There are not enough words to express how amazing our wedding day was. We had our reception at the Brickhall in the Hollow, an absolutely stunning space, with our reception at Salvatore's. From the quality of the food to the beautiful banquet room... everything was amazing and so perfect. Salvatore's was the best decision we made for our wedding. Christina was AMAZING. We absolutely loved working with her. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. Every detail was exactly as asked. The room looked so pretty with minimal but some Christmas decor. I believe this enhanced our experience. Other enhancements include the Champagne Parade, so fun! Plus, the free room for the night. The package deals were of great value. Even the upgrades were well worth it. If I could do it all over again, I would do everything the exact same. Thank you, Salvatore's,

Surprise Wedding
Everything was exceptional from the 1st phone call, to meeting with our event specialist, leading up to our event date. The package we chose had many options to create the perfect combination for the menu we wanted. Our event was the 1st of its kind for Salvatore's, a Surprise Birthday party, turned Surprise Wedding! Our event specialist Jess K., was so thrilled to be part of planning our event, and the ideas we had. Everything was perfect! Jess went above and beyond to make our crazy idea into the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. No ask was to small.Salvatore’s Events & Catering's reply:

My husband and I could not have been more happier with Salvatore‘s their venue was so romantic with chandeliers and its warm and cozy environment. They have very friendly staff who helped us set up our
Wedding. We had prime rib and multiple other entrées, the Guest absolutely raved about the food. The wedding coordinator at Salvatore‘s Jessica was very helpful and dealt with many of my requests and questions. We were very happy because the wedding venue was affordable and it included a lot in their package. They accommodated everything that I wanted to have like a caricature artist, flower bar, kids, table, memory table, and multiple dessert tables. The staff was very friendly and interacted with the guests as well, always refilling our waters and picking up our plates, Salvatore‘s also provided a dance floor and had great bartenders. I would highly recommend to anyone to go and tour this venue they will make your wedding memorable. -

I cannot express how beautiful, seamless, and easy it was to have our wedding at the Delavan. From the time we walked in the door to meet our coordinator to the end of our wedding, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and understanding of every need. The venue was decorated over the top for Christmas. It was beautiful. Anything and everything we needed was handled by our coordinator. We were able to book rooms right on site to get ready in and they have a salon for the ladies there too. If i could do it all over again, i would choose the Delavan hands down over and over again -

Kettle Wedding 2024
We had the privilege of working with Christina and Paula for our wedding. Everything down to the food, decor, and little details you can think of for a wedding they were able to do for me and my husband. Any time I needed to speak to them over the phone, or make a one on one meeting or even emailing back and forth they were always proficient in getting back to me as soon as possible. We had our wedding in the Bella room and made my dream come to a reality with how I wanted everything set up the way I wanted it to. The food was exquisite and to this day my guests continue to talk about how excellent the food was and how good it tasted. I told Paula my ideas for the decor and even wanting fake flowers to save on money, cause why not??? And she did not disappoint! Even my bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful as ever and my girls were able to take them home with them! If you ever want a dream wedding where you can work hands off and not be so stressed during your wedding planning process, I highly recommend going through Salvatore’s! The wedding at Salvatore's Events was truly unforgettable. From the moment we reached out to them, they were accommodating and understanding, making the whole planning process easy and stress-free. The attention to detail by the team was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of our special day was attended to.
One thing that stood out to us was how the staff at Salvatore's Events went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our planner, Ashton made sure every detail was magnificent. She worked hard to create a customized drink menu and poster. Ashton was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, which was incredibly reassuring. Additionally, the venue itself was stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
While there were a few minor details such as more guests arriving than expected the staff was quick to accommodate. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The food served at Salvatore's Events was delicious, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. The team's professionalism and dedication truly shone through, and we were so grateful for their hard work.
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-organized venue for their special day. Thank you to the team for making our wedding day so magical and memorable.

