My fiance and I purchased my engagement ring at Riddles. I wanted something a little less traditional and I immediately fell in love with one of their rings. They were very timely with re-sizing it, and I love it. I'm so glad that we went there!

Choosing an engagement ring for my fiance was extremely nerve wracking. The staff here however, made this process an amazing one for me. I live out of state and they communicated with me regularly to ensure that I received what I wanted and on time. The service was personable and refreshing. In the end, I found a beautiful ring for my fiance and she is in love with it. Funny enough she bought my engagement ring at the same store and it is gorgeous. We are both in grad school and on a budget. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. We also bought each other's wedding bands here- wouldn't go anywhere else :)

The staff in Mitchell were very helpful every time we went in to look at engagement rings. They were not pushy at all. They just pulled out what we wanted to look at. My fiancé was undecided as to what ring he wanted to get me so they ordered in all three rings that he was looking at. They also put in a temporary sizer for me after I got the ring. They have been very kind and helpful every time we've gone in. Also, with Riddles you get your ring resized and cleaned for free!

Riddles In Mitchell was really good, they got my ring back to me in just 2 days when I was told it was going to take at least a week or 2 I was very impressed and very happy! The staff was excellent :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. I'm friends with the manager and he made sure we had an awesome experience and got what we wanted. We did have a problem with a stone falling out when my ring was resized and the lady who fixed it didn't do a spectacular job and it fell out again after 5 minutes of having it back. The manager made sure he was the one to fix it after that. We currently have a custom band being made and I can't wait to get it. The manager helped design it and I'm sure i'll be very happy with it.
