A few of the girls were helpful but the attitude was horrible. Always made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They did a good job regardless but the attitude SUCKED. I dont think they are very nice but they do know what they are doing bc the dress and alteration was perfect.

The girls at Pure were professional, helpful and patient. All our dresses we ready to be picked up on time and my dress was even in early. When we ran into some challenges with the bridesmaid dresses they were accomadating and sympathetic to our unique situation and worked with us to find a solution. I loved my dress and had a very positive expereince shopping at Pure Bridal.
