Holly Nelson is the BEST Catering Manager and person in general! The Rosen is so lucky to her have! She held our hands through this whole process. She was so responsive, attentive, kind, detailed, organized and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed getting to know her on every level! Holly, you are incredible and beyond amazing at what you do! We truly cannot thank you enough.

All the other staff at the Rosen was phenomenal! An 11 months of planning and the entire weekend from Wednesday to Monday for our wedding we don’t have a single complaint! I think we had around 128 guests and I believe 108 of them came from out of state or country. Every single one of them mentioned how amazing the Rosen is and how Impressed they were with all the staff from the restaurants to the convenience store to the pool bar everything!! It was also such an incredible place to host so many people out of state. We all got to spend time together because the Rosen provides multiple different locations and space to do that! Not to mention, the location is phenomenal! Our guest got to experience a different side of Orlando as many people just think of Disney. I can’t tell you how many compliments we got about the choice of hotel. The price of the rooms was incredibly reasonable And our guests really didn’t even feel like they needed to leave the Rosen at all during their stay! I could truly go on and on, but if you were getting married, this is the place!!!

We had our very small ceremony here at the rosen plaza and I can say that Amanda was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions asked. The day went smoothly and perfect for what we wanted. The room was beautiful and we are waiting for our official photos to come back and excited to see them with some lovely spots around the hotel.

Pick Rosen Plaza as your wedding venue! In your package you get suites for you and your husband, a suite for the day of and even discounted rooms for your family and friends! The atmosphere is classy and intimate. I loved having my wedding here and you cannot beat the price.

My day wasn't exactly the way I envisioned it, due to some minor dress malfunctions. The fast thinking and just charming coordinator Kari. Bina brought a calm energy that lighten up the mood of my big day. She took care of everything which made my day perfect. My husband and I fell in love with the décor and professionalism of the staff, we love the Rosen Plaza Hotel Team.

Well it was my husband who suggested the Rosen Plaza. I had been there before for work events and always though that it was a beautiful hotel, but never imagined having my wedding there as I thought it would be out of my budget range. I contacted other venues prior to our appointment with the Rosen, and the Rosen by far superseded all the other venues. The Rosen staff were amazing, attentive and wanted our day to be special. We had the pleasure of working with Kari and she was as involved in ensuring that our day would be perfect as I was. Whenever I had a question or needed to change or add something Kari made it happen. We were able to customize the menu and request Christmas tree's to be decorated to match my décor. What really impressed me was when the banquet staff ironed everyone of my table linen because my decor person's steamer was not working. I remember the banquet manager saying to me, don't worry we are here to make sure you are happy, so go back to your room and relax. I would highly recommend the Rosen Plaza, we ha d a 5 star experience and know that you will also. A sincere and special thank you to Kari, Amanda and the entire banquet staff. We toured many venues before settling on this one. Everywhere was outrageous expensive and didn’t offer everything Rosen Plaza does. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure your day is perfect. We made many changes until we felt it was perfect. The price and affordability of this venue if just perfect for anyone who is looking to do everything at one location. We had our ceremony and reception hosted here and everything was beautiful! They are always available and ready to tackle any challenges that may arise. It was perfect!

My husband and I decided to have a last minute wedding reception after our church ceremony. I called Rosen who had availability 3 weeks before our wedding. We were undecided on the venue and finally decided on the Rosen 7 days before. This was the best decision we made. The staff at the hotel was extremely attentive. Kari and Amanda were amazing to work with. They were very responsive and so easy to work with. My husband and I loved EVERYTHING! The captain and the servers were so attentive and kind. The appetizers, dinner and dessert were delicious and the ambiance was exactly what we wanted. My guests raved on and on about how beautiful everything was. Out of everything that I had to do in such a short amount of time, planning the reception was the easiest part. I highly recommend the Rosen!

My daughters bridal shower was scheduled in May at a Rosen hotel. Due to covid we had to move the date and venue and we had it in November in Rosen Plaza.
I cannot say enough about this venue. The people who helped plan, Kari and everyone else (sorry I am terrible with names) went above and beyond to help us celebrate my daughter in a crazy time. The room was beautiful, and the food was amazing!! Due to the fact that we were down to less than 30 from 75-80 they didn’t hold us to the contract for food and beverage minimums or the room block contract. We had a buffet and a bar and the service was wonderful. Again I cannot stress this enough the food was the best food I have had at a party.
We came in the night before and had dinner in the restaurant in the lobby, Jack’s. The food was great and we all got complimentary caricatures which was a fun memento of the weekend. The location was great too. Point Orlando was fun to walk around.
I wish we were having the wedding here!

