Best decision ever

We cannot say enough amazing things about Stephanie! From the very beginning, she was professional, organized and genuinely cared about our wedding day. It was the day of our wedding that truly exceeded our expectations. Every detail was handled seamlessly from coordinating vendors and timeline to putting out mini fires that as the bride and groom, we didn’t even know about until after the wedding. Our friends and family kept commenting how smooth and beautiful everything was and that was entirely thanks to Stephanie and her team working hard behind the scenes. They went above and beyond in every way and we are so grateful! If you’re looking for a planner who is calm under pressure, detail oriented and genuinely cares for you as a couple, look no further. Hiring Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

AMAZING Wedding Coordinator!

Stephanie is AMAZING! I have been doing events for over 25 years and am hard to please - I would hire Stephanie! She makes everything prior and during your wedding flawless. She is quick and efficient and asks the right questions to make it seamless. She called me a couple days before the wedding to prepare me in case it did rain and worked with the hotel to do everything possible to make want I wanted to happen. She went over an beyond to make sure we stayed on our timeline and supported other vendors to make sure the timelines were met and everything was smooth. Best wedding decision.

I truly cannot imagine my big day (and the months leading up to it) without Stephanie. She went above and beyond at every stage of our wedding. During the planning process, she consistently made herself available and provided us with countless vendors and wedding ideas as a couple having a destination wedding. She never minded us asking questions regardless of the time of day or weekend and always had a fantastic solution.

On the day of our wedding, Stephanie was nothing short of amazing. It felt like she was always anticipating our needs without hovering over us. She made sure we ate, had alone time, and had our jackets and things, she made the day perfect. If you are getting married, I cannot recommend Savoir Faire Weddings enough. It will be the best decision you make!

Best Wedding Planner on the Emerald Coast!

We contracted with Stephanie and her team about a year before the big day. From start to finish, every single detail of every meeting that was required in order to execute the dream wedding we were planning was captured by Stephanie. She just doesn't miss a single detail! Always responsive, always prepared, very well connected, and such a precious person who was genuinely thrilled to be working with us on this event. There was no task to small or too big that she wouldn't handle for us. Her personality shines through in her work which makes it even more enjoyable to work with her. The wedding would not have been the same if she hadn't been there from the very beginning to understand exactly what we were looking to achieve for the weekend events. From the welcome party to the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, bridal home decor, last minute seamstress that was needed, med spa for vitamin IV's, hair and makeup schedules, transportation and the pick up schedules, the list just goes on and on and on and Stephanie managed it all without any incidents. I'm going to miss talking to her now that the big day is over! She is absolutely a JOY to work with and I highly recommend her. We are truly grateful to her for going above and beyond to make our dream wedding possible.

Excellent Wedding Coordinator Services

Stephanie was my wedding coordinator for my wedding at Vue on 30A last month. She was incredible at helping me throughout the wedding planning process and I truly could not have been as relaxed on my wedding day without her expertise. My Mom and I both agree that her services were the best money we spent throughout the course of planning my wedding. Stephanie and Tia were the dream team when it came to planning my Rosemary Beach wedding!! Planning a wedding from states away could have easily been a disaster, but Stephanie made it easier than I ever imagined. Stephanie is a MUST HAVE!

I would hire stephanie 1 million times over again. She was professional, always quick to answer a text, phone call or email and did any and everything we asked her to do. Hire stephanie!

Savoir-Faire Weddings without a doubt made my husband Chris and I's wedding weekend perfect. Stephanie helped us plan our wedding and rehearsal dinner in Rosemary Beach/Seaside, and everything was perfect. Stephanie is extremely helpful and easy to work with, and is on top of every little detail. She was very responsive to any questions we had - and also worked with our parents and my grandparents when they had any questions. She goes above and beyond to help with anything related to the big day. Stephanie is also extremely knowledgable about vendors along all of 30a and had many vendor recommendations for us at all price ranges. Not one issue arose for Chris or I during our wedding weekend and I know that is because Stephanie and her team at Savoir-Faire were on top of everything behind the scenes working hard to make sure of it. She kept vendors, family, and friends on schedule and on track - I didn't have to do one thing. I will miss working with her!! Thank you, Stephanie and the Savoir-Faire team for making my wedding the best day of my life.

