I used the Sioux Falls Riddles store and have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about them. Randy, Erin, Jessica and Katie all were a huge help with picking out an engagement ring as well as the custom made wedding rings for both of us. Their professionalism is evident in their fine work and friendly personalities!! We will continue going to Riddles for years to come!

We got the groom's ring here and as soon as someone was available they came to help us. They were very good about explaining everything. They had no hidden agenda and were really all about us. They were upfront about the price and open about all discounts. We really got a great deal for the ring's value!

I completely love Riddle's we have been faithful costumers for a long time we are part of the GEM club as well. We purchased amazing rings during there anniversary sale so we got them for a steal really. However when it came to the soldering and fitting of the wedding ring I was for the first time not impressed my wedding ring and engagement ring were different sizes and the sodering was not aligned. But I am going to take in back in a i now that it will be fixed they are wonderful about that and Riddle's is is the only Jeweler I will go to

I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Had a small problem with my ring after the wedding and they fixed it no questions asked. The have amazing jewelry and prices to match. We are Riddles lifers!

All the help we received from their salespeople was really important when it came to choosing a ring.We felt well informed about what we where buying and not at all pressured.I absolutely love the wedding ring and was really proud when I gave it to my wife.

We actually used the Sioux Falls location but it wasn't on here to review. They were very attentive but not pushy to sell us the ring right away when we came in like other stores we went to. They let us look for what we wanted and pulled them out of the case to let us try them on without pushing us to ring up the sale. Service for cleaning and resizing and saudering bands together was spectacular as well!
