  Absolutely worth it

  We really appreciated Swig's ability to notify us of gaps and give us recommendations when we needed them. They were able to fill in when the caterer ended up needing extra staffing. And the staff we got through Swig was attentive and friendly. Brittney was amazing to work with, and really took a lot off our shoulders, even staying after we left to get the trash picked up. We definitely couldn't have enjoyed the day as much without her!

  They were amazing!

  We had three waitstaff and two bartenders that were so great! The bar checklist was so helpful! The staff stepped up and pitched in wherever they were needed. They were super flexible.

  Still the best!

  For the 2nd time, we hired Swig for our Halloween party and again had a wonderful experience. From the email communication and booking to the day of experience, it was easy and fantastic! Highly recommend!

  Perfect for DIY wedding

  My partner and I were on a budget so decided not to hire a full service caterer and get food dropped off from a restaurant with servers and bartenders from Swig instead. So glad we did! Saved a ton and the service was so kind, professional and helpful, they held our hand through the whole process and the on-site servers were so efficient, even coming up to my partner and I and getting us drinks throughout the night, above and beyond. Only complaint is that they don't take the trash, had to hire someone else for that. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend!

  Above and beyond!!

  We hired servers from Swig for our 100-person wedding. Sara was extremely helpful, and recommended 4 servers, which was the perfect number. The Swig servers were outstanding. We had a last-minute change because of weather from outdoors to indoors. They were super accommodating and eager to assist us with last minute changes. They went above and beyond, even helping to clean up when other vendors left without cleaning up. My only regret is not hiring them to bartend. They are wonderful. We highly recommend Swig.

  Exactly what we needed.

  I worked with Swig for a work event and Sara was really fantastic in coordinating it with me and the Swig staff member who came to the event was wonderful. She required very little direction, jumped right in, and did exactly what was needed. I'll definitely be working with Swig again.

  Such an amazing service!

  My husband and I hired Swig for our rehearsal dinner and it was such a good decision! Our bartender, Eleni, was so nice, incredibly helpful, and the best addition to our evening. Sara, and the Swig team, was super helpful with providing a list for our planning process and answered all of our questions so quickly. We both felt this service was very well-priced, too! Would absolutely hire the Swig team again!!

  Wedding with a Bar Location Change: So Smooth!

  We are so happy that we hired Swig to be our bartenders for our wedding! We made one major edit to our event plan, and Sara was helpful and responsive through it all. And it was a joy to have our Swigtenders, Golda and Marisol, at our wedding! They went the extra mile in helping us keep our wine at the right temperature on a hot day. Our event had one location for the cocktail hour bar and another for the main reception bar, and these two handled the location shift so smoothly. A couple of our guests mentioned they even saw Golda and Marisol dancing behind the bar - so fun! We are so grateful to the Swig team and recommend them highly.

  Stress Free Entertaining Using Swig

  This was the third time we have used Swig for our parties. Recently, we hosted a Rehearsal Dinner for our daughter and her fiancé. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Brittney, our Swig server. It was a completely stress free evening for both me and my husband. When we arrived back to the house after the rehearsal, Brittney had everything set up and the food put out. She was extremely pleasant and professional. The Swig service is top notch. I would definitely recommend Brittney and Swig Events.

  Amazing service!

  We hired Swig to bartend our wedding in August. Sara was beyond helpful and happily answered every question I had. Selecting wine for over 100 guests was not easy, but Sara gave me a lot of suggestions and even pointed me in the direction of the perfect merchant that buys back unopened bottles. This was a huge plus in recouping some funds. Our bartenders, Erica & Lauren were also a pleasure to work with and made sure to keep our guest glasses filled throughout the night. You will not be disappointed with Swig Event Staffing.