Elegant Day, Smooth Timing, Delicous Food , Great Service 🙌
We were nervous when we were choosing our wedding venue as we knew we would have somewhere between 330-400 attendees. However, once we did the tasting (amazing) we knew their staff was equipped to handle our big day! Our wedding at Salvatores Events and Catering was an absolute dream come true! The venue displayed elegance, setting the perfect tone for our special day. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. Timing was impeccable, and the food was not only hot but had amazing flavor, leaving all our guests impressed and satisfied. Thank you, Salvatores, for making our day truly unforgettable!

A day to remember!
I am the third sibling in my family to have their wedding at Salvatore's and am so happy with that decision! We worked with Christina to plan the big day and she was wonderful! Any question I had, she was there, and any detail I wanted to change (no matter how last minute) her ultimate goal was to make my vision come to life, and would alter what she could, to do so. All the meetings and communication were in the perfect timeline leading up to the big day. The room was set up perfectly, the workers were very catering and the food was outstanding! I wish I could relive my wedding day over and over, and having it at Salvatore's plays a big part in that. I also worked with Paula Salvatore for my flowers. I requested a bouquet that Paula said she had never done before, but knew how much they meant to me. When Paula personally delivered my flowers to the room we were getting ready in, I was over joyed with how stunning my 11 long stemmed calla lilies looked to hold at my wedding. Cinco de Mayo
We had the most magical day with Salvatore’s for my cinco de mayo wedding. The venue went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. We were even able to use one of their other restaurant areas to take our first look pictures and they turned our Amazing!Salvatore’s Events & Catering's reply:

If you want a stress-free wedding planning experience, this is your place! We literally just showed up and they had everything done. We had Paula Salvatore do all of our decor, and let me tell you this woman did not disappoint. She was absolutely amazing from the centerpieces, to the cake table, to the card box. She even did our sweetheart table and the setup around it and again, it was amazing. She even went above and beyond to add things she thought would elevate the aesthetic and didn’t charge us extra for them! They have an in house DJ that you can hire, which again made it super easy. We had our ceremony and the reception there, so it was super easy to have everyone go from one room to another. Again they were so accommodating and great. They upgraded us to the bigger room at no charge as well. No stress, no issues, everything was smooth sailing. We did a station style buffet and that was lovely as well. The food was great, and the bartenders were awesome! This was the most pleasant wedding experience that I could ever ask for.Salvatore’s Events & Catering's reply:

We originally booked our wedding with Salvatore's in November, but unfortunately had to reschedule because of a huge snowstorm. Christina and the team were excellent and made rescheduling everything stress free. The venue is gorgeous. When my fiancé and I first booked our venue it was owned by someone personally, during the pandemic it was bought by Salvatore's and I was so worried my day was going to go to shambles. But after getting in contact with Christina, their Event Coordinator, I felt so much better. She was so attentive, very responsive and accommodating. When it came to the day before my wedding, Christina's staff set my venue up EXACTLY how I wanted it-down to the very tiny detail. The day of my wedding it went so smooth. The staff was attentive and caring. They helped with every question and any concern in a very kind and professional matter. The food was amazing, the drinks kept flowing and my guests had the time of their lives. The Brickhall in the Hollow was the most beautiful venue and it is HIGHLY recommended. -

