Maya and Torey Wedding

Downtown Club was the perfect choice for our wedding and I am so happy with everything.

The view is absolutely gorgeous. Our guests kept commenting on it all night. The space is beautiful and photographed so well.

The food was abundant and delicious. There was so much of it and everything tasted great. The service was beyond amazing. I was waited upon the entire night and never once had to look around for help. The staff just handled everything.

Our coordinator Kelsey was incredible. She felt like a best friend through the whole process and made sure every detail was taken care of. Planning a wedding can be stressful but she made it easy and fun.

I could not recommend Downtown Club more. Worth every dollar, we got married in the off-season on a Saturday, so we had a discounted price, and I would pay more to experience it all again. If you're looking for a venue with great food, amazing service, and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place.

Easiest choice we made!

Cescaphe was an exceptional choice and we loved our wedding venue (the Down Town Club). From the start, their communication style was incredibly helpful and detailed, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The event space itself was absolutely beautiful, and having everything bundled together - from catering to set up and even fun extras - made the whole experience stress-free and highly customizable to our needs. Our event manager was a true professional, working closely with us for a month before the wedding to ensure every detail was perfect. She even went above and beyond to accommodate some of our guests with severe food allergies, handling it seamlessly so everyone could enjoy the night worry-free. We're so grateful to the entire Cescaphe team for helping make our special day truly unforgettable.

Beyond our expectations!

My daughter was married at Switch House on October 5th 2025. First off her and my future son-in-law looked at several venues in the Philadelphia area before deciding on Switch house and ALL of our guests were blown away by the venue, the staff, the professionalism and the beauty of this property!

The property is spectacular, the staff is amazing and the boutique hotel rooms are incredible. There are no words other than the ones I am sharing that can express the delight that my family, friends and future family had to say!

The staff made everything so easy and they were beyond accommodating!

The rooms from the reception, to cocktail hour to dinner were perfect. The flowers, the food, the service. I can go on and on but you truly need to experience a wedding here.

Thank you everyone for everything!

10.4.25 - The Switch House

TSH could not have been a more perfect venue. They have a boutique hotel attached to the venue and we stayed there as well as our immediate families, some of our wedding party and other guests! Being able to just head downstairs the morning of our wedding was perfect. The bridal getting ready suite was HUGE and the most perfect spot to get ready in – it also had a bridal dress suite attached to it which was perfect for getting into my dress and some portraits. There is also another suite that is where my husband took some pictures, and where we all were prior to the ceremony. We had a ceremony onsite, which was perfect! Cocktail hour was exceptional – the amount of food and the quality of service is something all of our guests are still talking about! Our Maitre D was incredible – if my drink was close to finished or the ice had melted, I had my drink replaced without even having to ask. They kept us on track throughout the whole day (my day of event coordinator was Erin Quiles and she was fabulous to work with leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day). I cannot stress enough how much my guests loved the ease of the venue (all being in one spot) and how much they enjoyed the services, drinks, and food.

Cescaphe is really the best!!

We cannot write enough praise for the Cescaphe team at the Down Town Club-they are truly the pinnacle of exceptional service and treatment. Emily, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely incredible, both on the day of the wedding and throughout the entire planning process. She was so organized, patient, and kind-helping calm our nerves and ensuring that we would have a perfect evening. The chefs outdid themselves, and our families cannot stop talking about the food! My parents love to tell people that when the chefs came out, everyone stopped to give them a round of applause! Our personal and family attendants helped make everything run so smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the night. Cescaphe really is that good!!

Made our wedding day an absolute dream!

My husband and I got married at Down Town Club on 7/12/25. We fell in love with the space immediately when we toured it in Spring '24 and booked it immediately! The space is an architectural gem-- you could put nothing in it and it's still absolutely breathtaking.

As for the planning process with Cescaphe, it was as easy and breezy as could be. We were planning from afar in TN so everything besides our initial venue tour was done virtually. Devan was our 'concierge' who was able to keep us on track with the timeline and provide recommendations. She was always quick to get us answers to any questions and it was nice to have a dedicated member of their team to correspond with!

At the 3-month mark we were handed off to Hannah who was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! If you have the honor of working with her, consider yourself so lucky. She was so responsive and on top of things, and her calming demeanor was perfect for the day of the wedding. Her attention to detail was also incredible. I think she picked up every single little thing I said during our calls.

Our maitre d' was Mu who was equally as impressive as Hannah. I don't think my husband or I had an empty glass in our hands the entire night! Which is also the reason why I only made it to the bar once to see Tim, our head bartender, but from what I heard from ALL of our guests, he was great as well.

All of our guests raved about the food-- the spread for cocktail hour, the entrees, and the dessert spread. Cescaphe really does have it down to a science! If you're thinking about Down Town Club, or I'm sure any of Cescaphe's other venues, I'd highly recommend it!

Got Married at the Downtown Club

Absolutely the best wedding I could ever ask for. I was stressed out of my mind and our planner, Kelsey, kept me sane and made sure everything went perfectly. I am so grateful for the team.. obviously Kelsey.. but Mu, Justin & Joanne are others I wanted to mention. My husband and I are so thankful we picked the DTC.. I cannot emphasize how much anyone else should choose this venue and then get mad cause I’m jealous they get to experience the amazing experience we had!

The Gold Standard of Wedding Companies in Philadelphia

When my now wife and I got engaged, we knew we wanted to be married in Philadelphia. After we expressed this in talking to our families, there was only one wedding group we were told to book with being Cescaphe. As someone who was unfamiliar with Cescaphe, I had only heard lofty things about them. My now sister in law had a wedding with the group and I only heard legendary stories of service and food. Many people who were there had told me it was the "best weeding they had ever been too." Needless to say I had high expectations lol.

When contacting them, I knew they were right immediately. They were so unbelievably responsive. I'm very keen on great customer service, so internally I was feeling special and taken care of. We set up tours of all of the beautiful venues we were interested in, and were given straightforward options with zero BS. When working with other wedding groups I've heard horror stories regarding hidden fees or add ons but not with this company. They were so transparent you could have been illiterate and it made sense.

After personalized tours followed by them answering every question you could think of, we eventually landed on the gorgeous venue located on S. Broad Street called "The Lucy." They worked with us in getting great pricing for our budget, and from there catered everything in their power to make sure our wedding was customized to us. I felt like we were preparing to get married at an all inclusive, with it all being managed by the amazing event coordinator Emily Goodrich. DETAILS PEOPLE. Cescaphe cares about every last one of them. I was stunned to the level of food options and customization of every preference from which flavor of the delicious sorbet we wanted (which I didn't know I needed lol) to the very trim on EVERY layer of the cake. Hell, we even got a customized ice sculpture included where somehow the artist got our own cat in the "LOVE" sign wearing an Eagles hat. Again lol DETAILS.

The wedding day was perfect and magical. We had to pinch ourselves. It was a production but executed exceptionally in every area. Emily, our coordinator made us feel like VIP's with personal assistants. The entire day she made sure we and our parents were waited on exclusively, so no matter the amount "hellos" we made sure to give to all of our guests, we had a drink in our hand and something to eat. Butler service for every second. I have never had this level of service in my life. I seriously cannot make this up.

FOOD. Cescaphe has the best food. Ontop of the 40+ hors d’o'euvres, Cescaphes dinner options made the evening even more special. Every meal was ordered at the table with the temperature of every steak taken directly there as well. I had one of if not the best meal of my life that night. Couples there is a surprise!! Oh yeah and we had a breakfast buffet after dinner. We were stuffed.

In closing I hope every person gets this level of care and thoughtfulness to details on their wedding day. It made it truly magical and created memories we will never forget. It may have been our wedding, but I personally feel that was the best wedding I have ever been too. Other people have told us this lol. YOU DESERVE THE BEST!! Hire Cescaphe and your day will be the best day of your life. Thanks again to Cescaphe and Emily for being the very best at their craft. You are the absolute gold standard of wedding companies in Philadlephia.