From start to finish she was my person and made my day so easy. Kari is down to earth and relatable, she makes you feel like part of her family.

Jackie and the Rosen Plaza were AMAZING! We could not have imagined anyone better than Jackie! She was so kind, so accommodating, and so thorough! She was always cheerful when we called her with many questions and always went above and beyond our expectations! Jackie alone is reason to pick the Rosen Plaza, but the venue itself is beautiful! The ballroom looked fabulous, and the hotel is extremely nice. We very highly recommend the Rosen Plaza and would pick it again and again!!

I can't stress this enough or put into words how amazing my wedding was at Rosen Plaza thanks to Jackie Neil the wedding coordinator there. It was a fairytale dream come true and she was with me every step of the way. The hotel staff was amazing. It was so nice to see a hotel where they had their stuff together. I have even stayed at Disney so many times and have not gotten the service that the Rosen Plaza has to offer. Jackie always answered back my emails, she was so accommodating Even when we came to visit before the wedding she always had my back and made sure that I had what I needed and wanted. She wasn't just my wedding coordinator, she was more to me than that! It felt good to know she had everything in order and It took off so so much stress from me! The food was amazing at the wedding. I had family from all over New Jersey, NYC, they said the food was gourmet and are still raving about the wedding. It was the highlight of the year. I looked everywhere before the wedding and I have to tell you that this was not only the most beautiful wedding venue and the best staff, but it is also the best bang for your buck! Trust me I did alot of comparison. After I viewed the Rosen I knew it was going to be my venue. They literally have an option for every single person no matter what your budget is. They are willing to accommodate and aren't stuck up and snobby about it. I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone. The assistant manager saw us during the weekend of our wedding and he too made sure that our stay was fabulous and told us if we needed anything to let him know. The staff is always greeting you. The hotel is spotless. Not only is this my wedding venue, but now my vacation spot for when I come to Orlando! I just want to say Thank you Jackie and to all of the staff at the Rosen. I hear nightmare stories about weddings and having to be a bridezilla, but everything was handled and I trusted them That's what a bride needs on her big day! Thanks!

I don't know how to accurately express how happy I was that we went with Rosen Plaza. Jackie was an absolute DREAM to work with. The entire day was just perfect. I can't say that I have one complaint. I was long distance planning from out of state so that was a little stressful for me but Jackie took care of everything. The food was delicious and the bartender's drinks was great. Jackie organized the day perfectly. She coordinated all the vendors coming to the hotel and everyone was aware of what was happening..one of my vendors told me "the valet was expecting us!!". RP included a decor package that transformed the room into a wonderland. It was enchanting. I cannot sing enough praises on how perfect everything was. The value was incredible too. I am so happy.

We lived in Ohio and decided to have a destination wedding in Orlando. I traveled last year to visit different venues in order to choose the one for our reception. I had a meeting with Jackie Neill at the Rosen Plaza and from the minute I met her, I knew I wanted her to coordinate my wedding. She is so friendly, professional and on top of things. She definitely knew what I was looking for and gave me the confidence to trust her with my wedding reception considering we don't live in town.

I visited other venues, but Jackie was the key factor that made me to choose the Rosen Plaza and I'm so happy we had our reception there. We stayed at the hotel as well for a few days with family and friends and everyone loved the hotel and the service we got. Everyone was exceptional and we were treated like royalty.

I had a lot of questions during the wedding process specially since it was a destination wedding but Jackie answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them ) in a timely manner and assured me everything would look beautiful and also the food will taste amazingly since we didn't get to have a food tasting due living out of town.

The day of our wedding, our cocktail hour and reception looked like a dream came true. It was all like I expected and more. Our venue looked so beautiful, the food was amazing and the decor just couldn't be any better. We danced the night away and the service during the reception was exceptional. All of our guest gave us a lot of compliments about the food, the dessert trays and how beautiful the venue looked. My wedding was just perfect!

