This is a jewelry store that cares more about your happiness than the sale. The sale comes as a result of their customer service. After being engaged for about 2 weeks, I had a severe allergic reaction on my hand to the point that I had to cut off my new ring. In tears, I called the jeweler who assured me that they would not just fix the ring for free, but also figure out what happened so that I would never have to experience it again. So, I went in and they gave me 3 different bands to wear for the next 2 weeks to figure out types of metal I could wear. All of this was at no charge (and no, we did not buy a life time policy with our ring, it is just their standard of care). After figuring out the problem, they replated my ring for free. Whenever we go in there, they always ask how we are doing, and mean it. We have since been back there for other purchases and have been nothing but pleased with their service.