Best day ever!

Cescaphe knows what they’re doing, and they do it well! The beautiful Ballroom was the perfect venue for us, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Our Coordinator, Lilly, was amazing to work with and made our day stress-free. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and we truly felt like the guests of honor. 10/10 recommend!

Cescaphe and Joanna are the best of the best!

My husband, Brendan and I just celebrated our wedding day a couple of weeks ago at Vie. When we first got engaged, we knew we wanted to celebrate our wedding at one of Cescaphe’s beautiful venues. My sister had her wedding at the ballroom 5 years ago and it was perfect.

Joanna, our event coordinator at Vie, was detail oriented, personable, and so helpful throughout the entire planning process, particularly as we neared our wedding date. She could not have been more pleasant to work with.

Marsi was our maitre d for the night of. She was awesome and made sure Brendan and I had a great experience all around! She even helped my mom and coordinator bustle my dress.

Could not recommend Cescaphe or Joanna more!!

If you can swing it, Cescaphe is the best!

Cescaphe was incredible! We got married at Vie in August. The outdoor ceremony space was perfect, even in the heat (we gave all of our guests fans and tissues as they walked in.) Our guests also enjoyed the courtyard throughout the reception for cigar smoking, cornhole, and mingling away from the very busy dancefloor. The venue itself is spacious and well-decorated, with tons of natural light, new wood floors, and the incredible mosaic in the atrium. All of our guests raved about the food (it really is that incredible), the staff (so accommodating!), and the seamlessness of coordination with the Cescaphe trolley. We planned most of the wedding from California, and felt very comfortable working with Joanna who accommodated our schedule and virtual meeting needs. Our maitre’d was Marsi, who was responsive, patient, and kind - she made sure we ate all night and kept us on time for everything. The bridal suite was absolutely necessary - we used it a lot for staging, changing, and taking a moment for ourselves.If you can swing it, Cescaphe is the best!

Water Works Wedding

When my husband and I were venue hunting we had a wish list: a good rain plan, good food, near water and was historic. There are a lot of gorgeous venues in the area, but only one we connected with: Water Works in Philly. We actually both went to Drexel, which you could see from the reception area. Back when we first starting dating, there was a restaurant there, we had even had a date night at the restaurant, so the Water Works had everything lined up. They had the best rain plan because the wedding would be the same rain or shine, which was important to us because we were getting married at a rainy time of the year (and of course it rained on our day). Every person who attended our day just raved about the food (and the bar lol). The best part of our experience at Water Works was the event manager there, Lexi. We absolutely ADORE her. She was thorough, responsive and kind. She was our girl and she made every part of our experience memorable. She could even handle some tough questions and anticipated our needs before we even asked. I could not say enough nice things about her. Every time I looked up she was hustling and moving. She seemed to be in every place at once on our day, attending to us and also our guests and making sure everything went to plan. She really made our day special and I appreciate her so much. Thank you thank you Lexi & the Cescaphe team that made our day magical.

Cescaphe created the best day of our lives

My husband and I got married at Vie by Cescaphe on July 8, 2023, and to say the night was perfect would be the understatement of the century.

We had heard so much about Cescaphe before we booked with them, but had never been to a Cescaphe wedding before. And to be honest, we were a little worried. We're not over-the-top type of people, and our family and friends are from a variety of backgrounds. We wanted to create a great experience for all of our guests that was luxurious, but still felt accessible. We knew that our day would be great, but we doubted that one company could do everything perfectly.

We were wrong. Every step of the process was so incredibly professional and easy. We could not go 30 seconds without someone telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Every bite of food was out of this world, from the steak and lobster tails down to the cookies that came with the coffee. Our cake was more perfect than I could have dreamed. Our parents were gobsmacked that they had their own server, and every worker we encountered was so kind.

Our incredible planner and maitre d rolled with the punches of us moving the ceremony indoors because of unexpected torrential downpour. Our group showed up to the venue early to escape the weather, and we took over the space while everyone was still getting ready. Cescaphe greeted us with open arms and plates of food.

Everyone at Cescaphe was so, so warm and professional with us throughout the process. We truly feel like they listened to attentively and created the best day of our lives -- a day we and all of our guests could truly enjoy. We simply cannot recommend them more.

Water Works Wedding

We got married at Cescaphe's Water Works venue on May 6th, 2023. We didn't sign our contract with Cescaphe until early November 2022, so our planning process was pretty quick. Cescaphe was amazing from start to finish. We started off working with Devan then we were passed on to Water Work's event manager, Lexi. Both Devan and Lexi were very helpful. Lexi was really our go-to person in the final months. She's extremely detail oriented and efficient. Cescaphe makes everything super easy by including everything that you'd ever want for your cocktail hour and a half, reception dinner options, and dessert/cake. It's much less to worry about compared to other venues. They also helped us set up many of our vendors and our hotel room block. Lexi worked very well with our outside event planner, Lauren, from LJE Events. They worked seamlessly together on the day-of as well. Lexi was proactive and made sure that all details for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were perfect. Lexi redid our floor plan about 5x leading up to the event with a smile and without making me feel like I was being a bother. Overall, I would recommend Water Works by Cescaphe 10/10. I may be biased, but it's the most beautiful venue in the city.

Most beautiful venue and accommodating staff!! 10/10

We had our wedding at The Waterworks venue. This will be the event of your dreams! We were SO happy we could make it happen to have our wedding here! We had to postpone our wedding 3 times because of COVID-19 and they were so flexible, understanding, patient and kind. I honestly never once had a second thought or concern. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, literally every person that came up to us said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Also the most beautiful wedding space they'd ever been to. Having everything under one roof (food, table settings, Beautiful Blooms, ceremony and reception space, wedding coordinator, wedding cake, etc) was a LIFESAVER. You will absolutely not regret a single thing about having your wedding or event here! Book it!! We worked with Lexi as our coordinator, and Franco as our maitre D' and they both completely exceeded expectations!!

Cescaphe team is the BEST!

I had my wedding at the Cescaphe Ballroom. The Cescaphe team is everything and more. During my planning process I had 2 coordinators to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Devin and Lilly. They both were great communicators, organized, and made the planning process very stress free. The Cescaphe team was so professional and made our night very special. Now to the food- The cocktail hour had over 40 apps (sushi, asian station, raw bar, hot food station, and a flat grill station). The food was phenomenal! I recommend working with the Cescaphe team because they are truly the best!

Amazing reception at the Down Town Club!

We had our wedding reception at the Down Town Club, and I cannot say enough about how amazing Maia and the rest of the team were throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. Cescaphe knows what they are doing and we felt confident throughout the process that our day would go smoothly. Everyone that we worked with was very professional, helpful, and responsive. The reception was absolutely beautiful, and you can't beat the views from the Down Town Club. Our guests have been raving about how good the food was! We have had a number of people tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Vincent, the maitre d', as well as the staff taking care of our parents, were so great and attentive during the reception and helped the night go smoothly. Everything that is included in their package (cake, ice sculpture, etc.) is also amazing and a great value! We are so glad we chose Cescaphe and highly recommend them!

