These films will make you laugh and cry!

After reviewing some wedding videos I knew instantly that Zachariah was the person to go with. After all, he was the only one that got me to laugh/cry at a stranger's wedding video. What I didn't expect from him was he got some of the best photos from our day.

Zachariah was easy to communicate with, friendly, on time, had a great easy going vibe, got along well with the photographers, sent us a photo even before our wedding was over, and he picked the BEST music for our video!

He creates a great 10 min (ish) video of your day (which we got only 10 days after our wedding) and sends along a external hard drive you hook up with a USB drive and can play the full ceremony & speeches easily.

So glad we went with Zachariah - after going through our wedding we realized that while it's important to have professionals that do good work it's even more important to have professionals who are easy to work with - Zachariah is definitely that!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Stillwater Cinematography and Zachariah. My husband and I were very on the fence about getting a videographer and we're SO glad we decided to invest in the video. Zachariah has such a great energy, made us feel so comfortable and produced a true work of art for our video. He worked with our budget, understood our vision and gave us something that will last a lifetime. THANK YOU ZACHARIAH!

Can’t say enough about Zachariah and team! We are absolutely thrilled with our video. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding video....DO IT. best money spent on our wedding and so happy we hired Stillwater. Not only was Zachariah extremely easy to work with, but truly captured us as a couple. We also received a hard drive with a ton of raw footage which has so many special moments that are easy to forget. THANK YOU Zachariah for creating something we will cherish forever and enjoy sharing with family and friends.

We could not be happier with our wedding video! My husband and I were absolutely over the moon with it. Initially, it was an exhausting task to try and figure out which videography team we should choose. Our wedding planner sent us more than two dozen videographers in the Bay Area, and it was nearly impossible to tell any of the different choices apart. Finally, I came across Stillwater Videographers, and immediately saw a stylistic difference.. the couple’s on Zachariah’s website were all individually genuine and several of the wedding video’s brought me to tears. We got lucky that he was available and decided to stretch our budget because his work and creativity speaks for itself and we really felt that his style matched our own. From the onset, working with Zachariah was seamless. On phone calls with our wedding planner and photographer, he was easy to work with. He came a day early to the wedding venue to scout out the site and took areal footage as well. I’m a California gal but have spent the last 11 years living in NYC, working in finance. I’d say that my expectations as a ‘type A’ bride are pretty high and all about 1) quick responses to any questions we come across 2) a real commitment to working with us and understanding what focal points really matter 3) ease of working together. Zachariah excelled in each of these areas and we just love love love our wedding video! Our wedding had unlimited mistakes .. from the ceremony .. to one of the speeches .. and the fact that it should have been 90 degrees on our wedding day, but instead turned out freezing! Zachariah is a creative GENIUS was able to gloss over some of the less desirable aspects of our wedding and help us focus on the things that matter – our love for one another, all the little details we worked hard to incorporate for our big day, and all the fun and jokes we shared with our guests! If you choose Zachariah, rest assured, you are in EXCELLENT hands.

Highly recommend Zachariah !
My husband and I were on the border of not having a videographer due to finances and last minute decision we thought we’d never get a videographer. It so happened that it was Zachariah’s only free available weekend in that month. It was the best last minute decision and investment we ever made for our wedding and these memories will last a life time and to be passed down to our children!!! I cannot express how grateful we are to Zachariah for being so diligent throughout the entire process- getting to know us , our story, how we met , answering ALL of my detailed questions to creating our video with our music to go along in background . Zachariah was so down to earth and really personable, friendly, professional right when we met him. During the wedding all our guest loved him. He was so friendly and blended in like a family member and was amazing capturing everyone’s emotions. It is clear Zachariah has a passion to capture every single aspect of weddings so that when the bride and groom watch it over-and-over again they relive their wedding experience. Our video was so beautifully created together from the drone view capturing the whole venue and up close footage of the ceremony, the reception and getting ready and most importantly our emotions. My husband and I and along with our family members cried immediately when we watched our video and said this was the most amazing wedding film they ever watched!!!

