sure we stayed on track with the timeline so I wouldn't have to pay my photographer for extra time. Traci was exceptional. Being the bride’s mother, not living in the area and not knowing the vendors I needed someone that could help with the planning of the wedding. Going through the process there were details that I never thought about, she would ensure all details were worked out. Best money spent on our wedding! Tracie from You're the Bride was a lifesaver and so sweet to work with. She took care of everything and helped to make our day stress free. She had a toolbox full of things to help with any situation from the grease I got on my wedding dress getting out of the limo, needle and thread to sew up the ring bearers pillow after he ripped it beating up the flower girl to a safety pin to fix on of the bridesmaids dresses that got ripped. I loved working with Tracie, she always responded right away to any questions and they always have great deals going on. You're the Bride was absolutely fabulous, and all of their invitations are at a reasonable price! Ordering the invitations was simple and they arrived quickly! Throughout my process I realized that I did not order enough, and I emailed You're the Bride to ask if they could send me a few more with some extra envelopes. They responded by the next day and sent it all out for me. They are a great company, and are very polite. I recommend them to any bride!

Tracie was amazing! She was very professional and remained calm and sweet the entire day! I've gotten compliments of guests that say how professional she was and my husband really appreciated her professional and nice she was all day long. Even the interns were great and very quick, they are going to do a great job!

I absolutely love Tracie. I met her way before I hired her to help me for day of coordination. I would always read her posts about all the weddings she does and you could tell how much she loved her job. I hired her during her birthday sale, and it was so worth it. Tracie referred me to many vendors who were willing to give me discounts for being Tracie's client. Tracie is so passionate about what she does, and she knows it ALL! I asked her so many questions about everything, and she knew how to help me with each specific question. Not only did Tracie help me with day of coordination, but she was a great security guard. She went above and beyond my expectations as a day of coordinator. She was so patient with all the tweaks we made in our timeline during the day, and just went with the flow of the night. My wedding day was the perfect day that I have dreamed about as long as I can remember. If I didn't have Tracie and her staff, I would have been a nervous wreck all day. I love you Tracie! Thank you SO so much for helping me survive one of the best days of my whole life. You and your staff are AMAZING!

I loved not having to worry about a thing on my wedding day. I knew You're the Bride would take care of everything! I also appreciated that I didn't have to ask close family to be in charge of anything...they just got to enjoy themselves on our special day.

I am getting married June 16, 2012. Months ago, I was in the process of looking for my wedding invitations. I wanted something that was traditional yet modern. I stumbled across You're the Bride and completely fell in love with what they had to offer. I immediately contacted the number listed on the website and was connected with Tracie who was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. She immediately sent me samples of invitations and periodically checked in with me to see if I had any additional questions. Tracie was the most fabulous wedding planner ever! My life was very crazy during the planning of my wedding with my now husband just finishing medical school and me working part time and going to school full time. We had no idea where to start or find time for planning. Tracie was with me from dress fittings to cake tasting to meal tasting with my parents at our reception site more than 3 hours away with my parents when I didn't have time to get away. There were a few bumpy times with the planning of the wedding, as with any wedding; however they were never caused by Tracie but she always was the resolution. She was fabulous! Thank you Tracie for my very special day!!!!!!!

Tracie was a wonderful planner! She was always responsive and reliable... and provided much needed support, especially as our wedding day came closer and closer. I really liked the planning packages she offered because I was able to select just the right amount of assistance.... 5 hours of planning and rehearsal/day-of coordination. I would definitely recommend her for a Detroit-area wedding!

Tracie was a fantastic investment. She def knows what she is doing. We hired her for day of coordinator and i am so happy that we did. I did not worry about a thing the day of the wedding. It was so relaxing to know that someone could take care of any issue that might arise, i didn't have to worrry about a thing! She responds very quickly and has get recommendations.

There really aren't enough words to say about Tracie and the "You're the Bride" team. I can't imagine my day without them. She made my day as smooth and fun as it could be. Small things that made a big difference were coordinating who was going where and when, catering to myself, my husband's and our families every need, making sure I was comfortable in my dress/shoes, etc. I could really go on and on! Their services are worth every penny, especially for day of coordination. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! My day was the best because of you Tracie!

