Very easy to work with, and everyone raved about the cake. The price was great too. Highly recommend.

Our cake was absolutely phenomenal! It looked amazing (went with our beach theme perfectly!) and tasted delicious! Well worth the money we spent, and we loved that they provided a delivery service!

I called this bakery to inquire about a wedding cake for my reception. A man answered the phone and after I told him why I was calling, he put the phone down & I heard him say,"This is a call about ordering a wedding cake. Do you feel like talking to her?" Then a woman named Linda got on the phone, and she was very rude, clearly annoyed & obviously did not want to talk to me. She said she couldn't deliver my cake when I wanted it delivered, that in fact, she didn't even think she could do it at all because she "is far too busy", and finally said, "I don't have time to talk, you'll have to call back." She was one of the rudest people I have spoken to during the entire wedding planning process. Then, she had the nerve to call back & leave a message for me asking me to call to discuss the type of cake I wanted! I would buy Tastycakes from the grocery store for my reception before I would order from these people! We have ordered a beautiful cake from Rita's, who clearly wanted my business, unlike these miserable people at Sweet Disposition! Don't even bother calling them, call Rita instead!

Cake was absolutely amazing!! I wanted someone that did not use fondant, and they don't.

AMAZING!!!! I can't say enough about how beautiful or delicous my cake was!!! They listened to everything I did and didn't want for my cake and thats what I got!

Hello everyone looking for a wedding cake!

I have to agree 100% with the review under mine. Linda, has been the rudest person I have been in contact with while planning my wedding.

The shop seems very unorganized and not willing to work with me at all for my, simple, wedding cake. I live in France during the summer, my wedding is in October, so all of my planning is mainly over email. The only way I could get an answer about anything from Linda was to call her. She was rushing me off the phone the whole time and was basically a huge bitch, sorry for the wording.

While talking with Linda, she told me my date was filling up quickly and I had to give her an answer fast. After our conversation she told me, 'now that she understands more about what I want the cake would actully be cheaper adn she would send me an email that day'. Well, over a week went by and nothing, so I emailed her 2 more times and nothing, so I called her again, from France. She told me she has been too busy to look at her emails, and will be too busy for a few more days. Needless to say once I got her email with the new 'lower' price it was much higher!

Obviously I have moved on to a more professional cake maker, that is happy to make my cake. I hope anyone reading this review does not their valuable time on Linda and her company.

If you do end up contacting them, let me you, congratulations on your wedding! Because you will not hear it from Linda.

If you are getting married in the Ocean City Md, Eastern Shore or Deleware Shore area, SD is the place to get a cake. They make by far the BEST cake I have ever had. We had a wedding cake for 150, beautifully decorated in small yellow Black-Eyed-Susans, one tier Choc Chip and One Tier Almond. And our RD cake also came from SD. Our guests still rave about how good the cake was. We found them from a freind who had used them 2 years prior. I can't wait to buy another small cake from them when we go back to OC for our anniversary!

The four-tiered wedding cake was decorated exactly as we planned. It was delicious!

Yum! Do I have to say anymore? You know you chose a great cake when guests keep asking you and texting you after the affair - "where did you get that cake?" I also had them do cupcakes for the friday night pre-dinner and they were a big hit! I can honestly say that it was the best cake and cupcakes I have ever had and this is saying a lot since I am 41:)

If you want a beautiful, delicous cake that's reasonably priced, this is the place to go. Not only did we love our wedding cake, we really appreciated the time that was spent going over all the details on our cake. They gave us a huge box of different cakes that we could taste. It was enough for my parents, my husband, and myself to all try. We ended up going with the lemon which was DELICIOUS. I'll put it this way, instead of saving the cake for your 1 year anniversary, we ate it all the day after our wedding. I highly recommend Sweet Disposition

Sweet Disposition did a wonderful job on our wedding cake. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. Each layer was a different flavor and was deicious. Everyone loved it. The pricing was also very reasonablle.

What can I say, but DELICIOUS!! Most of the time when you go to a wedding and sample the cake... its dry or too sweet. Not a cake from Sweet Disposition!! We had 2 varieties: Chocolate Kiss and Classic Vanilla... both we're amazing, so I am told. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to eat our cake, except during the cake cutting & the little bit that made it in my mouth :) But I have had nothing but amazing compliments of how good it was. I cannot wait until June 12, 2011 so we can eat our top tier!! It's a must that you visit their location & have a cake sample... it was so much fun!! Thanks ladies!!

The Best wedding cake I have ever eaten and even better it was my wedding! The cake was moist, tasty and beautiful! I brought in a picture and when they set up the cake it looked better then the picture I cant wait to eat the top! I highly recomend Sweet Disposition the cake was Awsome!

Be careful if you want a flavor combination that's not on their standard formula. They were NOT happy with the flavor combination we selected - they said it would be too much chocolate and wanted to put vanilla icing.
We don't like vanilla.
We ordered chocolate cake with chunks, kaluha filling and chocolate icing. Instead we got vanilla icing as the filling. My mom was a little upset, she felt they were very unfriendly, both taking the order and when we picked it up.
I guess they felt that they "got" us by giving us the wrong filling. But if you're the ones paying for it, you should get what you ordered.