We met with Janet (our coordinator) last august. From her warm welcome I knew this was going to be venue. We took a tour of the ballroom and some of the areas for photos. We also decided to have our ceremony here as well. I honestly fell in love work this place.
Janet was amazing every step of the way and addressed any concerns that we had. When she wasn’t available someone else from staff helped. The bar tenders are a delight, the wait staff was kind and on point. The food was excellent. My family and friends enjoyed themselves and we’ve had many comments about how classy and beautiful it was. Janet Ciminelli & Salvatore’s as a whole were truly a pleasure to work with every step of the way & made our wedding feel like a complete dream, a fairytale. Being one of the brides who had to reschedule our original wedding due to Covid, Janet made the transition seamless, we didn’t feel overwhelmed or miss a beat. They say “something always goes wrong when it comes to a wedding”… but that is not what my husband and I experienced at all and we know Janet Ciminelli & Salvatore’s were a huge factor in that too. Communication was excellent, they are responsive & pay attention to every detail that matters to you. They are excited for you and happy to see you!! We couldn’t thank Janet Ciminelli & Salvatore’s enough, our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect in every single way. We would highly recommend them to EVERY future bride & groom!! Seriously! Salvatore’s was nothing but amazing to my now husband & I. Yes I am sad to say I was one of the COVID brides who had to move her wedding but Janet & Salvatore’s were both incredible about it. When we didn’t 100% make our decision yet she still held our back up date for us until we decided to postpone. I had my dream fairytale wedding & could not be more happy we chose here. I am huge into Halloween so us having to postpone was upsetting but being able to have it the night before Halloween made it a little better.
We have received so many compliments about how amazing our wedding was & it was the best wedding they have been too. Now let’s go onto the most important part the food. Everyone was raving about how amazing the food is. Those meatballs were to die for. The asparagus was my absolute favorite thing I have ever had. Our flowers (and centerpieces & the decorations) were done by Paula & they were absolutely gorgeous! The location is absolutely gorgeous for photos (the staircase, all of the themed decorations, & everything else). Also they give you a free hotel stay at the delavan (we chose to upgrade to a suite for only $50 extra & it was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in).
There is so much amazing things I could say about Janet & Salvatore’s.
But seriously if you are looking at venues this will be your perfect wedding venue just like it was mine. -

Salvatore’s Italian Garden
My husband and I just got married at Salvatore’s in the Venetian Ballroom. Our event coordinator was Janet and she was absolutely amazing; she was responsive, professional and knew what she was talking about. I booked this venue pre pandemic and was so worried nothing was going to work out. Janet went about and beyond to make sure our vision was brought to life. Our ceremony was set to be outside and due to weather we changed it inside last minute and it all worked out. I felt like my ceremony room and reception room complimented each other very well and will make for amazing pictures! The food was incredible and the champagne parade was so fun. All night I was complimented on how stunning the venue was by our guests. The best part it, the Ballroom speaks for itself so you don’t need to spend hundreds more on decorations if you don’t want to. I felt like I was heard at Salvatore’s and I wish I could do it all over again!

We recently had our wedding at Salvatore’s and it was everything we could have dreamed of. We worked with Janet and she was wonderful from the moment we first met her last year. Our wedding was planned in its entirety during the pandemic and Janet was there for us every step of the way. From different restrictions and what we could do, she was so accommodating. She was also so supportive with how we were feeling. Thankfully, we were able to have a full wedding reception with passed appetizers and a dance floor. We loved our appetizers that we chose (cheese tray selection, beef on weck crostini, and loaded baked potato bites). And the food was absolutely amazing! We chose the Chicken Française which was paired with sliced tenderloin of filet. So many people at the wedding told us they loved the food and one groomsman reported he wanted to “lick the plate clean”. Our captain, Jennifer, who took care of us all night, was wonderful! I felt like before I could even ask for something she automatically knew what I wanted. The champagne toast was so cool and everyone loved that as well. Honestly, everything went off without a hitch and I had the best wedding I could have imagined. I am sure that a lot of that had to do with Salvatore’s and if you are considering them, I would highly recommend that you go with them. They were great! -

We had many out of town guests so it was important for us to find a location that also had a hotel. Salvatore's saved the day! Christina was amazing to work with from day one! We rescheduled for May of 2021 and despite the daily changes with Covid restrictions, every second of the day went smoothly. Christina paid close attention to the details and nothing was overlooked!
The Venetian Room was recently updated and was stunning. As Salvatore's has a dedicated kitchen for each ballroom, the food was served promptly and hot. The Champagne Parade was a huge hit with all of our guests! The price per plate was reasonable and for all the incidentals that were included in the price, we ended up spending less than what we would have spent at our origianl location. 5 stars! -

