Kim Casey & Nicole are great to work with! Quick to respond to any question you have, big or small. The venue is drop-dead gorgeous, with old world charm (exactly what we wanted for our reception space). If you are looking for something that requires minimal decorations, this is the place. The Imperial Ballroom speaks for itself, and lends itself to simple centerpieces in my opinion.
Great venue - Kim Casey & Nicole were helpful in providing appropriate suggestions - from the ceremony venue to the use of Blu for Sunday Brunch. Their suggestions ensured we would not be disappointed by other service providers. Nicole ensured that everything went smoothly during the reception from set-up to dinner toasts to the meal service. Thanks for impressing our guests.
My daughter's reception took place in the Imperial ballroom at the Pfister Hotel. It was absolutely beautiful! We love the European look of the room. Sarah Geitner, our catering manager, was a delight to work with and took care of every detail. The food was amazing!
Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. The whole staff was very easy to work with and made our dreams come true. We did a Friday night wedding and received 10% off our wedding package. For what you all get in the packages, they are a good deal compared to what you pay individually at the other places. The imperial ballroom was something out of a fairytale. Minus a few minor mixups, our whole event was flawless and was the happiest day of my life. The salmon and filet were excellent as well. I'm sure we will be going back for a stay every year on our 1 year anniversary. ;) A+
The Pfister did a terrific job of accommodating my wedding party. The only hiccup was at Blu where the table we had reserved was taken up by someone else and it took management nearly an hour to remedy the situation. Other than that, the staff of the Pfister did everything possible to provide us with an incredible experience.
Beautiful venue and very easy to work with!
What's not to like about the Pfister? I was hesitant about doing a hotel wedding, but have zero regrets about using the Pfister for our reception. First of all, it had the historic effect we wanted for our venues. Moreover, the food was phenomenal (serve the mashed potato bar!) and the staff was like having your own secret service. They were amazing, and took care of everything. Our coordinator was Sarah Geitner and she is fantastic. Very easy to work with and honest with other recommendations if you're an indecisive bride, too!
It is an absolutely beautiful venue. Everything will be perfect if you have a wedding there.
I cannot say enough about our experience with the Pfister. Our event coordination, service, food and accommodations were impeccable.
Our guests stayed at the hotel and only had great things to say about their experience as well.
All I can say is wow. The food and service was excellent. I would recommend waiting if you can until 6 or less months out from date of wedding to book. You will receive excellent deal for the quality. if you are looking to not having to decorate much Pfister Hotel does a wonderful job for Christmas.