Book them! I searched for months trying to find the best possible videographer, and I truly did. Zachariah is incredible. Not only did he work with my budget and last minute (a day before the wedding) change in timeline, but he added to the joy of the day. I worked with some high quality vendors that did good work, but Zachariah's positive attitude, sincere joy, and signature blend of professionalism and true enjoyment added to the joy and excitement of my day instead of taking away from it. Not only all of that, but our wedding video turned out UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE! He managed to capture my husband and I in a way that showed our true "dork factor" and love for each other while making me look beautiful and showing us so happily in love- and our family and friends enjoying themselves tremendously. It is by far the best wedding film I've seen, and I watched at least 60 in search for our videographer. The first night we had the film, I watched it maybe 10 times. I cannot express how grateful I am to Zachariah for being so diligent throughout the entire process- skyping with me to introduce himself and meet my fiance and I, answering ALL of my detailed questions, putting up with my OCD timelines, working with my budget, using the songs we chose perfectly and even helping us pick the best songs while he was editing the film, making tweaks after the finished project and then fixing them, creating stills possibly better than our photographer, etc. I urge you with the highest sincerity to hire them if you can. Working with Zachariah is more equivalent to working with a caring and kind friend or family member who happens to be a professional videographer. I will love our film forever- it is unimaginably stunning and I can't believe how beautiful, moving, fun, high quality, and perfect it is. Even my husband cried while watching it. He said it brought back all of the emotions from that day and said it is the greatest wedding film ever. Hire them now- you won't regret it.

Zachariah is truly talented at his craft. My husband and I both started crying as soon as our video began. It is a perfect representation of the day and our love for each other. Zachariah put us at ease on our wedding day and he was a joy to work with through the whole process. We could not be more thrilled with the final product! We would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Our photographer had recommended Zachariah at Stillwater Cinematography, and Im just so happy that we had such a great team to work with us on our wedding. Zachariah was on time, super responsive when it came to calls and emails, and his videos make me cry each time I see them. Beautifully put together and just something I want to show everyone. The things you rent for your wedding are for just one day, the food you eat on your wedding day is just for that one dinner, the dj you hire is only to get your guests dancing on one evening, but people you choose to make all those things come to life over and over again, is your videographer. Stillwater was one of the first vendors I locked down. I must have watched 8 or 9 different videographers videos and nothing grabbed me, and moved me the way Stillwater did.
From our very first meeting, Zachariah made me feel so comfortable and actually was able to explain my visions better then me!
He and his father are so sweet and so easy to work with. They take their work very seriously and there is even video someone else took of Zachariah being a perfectionist during the garter toss. It was nice for me to see that because I knew he was going to make my video the absolute best. It's clear Zachariah has a passion to capture every single aspect of weddings so that when brides watch their videos, that magical feeling is embodied every time it's watched.

Zach and Wendy were phenomenal. The highlight film they created for us was like a dream. I couldn't have imagined it any better and I watched A TON of videos from other companies. The footage of the ceremony and the reception were wonderful as well. It was great to be able to see everything that happened behind the scenes since being the Bride and Groom means you miss out on so much. As a couple and a team, they worked so well with each other and with us and our guests. They blended in well even with their cameras. I never felt they were intruding or that they were in the way, yet they got beautiful, memorable footage. I was very impressed with the still images as well! I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a unique, incredible, gorgeous and memorable wedding video. We played ours at our hometown wedding reception and our guests were just gushing over how much they loved it and felt like they were right in the audience. Looking forward to watching it every year on our Anniversary and showing it to others.