Stephanie Tate is the absolute best! We live in California & our daughter lives in Chicago. You’d think planning a wedding in Seaside would be stressful. Not with Stephanie! From recommending vendors (all amazing!) to the day of the wedding she was such a pleasure to work with. Little did we know how Stephanie would save the day for us. Our daughter’s wedding was 3 days after Hurricane Michael and our caterer cancelled the day before. Stephanie had already made a few phone calls just in case and had another caterer in mind, Celestine’s, that she works with and respects. They were fabulous (our guests raved about the food and didn’t even know there was ever a problem!)

Stephanie with Savoir Faire was amazing! From start to finish, Stephanie helped ensure all of the to-do lists were checked and details were covered. With our wedding being out-of-town, our biggest concern was the logistics of everything from a welcome party for our guests to the flow of the wedding night (many of these things texted to Stephanie at all hours, LOL)- without Stephanie, I don't know how we would have managed! I hired Savoir Faire Weddings to plan my wedding Summer of 2018 in Seaside, Florida. Stephanie Tate is wonderful! We had a small wedding but wanted it to be classy and special nonetheless. She was able to quickly understand my vision and suggest vendors and ideas that made the wedding beautiful. Every vendor was superb. Stephanie was very proactive and responsive throughout the planning process. She was present the day of the wedding the entire time and made sure everything ran smoothly. I do not know how we would have carried it off without her. She even assisted me after the wedding with getting some photos and video in three weeks turnaround for a reception in our hometown. I would not hesitate to recommend Savoir Faire Weddings.

Our daughter was recently married on the Eastern Green, Rosemary Beach. From the time we contracted with Stephanie in July 2017 until the moment she left our reception when the wedding was over, she was a pleasure to work with! I've been a wedding coordinator in my hometown for almost 30 years and I know the attention to detail needed to plan a wedding. We live near Atlanta and she worked well over the phone and through email with our daughter and us; planning a destination wedding is never easy! She was also happy to accommodate our schedule in August and met with us and our caterer in Florida to pre-plan. Stephanie was very familiar with other vendors we hired, suggested a bakery for the wedding cake and even brought sample cupcakes to the meeting for us to taste! Calm under pressure, she helped us secure a second minister when our first had to cancel, assisted in the search when our rehearsal dinner and meet and greet restaurant closed with no notice and quickly fixed a glitch with another vendor's contract! Finally, her detailed "day of" timeline kept our party of 30 on track until the bride and groom left in the get-away car!! She's the best!

I was a local bride and spoke to several planners before deciding to work with Stephanie at Savoir Faire. WORTH the hunt! She was a gem at every point of the planning process. At the beginning she guided us through which vendors to book, what order to knock things out, and offered a wealth of experience when narrowing down details. 9 months into planning, the worst case scenario happened: Our venue was shut down and they cancelled our event (being held on a busy holiday weekend). She was calm and immediately jumped all over it. Within a week we were back up and running (EVERYTHING - venue, vendor changes, tent size was changed, etc.). It was a seamless transition that would NOT have been if she hadn't orchestrated it.

That wasn't even the best part! The month of the event, days before, and day of I didn't even have to think. She put all of the pieces in place and we basically showed up. She picked up items from our home, set up and ran our entire rehearsal & brunch, transferred items to the venue, etc. - it was magical!! We received a multitude of compliments about how smoothly the wedding went and I have to give that credit to Stephanie. There wasn't an ounce of urgency or stress the weekend of the wedding. She floated behind the scenes and kept everything on track.

I'm still glowing about the weekend and the magic worked by Stephanie at Savoir Faire.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! We got married in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, but live in St. Louis, MO, and with Stephanie as our wedding planner, we were not worried about a thing. She works with amazing vendors, and together they were able to organize our dream wedding. She stayed so calm throughout my mini-panics, and was quick to assuage any worries that I had. Stephanie and Jordan were both there on our wedding day, and they are incredibly kind and professional. Stephanie also helped my mother and mother in law coordinate our other wedding weekend festivities, including an Oyster Roast, rehearsal dinner, and Sunday brunch. Of all of the decisions that went into planning our wedding, hiring Stephanie was definitely the best one we made!

