    Prompt communication

    I booked a shuttle for some of my international wedding guests. I have heard horror stories of shuttles being late so I was a bit nervous however, the shuttle was early and got my guests to the wedding in plenty of time! Communication with R&R was always extremely prompt and the prices were very reasonable!

    Great Experience

    R&R provided airport transfers from Seguin, TX to/from Austin Bergstrom International Airport. R&R's customer service is excellent with easy communication. The coach was on time, clean, and the drivers, Shanell and Sameul, were very professional. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

    Contacted Everyone and R&R was BY FAR the Best

    We had a large wedding with a lot of moving parts. We had 250 guests that pretty much all needed to be shuttled. We also had a very long reception (8 hours), so we had to have shuttles available to leave at different times throughout the night. We also needed a shuttle to take our wedding party to the rehearsal, to the dinner, and back to the hotel.

    I contacted literally every shuttle company in and around Austin. R&R was the ONLY one that said YES to every request I had. The had the fleet to handle our party, and were able to manage all the moving parts. Their shuttles were on time every single time. They were extremely clean, modern, and appropriate for a classy situation.

    Seriously, just book R&R for your wedding if you need shuttles. They can handle anything and won't disappoint you.

    Excellent Service

    Flexible with changes on the day of. We had a fairly large, wild group but our driver had no issues getting us to where we were going. Excellent service overall, would highly recommend to anyone.

    Best Value

    R&R Limo was recommended through our hotel. We reached out to numerous transportation companies to provide transportation for guests back to the hotel. R&R had the best prices that others couldn't beat (and tried!). Daniel was easy to book with and made sure everything was set up. Our driver, Vanessa, was patient and made the night a breeze.

    Fantastic Professional Service and A Great Trip!

    John was our bus driver for our wedding party- getting us from San Marcos to Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood. The motor coach was impeccably clean, the bus temperature was perfect, and the driver was friendly and helpful and gave us a smooth ride! John even let us connect the ipod music to the bus sound system. The bus arrived promptly at the pick up location, got us all there safely, and then made the return trip as scheduled. Thank you so much for all the communication before the event and reassuring me that all was going to go well! I truly appreciated your professionalism and getting us all there and back safely!

    We used R & R for my daughter’s wedding and had multiple stops and everything went smoothly and on time.

    My experience with R&R (as father of the bride) was exceptional. They provided multiple shuttles over 2 days. The planning and our multiple manifest changes were handled easily. Two days before the service they called with the names and cell numbers of the drivers. Got text updates on the day of. The drivers were all pleasant, professional and prompt. Every shuttle arrived on time. The 31 seat bus is super! Thanks to the R&R team for making the trips to the welcoming party and wedding a big hit with our guests!

    We used R&R for our wedding exit from The Union on 8th and it was great! The car was very nice and clean and our driver Roddey was so kind and friendly! We would use them again for our future transportation needs!

    R&R was great to work with! We used them to shuttle our guests to and from Austin to our venue in Dripping Springs. I had a lot of contact with Chuck and he was very responsive to my many questions. We also had a few last minute changes and he was very adaptive. Great company!

    I couldn't be happier with R&R Limousine! We used their services for our wedding getaway car and for our guests to get to their hotel from the venue. Chuck Fury was so nice to work with. He is extremely prompt at answering emails very accommodating. We even had a bit of a mix-up on our end regarding the bus schedule and the drivers were more than helpful making another trip after their scheduled time to make sure everyone got back safely. The vehicles were clean and so nice! Thank you so much for the perfect end to our reception!

    R&R Limo was wonderful! We hired R&R to shuttle guests from our wedding ceremony to our reception site outside of Austin. As to be expected, we had a lot of last minute changes with pick up times, locations, etc. and R&R was very willing to work with us and totally on top of all of our changes. On the day of the wedding, the drivers were extremely patient with all of our wedding party and guests running every which way. We even had a guest leave a cell phone on one of the buses and the driver drove back to the hotel and delivered the phone! Their customer service is truly top notch.

    One of the worst things that could happen is poor transportation and having your guests stranded on your wedding day. To be honest, R&R was so reasonably price compared to the other bus companies, that I was a little weary on how everything would turn out. However they FAR exceeded our expectations! All of the buses were on time, the buses were clean and comfortable for our guests, and the drivers were friendly and professional. We would recommend them to anyone!

    Lonestar Limos was on time, the driver was quick to help us bridesmaids in and out of the car, he held our bouquets, he let us take pictures..he was awsome. Also... we went over 25 minutes & he said not to worry about it he was not going to charge us, we gave him a nice tip!!! Needless to say, I will be using them again!!!

