We hired Stephanie and her assistant Jordan to be the hostesses for our reception at our daughter's wedding. They were a fantastic team! As soon as they arrived, I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding. I didn't have to think that the all the food would be beautifully displayed, the ice cream bar set up and maintained, and all the dishes cleared and washed. They were wonderful and was so thankful to have found them to serve at our reception!

We worked with Jordan since Stephanie was already booked for another wedding. Jordan kept everything right on schedule while being incredibly sweet and helpful. She was also able to take charge when we had a couple of incidents with the HOA manager. She was very professional and did a fabulous job representing the company!!!

Stephanie is an amazing coordinator! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were trying to plan a destination wedding from St. Louis, MO, and there is NO way I could have done it without her! She took care of all the vendors and details, and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on our big day (which was worth it's weight in gold)! Thank you Savoir-Faire Weddings!!!

The Savoir Faire team (specifically Stephanie and Yumi) is amazing. I used this company as my wedding coordinator for my "day of" needs. I did not have to lift a finger on my wedding day...I did not have to worry about a single thing for that matter. Yumi met and directed the venue event coordinator, pastry chef, florist, and photographer. Further, she took all of my decorations and center pieces from my hotel room and set up the wedding site. She also made sure everything, to include wedding gifts were returned to my parents' room at the end of the evening. Again, I cannot recommend Savoir Faire Weddings enough. They truly made my day spectacular!

Stephanie and her team were great to work with through my planning process. She was so quick to respond to all my questions and made planning a destination wedding so much fun. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT STEPHANIE!!!!! The only thing is that we didn't get to spend enough time with this awesome lady because we live in Ohio. Stephanie handled it all and we showed up for our special day and everything was on autopilot and what a beautiful wedding it was!! Guests still call it a "Fairy Tale Wedding" ~~ Thank you Stephanie for making our special day run so smooth and be everything and more what we expected!! :)

Stephanie was excellant! She was very professional and great with suggestions. Since we live in Kentucky, my daughter's wedding in Destin FL was a destination wedding. Stephanie was our contact with all the other vendors and did a wonderful job. She was so very helpful the day of the wedding, we could not have done it without her. She remained calm and accomodating throughout the day. She was so easy to work with and really saw to it that my daughter's vision of her wedding day came true. She's a real gem!

Stephanie Tate is wonder woman! We couldn't have pulled off our beach side, carnival themed wedding with out her. She went above and beyond the call of duty through the whole planning process. From negotiating with vendors to stringing ribbon through our chair backers and setting up the candy table. It would be impossible for me to list all the amazing details she helped us pull together. If you are looking for a wedding planner full of passion for your event with a dash of sweetness and a zest for organization Stephanie is your girl!!

Stephanie was amazing and my wedding day was more beautiful than I could ever imagine. We were on a tight budget but no one could tell with the way that Stephanie used her professionalism and excellent connections to bring our big day together. All the vendors that she recommended were great to work with. Flowers gorgeous, food excellent (our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how beautifully it was displayed), great DJ, etc. The day was so flawless and organized, we truly couldn't have done it without her.

People may view hiring a wedding coordinator as an added expense, but hiring Stephanie saved us time, money and a lot of stress!!

I dont even know where to start to tell you how AMAZING Stephanie is. From the moment we first talked on the phone I felt like I was talking to someone I had known my whole life about planning my wedding. You just click with her. She was with us from the very beginning and we could not be more thankful and appreciative of everything she did. She is very dedicated to your wedding and responds almost immediately to any email, text or phone call. From helping choose a florist to holding your bouquet while you fix your hair she was right there for everything. The wedding night was so smooth and perfect due to her organization of everything that happens on a wedding day. I TRULY enjoyed every second of my wedding planning with Stephanie and was very sad when it was over :( If you choose Savoir Faire weddings you will not be disappointed. She is the best of the best 100%!!!

Stephanie was fabulous !! Very organized and worth her weight in gold. The bride and groom could not have done it without her. She had us right on target for everything. Even on the beach for those sunset pictures at the right time. The mother of the bride did not have to worry about a thing. Book her if you can get her !! She is the BEST !!!!!!!

I truly don't know what I would have done without Stephanie for our wedding which took place on November 13th, 2010 in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Her easy-going nature, fantastic contacts, vendor negotiation skills and personable style helped me remain relatively stress-free during the tightly packed 6 month engagement period until the big day. And on our wedding day, she blew me away with how efficiently things were run. I am a Project Manager by profession and had 2 other project managers who attended my wedding and both of them said this was the smoothest run wedding they've ever witnessed. It was extremely smooth from my standpoint as well so that all I had to worry about leading up to the moment of walking down the aisle was when I should saunter up from the beach and start putting on my wedding dress! All else was taken care of by Stephanie and her fantastic team. Highly recommend.

I have to just say Stephanie Tate surpassed all of my expectations for our wedding day. We decided with a destination wedding, it would be really beneficial to have a coordinator and I can tell you now it is absolutley ESSENTIAL! Stephanie had such great connections with the local vendors from our photographer, dj, caterer, florist, cake baker to the hair/makeup artist. She really knew our personalities and matched us up with all the right people. She was able to save us money with various vendors so it really is worth the expense of hiring a coordinator. I do not think there is any way I could have done it without her. She had such a great vision of what we wanted, I would send pictures via the knot and facebook and it gave her an idea of what we wanted. When I walked up the day of my wedding to walk down the aisle, I was blown away by how it all came together so beautifully, it was everything and more of what we had envisioned! And on the wedding day, it was so helpful to have her there to coordinate the ceremony and reception to let us know what we were doing and where we needed to be.
Stephanie took so much time out to meet with my us on weekends when we would come into town the year leading up to the wedding and she was always just a phone call or email away with any questions or concerns. I hope that when you are choosing someone to plan your special day, you will choose Stephanie and let her make your dream wedding come true. She's just great at what she does and I promise you'll be so happy with the outcome!

I have to say that Stephanie is great at what she does. She just made my life so much easier. She contacted everyone for me and gave me so many great ideas. When planning a destination wedding it can get overwhelming, but with Stephanies help everything went so smoothly. She also returns every call and every email in a timely manner.

On the day of the wedding it was raining so hard and I had no back up plan for my beach wedding what so ever...Stephanie called me several times to make me feel at ease about everything and to let me know my options. The day cleared up and my wedding was beautiful.

Planning a destination wedding is not the easiest task, but with Stephanie's help, she made it a seamless process! She recommended the best vendors in the area and everyone I talked to reinforced how lucky I was to have her as my planner - I could not have agreed more! Throughout the entire planning process, she always helped answer my questions right away and gave me the best advice. On the day of, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and went according to plan, down to the smallest detail of making sure the restrooms were equipped with decorative paper towels! I do not know how I would have managed without her that day and I will be forever grateful to her and all the work she did for our wedding.

I am so fortunate to have retained Stephanie at Savoir Faire Weddings for my wedding! She is worth EVERY penny of her cost! Knowing that we were worried about the budget, she was able to save us money where we could, but not once did we sacrifice anything that was important to us.
