Quality of Service:
I returned Joshua Shaffer's deposit to him in full shortly after he booked his wedding due to unfortunate personal circumstances in my family. Yes, it was returned by mail. I couldn't send a refund through the phone. I am sorry he felt that something beyond my control warranted a complaint.
Sherry accepted my deposit and 2 months before the wedding returned the deposit and sent a letter stating that she was unable to accept. I believe this is very short notice and she should have contacted me via telephone not letter.