The Rosen Plaza ended up being the perfect venue for our wedding reception. If you want A++ service, great food, and an extremely gorgeous ballroom- go with the Rosen. In our search we found a few venues we liked, but we ended up choosing the Rosen because of their event coordinator Jackie. She's the best!! We could tell from the very beginning that she was professional, organized, personable, and just on top of everything. By the end of this she felt like one of the family, we love her! And the Rosen did a spectacular job with the food (our guests keep telling us how much they loved it), the service, the decor. When I walked into the ballroom and so how beautiful it was, I was blown away, like seriously it's a moment I'll never forget. The draping, the lighting, the candlelight & centerpieces - perfection. Plus, we stayed there as well as our family and a lot of guests and we were all treated fabulous and made to feel very special on our wedding day. I cannot say enough great things about the Rosen Plaza and Jackie YOU'RE THE BEST!!

We LOVED working with Jackie at Rosen and could not have been happier with our wedding. Most of our guests were from NY and were blown away by the wedding put on by Rosen. The included room decor took our breath away; the draping turned a typical ballroom into another world. The food was delicious; we had done two tastings to get everything right, and it came out perfect. When my groom and I were walking around to greet everyone during dinner, most plates were clean or mouths were full; our picky NY guests were full! Jackie had every single detail worked out with us; and then checked and double checked in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We honestly felt like we were her most important clients (although I assume she makes everyone feel that way); she was always so concerned with what we wanted for our wedding day. Jackie always promptly answered emails and phone calls. Our only gripe was with reservations and a few of their errors, but MaryLou worked tirelessly to fix everything and in the end, it worked out wonderfully. We definitely recommend this venue; you'll get more than your moneys worth and incredible wedding memories. Thank you for everything!

This was by far the smartest decision we've made as a couple. Selecting this venue to host our ceremony and reception was incredible. They take care of pretty much everything. The food, drinks, linens, ceremony location, lighting, cake cutting, etc. The remaining vendors (photographer, cake, DJ, etc.) that were suggested were just as amazing. The food was on point and the service was just as good. EVERYONE from my wedding had nothing but kind words for the food and decor of our wedding.

Keith, the coordinator, was outstanding. He walked us through everything from the day we toured the venue to the moment he opened the doors to our reception. He has done this for years and is very experienced. We told him what we were looking for and he made it all happen.

Please do yourself the biggest favor and select this venue. It is in a great location where all of your guest can enjoy the attractions and shopping on International Dr. They take the stress away from connecting with more vendors, paying a ceremony fee, and looking for accommodations for your guest. Everything is wrapped into package for you to customize to make your own.

Keith Keiser is the best! He helped us from start to finish, he worked extensively to help us create the perfect ceremony and reception details from personalizing our menu selections to stopping by to ensure I was ok on my wedding day. Special thanks to Keith and team!

The hotel did such an amazing job. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and were thrilled with the rooms, cleanliness and service received during their stay. Our rehearsal dinner was at Cafe Matisse and the food was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and quick to help. The wedding ceremony location was beautiful and set exactly as planned. The draping and up lighting added an elegant touch. The reception space was beautiful and the food, filet and sea bass, was perfect. It has been a month and our guests are still talking about how perfect everything was and how amazing the food was. We were so thrilled with how everything turned out. Thank you Rosen Plaza!

Orlando City Soccer Club held their annual awards night and fundraiser for their Foundation for the 3rd year at Rosen Plaza Hotel. We received top class service, particularly from Keith Keiser, who went out of his way to make sure our event was an outstanding success.

I could not have done this without Robin Simmons. In my time of stress, Robin put everything that I was looking for in my wedding together, and made it happen. Robin was even able to come up with ideas that I loved and went with, as far as decorations and such. When it came to my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING; Robin and her staff made it all happen. The reverend that Robin chose was perfect and conducted our ceremony flawlessly. I also used a photographer (of 3) that Robin recommended and am ecstatic with my photos.
Also I had my reception dinner in Jack's Place restaurant, inside the Plaza, and everyone loved it. The food and atmosphere were perfect. If I had to hold any other events I would definitely go back to the Rosen Plaza and I would definitely want Robin to be at my side.

