  Responsive, Detail Oriented, and Super Sweet

  We loved our experience with Roxanne. She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Her draping installations and rental decor with absolutely stunning and I regretted not hiring her on as my day of wedding planner because I know she would have knocked it out of the park! If you need someone to handle any and all of your wedding decisions, she's the gal!

  This is a must for all brides!

  I could not imagine what my wedding day would have been like without Roxanne and her staff. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. Throughout the entire wedding planning she was extremely organized, friendly, helpful in providing suggestions and was always checking with me on certain things. I never had to worry about anything she was tasked with and she always went well above all of my expectations. On my wedding day she was the first one there and the last to leave. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it, not one tiny detail was missing. She did not miss a beat. The whole day was extremely smooth from start to finish..not one hiccup! I know for sure this was because of Roxanne. She continuously put me at ease and reassured me I had nothing to worry about and she was right. I would hire her 100 times over! I could never thank her enough. Her services are an absolute must!

  Roxanne was a DOC for my wedding. She was very helpful in organzing and planning, especially during the month before the wedding. She did all of the decorating for my reception and ceremony and really made my vision come to life. She was absolutely worth the money we spent and I would recommend anyone to hire a DOC, and anyone in the area to hire Roxanne in particular.

  Roxanne offered her services to me at no charge, as I had won a contest at a wedding expo. Her decorating services at the reception were 100% worth it. She did a great job and leaving that aspect of our wedding in her hands was a true time and lifesaver. She decorated exactly as I would have done it myself. It was so wonderful for her to come to our home for each of our meetings. She made us feel very important. My only complaint is that she wasn't very assertive at the rehearsal and on our wedding day. Our bridal party and family are very opinionated and weren't listening very well to directions at the rehearsal, so it was very nerve-wracking to me. She was, however, a good moral support in encouraging me that everything was going to be all right.

  Covid fail

  I am so disappointed in the way this company handled my wedding that had to be cancelled due to COVID. In fact, they are the ONLY company that wasn’t understanding about the already stressful and upsetting situation. Now I am out the money paid to them, and even if they were to try to credit me for the future they are nowhere near the location I reside (as the wedding was going to be hours from our home), so any credit would go unused. My planner reached out to them several times and they refused to endure the situation. I hope I am the only out of luck bride in the situation, but I sadly doubt it as they were so far from understanding.
