Nicole and her team were truly out of this world. I started planning my wedding a year and a half in advance, and from the very first day I contacted her, I felt like I had gained a new best friend. They embraced all of my crazy ideas and brought them to life better than I ever could have imagined.
I went into wedding planning thinking it was going to be the death of me, but hiring Nicole and her team made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I honestly didn’t stress one bit — not even on the wedding day itself. They were extremely organized, responsive, and so creative.
Her team was a dream to work with and thought of things before I ever did, so when the big day arrived, everything was already taken care of. I truly could not have had the wedding I did without them and would choose them again ten times over. They went above and beyond in every way, and I am beyond grateful.

Brought my dream wedding to life!
Nicole and her team at NK productions are excellent. They turned my dream wedding into a reality. Nicole is incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the wedding planning process with expertise and efficiency, from a checklist on day one to regular check ins over the following year and a half. She had excellent vendor recommendations, was very organized, and helped us bring our perfect wedding to life. When Hurricanes Milton and Helene hit Sarasota and damaged our wedding venue less than two months before the wedding day, Nicole and her team worked with us and the venue to find a new ceremony location, to re-do our florals for the new space, and to adjust our day-of timing. With their creative thinking and positive attitude, we ended up loving the final outcome even more than the original plan.
Margaux was our lead planner, and she was AWESOME. She led our show table and tasting and was the point person on-site during the wedding weekend events. She and Lexi were with me on the wedding day, and I couldn't have done it without them. They kept everything running on time, dealt with a number of unexpected crises, and were incredibly kind and professional throughout the day. They did everything - held my veil, kept the groomsmen on time, helped me change into my second dress, handled last-minute changes seamlessly, directed guests where they needed to be, helped me with makeup touchups, and brought so much joy and fun energy to the whole day. Hire this rockstar team!

You don’t need to keep researching, pick NK Productions. This team was incredible and so professional during every aspect of the planning process and our wedding day itself. These women understand how to plan a wedding and truly think of everything – if you’re here in the reviews to justify hiring a planner, you need to know that your experience will be immeasurably better and less stressful with one. If you’re here to decide on NK, you need to know that you’ll look back months later and be thankful for the support of the amazing women who held your hand through every little detail and emotion.
Due to a fairly booked out venue, my planning process was long. I never felt that my wedding had a lack of attention because the planners were in contact with me regularly, sticking to their timeline and connecting me with choices/suggestions in their extensive network of vendors. Their suggestions were appropriate for our vision and the budget, and having trust in them helped us create my dream wedding. My life changed quite a bit during the planning, resulting in a bit of a dynamic budget and last-minute ideas - my lead planner, Kacie, was there for every justification and change of plans I threw their way. I pay a lot of attention to detail and did quite a bit of researching into different possibilities, and the team organized and coordinated it all seamlessly.
I couldn’t imagine my experience without them – watching Kacie effortlessly direct our animated priest through a rehearsal, being genuinely calmed by a very pregnant Jessica when I knew we got behind schedule after a hair/makeup mishap, being fed canapes by one member of the team while two others bustled my dress, hearing from my parents the next morning that they were handed drink refills and constantly checked on…every detail. I was so present on my wedding day – something I know is thanks to the trust I had in the NK Productions team and their complete control over coordinating vendors.

Made my dream wedding come true
NK and her team, especially my lead planner Kerri, were absolutely outstanding. I cannot say enough positive things about them. There is a lot that it takes to put on a wedding and Kerri made it seamless. Every detail was perfect and her input and vendor recommendations based on the themes I wanted were impeccable. I was literally stunned when I saw our wedding venue the day of. The day of was soooo crazy but Kerri and her team made everything flawless and were so helpful, and I had so much carefree fun as a result. We also did a welcome party on Friday at Selby Gardens that Kerri helped us plan and run. It was perfect!!! She again nailed the theme and the decor. Overall, NK rocks, and I would seriously look no further if you have a wedding in Sarasota or nearby.

Best Planning Team in the Sarasota Area
If you are planning a wedding or event in Sarasota, use NK Productions. Nicole and her team are the best in the area. They made the planning process stress free and seamless.
I hired NK Productions for full planning to assist with my wedding initially for 2020 and then for 2021 when we postponed. They recommended fantastic vendors that fit my budget and guided me throughout the whole process. When we decided to postpone our wedding due to COVID, Nicole worked quickly to get all the contracts switched over. Given how stressful that time was, she made it so easy on me. She handled everything and all I had to do was sign the new contracts. For the actual day of ceremony in 2021, Kerri and her team handled everything on site, even some last minute changes, so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our evening. I would have lost my sanity if I had not worked with Nicole, Korrin, Kerri, Kacie and the rest of the NK Productions team. I cannot recommend them more! I believe hiring Nicole and her team was the best money we spent during the planning process.

