I cannot say enough about the "guys" at Platinum. Both my engagement ring and wedding band were custom made and came out flawlessly. The prices are so phenonmenal, that my husband bought my engagement ring for 1/2 of what it was appraised for by the gemologist for insurance purposes. I also purchased my husbands wedding band there. They are fast with custom work, but I'd give them a month just out of professional courtesy and so you can have them rework anything that is not up to your standards.

Everyone is so nice and attentive at Platinum Jewelers! On top of that they offer really beautiful, quality pieces that were priced right. My husband and I began looking for an engagement ring and I found the perfect setting-they really worked with us on the price and they got us a flawless asscher cut diamond that most other jewelers didn't offer. I would recommend them over any mall-style jewelers.

I bought my husband's ring here, mainly because he wanted a specific material (tungsten carbide) and this was one of the few places I could find it.. and had it for the best price. The people were VERY helpful. I made the mistake of buying his ring a year before the wedding... and tungsten carbide can't be resized-- you have to order it in the size you need. Well, when our wedding finally rolled around, I made him try his ring on about a month before the date-- It was too BIG!!!! His fingers had shrunk. All I had to do was call the jeweler, explain the situation, and tell them I had the receipt... and they were able to get the size we needed and we just took it in and exchanged it out. It was perfect. They were so helpful. In addition, we were also originally looking for a band to match the engagement ring/band set my husband had bought (I wanted 2 bands)... and they told us that if we couldn't find the matching band at the jewelry store he bought them at, they could have one made for me. In the end, I decided 2 bands would be too much and would take up my entire finger-- but it was still nice to know that they could've had that done if we needed.

This company knows what they are talking about & are wonderful to work with. My husband was able to pick out everything from the diamond to the band to his own ring.

As you can tell by the 5 star rating, Platinum Jewelers provided me with unmatched service and value. When I got engaged, my wife wanted an engagement ring she found on Tiffany's web site. I downloaded the picture and showed it to the people at Platinum and they made the ring for her, but with a larger diamond, and I saved several thousand dollars. My wife is very happy with the ring and both of us are very happy with the price.

These people are terrible. They screwed up everything that was possible to screw up. It was a complete nightmare.

Their prices are whole sale--they have anything--and can make anything--they are a FULL service jeweler--not just jewelry store--and very helpful and knowledgeable

I took Chris 3 wedding bands that my mother in law gave me for my birthday. This was an engagement/wedding band that belonged to her mother and a wedding ring that belonged to her aunt. I designed how I wanted it made and it came out perfect! However, the bands were never returned to me even though I asked several times over several months. Also, a diamond has fallen out of the ring 3 times now. They have replaced it, but I have since moved out of town and cannot get back to the store as easy. I cannot figure out why the diamonds keep falling out. My wedding set (purchased elsewhere) has not had a single problem, so it isn't like I am hard on the ring.