The Best!!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Cescaphe Ballroom on 1/8/22. Cescaphe was wonderful! The Ballroom is such a beautiful venue, the food is amazing, our event managers Bella and Andrew were so attentive, and it was all in all just a wonderful night! As a covid bride, the planning process was.. not fun. We had to postpone our original date, and then we ended up holding our wedding at the peak of the highest surge of Covid cases seen over two years into the pandemic. We are so grateful to Cescaphe for being flexible with us as we navigated this tough situation and being so easy to plan with. We had to redo our seating chart every single day for the two weeks leading up to the wedding and Bella was so on top of all these changes and made sure all the table settings were perfect, rearranging the tables making sure the room never felt too big and there were no empty chairs. She and Andrew were also so dedicated to making sure we had a perfect day. They were one step ahead of us all day and made sure my husband and I had a fresh drink and plate of food at every stage throughout the night. They were so on top of the timeline making sure everything was perfect. Our parents also loved all the VIP attention. Our (very large) bridal party had the best experience and loved the pre-cocktail spread Andrew and Bella and the staff put out for us. Every single guest has given us so many compliments on the service, food, and beautiful venue. Cescaphe is the best! We are filled with so much joy and laughter looking back at our wedding- thank you Cescaphe, Bella, and Andrew!

The Lucy - 10.30.2021

My husband Daniel and I got married at The Lucy on October 30, 2021, and our expecations were significantly exceeded. From the time we signed the dotted line to the time we left the reception, the entire process was absolutley seamless, stressfree, and enjoyable. A HUGE shoutout to our amazing coordinator, Jimmy DiGuglielmo. He was so organized and calm throughout the entire planning process and at the reception. Our guests were blown away by the service, the food, the venue...you name it, they were raving about it! He made our reception everything we could have dreamed of and more! Perfect wedding!

We had our wedding with Cescaphe at the Water Works Engine House. It was lovely! Cescaphe is fantastic to work with and makes everything super easy. Everything went super smoothly and without stress. The day of, we had both our event coordinator and a personal maitre d', both of whom were fantastic. They were super attentive, and made sure we were appropriately fed and taken care of the whole night, so we could focus on enjoying ourselves. We highly recommend Cescaphe and would absolutely choose them again!

My husband and I got married at the Cescaphe Ballroom Nov 5, 2021 and special thanks to Bella and Andrew for making our wedding an absolute dream. It was everything we could have hoped for. Both Bella and Andrew were one step ahead all night, catering to our every need. With Cescaphe I did not have to worry about a single thing. Everything was taken care of and for that I am so thankful because we got to enjoy the entire day without any stress. When you ask your daughter if her wedding reception was everything she wanted, and she responds "and more" you know the Lucy was flawless in every way. Amazing Reception at The Lucy!

We had our reception at The Lucy, and it was the most perfect night we could have ever imagined! Cescaphe was amazing to work with, especially as we navigated postponing our reception date twice due to Covid. Our event manager, Nikki, and maître d', Vince, were incredibly professional and organized. The food, service, and flow of the night were absolutely outstanding! The entire event was done with such class! We would recommend Cescaphe to everyone getting married!

Cescaphe Water Works- Amazing Venue

Cescaphe is truly the best wedding venue you could ever ask for. Everyone would always ask me how I did it postponing my wedding 5 times due to the pandemic and my answer was always because I am lucky to be getting married at a cescaphe venue. Everyone was so accommodating through out the entire process. Lisa is absolutely amazing and always went above and beyond when I had to post pone multiple times. She would answer my calls at all hours and was so understanding and patient with me when I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to postpone or not due to not wanting to have too many restrictions. Nikki, my day of event manager was the absolute best and made the last few months of wedding planning so easy. Any question I had she always had the answer immediately therefore I never ever had to stress that anything was being missed. She thought of absolutely everything. Our night of maitre’ d, Franco was so awesome. My husband and I were blown away at how well we were treated the entire night, he went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The whole cescaphe team treats you like you are family. I finally ended up getting married at waterworks on June 25, 2021 with absolutely no restrictions and when I walked into my wedding it truly was breath taking and exceeded absolutely all of my expectations. All of our guests can not stop raving about our wedding and one guest put it perfectly, “absolutely off the charts.”

Full package, incredible service food and design

Can not recommend Cescaphe more highly. For the price you get above and beyond ! The service was incredible and our guests still rave about the food. They worked with us and our planner to design a beautiful cake, and to create a beautiful event. I love how it’s just one package (except for bar) where you get ALL of the food for a flat rate. Made our experience so much less stressful not nickel and diming ourselves for every additional app, for example.

Epic Wedding!

Everyone always says, a great wedding has great food and music. Cescaphe pulls through! We did not use the entertainment company through them but the food and the amount was to die for! EVERYONE still talks about our wedding and the food! You will not regret it. Planning with Cescaphe was also probably the easiest part of our wedding. We actually had a different venue booked 1.5 years before and about 7 months to our wedding we ditched that venue and went to Cescaphe Vie and it was the BEST decision we ever made!

Absolutely Unparalleled Service + Perfect Wedding Experience!

My husband and I visited no less than 8 venues before we finally came to see Fairmount Water Works (a Cescaphe venue). I grew up in Philadelphia, so the city held a sentimental value for me, but we were really sold on the service. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we could tell that these were professionals. Cescaphe is a whole team and they guide you through the process from the moment you walk into their offices to the moment you leave the venue on your wedding day! We had such a great experience with each and every member of our team! Rose Olivieri was our first point of contact when we were reviewing our venues. We were so worried that since our wedding was taking place during the Made in America festival, but she was able to actually put me in contact with a couple who got married the year before on the same weekend (with their permission) to put my mind at ease. She didn't feel like she was a "salesman" and honestly with the results I had with Cescaphe, the service speaks for itself. She was attentive, responsive, and professional and really gave us confidence that we would want to host the biggest event of our lives there! Sharon Sivak helped us coordinate our hotel blocks including arranging our visits, deciding how many rooms we needed, and signing the contracts! Kate Kwiecinski was our event coordinator (Danielle Fisher helped us as well at the beginning) both were wonderful! They were reachable by email for any questions I had and provided recommendations for local vendors when we needed! They put us in contact with people to help plan our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch as well as several venues for our after party. As someone who lives in Boston, planning a wedding in Philadelphia wasn't easy and having this team of people help me every step of the way was crucial! Finally, I was introduced to Nikki Dijosie, our Event Manager, and then on our wedding day, we were introduced to Franco, our maitre d, for the evening. I cannot tell you how amazing they were! Nikki fielded all my last minute questions with prompt responses and was able to work around my many re-workings of our tables. She answered the phone even on days when she wasn't working/in the office in the week leading right up to the wedding! She made sure everything was running so smoothly and I didn't even know she was there at the wedding except when I needed her (she was like a fairy godmother!). Franco was incredible, checking on us at every opportunity and he definitely kept us bellies and our glasses full! This brings me to the food, which as I'm sure every review has mentioned, is absolutely incredible. Guests are still telling me over week after the wedding that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to, that they'd never had such great food at a wedding (all of it starting with the cocktail hour and going through dessert)! I had people asking me for recommendations on the caterer during the wedding itself they couldn't believe how amazing it was! This was absolutely a night my husband and I will never forget, and we owe it all to Cescaphe for making it possible!

Perfection!

I knew when I was looking at venues online that I would book the Down Town Club. We looked at other venues, but when we went for the tour it was everything I wanted and more! Being an all inclusive event group, Cescaphe really makes it as stress free as possible from the planning stages to the wedding day itself. Every person we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional and was a pleasure to work with. Our wedding day was perfect and went off without a hitch. Our guests raved about the food, location and views and we couldn’t have been happier! We felt like guests at our own wedding and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. Incredible service & amazing experience!