Stop right here and look no further for a wedding planner, she is the absolute best! Extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. Always very responsive, advice on target, knows the good vendors to make that very special day just perfect and so very easy to work with even when making those last minute changes that we seem to do a lot of. Stephanie is PERFECTION! She was fantastic to work with and I love her for the amazing day she helped me put together. From a personality standpoint, she was a great fit for me - organized and on top of everything, but very laid back and calm in the delivery. All of the details came together and I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day. Last minute, I did have to put up a tent and she put up with all my questions and late night texts to make the tent exactly what I wanted. Stephanie is by far one of the best decisions we could have made when wedding planning. She was always available and answered any questions I had. She gave great advice. My fiancé and ended up having to plan our wedding from another country and Stephanie made everything completely stress free. We also ended up going through a hurricane where we lived less than a month from our wedding. Stephanie was so sweet and dealt with all of our vendors to make sure everyone knew what had happened and to handle everything. During the actual wedding she was so organized and my fiancé and I had the most amazing wedding ever. We never once had to get our own drink or think about anything. We truly just got to enjoy it. Everything went perfect and I can't thank Stephanie enough. If you think you don't need a wedding planner you do. At least for you to be able to completely enjoy your day. Stephanie takes care of every single detail for you.

Stephanie Tate was our wedding planner, and she did a fabulous job! We were getting married in San Destin but live in Birmingham, AL, and Stephanie was incredibly flexible and always willing to meet whenever we were in town. She was also very responsive via phone and e-mail. She took the stress completely out of our wedding. She was wonderful and was willing to let me help plan as much or as little as I wanted. I was graduating medical school at the time and was very busy, so I asked Stephanie to use her best judgement on many aspects of the wedding, and everything turned out perfect! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Stephanie with Savoir Faire Weddings coordinated my wedding on Oct. 26th in Rosemary Beach and I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. I am extremely "Type A" and had initial concerns about working with a wedding coordinator out of fear they would have their own plans for my wedding. Going into the planning, I had an idea of what I wanted but being out of state, I knew I would need help pairing my visions and ideas with the right vendors. This is why Stephanie was invaluable to me. Her knowledge and expertise of the area and local vendors is priceless for someone planning a destination wedding. Stephanie was able to coordinate my dreams for our wedding into real life. And somehow, not one single thing went wrong on our wedding day! It was seriously perfect! (Or, if it did, we never knew about it!) I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing everything was taken care of. Simply put, if you don't have a vision for your wedding, Stephanie can help you create an amazing one, and if you have a vision, she can help you execute it. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, it was everything we hoped for and more. The whole day went absolutely smooth and worry-free all thanks to the excellent planning skills of Savoir Faire Weddings. Stephanie is amazing!!! She's very sweet, calm, professional, timely, had great attention to detail...I could go on and on and on! She has excellent relationships with vendors and her whole team is just WONDERFUL! I highly recommend Stephanie and Yumi + the whole team!!! We had 3 months to plan the wedding and they did it all, above and beyond our expectations. The best part - it was completely stress free! THE. BEST. WEDDING. PLANNER. EVER!!!

These ladies made me wedding day so easy!! So laid back, yet everything was perfect!! Jordan set up everything and oversaw the vendors for day-of. During the ceremony and reception, she kept the timeline wonderfully yet I never felt rushed. I didn't realized how thankful I'd be for the planning-- it was SO nice to just enjoy the day!

Stephanie Tate was wonderful. We planned a Rehearsal Dinner for 80 people and I cannot imagine doing it without her. She had unique and beautiful designs. Since the weather did not cooperate with our outdoor plans we had to resort to Plan "B". We thought moving it inside would be a disappointment, but it was the complete opposite. She blew me away by how beautiful it was. I couldn't be happier or more pleased. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making it a special memory. I highly recommend Stephanie for any event you may be planning.

I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with Stephanie and Jordan of Savoir Faire Weddings. Stephanie was there to guide me through all of the many steps of the wedding planning process, which was a blessing because I always have a busy work schedule. Having a wedding planning service definitely took a lot of the pressure off of me, especially when it came to the wedding day. On my wedding day, I was able to solely focus on myself, my husband, family and friends, which is what your wedding day should be about. I didn't have to worry about anything, Savoir Faire Weddings took care of EVERYTHING. Stephanie was able to accommodate some last minute changes for me, which I truly appreciated. Let me just start with saying that Stephanie Tate is amazing. My husband and I wanted to plan a destination wedding but we both work over 40 hours a week. Stephanie made everything so easy. She would find a vendor that matched what I wanted. My wedding day went perfect and she was the one to thank for that. Everything that I could have asked for in a wedding planner, Stephanie has!! She is so amazing. Words cannot describe how happy and pleased we were with the ceremony and reception. If you would like a stressful and perfect day, then use Stephanie Tate :) She really made the entire process so easy. My guests are still ranting about how beautiful and smooth everything worked out!!!