I have booked at various event venues all over the Orlando Area (downtown, Disney, I-drive.) The Rosen Plaza exceeded every single one of our expectations. From the initial phone call, to the day of service, we couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Robin is always amazing, the staff is always incredible, the room FABULOUS, and the food fantastic! We had a small bump in layout and floor plan this time, but Robin and her team went above and beyond to make it look planned and on purpose!

Kari Bina, Tiffany and staff were great to work with!! The week before the event our guest list miraculously doubled from the original count. All the spaces on the second floor were already accounted for. Kari made all kinds of arrangements with the other event managers to give us a bigger space up to the day of the event. Thanks to Robin Simmons and the Rosen staff, our family reunion was beautiful and relaxing. Even though our crowd was small, the staff treated us as if we were a large group. Everyone had a great time and voted to bring the reunion back to Orlando in 2014.

We held a Coaching Leaders Certification Program at The Rosen Plaza Hotel on 5/22-5/24. The event was flawless, thanks to the wonderful support from Kari Bina the Catering Sales Manager and Tiffany Mansell the Convention Services/Catering Coordinator. This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely look to hold more events here.

I held my reception at this venue. OUTSTANDING service and food. The venue was beautiful. The food was excellent. Elisabet Bleck, Catering Manager, was a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy for me. The walk through, the food tasting, and the communication was outstanding. She returned my emails within 24 hours. When I arrived the night before to check in the staff was very friendly. They treated me like a VIP guest. My key was waiting, valet parking was free, and the executive suite was amazing. The service was definately up to Rosen standards.

Our wedding was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! Everything went flawless. The helped us in every way possible. When we first looked there we thought there is no way we could pay for such a beautiful venue. The cost was very affordable. The ball room was set up for the reception and was beautiful! Every thing was top notch! Other places we looked at would cost twice as much!!! All in all, We are very satisfied and wouldnt change anything!

Juan has been the nicest, professional and responsive person. He did what ever it took to make us happy.

We had our wedding (Ceremony and Reception) at the Rosen Plaza on 11/28/09, it was wonderful. The venue, the quality of the services and the food were outstanding. The staff was very courteous and made everything possible to make our family and guests feel like VIP's. Our coordinator was Juan Guzman, he help us so much since the beginning of the planning, he always responded to our inquiries and provided us with all the information we needed. Juan worked around our schedule and accepted making our Winter Wondeland theme come true and so he did. I remember when my bride took a look inside the reception hall, she was breath-taken, the decor and lighting made her dream come true; she was so excited! The Banquet staff team treated us like kings and all the food was delicious. Thank you Chef! Excellent value for a great price. I would recommend the Rosen Plaza Hotel to anyone to have their special day and I would insist that you ask specifically for Juan Guzman to be your coordinator. God Bless.

It was a pleasure to worked with The Rosen Plaza Hotel,they were very professional and the quality of service was amazing!,very organize and attentive. I would say they went far beyond my expectations,it was PERFECT!! They are the BEST!.

We are blessed to have found this venue for my daughter's sweet 16. We had searched around the area, but what sold us on the Rosen Plaza hotel versus other venue was definitely our cordinator Juan Guzman. He was professional and filled with fresh ideas, he made sure the event was perfect and it was. He took care of everything and made sure my daughter's special day was nothing but the best. Kari Bina and Jessica Bowman are the absolute BEST. They were very responsive to all our needs and made most welcomed suggestions to make our meetings run smooth. We had very last minute changes and both of them were more than willing to make the adjustments with a very pleasant attitude. Rosen did an amazing job. I tried to keep my expectations low because of our tight budget but when the doors opened as i entered the ceremony room the place was breath taking. The reception was even more beautiful. Cocktail hour included an abundance of food. I thought our guest would be full and not like the entree but i was wrong,everyones plate was cleaned. I heard feedbacks of how great the food was!

It was just how I would have imagined doing it if I had no budget. Rosen included ceremony, cocktail hour and reception decor. Robin was very accommodation.

The Rosen Plaza does a wonderful job with creating your dream wedding. The literally transform the space to fit your needs. The personalization that the staff give you is incredible. I would highly recommend having your wedding or party there! It is also inexpensive.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jackie Neill, our wedding coordinator for the Rosen Plaza. We had a few hiccups throughout our process, but I was constantly reassured that she would make our day wonderful with as little stress as possible [on her end]. Because of these hiccups, I only scored 4 stars on responsiveness (to no fault of Jackie's though). Overall, I had so many compliments on our wedding. It was beautifully set up and the food is OUTSTANDING!! If you are looking for a "one-stop shop" with very reasonable pricing, the ROSEN PLAZA is the place to go!! Thanks for everything Jackie!!!