One of the things I was fairly certain about once I got engaged was that I wanted to have my wedding at a Cescaphe venue. I did tour a few other facilities, but nothing came close to how I felt when I first walked through the doors at Tendenza. Once we did a cost breakdown on everything that was included in the per head count, we realized that going with Cescaphe would also be a cost effective option, too! CEG made everything about the planning process enjoyable--from the Cescaphe University events each month, to the meal planning meeting, to the responsiveness of the team each time I sent an email. Cescaphe helped us book our wedding block (Loews Hotel) at a great rate! It was just one less thing for us to worry about. The day of, I had ZERO worries, because I knew that everything would go according to plan. After all, they are truly the experts on weddings in Philly. Our attendant, Franco, was so amazing in making sure that my husband and I had a chance to eat. Our parents each had their own attendant and truly made them feel special, too. Our cake from Jennifer Roche was BEAUTIFUL and everything that I had hoped. And who can argue with all of the amazing food that CEG is famous for?! I cannot recommend booking your wedding through CEG enough--they made our wedding day everything I had ever hoped it would be--AND MORE. It was the most perfect day, and I wish I could relive it all over again!

Most Magical Day EVER

It is difficult to put into words how amazing our wedding day was. We got married on January 11, 2019, and had both the ceremony and reception at the Cescaphe Ballroom. From the planning stages, everything was extremely professional. We felt very comfortable with every person we communicated with from Betsy to the Concierge service, and Mary. On our big day, we did not have to worry about ANYTHING. Every detail was taken care of by the Maitre D, Michael, and Mary. Our guests raved about the food from start to finish. Multiple people told us that the pacing of the wedding timeline was on point, and made the entire night enjoyable. We truly feel like the service that we received far exceeded what we thought could be provided. We (and many others who were there) wish we could experience the night all over again!!! BOOK HERE!!!!

Perfect Day!

What can you say about Cescaphe that hasn’t already been said… it is hard to top the system they have in place; it runs like a well oiled machine. The planning process was so easy and being type A I would get nervous because so much was taken out of my hands. Thankfully having been to a bunch of weddings at their different venues I had no doubt in what they do. And now I am grateful for all the things I didn’t have to do myself. The Ballroom was the perfect place for our reception. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the service, to the way the night flows perfectly… everything was amazing! Also, the Cescaphe University events were such a fun way to celebrate our wedding leading up to the actual event. We loved going to each of them, tasting the food and learning different things about the planning process.

Cescaphe is the best in the business! From day one I felt like I was their only bride! Their staff is so attentive to details and take care of everything! All I had to do was show up! The food was mouthwatering, I have never received so many compliments from everyone.

There's no getting around it, weddings are expensive. While Cescaphe appears to be on the upper end, the value was incredible. Cescaphe provides its university events to trial vendors, review concepts, and taste their food (which is great, because you may have little appetite on your wedding day). Cescaphe was an all-in price, came with a wedding cake, and a premium liquor suite and food selection. All guests raved about the food (the cocktail hour, protein choices like duck, and dessert tables were huge hits), drinks, and service. Cescaphe was easy to work with, and integrates themselves with many vendors, so everything can be flawless. They offer a wedding location for most types of brides: classical, elegant, modern, etc. The Water Works is well-equipped with a campus of options for the ceremony and reception. During the planning phase, they were easy to correspond with, and all the selection was a fun process. We had a rain hiccup on our wedding day, but Cescaphe handled it like professionals: covering our area, providing numerous umbrellas, providing refreshments, and keeping us posted of the rain plans. Luckily, we were only delayed by 20-30 minutes but Cescaphe definitely took care of us. Andrew was our Maitre'D and was really helpful in the day, and ensured our bridal party was well taken care of. Our guests all seemed wonderfully happy, and we cannot recommend Cescaphe enough. It is our hope that we can attend a Cescaphe wedding soon.

Vie by Cescaphe is the MOST amazing venue we could have dreamt of! From start to finish, they were fabulous, keeping us calm and informed, making the process easy, and our friends and family have not stopped raving about how beautiful the entire affair was, not to mention how delicious the food was. In fact, a few guests have said it was THE BEST FOOD they've EVER had at a wedding in their lives, and some of them were even chefs themselves! Daniel our Maitre D was INCREDIBLE. Our cake was the most beautiful thing you've ever seen, and people texted us for weeks saying how declines it was! I could not recommend Cescaphe ( and Vie) any more. My husband and I come from big, opinionated families and this event group went above and beyond keeping everyone calm and making sure our wedding was the best night of our lives. I wish I could give them 1000 stars, but since 5 is the max, it'll have to suffice! The wait staff was incredible too, literally the friendliest happiest people - it was like it was their own person wedding with their level of attention and concern for everyone and everything. Not a single complaint other than that the night had to end. Do not hesitate to book this venue!

Planning a Philly wedding while living in Colorado could have been a challenge, it wasn't because of Cescaphe. After my best friend had her reception at Cescaphe Ballroom in 2016, I knew that I wanted to have a Cescaphe wedding as well. There is a reason that they set the standard for weddings in Philadelphia.

Based on our guest count, we visited the Downtown Club, Cescaphe Ballroom, and Tendenza to decide which one was best for us. Tendenza was perfect. I'm in love with the chandeliers, brick walls and over industrial glam vibe that makes Tendenza special. Kelsey was our Event Coordinator and helped me design my dream wedding cake with a special surprise for Reed. It turned out even better than I expected and I'm pretty sure it was his favorite aspect of the entire day. Nikki was our Event Manager and she was so helpful in making the day go smooth, from setting up our cigar bar to contacting our florist for another boutonniere for Reed before the ceremony.

Robert was our Maitre'D and he was absolutely perfect. He helped us enjoy the evening just a little more by keeping our drinks flowing, making sure that we ate and, most importantly, that we enjoyed each other.

Thank you, Cescaphe! You made our wedding perfect.

I first heard about Cescaphe from my boss. His daughter had just gotten married at the Atrium and his only "complaint" was that there was too much food. Too much food is a compliment to me so that weekend, my (now) husband and I took a grand tour of all six of Cescaphe's venues. We fell in love with Cescaphe Ballroom. It was exactly the ambience that I was dreaming of: elegant, grand, classic. I also loved the all-inclusive nature of the planning and package. Everything is included with Cescaphe from the cocktail hour and a half, to cake, 3 course dinner, dessert hour, and open bar. Additionally, pre-wedding, their planning experts were helpful connecting us with other vendors. Betsy, my initial contact, helped us find a church when my usual church told us they didn't do Sunday weddings. Additionally, she helped us get rooms blocked at hotels for our out-of-town guests.

While we did not have a tasting, we went to the Cescaphe University events every month which enabled us to taste most of the food and learn about different parts of the wedding planning process. The events were held at different venues in the Cescaphe portfolio and were free.

Kelsey and Dana, our event planner and day-of coordinator, were great at creating a day of timeline, assisting us with decisions for our day, and coordinating with all of our vendors the day of the wedding.

Most people would tell me that "something will go wrong" on your wedding day but no one will notice or care. However, on my wedding day ABSOLUTELY NOTHING went wrong! In fact our expectations were exceeded. Michael, our maitre d', took care of everything and everyone. He made sure my husband and I had the opportunity to actually eat, looked after our parents' needs, and kept the event moving like a well-oiled machine. Our guests kept remarking about the attention to detail at the venue and the high-level of hospitality.

My family and I cannot stop raving about how awesome the service, food, and venue were.

My husband and I just got married at The Down Town Club and could not be happier with our choice! Cescaphe makes the entire process seamless from venue selection (based on expected guest #s and desired feel) to the menu selection down to the day-of. My husband and I did not have a ton of time to wedding plan and that's what made our decision for us - Cescaphe makes it easy! I swear, every time I spoke with a Cescaphe representative I felt more at ease that everything would be handled and it was. Robert was our maitre d on the night of and I think he knows everything there is to know about the wedding business - from where to sign a marriage license to how to bustle a wedding dress. Dana, our Event Manager, did an excellent job. Our only regret was probably not eating enough of the delicious food because it was seriously to die for!

