Hollie from Swanky I Do's was our wedding coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely fabulous. She made the wedding go so smoothly. I had vendors come up to me and compliment me on how detail Hollie was and how delightful she was to work with. She really was great. She took so much stress off of my shoulders and the wedding went off without a hitch. Hollie is professional and friendly and anyone who gets the opportunity to have her as their coordinator is very blessed.

Oh Swanky, I don't know what I woud've done without your services!!! Leading up to the wedding, I was worried that the day of my family and I would have to be running around tending to loose ends all day. Not the case at all!!! I honestly can't think of anything that went wrong that day. And if something did happen, I didn't know about it and that is all because of Stephanie (owner of Swanky's)!!! Stephanie thank you so much for everything you did. You can tell that you take on every wedding as if it was your own and you have a TRUE PASSION for what you do. I feel a little trite giving Stephanie and Swanky I Do's all "5"s, but that is truly what her work deserves. From the start, Swanky listened, was responsive, worked with my hectic schedule and to make my vision come alive. Swanky relieved me of so much of the stress involved with wedding planning but yet kept me 100% involved and allowed me to make all the decisions, down to the very last detail. And their relationships with all of the best vendors really came in handy. My favorite part was the day of the wedding - all I did all day was relax, laugh with family and friends and marry my best friend. There was no worrying, setting anything up or glitches to deal with. Swanky had EVERYTHING covered. Stephanie is a blessing and a dream to work with.

Words cannot describe how pleased we were to work with Stephanie and the “Swanky I Do’s” team. She was there for every step of the way during our wedding planning process. Stephanie was *always* friendly and extremely easy to talk to about any and all aspects of the planning process; demonstrated the utmost professionalism at all times; very knowledgeable through experience in regards to vendors, ideas, advice; and she was without a doubt always dependable and there for us when we needed her (or when I needed someone to go to). She planned and executed all the details of the wedding and reception. My bridesmaids and family would ask to help, but I never had anything to do or give them to do- she had everything under control. She did an amazing job at listening to us and made our dreams, not only, a reality but above and beyond what we could have ever imagined!


People are still talking about our wedding and reception (almost a month later) and how it was “the best wedding they have been to yet.” None of that would have been possible AND it’s all thanks to Stephanie at Swanky I Do’s and her diligent coordination. We cannot say enough great things about working with her and her team. She helped us pick and get *the best* vendors to work with and that is another reason why we had such a successful wedding. She brought in wonderful ideas and visions that helped give our reception and ceremony that romantic ambiance, through details and planning, that we would have never thought of.


All week all of my family and friends would tell me, “minor things will go wrong- don’t stress the small stuff…” Well, we are happy to say that NOT ONE thing went wrong or stressed anyone out in any way- and we are sure that’s because of Stephanie’s coordination and her amazing ability to handle any situation seamlessly and quickly. She coordinated every aspect of the wedding so diligently that everything was absolutely flawless. It was so great being able to, honestly, enjoy and relax on my wedding day being able to trust her 100%. Not only did I get a chance to relax and enjoy my wedding, but my bridesmaids and family were at ease knowing that she and her team were taking care of EVERYthing and in return, my bridesmaids and family had no duties on my wedding day except to enjoy the day with me.


If we had to do it all over again, (and we wish we could because our wedding was something out of a dream and we had such a great time at the reception because of Stephanie handling everything), we wouldn’t change anything and would hire Stephanie a million times over to work with her again. I highly recommend Stephanie and her Swanky I Do’s team for coordinating every wedding I hear of. She is just fabulous. Stephanie Fleisher’s team at Swanky I Dos is professional, helpful, and excellent with which to work. I never thought I would hire a wedding planner or coordinator but after my delightful experience with Swanky I Dos, I would advise every bride to do so. Michelle, my coordinator, was with me throughout the entire process and was an invaluable person to have in my corner.