Tracie-You’re the Bride is the BEST DAY OF PLANNER! She is very knowledgeable about everything that goes into planning and executing a flawless wedding. She was very easy to work with and was readily available whenever I had a question. She was truly a blessing a few weeks prior to my wedding when all of the little details came afloat. Tracie helped me keep my sanity during the whole process and especially the week of my wedding. She took care of confirming with all my vendors the week of and took care of setting up the ceremony & reception site. Tracie was extremely professional and supportive and handled all of my needs the day off and even before my wedding even though I only hired her for day of services. I received so much more than just day of services with You’re the Bride. She made our wedding turn out flawless and even ensured that our bar was brought back when the venue took it down a hour early that it was supposed to be, she was quick on handling any type of situation that arouse. Tracie and her staff did a wonderful job packing up all of our linens and even counting each napkin to make sure that everything was accounted for so that we didn’t get charged for any missing items. I will recommend Tracie-You’re the Bride without thinking twice!!

Tracie did a fantastic job, she really is an amazing wedding planner. Not only did my wedding go by so smooth, but I could actually relax and enjoy my reception after. She took care of everything that needed to be done, and then some. There were things that needed to be done, that I never would have thought of!! Tracie always returns calls and messages very promptly, and is very supportive and full of helpful, accurate information to make your wedding easier. My mother in law said that our wedding was "perfect."

Everyone loved our wedding invitations.
I started with Do It Yourself, but it cost more than ready to use products from Tracie's website.

I know a couple of brides that ordered invitations shown on her site and then personalized them with a touch of glitter or stamping or making a backing or folder - the flat cards lend themselves well to adding a backer cardstock, or gluing into a tri-fold pocket - the best of both worlds at the best price.

Suggest you purchase her Bridal Bundle before you spend any money on anything else. It would have saved me thousands from mistakes.

For example, I bought a wedding dress a year before the wedding, as the dress shops advise, and lost so much weight that it was impossible to alter it down. Six months would have been adequate time to order.

I had a very hard time making decisions, because someone sold me a wedding dress that was far too big (a wedding show dress, no 3 way mirror - don't every buy a dress when you cannot see the back clearly.)
After that I was afraid to decide anything, and Tracie was a tremendous help. Wish I had found her right away.

She is far more conscious of the bride and groom's budget - large or small - than any other wedding professional that we dealt with.

If you are too far away to use her services face to face, her online service is as personalized and helpful as any local wedding coordinator.

I ordered my wedding invitations through Tracie at You're the Bride. I was looking for an affordable place to order wedding invitations and found it through You're the Bride. It was easy to get samples and place my order. Everything arrived quickly and with no errors- loved it! Tracie was quick to return my emails when I had questions or concerns about the ordering process. Some of the best invitation deals that I could find! We even got 100 free napkins with our invitation order :)

I was one of those brides who thought I would never need a coordinator but boy was I wrong. When we booked our venue, we realized we needed to get everything and that meant someone needed to be there to make sure all the different vendors did their job. We alo needed someone to decorate and make sure our venue was going to do it's job. Tracie did such a fantastic job, not only did she fit all of our things in her van (it was alot of stuff), but she remembered the little details like where we should line up before the ceremony. Tracie was so worth the money and I couldn't imagine not having her. You're the bride is not just a convenience for those who can afford it, its a needed thing much like flowers or a photographer. If your one of those brides who think you don't need a day-of coordinator, at least look into it and you wont be sorry.

Tracie went above and beyond the call of duty in her responsiveness via email and phone. I hired her for day-of services and rehearsal coordination. Even still, I regularly asked her for advice and suggestions throughout my planning, and she always provided extremely helpful information. She looked at pictures I sent and told me her opinion of what would work and what wouldn't. She offered suggestions based on what other brides had done in the past. She helped me get deep discounts on my wedding invitations and thank you cards. As the day approached, she helped make sure I had planned every last detail, and on the actual day she made sure all those details happened exactly as I wanted.
Tracie was indispensable in creating and enacting my wedding day. I didn't have to worry about or even think about any particular detail on my wedding day, because I knew she had it under control! She helped me stay calm the few days before, and her professionalism and demeanor at the rehearsal and on the wedding day assured me everything would happen as I planned.
I highly recommend Tracie to all brides. Having a day-of coordinator is the best way to ensure you, the bride, will enjoy your big day, and Tracie is the best option to make this happen.

Tracie was my "Day-Of" wedding coordinator but she did SO MUCH MORE than just that! She guided me through emails and phone calls to several great vendors and helped me with wedding etiquette too! Most of all - I LOVED having the peace of mind that she was taking care of the details, running interference for me and also making sure that EVERYTHING was returned to me at the end of the night. It never occurred to me to double and triple check to see who had my dress or gifts - I knew that You're The Bride had it covered! PEACE OF MIND IS PRICELESS!