A few tips: Read your contract and understand it up-front - it's just good business. Read the timeline that Cescaphe provides - that helps everyone stay on track and understand when to expect to hear from one another. The 'drop-off' appointment with Cescaphe the week of the wedding is the best thing ever! It made me feel so at ease that anything important was already at the venue in advance. Know that your event manager/Cescaphe folks likely work weekends so expect a delay on emails/calls. You're better off contacting Tuesday-Thursday.

We really couldn't have imagined a better wedding. Working with Cescaphe was so easy, and they really made sure we were getting what we wanted. They took such good care of us during the event - making sure we had food and drinks, making sure that everything was on schedule and running smoothly. Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious. Our guests are still raving about what a fantastic time they all had! Special shout-out to our event manager Jackie and our day-of valet Franco - they were on it and in charge of making everything perfect.

I had my dream wedding on February 18, 2018 at Atrium at the Curtis Center!! IT was all thanks to the help of everyone at the Cescaphe Event Group. They do the most amazing weddings at a reasonable price. We had so many compliments on the food (which they give you SO much of) and how beautiful the space was. Nikki and Vince did an amazing job for helping the day of the wedding! They literally took care of everything and my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves the whole night! I wish I could relive that moment over and over :)

AMAZING!!! I can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else. We got married at the Cescaphe Ballroom and from start to finish, the Cescaphe Event Group made the process so incredibly easy. Everyone I worked with (Danielle and Emily were the main people) was beyond nice and professional. They definitely made me feel like this was a special event and not just another wedding in their books. The space looked absolutely gorgeous, the staff at the wedding itself was extremely professional and made everything feel smooth. Words will never do justice to how absolutely fantastic Cescaphe was throughout our entire wedding process. We got married at the Atrium at Curtis Center on 11/18/17 and it was absolutely the best day, in large part thanks to Cescaphe. From the first time we contacted them until even after our wedding, they were nothing but helpful. They were easy and enjoyable to work with and helped us far beyond what we could have imagined, including suggestions for all of the other vendors we hired. They have wedding planning down to a science and they put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. I truly never stressed because I knew they would make everything work for us. They were kind, professional, timely and beyond helpful. They also worked with us to make sure we could meet with them at times that worked on our schedule since we live in NYC. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was wonderful, but Dana (Event Coordinator) and Vince (Maitre D') were simply fantastic. I can not recommend Cescaphe more--I don't know what we would have done without them.

I had my reception at the Cescaphe Ballroom. Honestly, there aren't any words that will truly do their service justice. Their customer service is impeccable. Emily was my event coordinator and she was exceptional. My entire wedding went off without a hitch. Michael, the maître d, is nothing short of perfect. The entire staff treated myself, my husband, and our families like royalty. They know every preemptive step to take to ensure everything is executed flawlessly without any hiccups. They fix problems before they even arise. They are so on point it's insane. I'll be honest, I was a little weary of choosing a Cescaphe venue because we've been to so many of their weddings for other couples, but they truly put a personal touch on every single wedding. They went above any beyond to make our wedding a one of a kind experience. They made the process easy, and their food is out of this world. They are simply the best.

After attending my first Cescaphe wedding (after being newly engaged), I knew what all the hype was about and I wanted in! Our wedding was at the Curtis Center, and it was more perfect than I could've ever imagined. From the initial tours to the wedding day, every experience was fun and super easy and organized. We were never left in the dark about anything. On our wedding day we were so lucky to have had Dana and Thomas by our side. Everything went exactly as planned, and they never failed to make sure every single thing was running smoothly. Having Thomas as our maître d' was like having our good friend with us all night. We couldn't ask for a better experience given by him and everyone who worked so hard to make our day perfect!

This venue is just a well oiled machine and their weddings run like silk. We've used them for both of our daughters and I've attended others for other family members and their quality and attention to detail is truly unmatched by any other event groups in the area. They see to every detail, think of everything, anticipate everything, and there is no one I would feel Like I could trust such an important day to other than them. Food is unmatched!! It almost has to be seen to be believed! And their staff always goes above and beyond; always tending to make sure that you don't miss a single detail and are well taken care of throughout the entire day and night. I really can't say enough about them! The fact that they are booked out so far in advance is a testimony to their well earned reputation. If you're thinking of using them, act fast and get on the schedule (if you can)! They're the best!!

I would never recommend another wedding venue to anyone! Cescaphe did an unbelievable job from the beginning. They were so organized and helpful. My stress level was lowered tremendously because cescaphe takes care of all the major things, and all the little details that I wouldn’t even think about. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Our maitre d’ Robert took care of us SO WELL on the day of our wedding, making sure we ate, taking exceptional care of our parents and just tending to our every need. My wedding didn’t even feel real because of how perfectly everything went. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, especially the food (and open bar of course). I really cannot say enough about cescaphe, don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Thank you for making it the best day of our lives!!!

I got married at the Water Works last Friday. I can not get over how much this venue exceeded our expectations! Between the absolutely breathtaking beauty to the endless high quality food to the staff, it couldn't have been better. The food was indescribable- so many buttlered hor d'oeurves, multiple different food stations, amazing entree selections, and then endless desserts. People couldn't believe how great it was. Then there was the amazing staff. Jackie and Franco ran the show and killed it! You do not need a day of coordinator when you have these guys. They kept everything running smoothly and whenever there were minor issues, they handled them without anyone worrying. They had such great communication with the other vendors too. I really am still floating thinking about what a perfect place we chose to get married in! Thank you!!

Love love love Cescaphe!! Our Tendenza wedding this past May was like a dream. The food, the staff, the decor, everything was truly amazing. Our maitre’d Robert was the absolute best, he made sure everything flowed throughout the night like we planned. Nikki our event coordinator was awesome to work with! She communicated with me as needed during the weeks leading up to the wedding and had the venue looking flawless. My wedding day would not have been the same without the Cescaphe team! There are no words to properly describe my experience as a MOB for my daughter's wedding last weekend at Water Works. The only word that even comes close is PERFECT! This is the most amazing event company in the world to work with. Rose, Dawn, Jessica, Franco, and Marsi were AMAZING! My guests can't stop talking about it. This company is class act from start to finish. They are competitively priced but they don't deliver what other venues and planning companies do---they deliver BEYOND ANYTHING YOU COULD EVER EXPECT. If you have a wedding coming, do it! You will be so thrilled you chose Cescaphe and Water Works!! I'm still on cloud 9 four days later thinking of this incredible day. They walk you through the process with complete ease and you will be catered to the entire event like you are royalty. I expect a lot and am not easily pleased and this wedding surpassed any of my expectations! I can't say enough about Cescaphe and Water Works. I used the Cescaphe for all three of my daughters weddings. The first was at the Curtis Center in July 2013. The second was at Tendenza this past January & the third was just a few weeks ago at Vie. All three were perfect. if I had anymore children that were getting married I would want it at a Cescaphe venue. The staff, the food, the cake were top notch. Thank you so much Cescaphe events.

The walk threw was amazing. And I went home and said we are making this happen!! Well it happened! On June 18,2017 I had my very own Cescaphe wedding. And boy it was like no other. As soon as we stepped off the trolley we were greeted by a ton of staff. My event coordinator came out, and took us right up to the bridal suite. That's where I met Micheal. My Matre D for the night. He was awesome. I could just tell by the first couple of words he spoke this was going to be a night I would never forget. And then he said to me "Valerie look I have dental floss for " I was like yasss. It's the little things. And Cescaphe nailed it. Just getting to watch the process from the suite and peeking out over to view the gorgeous ballroom being transformed. To getting to have a great conversation with one of the staff members who was lifting up my chandelier cake. Everything was perfect. We stayed on time. They told me it was go time and I followed. Now the cocktail hour. Holy cow!!!! What a spread. My stomach was not big enough to eat it all. Just everything you could imagine and more. Just top notch! Threw out the whole night we were catered to. We felt amazing on the day of our wedding. I also like to mention one moment that happened that really made me just smile from ear to ear. We had friends of our that showed up very late( sitter issue) and Michael was talking to us at our sweet heart table. I noticed the couple come in. I told Michael who they were and that they needed to have dinner and drinks asap. Michael went right over to them. Placed there order and got them drinks. That is customer service people! That is what you need! People are still talking about my wedding! And raving about how amazing it was!! Bravo Cescaphe !!! Can't wait to attend as a guest now!