FANTASTIC!!!! Zach and Wendy are an absolute dream!! We had the pleasure of working with this lovely couple for our September wedding and just can't express enough how much we love them! They are not only fabulous at their craft, but truly inspirational and joy to have with you on your special day. They were seemingly there for every important moment and undoubtably several more that my husband and I missed. From putting on the dress, to the ceremony and closing down the dance floor, these two are truly non-stop. ZACH AND WENDY ROCK! From the moment my wife and I met them we loved them. Being a wedding photographer myself I have seen and worked with countless videographers.... One being Stillwater. We were pretty picky (as you could have guested) with the people and product we wanted to capture our day. Stillwater was the ONLY vendor we knew that we wanted for sure. We contacted them day after we got engaged on the drive up to our the engagement party.

I believe that your vendor's personality is just as important as the quality of their product. Zach and Wendy have nothing but a positive and kind energy about them and are pleasant to be with, which is important on your wedding day! As far as their product goes, they have a vision and an eye that simply understands the beautiful moments and how and when to capture them. The littlest things, the tiny glances, the wind in tress, the happy tears.... it is all captured. Everything about your event and it's surroundings is all there, then they create a video and give you something that lets you see something as magical and your day felt.

Ok, I think I made my point...... yes, you should have them capture your day! Zach and Wendy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Much love.

Zachary and Wendy are simply said: perfect. They captured our wedding in an incredibly beautiful way, were a joy to work with, and extremely professional. We could not have had a better way to invest in our memories than with these two.

And to push you over the edge, not only did we love it, but almost every single friend we've seen has coo'ed over it, shown it to friends...even co-workers, haha. They are AMAZING!

Can't give them a high enough rating, but suffice to say there wasn't a moment left un-captured, and enhanced, from the whole wedding.

We love these guys! Wendy and Zachary are so much fun to work with and they make being in front of the camera so much easier. I feel like many people are like me and don't feel like themselves when they are being filmed, but they make it so easy! They are flexible in their schedule and they really take the time to get to know you. We sat down for coffee in Cayucos for our initial meeting and they made it so relaxing and personable. We got to tell our story and have casual conversation so we knew more about them as a couple as well. I didn't want to hire a videographer at first, but now I am so happy that Zachary and Wendy popped into our lives last minute. If you want someone with creativity and is easy to work with, hire Zachary and Wendy!

Zach and Wendy from Stillwater Cinematography were truly incredible. From our first phone consultation I could tell that they really cared about creating a film that would reflect our relationship and our wedding day.

They are personable, kind, thoughtful, professional, and were extraordinarily helpful on our wedding day.

The finished product is amazing - their music choices were spot-on, the editing is flawless, and the film will be something we always treasure!

We were reluctant to hire a videographer -- nervous we would get something terribly cheezy -- but when we found Stillwater we knew we had found something pretty special. They make beautiful and touching wedding films and we can't recommend them highly enough!

Everything about Zachary and his team is amazing. My husband and I at the very last minute (like a week before the wedding) decided to hire Zachary and from that moment on he was spectacular. He emailed me right away to set up a time to meet with us so that he could get a feel for who we are as a couple. Now this was no easy task since we were having a destination wedding and wouldnt be in the area until the Thursday before. But he met with us that night and then ran all over downtown SLO to help us find umbrellas in case there was rain. From that point on he was completely involved with everything. He made contact with our amazing photographer (Ashley Blake) and our DJ - Ryan from Kramer Entertainment and he really did everything he could to make sure he was ready for our big day. And let me tell you I cry every time I watch our video. It is so amazing and we have received nothing but compliments. We were lucky to have them and you will be to! Book them now!

Hiring Zachariah was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband and I were initially on the fence about whether to hire a videographer, but after talking to multiple brides and looking at Zachariah’s work, we decided to go for it. Boy are we glad we did!! Zachariah was a pleasure to work with, blending into the crowd and working seamlessly with our photographer. And most importantly, we are completely obsessed with the gorgeous video he made of our big day! We cannot stop watching it. Multiple friends have told us it they teared up while watching it, and even said it’s the best wedding video they’ve ever seen. We highly recommend Stillwater Cinematography!
