  Awesome Work

  We hired Teresa and her team at Totally Beautiful Moments for our wedding planner and to decorate for the ceremony and reception for September 3, 2022. We purchased the Rose Full Package. I must say I had no regrets. My entire wedding planning process was stress free. I gave her my vision and she took it from there. Teresa made sure all vendors were paid on time before deadlines. She really kept us on point the closer it got to my wedding date. During the year leading up to my wedding, not only did we find a wedding planner but we found a genuine, kind hearted and sweet person that we admire so much. We connected on so many levels throughout the process. Teresa made our wedding experience so remarkable. She is always on time for all appointments that were scheduled and always going the extra mile for her brides. Teresa was also present at our engagement photo session and gave her input and suggestions to our photographer. Teresa also network with a lot of people. She recommended the photographer, cake vendor and make-up artist. All three did an awesome job.
  
  The days leading up to our wedding were still stress free. Teresa told me no worries and that everything was going to be beautiful. On our wedding day, the decorations were elegant and stunning just as we had imagined. The bouquets were beautiful. Everything was over the top.
  
  I must say Teresa and her team did an awesome job. We chose the perfect team for our special day. Our guests were very impressed with my decorations and everything was so beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments about our wedding thanks to Totally Beautiful Moments.
  
  Thank you Teresa and Team for making our day great. And thank you Teresa for being the phenomenal woman that you are on so many levels. Our wedding day was a SUCCESS!!

Teresa was very organized and professional from start to finish it was truly like working with a friend and I feel my husband and I have gained a true friend out of the this contact. Teresa made sure I was stress free and that I had as less as possible to deal with leading up to my big day. She had all events and situations flowing with ease and I could not be more happier. If you are looking for a wedding planner with EXCELLENCE you have found the right company to work with. She put on many hats when it came to working with my husband and I from mom to friend to business partner and I would not change a thing!!!   Decor and day of coordination

  Teresa went above and beyond. The decor was absolutely breathtaking and I was in awe when I walked in. She accommodated and negotiated a venue change as well as resolved and issue with my caterer.

Teresa McCalop ,owner , was phenomenal in her work with our wedding . We found her at a bridal event my wife attended and they hit it off right away. Within a month, we had a place for a ceremony, reception and food . We stressed that we were on a tight budget and what we were willing to pay.   I don't know if I have enough space to give feedback about Teresa McCalop and her TBM team. My now husband and I wanted to continue to focus on our relationship and not allow wedding planning to distract us. Though we considered other wedding planners, what impressed me right off was how quickly Teresa responded to my email. In less than 24 hours, Teresa telephoned me and talked with me as if she was already my wedding planner. Immediately, I felt relieved.
  
  She knew what she was doing and continued to guide us through the arduous task of wedding planning from Day One until the day we said "I do." She was so knowledgeable about the wedding industry and what would work and what would not. Her suggestions were spot on. Her vendors were exceptional! From the cake to the florals to the venue to the music to the photography, everyone supported our vision for our wedding with the utmost joy and professionalism. We were more than pleased! Guests marveled at how moist and tasty our wedding cake was. The vivid beauty of my floral bouquet is reflected in every single picture. It brought the pop and the flair! The photos captured the spirit of the moment. The venue, which Teresa found couldn't have been more accommodating and suited to our needs.
  
  She was a realist and her suggestions were always spot on. She kept us on point with our budget and kept us in step with our timeline. She told us to keep our phone close by for texts and I always knew what was happening. She handled issues that will arise with a wedding masterfully!
  
  She was always a step ahead of us, which is quite a feat given I'm a bookkeeper and my husband is an IT professional. We are attention to detail on steroids...lol!
  
  It wasn't just an event. It was an experience that we will cherish until the day we die. I wholeheartedly recommend Teresa McCalop and Totally Beautiful Moments.

Not only did she decorate, but she help tie up all the loose ends to make my day perfect. She became my wedding planner because there was no way that I could have done it all myself with going to school full time and work. She is very on time with everything she do and she have to keep me on track for the most part. But all in all she is the sweetest person that you will ever encounter. My husband and I where very satisfied with her work.

She takes the time to know the heart of the bride and groom and their desires. She is extremely creative,organize and dedicated. She answered all of my questions and made herself available when needed. She has a great personality and took all of my stress of planning away. My wedding started on time everything was perfect!   I met Teresa at a Bridal event at the venue that she would eventually book for me. She was very sweet and professional. A few weeks later, I decided to give her a call. I left her a voice message and she called back within 15 minutes. I hired Totally Beautiful Moments to plan my entire wedding. Throughout the process she was on top everything. She found most of my vendors for me, kept up with the contracts, coordinated all the meetings, tastings and made sure I stayed within budget. Not one time was she ever late for a meeting or a conference call. She would NOT deal with unprofessional vendors and her expectation of excellence was very impressive. On the day of my wedding, her staff was very professional and knew exactly what their roles were to keep things running smoothly. She even went out of her way to make sure my honeymoon suite at the hotel was clean and ready. When my husband I got there, we were met with a beautiful display of candles and rose petals. Without Totally Beautiful Moments, I would not have had the most beautiful wedding of my dreams. My family and friends all loved Teresa. Part of her company specializes in Travel and they even booked my Honeymoon for us! I would work with Teresa again in a heartbeat and I recommend her for any type of event.