Cannot say enough about Cescaphe and specifically the Downtown Club. Absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter's wedding. Many, many people told us it was by far the nicest wedding they have ever attended. The view overlooking Independence Square was amazing. The staff at the Downtown Club are perfect. Andrew and Hyson were more than anyone could have hoped for. Hyson took excellent care of us all night. We couldn't have asked for more. My son-in-law said he THOUGHT of asking for a Club soda and Andrew appeared with it. Later he asked my daughter if she wanted an espresso and before they finished discussing it Andrew was there with two espressos for them. They thought of and took care of absolutely everything from beginning to end. As sress free as it gets for a wedding. Food and service were amazing. Can't imagine a better experience or another event group living up to what Cescaphe delivered. I would say that we ended up with 175 guests and it was perfect - cannot imagine if 225 we invited showed up, would have been very crowded.

I am a demanding NYC sales exec who wants everything perfect on the first try. I looked at a ton of venues in NYC but growing up in PA had a hunch that I might find the perfect venue in Philly. I love history and Old City and was lucky enough to stumble upon Cescaphe in my search. I worked with Betsy during the sales process and I literally can't give her enough praise. She was so professional, friendly, straight forward and helped with me so many things that were not part of her job. I run a team of sales and marketing professionals and she is one of the best reps I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
I chose the Downtown Club the second I walked through the doors to the ballroom, it was the perfect. The night of the wedding could not have gone more perfectly. The food was incredible (people won't shut up about it still), the staff was incredible, the venue looked stunning and the event was run perfectly. My NYC friends all said it was the best wedding they've ever been to and the best assortment of food. It's all because Cescaphe knows how to run a wedding like a boss.
Victoria was our event manager and made my life so easy. I didn't have time to plan a wedding and she rolled with my tardiness and helped me figure things out last minute. She was so friendly and was so fun to work with, a total pro. With Cescaphe you get a maitre d for your wedding day. I didn't really think much about this in advance and honestly didn't know what to expect. When I say Andrew was a dream come true, I mean it. I could go on and on about how great he was, but I think the fact that my band emailed me specifically to rave about him says it all. "The Maitre D', Andrew, was totally top-notch. He communicated with me so well all night and never left me guessing about anything. Any time I was wondering how much more dance music we'd be needing, as soon as I'd look up, he'd be there waiting to tell me. He made things SO easy." To wrap things up, BOOK THIS VENUE, it was a dream!

Not even sure where to begin because everything here was so perfect. If we could give this venue more stars, we would. We had our wedding at Tendenza in February, and from the time we first began talking to them and set up a tour, all the way through the wedding day, it was incredibly smooth. Once we booked the venue, we worked closely with Victoria throughout the entire process. She was amazing - answering all of our questions promptly, coordinating with all of our vendors so there was less for us to deal with, and ensuring everything was set up perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Our maitre de for day of, Robert, was also amazing. He made sure the event was perfect, and that our entire day was stress-free. He told us each time we needed to do something or be somewhere, brought over food for us to ensure we were eating, and really just made sure we had a great time throughout the event. The venue itself was gorgeous - everything was decorated beautifully and just as we had wanted. We got a ton of comments from guests about how awesome the food was and how the cocktail hour was ridiculous - people couldn’t believe when cocktail hour ended and more food was still coming. We spent a lot of time deciding which venue to go with, and we were so happy we chose this one - we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect event.

There aren't enough words to really explain how amazing Cescaphe Event Group is. I just recently had my wedding at Tendenza in January. It was absolutely amazing. From first booking, to menu meeting, to all the back and forth emails, to the drop off appointment, to the day of. Nothing. Ever. Went. Wrong. There's a reason Cescaphe Event Group is the "Premiere Wedding Brand of Philadelphia." They really have their stuff together. Shout out to Dana Yacovelli for all of her help, and Robert who took care of us all night long. You really get your moneys worth at these venues. ALL top shelf bar, the craziest cocktail hour & a half with everything included, no picking how many Hors d'oeuvre you'd like, they all come with the package. I can't tell you how many people have told me it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and people are still talking about it 2 months later. We were super happy with every aspect of our wedding day and can only hope one of our friends get married at their venues soon so we can be a guest at one! We got married at The Down Town Club and the entire experience, from planning, to the day of, was perfect! From our venue visits, to contracting, initial plannings, making selections, and finally, the day of service - everything was incredible and they made us feel so comfortable. Cescaphe knows what they are doing when it comes to planning and executing a wedding!

Leading up to our wedding, our event manager, Kristen, was so kind and helpful and we were so excited to see her on the day of our wedding! The staff at the Down Town Club (especially our maitre d', Andrew) made us and our families feel like kings and queens - they were so kind and accommodating. No detail was missed. Finally, if you are interested in Cescaphe, then you've already heard about the food - it is over the top and incredible! My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception at the Cescaphe Ballroom and it was absolutely amazing. Cescaphe Event Group is on top of everything from the day you book your date through the entire process. They are well-organized, pleasant to work with and made the wedding planning process extremely smooth. The food was absolutely phenomenal from cocktail hour to the dinner options (which they have tons to choose from), the venue itself looked gorgeous, service was impeccable and they offer so many special little touches that just make you feel like royalty on your special day (love the fireworks down the stairs when you're announced). We have to give a special shout out to our mait're d Michael, who was beyond attentive and AMAZING, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, comfortable and having a great time the entire night. Also, our event manager Mary Ma was extremely helpful through the planning process and checked in on us throughout the night to make sure everything was going as planned/smoothly -- and thank you to the entire event staff, bartenders, valet service, etc. who made our wedding day perfect! Cescaphe also has a person in-house who makes beautiful wedding cakes and can create pretty much anything based on your vision -- we loved ours! Both of our parents also had a head server (shout out to Carlene and Anthony who were incredible!) who only waited on their tables for the night and made sure they were taken care of. We highly recommend the Cescaphe Ballroom -- and all of their venues for that matter -- to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the city. We have been to many of them for other weddings and corporate events and they are the absolute best!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Cescaphe Event group became like family . They made sure our day was nothing short of perfection. My guest have been raving about their amazing venue The Downtown club and the 5 star menu since our wedding last month. I'm sad it's over I will say Joe and his team are phenomenal and if you want your day to be one to remember you should definitely use these guys. They have the best venue locations in philly hands down. They also host monthly classes for upcoming brides and grooms to give them helpful insightful tips to help ease the pressure of having a wedding!!!