    R&R provided our guest shuttles to and from our hotel and venue. They also provided executive mini busses for the bridal and groom's parties. They were on time, clean and comfortable. Chuck was very responsive to emails and they were flexible with all of the scheduling. Good value.

    Longhorn Limos has the best, nicest and well maintained vehicles in Austin. We used them 2 weeks in a row for a Bachelor party and for the wedding.The drivers are professional and are always willing to go the extra mile to help you.We received exceptional service and are looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

    This was cheap and they split up their 4 hour minimum for us into blocks of 2 hours which was very helpful and something other companies wouldn't do. They put up with our drunk friends and were on time although they charged us an extra $40 for something unanticipated at the end of the night. This is not much money in the grand scheme of things but it angered my parents because it was not a part of the agreement. The driver was cordial and treated the elderly guests especially well.

    We used R&R for three services: SUV for wedding party transport, 55 passenger coach & 23 passenger shuttle for guest transport to get folks between our Dripping Springs venue and downtown Austin. The SUV and coach bus were just fine- we got married on the first 100 degree day of the summer and the AC wasn't amazing, but we let that go. The 23 passenger shuttle was kind of a mess. We heard from guests the driving was erratic and dangerous (speeding, switching lanes, cutting cars off) and the driver called me (the bride) several times to ask me when he was supposed to leave, what he was supposed to do, etc. He also asked wedding guests on the shuttle the same questions even though we had worked out those details in our contract and our coordinator had spoke with the company to list herself as the day of contact. Communication up to the event was great- the whole team replies to messages and we never waited more than a few minutes for a response. Booking and payment were also easy. At the end of the day, everyone got to and from the wedding safely and comparatively they were a good price but the service and day-of coordination was less than ideal.

    Cancelled their service

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
    My Fiance and I have been planning our wedding that'll happen in November for about a year and have been working with a fantastic wedding planner.

    In February, we signed a formal contract & paid a deposit booking R&R's shuttle service to drive our guests from the hotel to venue and from the venue back to the hotel, at the end of our wedding.

    3 Months away from our wedding, we receive a call from R&R cancelling their service because Formula 1 was happening the same weekend of our wedding. They would most likely generate more money from servicing other clients to Formula 1 than our wedding.

    Fortunately, we will get our deposit back however there was no penalty for R&R Canceling our contract. We're not scrambling to book a transportation service 3 months away from our wedding.

    Do not book R&R as they're unreliable and their service depends on how financially beneficial your needs are to them. Our planner also made efforts to reach out to R&R and they told them the same reason for the cancellation. Needless to say, or planner was just as shocked as we were, as they've worked with them multiple times in the past.

    R&R cancelled our contract!

    R&R Limousine has decided to cancel our contract which was signed and the deposit paid back in February for my wedding. Like others have mentioned in this review section, it was due to not understanding the dates of F1 (which have been out for over half a year). We knew about these dates in January which is why we decided to book so early, but somehow this company failed to realize this until half a year later claiming they only received this information now. Daniel was the representative I spoke to who offered no alternative solution, no compensation, but just a cold call telling me that he was going to cancel our contract and that they had other clients they needed to take care of. If you are looking to book with R&R and want reassurance that your date will be secure or your party will be taken care of, forget about it. You will be stressed till the day of whether they will show up at all. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company at the very least for the ease of mind leading up to your day.

    If you are planning an important event and need transportation, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use R&R ever ever, even if they have a better price. There are no words for how disappointed and appalled I am with this company. They RUINED my wedding day that I had planned for a year.

    The bus knowingly left their hub without air conditioning in 90 degree Texas heat and arrived at the W hotel downtown without A/C to pick up my guests to head to Dripping Springs. It was a complete sauna and there was no way my passengers could have rode for an hour without A/C. It was miserable and why they left with no A/C is beyond me. Note: they say they aren't liable for mechanical issues. It took them OVER 1.5 hours (3:30-5pm) to find a new bus (and when they did, driver parked on the side of the W so my guests didn't even know she was there) and my wedding started 1.5 hour later. I lost money because I had to pay my cocktail hour musicians overtime hours and my reception which was supposed to start at 8, started at 9:30 and lost precious hours with my band. We had so much alcohol left since reception was short and that totaled more money. We ate dinner in the dark - I could go on and on, but there were so many things that this affected and I am out thousands of dollars in addition to the money I spent with R&R. R&R refuses to to take responsibility for anything, even the musicians overtime hours.

    Not only was the bus late, the driver they sent out HAD no idea to get to my venue. No idea...My guests have videos of the driver on her cell phone, reading a piece of paper, asking for help on how to get to the venue, looking at my guests cell phone all while driving my passengers who flew in all from all over the country for my wedding.
    The bus drivers then went to my catering company and asked for meals which they were not entitled too.

    They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend never to do business with this company.