INCREDIBLE, seamless, stress free experience working with Salvatore’s!! (& Christina specifically).
Working with Salvatore’s for our wedding was such a great experience for us both. We planned our wedding in LITERALLY less than 6 weeks & it magically all came together, thanks to Salvatore’s and Christina Weber (our coordinator for the event). We had a vision and it was delivered perfectly. Questions were always answered promptly, Christina was only a phone call/email away, and everything was impressively organized. I was constantly changing my mind, adding new details in, hiring more vendors, etc. and i was so so impressed with how everything stayed orderly and no detail/information was ever missed. Salvatore’s provided the venue (Brickhall is BEAUTIFUL & exceeded my expectations), the food, the bar, and the service staff - which made things SO much easier for us. The food was extremely well done & there is so many options to fit any couples price point / taste. Everyone was coming up to us after saying how good the food was (especially considering it was made for 120 people at once!) - people also commented on how many weddings they have been to with terrible food and for ours they ate every single bite .. !!! The service staff was also amazing. Many guests also approached us to say how knowledgeable, kind, and helpful every staff member was. They made every step of the evening move so so smoothly!! I have not one single bad thing to say about working with Salvatore’s / having our wedding at Brickhall. I highly recommend to all!! -

A dream wedding!
We had our dream wedding thanks to Salvatores! Everything went wonderfully at the reception - the room was beautifully decorated, the food was amazing, and our guests raved about the quality and convenience of the Delavan Hotel. Throughout the planning process our coordinator Janet was incredibly flexible and accommodating. We had absolutely no issues with postponing a full year due to the COVID-19 pandemic- as a matter of fact, Salvatores went above and beyond. Without hesitation they put dates on hold, they honored our original menu selections, and they worked closely with us as guidelines were constantly changing. I can honestly say that they made the whole process go as smoothly as possible while making sure we could have the day of our dreams. I would highly recommend them for any event! -

We had our wedding reception/private dinner at Salvatores. The actual venue is within The Delevan Hotel. Due to COVID-19 we decided to scale down our originally high number of guests to a small banquet of 24. Our event coordinator gave us some options that would be more accommodating to us and we were very impressed and pleased with how the night turned out. Our family and friends who attended were highly pleased as well. We were blown away with how supportive and high spirited the staff was the night of our event. Very pleased. My wife's grandmother enjoyed it so much that she is planning a birthday celebration for herself there next year. -

So thankful that Salvatore’s was able to accommodate us for our September wedding. Due to COVID, we made the last minute decision to change our venue and lower our guest list from 220+ to 50 people. A big shout out to Christina who helped pull it all together, wonderfully. By phone or email, she was an absolute angel, and was always quick to answer my (many) questions and concerns.
We definitely recommend spending the night or weekend at the Delavan Hotel. It was so convenient for ourselves, as well as our guests to have rooms right there! My bridesmaids also got ready in the morning with me in our Harriet Suite. Additionally, we used the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space for our first look prior to our ceremony. And the Bella ballroom was a beautiful room for our reception. Our guests raved about the food, and particularly loved the champagne parade prior to dinner.
Thank you, again, to everyone that helped make our day so special. And we cannot wait to be able to spend future anniversaries with Salvatore’s!

When our wedding venue fell through 30 days before our wedding, Salvatore's came through for us. They were so accommodating and wonderful in every way. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. Janet was amazing to work with, checking in on us on a regular basis. They even helped us with pricing because of the Covid restrictions. James helped us with the ceremony and it couldn't have been any better. The flexibility of everyone was appreciated! Thank you! -

Having our wedding with Salvatore's was a dream come true! They truly go above and beyond to make every detail perfect in the easiest way possible. You truly get the feel throughout the planning that you are in control of every aspect of your wedding without having to actually micromanage every detail. Their Coordinators really take the pressure off of your back to make it such an enjoyable planning experience! We truly felt our families received the royal treatment the entire weekend we were there catering to our every need and last minute requests. Extraordinary
Salvatore’s was extremely helpful with all of our wedding planning questions. They continuously gave extraordinary service before, during and after our wedding. They were helpful, insightful and accommodating. Our wedding was remarkable and the entire day went according to plan despite the feet of snow that hit Buffalo. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of their service. Our wedding coordinator Christina was the best! She truly helped make sure everything leading up to our day was planned and ready to go. The banquet staff who worked our wedding was so much fun and every guest had the time of their life. The food was delicious & the drinks were perfect. Mrs. Salvatore helped plan and create extra decor to match our 1920’s themed wedding and ceremony. I highly recommend Salvatore’s as their years of experience truly shined and helped create the BEST day of our lives. -