Shortly after getting engaged, my husband-to-be and I moved out of state. We still wanted our nuptials to be in Central Florida however; the thought of coordinating everything from afar seemed to be a daunting task! Not so with Michelle on my team. She was resourceful to the nth degree, whether I was trying to secure reliable vendors from 3,000 miles away or deciding how to best stretch my budget. While I was fretting over the many choices a bride faces, Michelle offered a listening ear and gave suggestions from a place of experience that made sense and helped me keep my priorities in perspective. I was given time-lines and management strategies so that I was better able to handle all of the pre-wedding tasks that can potentially be so overwhelming.

Michelle & I would correspond via phone & e-mail regularly in the days, weeks and even months leading up to the big day. She gave countless ideas and suggestions and when she herself was unsure of an answer, she would tell me as much and follow up later with the correct information. She was always pleasant and eager to work with my schedule. Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty. She offered ideas and suggestions that helped me stretch and stay within our budget. She even came up with the idea to purchase our reception libations locally and even went as far as storing and delivering our beverages to the caterer herself because I was so far away!

Best of all, when our wedding day arrived, I was able to play the part of the happy bride while Michelle handled the business aspect of making sure everyone was in their place. She was the glue that held it all together and when it appeared that there was even a chance that something might go a little bit off course, she was there immediately to keep everybody and everything on track! I am so grateful to Michelle and the team at Swanky I Dos. Our wedding day was beautiful and best of all, my husband and I had the freedom to enjoy it!

Let me begin by saying Stephanie Fleisher & her staff at Swanky I Do's are SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Stephanie is professional, accommodating & organized, kind and a true visionary. She is responsible for making my wedding day- hands down- the BEST DAY of my LIFE!!

Professionalism is very important when working with a wedding planner. In our very first meeting, she went over her pricing & fees, our plan of action and budget, which was very important to me. I wanted to know upfront what to expect and what kind of value I would be getting for her services. I had a strict budget and I needed to know how I could fit her in it. She showed me how and impressed me immensely with her full disclosure attitude and valiant work ethic. There were no surprises along the way, which gave me confidence and true piece of mind in working with her.

Stephanie was extremely accommodating and organized in working within my budget and keeping me on track in staying as close as possible to our discussed price range. She also met with me regulary to track our progress and even accompanied me on some of my vendor appointments. My favorite thing that Stephanie did for me was devise checklists and "homework" for me to complete on a monthly basis, so I wouldn't be overwhelmed in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. This kept me focused and eliminated much of the "frazzled effect" one can experience during the wedding planning process. I always knew what I had to do and when it had to be done! She communicated well with my vendors and by the Big Day, she had everything planned and organized down to the minute!

Though she did her best to eliminate any stress I might face along the way, when your dealing with multiple families and money and wedding planning, it's almost impossible to avoid. I had some bad days along the way and sometimes my emotions got the best of me, but Stephanie was always kind and acted as a great friend throughout the months leading to my wedding. I could always count on her to help me with situations I faced and she always knew the right things to ease my worry or comfort my fears. In doing so, she made the experience fun and light-hearted and consistently impressed me with her professionalism and instant solutions, even when things did not go as we planned.

Our wedding reception would take place outdoors at our family's home in Isleworth in Windermere, FL. It was the PERFECT setting, but definitely proposed some challenges along the way as it was not a traditional venue. We knew what we wanted our wedding day to be like and after sharing our vision with Stephanie, she immediately began to work in making our dreams a reality. She took our vision, color palette and budget, organized our vendors and brought our PERFECT DAY to fruition. Stephanie was fully-equipped to handle the challenges of an outdoor wedding and was prepared for anything! She even brought me perfect weather, the brightest sunshine and no rain! haha :o) I could not have asked for a more beautiful day... and I could not have hired a more perfect wedding coordinator.

At first I was skeptical and did not know if hiring a wedding coordinator was for me, but after my experience with Stephanie and Swanky I Do's, I would highly recommend it to EVERYONE. It's worth EVERY PENNY!! Your day should be FUN and WORRY-FREE... Stephanie will make that happen for you and your wedding will be UNFORGETTABLE!