There are not enough words to describe just how wonderful Cescaphe was for our wedding! From start to finish, the process was fun, easy, and pretty stress-free. From the start, the team at Cescaphe helped us plan our October wedding with ease and were amazing at answering our questions, explaining each step of the process, and always over-communicating (thank you Betsy Shoustal!). We chose The Atrium at the Curtis Center for our venue, knowing it was about to undergo some big renovations. Unfortunately, The Curtis Center made this a bit of a challenge for us, but the Cescaphe team did everything they could to keep us updated of the progress and let us know each change as it happened (with pictures) – even though a lot was out of their control! We really appreciated that, and thankfully, all the major renovations were done by the time of our wedding and everything looked BEAUTIFUL. The actual venue is such a cool space. The acoustics are a little tough because it’s an atrium, but it’s nothing that stopped us from selecting it for our wedding. When it’s all done up it’s just gorgeous! We worked with Dawn Mullan for initial menu planning session and she was SO helpful and knowledgeable of everything. She made the experience really wonderful and easy! At the wedding,, everything went off without a hitch. We are SO thankful to have been paired up with Renee Ziegler, our event manager. Renee had everything under control at all times and made the day run smoothly. She is an absolute pro!! We also had
had Thomas, Carolyn, and Joanne as our maitre’d/head servers who were AMAZING and attentive. Our guests raved about the food (what CEG is famous for) - just perfection ... and SO much! We recommend Cescaphe to ANY Philadelphia brides. You won't be disappointed! They're the best at what they do and so worth every penny!!

Cescaphe is a class act! Everything that they do is with precision and elegance and they are absolutely top notch without being pretentious or overdone. I can't say enough about how amazing our whole experience with Cescaphe was. Erin was absolutely amazing as our Coordinator and went way above and beyond for us, and Thomas was incredible standing by our side on the day of our wedding. When things came up the week of our wedding that were beyond anyone's (including Cescaphe's) control, the absolute best thing that we did was trust Erin and Cescaphe 100%- they did not disappoint. You can't go wrong with a Cescaphe wedding! Worth every penny.

'The best wedding I've ever been to ' were the words excitedly thrown at my husband and I by many guests the day of our wedding at WaterWorks. The team at Cescaphe leading up to the big day was exceptionally attentive to our desires and they delivered every promise times a million. I’m very type A and Cescaphe gave me no doubts that I was in good hands. The amount that I did not have to coordinate or worry about on my wedding day was priceless, allowing me to enjoy every minute, savour the food, and celebrate with family and friends because of it. This was probably the closest to royalty I'll ever feel. WaterWorks as the venue was selected for sentimental reasons, but when that meant Cescaphe was hosting, the game completely changed. WaterWorks is such an amazing, classically elegant, and peaceful backdrop for everything- ceremony, cocktails and all. Between the WaterWorks as the venue, the amazing food, the fantastic and attentive service, stunning cake, and flawless execution, we could not have asked for anything better!

Words can not even describe how PERFECT my wedding at the Waterworks was! Literally EVERYONE said it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. I want to relive it over and over again. Sonia and Kelli made booking the venue the easiest and best decision I could ever have made. Dawn ran my menu meeting like a boss and made my mom and fiance feel so comfortable and excited for the big day. Betsy... I can not say enough great things about Betsy for pulling everything together and keeping me from going absolutely insane before my wedding. We were so thrilled with our wedding at Cescaphe Ballroom. We don't have one complaint from the moment we booked them until the day of our wedding. Our planning team did an amazing job walking us through our day about 3 months before the wedding. They gave us their honest opinions and feedback to make our day as special and perfect as it could possibly be. From there, we worked with our event coordinator who was AMAZING!!! Renee answered my emails immediately, and then as we got closer to the wedding date, gave me her cell phone number so I could reach her at any time, day, night or weekend. On the day of, everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests were happy, the rooms looked beautiful and I didn't have one bit of stress. Michael made sure everything was taken care of for us that day and then that everything was packed up and put on our trolley so we really didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying ourselves. For the price we paid per person and the fact that their price literally includes EVERYTHING they have to offer, we couldn't have been happier anywhere else. They made our day perfect.

There is nothing that compares to a Cescaphe wedding, and nothing will ever come close!!! We got married on October 9, 2015 at Cescaphe Ballroom and from start to finish everything was perfect!! Our event manager Adrienne and our maître d' Rick made sure of that! Every detail, every minute, the bridal suite down to the bathrooms. I even got a whole plate of french fries with my dinner just because!! They kept everything running without a hitch, even in the pouring rain, I've had multiple people come up to me and say it was the smoothest run wedding they've EVER been to! Halfway through the night I was tired and they asked if I needed anything and asked if they had red bull- they didn't but sent someone out to get one for me!! They truly go above and BEYOND at Cescaphe. Not only do you get all of that but the value per head for the food and alcohol and everything they include is unparalleled. We want to get married all over again each year with them! Cescaphe is the top of the line, the best ever!!!! Thank you for making our day perfect!!!

We had our wedding at the Curtis Center and Cescaphe truly made it the most wonderful day. Everything was excellent, from the service to the food and the helpfulness of all the staff. They took care of everything and we had nothing to worry about. They provided such personalized attention for both my husband and myself and our parents. They make sure to note any special preferences beforehand and got us anything we needed the day of. They even provided special bottles my husband specifically requested. We didn't get to touch our food but they packed a box of our dinner and desert and cake for us to take home at the end of the night so we didn't miss out. When it was time to leave, they had everything already packed up and ready to go. It was such an amazing day thanks to Cescaphe and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our event planner, Jessica McGarvey was fantastic! She was there to answer any questions I had along the way and was able to take all of my ideas and execute them perfectly!!! The night of our wedding, Andrew was our personal server. He was so polite to us and our whole family, he made sure we had everything we needed - from pre wedding cocktails, to 15 minutes of alone time post-ceremony, to always having a water and a drink waiting at our table! Cescaphe Event Group gives you so much for your money, after the wedding we felt like we got a huge deal!!! All of our guests were blown away by the professionalism of this group and all of the delicious food. Nobody left hungry - the food is nonstop and the portions generous! I would recommend this group to anyone who is getting married if they want world class service and staff, amazing food, and beautiful venue options!!

We had our wedding at Vie and it was absolutely stunning. A tad pricey but you get what you pay for and Cescaphe is the tops. The food, the ambiance, the space, the decor, and the employees were all amazing from start to finish.

AMAZING! My husband and I got married at Cescaphe Ballroom and it was pure magic. The staff are excellent. We had our own Maitre d who always seemed to know when we needed something but was not following us everywhere. They also had a server for our VIPs (parents of the bride and groom). They run everything like a well-oiled machine but it all feels personal. The bridal suite in the venue is excellent - they had a sampling of appetizers waiting for us when we arrived before the ceremony which was the perfect time for us to eat since we spent all of cocktail hour socializing. There is tons of food and it's all excellent. The all inclusive price is great because there were no added hidden costs. At the end of the night, they made sure we had all of the personal stuff we brought with us and loaded it back onto the trolley. They think of everything :) It was a perfect day and we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Tendenza is a beautiful place to have your wedding! The staff at Tendenza was absolutely amazing and we could not believe the attentiveness of the team to not only us as the bride and groom, but also to our guests! There isn’t enough we can say about how amazing the Cescaphe event group is!! From the time we booked the venue (The Atrium at the Curtis Center), I knew we were in good hands.
Everyone I spoke with was knowledgable and accommodating with any questions I had throughout our planning process (and I had a lot!). Dawn Mullan was so helpful at our menu meeting - ensuring we understood the many options we had.
Jessica Kerrigan was hands down the most WONDERFUL Event Manager we could have asked for - She was so pleasant to work with, and she made the week before the wedding completely stress-free. On our wedding day, Jessica and Colin were just incredible. We forgot the boutonniers for the groomsmen, and Colin had someone go back to our hotel to get them. Colin made sure we had everything we could need, and Jessica ensured the night ran smoothly. And it did - it was PERFECT! My parents had their own Cescaphe staff member helping them, who ensured they had anything they needed during the reception - she was fantastic also!
If one of our guests had to leave early, the team packed up the meal for them. At the end of the evening, the staff made sure we had everything packed and in boxes to bring with us. They were more attentive, helpful, and kind than we could have hoped for!
It has been almost a year since our wedding, and we are still told by everyone we see that it was the best wedding they’ve been to, and they are still thinking about the food!!
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was top-notch. We highly recommend The Atrium at the Curtis Center/Cescaphe Event Group to anyone looking for a venue!!