My reception is at the Rosen Plaza and from the moment we got there to view it we fell in love. The wedding coordinator is Jackie Neil and she is the best she truly knows what she is doing. Almost everything is included with the wedding package and I did not need to worry about anything!

We worked personally with Juan Guzman and he was amazing. Anything we wanted and asked for he made it possible for us. It was a pleasure working with him and the reception area we had at the Rosen Plaza was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

We really shopped around and The Rosen Plaza was the best for the money in terms of what we got. The staff is very friendly and our wedding went soo smoothly! We are now 1 of 6 couples in our group of friends who have had our reception there!!

The location was great and the service was awesome. Juan Guzman was just the best! I would definitely recommend the location to others and I would also use their services again in the future if I was hosting any other function!!

Absolutely a beautiful venue! We got married here and then stayed for our honeymoon! I hope we can go back every year!

I absolutely LOVED the Rosen Plaza! It was the perfect place for my wedding. Keith was fantastic! He went above and beyond what I imagined my wedding day would be like. For the value... the Rosen Plaza cannot be beat.

They had a great selection to chose from as far as food. They have a pre-arranged decoration package which you can chose to use parts from or the entire thing (it's beautiful!), and they have a great selection of ballrooms to chose from as well. They gave me an asile runner, aisle markers, decorations flowers, chiffon from the ceilings, decorated the area that we'd say our vows, and gave us chair covers for the ceremony. All of that for only $300!

Next, for the reception I opted for a partial package... I used the chiffon from the ceilings, the awesome lighting, the beautiful linens and the backdrop behind the head tables, but I decided to use my own florist. I would recommend that you see a sample from the woman they use as a florist.. in my opinion she really cheats you on the flowers! That was my only complaint about the Rosen... so I used my own florist! Easy enough!!

My total cost included decorations, food, and beverages, the ceremony package, and set up and break down of 3 ballrooms (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). It also included a room to get ready in before the wedding and a bridal suite for the night of our wedding.

Thank you for everything, the only thing that was an issue was the traffic but that is not something you have control over. Looking forward to hosting my event there again. Kari has been a tremendous blessing in assisting us to get everything squared away.

The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the catering staff is always very easy to deal with. I especially enjoy working with Ms. Elisabet Bleck.

Our wedding was wonderful. The reception was Awesome. It was exactly what we dreamed it would be. Our guests were amazed. Overall, great experience.

When booking a reception at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, the bride and groom receive a complimentary bridal suite and can opt to have the ceremony at the hotel for free as well. My husband and I took the hotel up on both offers. The quality of food was wonderful and the service was great. Only complaints- the silk flowers at the ceremony don't compare to living flowers and to opt to have alcohol/ sodas at the wedding is outrageously expensive!!

The Rosen Plaza was amazing everything was perfect! Kari and Amanda were great and helped me through out the whole process!

Great value for a short meeting. Event planner was flexible and accomodating to my needs.

Although it was only sandwiches we ordered, I believe they could have been a bit higher in quality and presentation.

We were very pleased with the ease of working with Elisabet Bleck, with the room accomodations and definitely with the quality of the food and presentation by catering. This was our first company meeting held at the Rosen and we look forward to using the Rosen again for future meetings.

Great venue for a wedding!

Amazing venue, really beautiful! The wedding director was amazing to work with, very flexible! The look of the room was exactly what I wanted. It was the best day of my life! All of my guests had an amazing time!

Kari Bina was great to work with. She was professional and

The staff was easy to work with. The bar tender and event staff the night of were excellent.

We have relied on The Rosen Plaza for years to provide excellent value and venue accommodations for various corporate and association events for the past decade+ and would highly recommend it to other conventions and exhibitors.

The Rosen did a great job putting together the menu for us for Prom. The staff did a great job getting the food out quickly and cleaning up quickly. The only thing that I would change is to get the water tables out sooner for the students.

The process from contract negotiation to final billing was very smooth. Keith Keiser was very friendly, responsive and helpful.

The Rosen Plaza was a great value for the reception and they did an excellent job with the decorations and the food.