When we first looked at venues to book, Slavatore's was the most prepared for us. Their staff did an incredible job walking us through what to expect and what the day-of timeline would look like.
We also had our ceremony in the Garden Place Hotel. It was gorgeous, and we had a separate coordinator from Salvatore's just to walk us through the ceremony.
Christina, our event coordinator, was incredible. We live in NYC, and she went above and beyond to make sure our day went as seamlessly as possible, since we couldn't meet in person very frequently to go over details. She emailed us multiple times a week in the months leading up to our wedding, and through the bumps in the road, she made sure we stayed on track. My wife and I cannot say enough about how awesome she was and how much effort she put in for us. You will be in good hands with her.
They also have a florist on site! Paula is lovely. My wife had a few conversations with her for our vision and she did a fantastic job bring it to reality. Our theme was peacock but we didn't want it to be too in your face. She really did an amazing job subtly adding in peacock feathers to the flowers and centerpieces. We trusted her completely and she did not disappoint.
Another reason we chose this venue was the layout. There's a DJ company called CJ sound, and their speakers are in the ceiling of the reception halls. This makes the DJ cheaper, easier to set up, and helps prevent your guests sitting near the front from going deaf by the end of the night.
The food was great, the service staff was very accommodating for and attentive to our guests with dietary restrictions, and we had a blast.

Having our wedding reception at Salvatore's was one of the best choices we could have made. Being an out-of-state bride, I felt at ease since I knew the team was on top of every detail. Amazing from start to finish
My wedding was on 9/7/19, everything was perfection! From the planning to the day of to the pick up. My day was incredible and everything went so smoothly. I had so many people come up to me and tell me my wedding was the best the have ever been to and not to mention the food was amazing. Kate Tolley was my wedding coordinator she was incredible, from the planning to helping me bring my dress to my hotel room. She went above and beyond for me for everything , so responsive and so good at what she does. Paula Salvatore did my flowers and decor, she did an amazing job creating my vision. It seriously was like it was from a movie, I couldn't of done any of this without them or dreamed a better reception. Salvatore’s and all of their staff played such a huge role in making our day a success. Janet was our wedding coordinator and she was there every step of the way from our first tour to the day of to make sure everything went as planned. She was very responsive and was always available via email and phone for any questions I had, especially the week of. Paula helped with the ceremony and reception essentials. She was amazing with so many ideas to help create the perfect ceremony space and to set up the reception decor. Paula and the staff decorated the ceremony space beautifully and set up all of my decor for the reception as well. They also put everything back into their boxes to be picked up the next day, stress free! The food was amazing from the appetizers to the late night pizza and wings from Salvatore’s. The white truffle tortellini was a huge favorite! Salvatore’s staff was nice enough to package up some appetizers and our left over meals for us to enjoy later in the night. The perfect end an amazing night was getting back to our hotel room at the Delavan to find pizza and wings ( that were still hot) and a sandwich platter for us. We never thought we would have the perfect wedding... but we truly loved every single thing about this place. We worked with Janet Ciminelli and she was super helpful working with us throughout the planning process. Whenever we had questions, Janet was very prompt and thorough in her replies.
The food tasting was in February, and although the did not have everything available for tasting (about 75% of the items you could choose from were there), everything on the menu is of high quality, and it is impossible to be disappointed. I highly recommend the Italian Wedding soup and the candied carrots. My favorite food was the Beef on Weck Crustini appetizer- seriously, it was delicious. We also LOVED our late night soft pretzel bar... I could not stop eating them!! The different cheese dips were AMAZING. Salvatore's also lets you choose and name your speciality drink (can be from their list or make your own) which is a nice personal touch for the evening (ours was a "Rogers on the Rocks"- rum, coke, and grenadine).
They recently refinished the carpets in the Bella/Amore ballrooms, and it is absolutely stunning. We had about 205 people attend our wedding, and spatially, there was plenty of room to sit/dance/mingle. What is also nice is having the bar area in the room but contained within its own area.
We dropped off everything (decor, cake topper, card box, etc.) the day before the wedding, and Janet gave us the option to let them place our items, or let us place things exactly where we wanted them (to which we arranged much of our items and left the place cards and a few small things for their workers to handle). This was great for us because it allowed us to make sure everything looked the way we wanted.
Brides: bathrooms are huge; my dress was a tough one to use the restroom in, so I could only go by taking off my entire dress... and I had a giant stall for two of my bridesmaids and I to work with lol. So, no matter what you'll be good if you gotta go!
Overall, I highly recommend this venue!!! Our reception was full of joy, and it ran so smoothly. This place is classy, gorgeous, and highly professional. I never once felt stressed... everything was truly perfect, and we are so happy we had our wedding here!!
PS sometimes they have deals when you place your deposit- we got a free couple's massage, as well as a free room for the night of our wedding at the Delevan (the hotel is also BEAUTIFUL, and it is attached to the venue-another giant perk of having your wedding here!!)Salvatore’s Events & Catering's reply:

Kate and her team at Salvatore’s did an amazing job for our wedding. Kate’s expertise and experience were invaluable and just what we needed as we sorted through the many decisions that needed to be made as we planned our wedding day. Kate simplified the process, and coordinated with the venue, the Brickhall in the Hollow. Kate and Dave at the Brickhall were responsive to all our questions. Everything was taken care of on the day of our wedding. Our photographer, Heather, from Blackbird Photography was absolutely amazing. Heather is an artist with a camera. The Brickhall was beautiful, the flowers from Trillium’s Courtyard Florists were stunning, the food was delicious, the staff was professional, and all of our guests complimented us on the entire event. We chose Salvatore’s early on in the wedding planning process to host our reception and it was such an amazing choice! They are truly a class act. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they kept amazing communication with me and made the whole planning process very smooth and easy, which was very impressive seeing as though I was having over 300 guests at my wedding! My wedding coordinator, Kate Tolley, was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with us and had the best suggestions to make the night absolutely perfect! She was so easy to get a hold of and was so important to my whole day! I described to her how I wanted my room set up and she took amazing notes and remembered every detail. When I walked into my cocktail hour and reception, it was EXACTLY how I had pictured it in my head. Kate truly created my dream wedding and I am so thankful for that! Every staff member at Salvatore’s truly was amazing. The hotel staff, especially Jo Anne, went completed above and beyond for us and made everything truly special. The wedding itself could not have been more perfect. We loved that Capello’s is right inside the Delevan now and it made it so convenient for the girls to get ready right there! The service staff was phenomenal. I had several guests tell me how impressed they were at how amazing their servers were and how personable they were. The bartenders were also amazing! We had several drinks being served as well as a signature cocktail and they never missed a beat. The food was amazing, the ambiance was phenomenal, I truly just can not say enough about how happy my husband and I were with the entire process and especially the wedding day itself. Wedding of our dreams
Salvatores hosted our wedding of approximately 185 people of 5/18/2018. The entire reception and decor was absolutely perfect! Mrs. Salvatore designed all the flowers for our big day including a special keepsake bouquet for our flower girl. Krystle H. One of the coordinators, was absolutely amazing as well. During the planning process my mother passed away, once Krystle became aware of this she stopped our meeting and hugged me and took the reigns and made the rest of the process as easy as possible for us. I will forever hold that close to my heart. As for the day of, the banquet staff kicked off our wedding with an epic champagne parade, one of mine and my husbands favorite memories of the entire event. They danced around, one server in particular made our wedding album with his moves. The decor was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I recieved so many compliments on the food. Thank You again Salvatores for everlasting memories! We plan on spending our 1 year anniversary there as well. -

The food was excellent, the drinks were amazing, and the service was great!!
The venue itself is also so gorgeous, it’s truthful breathtaking.
Paula Salvatore did or decorations and they couldn’t have been more beautiful! The flowers and center pieces took my breath away!
The decor made for perfect photos, and looked very high class.
I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect place to have my wedding, and I’m so happy we chose Salvatore’s.