We were first lucky enough to be invited to a wedding hosted by Cescaphe Tendenza and the next morning my future wife said we have to have our ceremony at Cesaphe (any of them!). Fast forward two years and we had our wedding reception at Cescaphe Ballroom in June 2015. It sounds so “corny” but this was the wedding of our dreams. The details from start to finish were simply astonishing, the staff was amazing (Mike-Maitre d’ & Renee- Event Planner were the MVPs our special day) and the venue was remarkable! Our guests still can’t stop talking about the entire day/night, many say they still dream of the food that was served. Thank you Cesaphe! If your getting married in Philly, look no further than Cesaphe!

THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE A WEDDING IN PHILADELPHIA!! My daughter had her wedding on 9/5/2015. It was at the Cescaphe Ballroom in the Northern Liberties section of the city. This is over - the top, once in a life time so use Cescaphe to really make this night count. They have 5 other venues as well but the Ballroom with it's Great Gatsby gorgeous decor was perfect for my daughter's theme. The food is abundant, and incredible. An hour and a half cocktail hour with 45 types of hor'douvres. The dinner, dessert room and beautiful cake were all spectacular as well. My family and the grooms's are Italian - and we LOVE FOOD!!! This is the place to go!

But what really sets Cescaphe apart is the service. You will feel like celebrities. on the day f the wedding - that means the bride & groom, as well as the parents of the bride and the groom. WE each had our own go to person to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. That night Adrienne ran the whole show, Michael was in the front of the house and Carleen took care of us parents. What gracious wonderful, professional people they all are.

Cescaphe is the Disney World of weddings. These people love their job, love what they do and are proud of what they do and that si why every step of the way is like floating in a dream. I can't say enough about this wing which will be etched in gourmands for all times.

We LOVED Cescaphe. Hands down the best best best group to work with in south eastern Pennsylvania. It's been almost 2 years and people are still RAVING about our wedding! Cescaphe handles everything. We used the atrium location at the Curtis center and everything was perfect. The food is to die for and the selection is overwhelming! They literally have everything. Our cocktail hour was spectacular, dessert was amazing. Most venues and event groups offer basic packages and then charge for add ons, extra food, certain entrees, dance floors etc etc and also not including tax and tips. Cescaphe is all included. Everything! We couldn't believe it. There are small upgrades (decoration repeated) available but no necessities. We did a monogram and did the birdcage for our cards (highly recommend!) your gifts and cards are locked up in a huge cage impossible to break into and placed right next to you the entire reception. At the end of the night the staff will unlock the cage in front of you and hand you all your gifts.

Cescaphe did all of the work. Our wedding was not stressful at all because we knew what great hands we were in and that everything would be perfect. We highly highly recommend Cescaphe! You will not be disappointed

If my husband and I had to describe our wedding at the Cescaphe Ballroom in one word, it would be: flawless. Renee and the Ballroom's event planning team made our day utterly unforgettable and absolutely perfect. I bet there are not too many married couples who can say there is literally not a single thing they would change about their wedding, and thanks to Cescaphe my husband and I can say that. From the beginning Cescaphe made it clear that they were impeccably competent and that I could trust everyone who worked there to make our wedding perfect. They are willing to customize many aspects of the day and yet they also have good systems in place for running the ceremony and reception perfectly to help guide brides like me who don't always know exactly what they want. Though we worked with many people in addition to Renee, who was there on the actual day, the transitions were all seamless - everyone knew everything about our wedding and everyone was always prepared to talk with us and make sure the details were perfect. Cescaphe includes SO MUCH - when we booked them we didn't even envision the level of customer service that we would get. The food is copious and delicious, certainly an epic focal point of the evening. We asked Cescaphe to design a kind of quirky and fun/unusual custom cake and they took on the task and made our cake better than we could have imagined, and the guests loved it. Renee was an absolute ninja on the wedding day and planned everything perfectly. Michael was our maitre'd and front of house who also made sure the night went perfectly and that we were in the right place at the right time - he also took care of us and made sure we always had something to eat and drink and that our parents/other VIP's were also having a fantastic time. Basically my husband and I could just show up to the party and know that a team member would put us in the right place at the right time. We had our wedding at The Down Town Club and we couldn’t be happier. We appreciated that all costs are known upfront, and everything is included, even the cake, which was very delicious. The quality of food and drinks are truly outstanding- our guests still talk about the food today, top restaurant quality and service. The willingness of the staff to be flexible and work with your dietary requirements is again truly outstanding. We had a ‘Kosher style’ wedding and the team came up with creative substitutes and even supplied our challah bread (massive) and Kosher wine for the toast. Our maître d for the night was Michael, and he was outstanding, so attentive and professional. The one criticism is that from start to finish we worked with about 5 different points of contact, but our last two coordinators, Dawn and Alana were wonderful.

WOW! What can I say about this place. They really are the most professional group of people I have ever worked with. No question goes unanswered and anything you need help with is "no problem". From the moment we chose Cescaphe I knew we made the right decision. The newly renovated ballroom is gorgeous and the staff is over the top. We were treated like king and queen on our wedding day and throughout the whole process really!!! Joe and Renee really went above and beyond on our wedding day. Every time my drink was empty a new glass was put into my hands. My parents arrived early and were brought right up to the bridal suite and FED. Renee even bustled my dress!!!! The whole night was magical and there was not one single hiccup. They are the best in the business and I think my guests now agree!!! They phone calls I have been receiving are all to tell me how it was the best wedding they have been to and how the service was like nothing they have every received. AND THE FOOD IS UNREAL!!! I have never seen so much food in my life. Everything was so delicious and no one left hungry! It was really the best venue and the best day!!

There are NO words to describe how amazing Cescaphe Event Group is, I could go on forever but I will keep this short. We had our wedding at The Downtown Club. From the minute we walked into The Downtown Club we knew that was the place we would have our wedding reception, then we met the employees! What amazing people. They treated us like we were royalty from day one. No matter how many annoying questions were thrown at them or how many times tablecloths or seating charts were changed they were beyond amazing and kind. Everything turned out exactly how I imagined if not better and it is all thanks to them. The day of our wedding was literally magical! If you think you'll be stressed on your wedding day, not here. They made sure that we were eating, drinking, dancing and having fun with our guests. They were ten steps ahead of us at all times. All of the staff were accommodating, friendly and genuine. We honestly could not have dreamed up a more perfect day. Our guests were blown away, and so were we! You cannot go wrong here! (oh and the food - it speaks for itself OMG!!)

I don't know where to begin. From the moment we pulled up in the Trolley, to the Bridal Suite, and beyond....one word...PERFECTION!!! I can't imagine working with a company as professional, accommodating, and providing exceptional customer service as the Cescaphe Event Group.
Between Alana, our personal wedding planner from Cescaphe, Carissa and Vince, any and all of our needs were met graciously without a problem. The quality and quantity of the food was exceptional. My guests were blown away by your presentation, variety and taste. Their signature drink, appropriately strong, the champagne, the wine, the bartenders...nobody had to wait very long for their drinks. The dessert buffet was over the top....All I know for sure that it was the best decision we made to hold the most special moment in my daughter's life, at this juncture, at the Cescaphe Ballroom...you set the Bar high and far exceeded all expectations.....

We had our wedding this past weekend at The Downtown Club and we can not say enough wonderful things about the staff. Rose and Renee were our event managers and they made our night so enjoyable. Our guests have been raving about our wedding -- everything from the food to the decor to the attentiveness of the staff. We booked our wedding through Cescaphe using the DownTown Club in Philadelphia this January. Betsy and Nichole helped with details and we were in good hands from start to finish.