Jordan and Stephanie are awesome! They know how to work a wedding. I don't know what I would have done without them. Jordan was the lead at my wedding and she really came through and made everything run smoothly. I had a minor breakdown Friday night before the wedding because I wasn't sure how I was going to get everything done in time and she quickly calmed me down and ensured that everything would be fine - she would make sure of it. I want to thank Stephanie Tate for everything she did. Every detail was covered for my daughter's out of town destination wedding. After talking with and emailing her for many months preceeding the wedding and finally meeting with her on the first day, I knew we had made the right choice. Stephanie Tate was a tremendous help in planning and pulling off my destination wedding. The day was absolutely perfect, and I have Stephanie to thank!

I am not from Florida, nor do I live close by. I was able to outsource most aspects of my wedding planning to Stephanie, which made the process much more fun, stress free and enjoyable.

She was also extremely responsive. I had tons of questions along the way, and she almost always emailed me a response within the hour.

Also, it made a huge difference that Stephanie handled all of the coordination with every single one of my vendors on my wedding day was SO HELPFUL. That was the last thing I wanted to do - put together a timeline and manage the arrivals and access to the reception site for vendors on my wedding day.

I cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie and about my experience with her/Savoir-Faire. She is fantastic!

We hired Stephanie and her assistant Jordan to be the hostesses for our reception at our daughter's wedding. They were a fantastic team! As soon as they arrived, I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding. I didn't have to think that the all the food would be beautifully displayed, the ice cream bar set up and maintained, and all the dishes cleared and washed. They were wonderful and was so thankful to have found them to serve at our reception!

We worked with Jordan since Stephanie was already booked for another wedding. Jordan kept everything right on schedule while being incredibly sweet and helpful. The Savoir Faire team (specifically Stephanie and Yumi) is amazing. I used this company as my wedding coordinator for my "day of" needs. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day...I did not have to worry about a single thing for that matter. Yumi met and directed the venue event coordinator, pastry chef, florist, and photographer. Further, she took all of my decorations and center pieces from my hotel room and set up the wedding site. She also made sure everything, to include wedding gifts were returned to my parents' room at the end of the evening. Again, I cannot recommend Savoir Faire Weddings enough. They truly made my day spectacular!

Stephanie was excellant! She was very professional and great with suggestions. Since we live in Kentucky, my daughter's wedding in Destin FL was a destination wedding. Stephanie was amazing and my wedding day was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. We were on a tight budget but no one could tell with the way that Stephanie used her professionalism and excellent connections to bring our big day together. All the vendors that she recommended were great to work with. Flowers gorgeous, food excellent (our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how beautifully it was displayed), great DJ, etc. The day was so flawless and organized, we truly couldn't have done it without her.

People may view hiring a wedding coordinator as an added expense, but hiring Stephanie saved us time, money and a lot of stress!!

I dont even know where to start to tell you how AMAZING Stephanie is. From the moment we first talked on the phone I felt like I was talking to someone I had known my whole life about planning my wedding. You just click with her. She was with us from the very beginning and we could not be more thankful and appreciative of everything she did. She is very dedicated to your wedding and responds almost immediately to any email, text or phone call. From helping choose a florist to holding your bouquet while you fix your hair she was right there for everything. The wedding night was so smooth and perfect due to her organization of everything that happens on a wedding day. I have to say that Stephanie is great at what she does. She just made my life so much easier. She contacted everyone for me and gave me so many great ideas. When planning a destination wedding it can get overwhelming, but with Stephanies help everything went so smoothly. She also returns every call and every email in a timely manner.

On the day of the wedding it was raining so hard and I had no back up plan for my beach wedding what so ever...Stephanie called me several times to make me feel at ease about everything and to let me know my options. The day cleared up and my wedding was beautiful.

I would highly recommend anyone planning a destination wedding to get a planner and Stephanie Tate is the only way to go:)

I truly don't know what I would have done without Stephanie for our wedding which took place on November 13th, 2010 in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Her easy-going nature, fantastic contacts, vendor negotiation skills and personable style helped me remain relatively stress-free during the tightly packed 6 month engagement period until the big day. And on our wedding day, she blew me away with how efficiently things were run. I am a Project Manager by profession and had 2 other project managers who attended my wedding and both of them said this was the smoothest run wedding they've ever witnessed. It was extremely smooth from my standpoint as well so that all I had to worry about leading up to the moment of walking down the aisle was when I should saunter up from the beach and start putting on my wedding dress! All else was taken care of by Stephanie and her fantastic team. Highly recommend.