  My wife and I are incredibly happy that we decided to use Swig for our outdoor wedding this June. Our Day of Coordinator, Brittney, was critical to our day's success and a total lifesaver!   I want to thank Swig for a job well done. Brittany and Mimi were outstanding and I could not have enjoyed myself without their hard work.   Hosting a large wedding or big party is a ton of work, and I'm so happy that my spouse and I chose to hire a Swig Day of Coordinator and bartender to help with our event, because it meant that we actually got to sit back and enjoy our own party rather than worrying about the logistics on the day of. Marisa (DoC) and Nate (bartender) were so friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They helped our event feel low-stress and fun, and made sure that all of our guests were taken care of.   Professional, friendly and accommodating

  Tiffin Indian Cuisine caters events of all sizes and on many occasions we need extra help. Swig is the first place we turn as we know we can count on them to provide friendly and professional staff who can jump right in. Booking is easy and they provide regular updates and communication.   Excellent service and we could truly enjoy our daughter's big day!!

  We were so happy with the services of Swig. Prior to our daughter's wedding, we were becoming overwhelmed with all of the tiny details that we knew had to be addressed. We were very fortunate and relieved knowing we hired a DoC from Swig. We worked with both Sara and Talia throughout the entire process. Each was professional, courteous and confident in their craft ~ these are things you want when you only get one chance to pull off a wedding.
  Talia was just terrific. She asked us questions about important details for the wedding, helped us set up a remarkable timeline, emailed and introduced herself to all of the vendors involved for the wedding prior to the big day.
  On the wedding day....everything was absolutely perfect. It went by in a flash, but how fortunate we were having Talia there making moves in the background on our behalf so that we could just enjoy and relish the beautiful wedding we planned. Seeing our daughter and her husband have the best time of their lives was the best gift to ourselves, for this would not have been possible if we had to deal with the many moving parts of putting on a wedding. Talia had everything organized~ she was one step ahead of the next thing that needed to be done. In short, we were extremely pleased and happy with the services of Swig. We feel so grateful to have these wonderful memories....after all, you can't get these moments back.

  Great team - personal and professional

  We worked with Swig to produce a reception event and the entire team was incredible and went above and beyond. Our POC was responsive and each team member was invested in making our event as successful as possible. I would definitely hire them again!

  Awesome, reliable, and experienced bartending services!

  We used Swig for my sister's bridal shower. The process of hiring swig and coordinating the various mixed cocktails and other beverages to serve was seamless. Our bartender Leslie was fantastic, friendly, and followed all Covid protocols we had in place. 5 Stars for sure, would definitely and highly recommend!

  I could not have made the night happen without Swig. The bartender was terrific. She hustled all night long. The servers knew what needed to be done without me asking. And the scheduling was a breeze. Love Swig! I couldn’t have been happier!

  Great and Professional Servers

  We used swig servers for our wedding and everything was perfect. Swig helped with set up, clean up, and clearing of plates and drinks during the reception. They did an excellent job and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch.

  Amazing staff!!! Hire a DoC right now!!! You won’t regret it!

  Our wedding was the best day of our lives (so far!) and it couldn’t have happened without Swig. We threw a backyard wedding at our home and thought we could handle most things ourselves. But once it got down to it we were in a ball of stress and decided to at least hire servers and bartenders. When we heard about the Day of Coordinator it sounded expensive, but let me tell you, NO regrets. I can’t imagine how our wedding would have went without our DoC, Talia. She met with us prior and helped us figure out a layout and add things that we would have never thought of. Everyone was great to work with at Swig. Talia put together a great timeline and asked all the important questions. We had a 75 person wedding and ended up hiring 1 DoC, 2 bartenders, 1 kitchen lead, and 2 servers. We didn’t have a caterer, and Swig helped pick up the food from the restaurant. We picked up the alcohol ourselves using their recommended list. They know what they are doing and we felt confident they would do a good job. We went to bed the night before the wedding and could not imagine how anyone could make the chaos all over our house into a wedding, but trusted they could do it. And we were right to trust, they made it happen exactly how we wanted or even better. The guests were all raving about how awesome all the staff were. Once Talia got to our house, I literally didn’t worry about anything because I knew she had it covered. Right now she is our favorite person minus each other! It was a lot of work and it was hot day and they worked their butts off. I am just amazed. Thank you for everything!