I have to just say Stephanie Tate surpassed all of my expectations for our wedding day. We decided with a destination wedding, it would be really beneficial to have a coordinator and I can tell you now it is absolutley ESSENTIAL! Stephanie had such great connections with the local vendors from our photographer, dj, caterer, florist, cake baker to the hair/makeup artist. She really knew our personalities and matched us up with all the right people. She was able to save us money with various vendors so it really is worth the expense of hiring a coordinator. I do not think there is any way I could have done it without her. She had such a great vision of what we wanted, I would send pictures via the knot and facebook and it gave her an idea of what we wanted. When I walked up the day of my wedding to walk down the aisle, I was blown away by how it all came together so beautifully, it was everything and more of what we had envisioned! And on the wedding day, it was so helpful to have her there to coordinate the ceremony and reception to let us know what we were doing and where we needed to be.
Stephanie took so much time out to meet with my us on weekends when we would come into town the year leading up to the wedding and she was always just a phone call or email away with any questions or concerns. I hope that when you are choosing someone to plan your special day, you will choose Stephanie and let her make your dream wedding come true. She's just great at what she does and I promise you'll be so happy with the outcome!

Planning a destination wedding is not the easiest task, but with Stephanie's help, she made it a seamless process! She recommended the best vendors in the area and everyone I talked to reinforced how lucky I was to have her as my planner - I could not have agreed more! Throughout the entire planning process, she always helped answer my questions right away and gave me the best advice. On the day of, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and went according to plan, down to the smallest detail of making sure the restrooms were equipped with decorative paper towels! Stephanie was great. She was an incredible resource for me as I planned my wedding from 3000 miles away. She responds to emails and phone calls very quickly and always makes you feel like a priority. She was great when we came into town for a planning weekend a few months before the wedding and brought our entire family, she didn't ever seem frazzled by the meriad of ideas being thrown at her (none of which were relevant). We rented benches through Stephanie at Savoir Faire Weddings and everything was perfect with their service. Quick quote, ease of payment and the benches were there as expected and they looked like new.

During the planning process we hired Bella Flora Flowers Everywhere, Carillon Beach, for our flowers and planning in July 2008 for our wedding in May 2009. I would not recommend using them for anything. They were unresponsive and extremely disorganized. Once we finally did get in touch with them in January, we found out we no longer had a planner. Having paid for this service already, we began searching for a new planner. Stephanie came highly recommended and we see why. Hiring her was the best and most important decision we made. She is extremely organized and did more work for us in the three months in hiring her than the seven months of working with Bella Flora. Stephane responded to all emails and phone calls immediately. She is knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and suggestions during the process. She and her assistant worked so hard the day of our wedding to carry out every detail. Several of our guests commented on how organized the wedding and reception were. Thanks to Stephanie, it all come together with ease. We appreciate her work for us and highly recommend her services. It was well worth the cost, the best investment we made.

Stephanie's husband Bill Tate was our officiant. He was on time, friendly, accommodating, and overall good guy. They allowed us to write our whole ceremony script and provided ideas of how to best do it. I didn't use Stephanie for the wedding planning, but I have been told by my other vendors that she is amazing. Really great prices too. I would highly recommend that you use Bill as your officiant.

The only reason Stephanie did not get a perfect score is that she was not present when the vendors started arriving at the reception site to set up and this caused us some problems. However, that being said, the wedding would never have been the wonderful event it was without Stephanie's contacts, ideas, listening skills, insight, and professionalism.

After moving clear across the country to Seattle, planning a wedding back in Florida would've been a nightmare without Savoir Faire. Stephanie did a wonderful job up front, helping me create my vision and bringing that vision into fruition. She represented me well in all the vendor meetings, made extra effort to help me stay in my budget (with cost saving ideas), kept me abreast of everything going on, and was very patient with my numerous emails and texts! She definitely went above and beyond! For the rehearsal and day or coordination, Jordan did an awesome job rallying the troops and bringing it on home! Now, I'm only getting married once, but I'll pay it forward and make sure other brides know about this awesome service!