Amazing wedding planners!!!
Melanie and Kerri were lifesavers! We hired NK Productions for month of coordinating and our lead coordinator, Melanie, contacted us the month before the wedding to get all our vendor information and timeline details figured out. She spoke with each vendor and coordinated our entire wedding timeline. Melanie was always responsive and pleasant! Melanie and Kerri came to our rehearsal at the Powel Crosley and then came back the next day for the wedding. They were both so friendly and positive and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. They were so thoughtful and did many small things that made a huge difference! They took pictures, fixed my dress and veil countless times, and ensured our belongings made it back to our room. Dream wedding with NK Team
As the mother of the bride planning a Sarasota wedding for my daughter from Wisconsin, I can honestly say we could not have done it without the expertise of Nicole and Korrin. We selected the team because of their experience planning beautiful weddings at the exquisite venue, The Ca'dazan. Her input on all the details from florist, to photographer, caterer, transportation, guest accommodations, ceremony provided us with the tools to make for a magical day.
We were most appreciative of how the team helped us switch gears and venue locations when the weather conditions caused us to have to move from our original plan to an alternative plan. All Star Team!
We had Rachael & Rachel as our day of team for the wedding and we could not be more thankful! Rachael reached out about a month before the wedding and went over every last detail of the wedding with me to make sure everything was on the right track. During the rehearsal I sat back and let the team takeover and direct everyone on where to stand, what to do, etc. They knew exactly where everyone needed to be and it was so nice to have such a knowledgeable team! The day of the wedding was flawless. Rachael has an extremely calming presence and is willing to go above and beyond to make the day perfect. She coordinated everything for me - from the first look to walking down the aisle and cutting the cake. The timeline that her and her team created was super helpful and she made sure we stayed on track the whole night. I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day because I knew everything was under control. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

Nicole, Korrin and the whole NK team we're amazing to work with!! I could not have gotten through my wedding without them!!! No joke. The team was so on top of every detail, patient with my crazy family (and me), helpful and did it all with a smile. On the day of the wedding, Korrin and the team kept me calm, had everything done, got me anything I needed, and made the day seem so effortless and stress-free (and we we're running behind from makeup, so I was anxious). It's crazy to even imagine if I had to coordinate all of the vendors on top of everything. I had a vision of singing to my husband at our reception, and Korrin coordinated every detail with the band, had lyrics printed for me, put together my vision, and had a drink waiting for me to calm my nerves right before the song. Wouldn't Want to do a Wedding without NK Productions
Nicole and her entire team at NK Productions was exceptional from beginning to end. We used her “day of” services for our daughter’s wedding and it was so much more than just “day of”. Our lead coordinator, Kerri, contacted us a month before the wedding to get all our vendor information. She spoke with each vendor and served as the point person for logistics coordination. She held several conference calls with our immediate family to make sure everyone was on the same page. She assisted in the rehearsal and was back the next day for the wedding with her assistant Melanie. It was so nice to have two people behind the scenes making sure all ran smoothly, and they insured that it did! The special touches of snapping a few Iphone photos throughout the day for us, putting food in our rooms at the end of the night, ensuring our special belongings made it back to our room, there was nothing we asked for that they did not deliver. They were always pleasant, upbeat, and professional. We also used NK for design planning of the venue. This was such an easy process and gave us the direction we needed to get started. Nicole always answered emails promptly for any questions we had or advice we needed, and her team had wonderful and creative ideas. We truly would not want to do a wedding without them. Thank you so much for ensuring our day was perfect.

I cannot say enough nice things about Nicole, Korrin, and the rest of the NK team. We had our dream wedding at the Ca D’Zan at the Ringling museum and they were so incredible about making our vision a reality.
They are respectful of budget and opinions, while also providing great advice along the way. They were so organized and made the actual day of the wedding a breeze, we never felt rushed or like we were missing something.
I am a type-A, control freak and always had a ton of questions, as did my mother, and my mother-in-law and NK productions always answered them quickly and never made us feel like they were bothering them. From the moment we signed on with them on, I never felt super stressed or overwhelmed with wedding planning. Would recommend this team to any new bride, especially if you are planning from out of town like we were.

There is only one work to describe NK Productions: AMAZING. I originally hired a different planner who I worked with for the past year or so to plan my wedding. A month and a half before the wedding, I was not having a good experience with limited responses to emails, phone calls, etc.and nothing getting accomplished. I decided to call NK Productions to see if they would be available to take over for the remaining time. The minute I spoke with Nicole, I knew I wanted to move forward with NK Productions. I signed a contract with her the next day. Nicole was able to fix our rental issues and help come up with a wonderful layout to ensure that everything flowed properly. She was extremely responsive and completely professional. I was confident that NK Productions would take care of our wedding day! All of our vendors were very pleased to hear that NK Productions was taking over. Nicole assigned Kerri as our lead planner. Kerri and her team did a fantastic job! Kerri was not only nice but also super organized, which I really appreciated. She was responsive to emails/texts. Kerri assisted us with everything from timeline to coordination of our many vendors. On the day of our our wedding, everything went so timely and smoothly. The team took care of everything to make sure our wedding went perfectly. The best part was that my Mom and I did not have to worry about a thing or stress out the month of the wedding. We were completely confident with NK Productions and Kerri as the lead planner so we were actually able to enjoy everything. My only regret was not hiring NK Productions from the very start! Must hire for your wedding!!
Working with Nicole and her team was the best decision I ever made during the wedding process (besides saying yes to my now husband :)). Planning a destination wedding is never easy, but working with Nicole and her team were incredible from the very start and made the whole process fun and exciting. While planning I was in PA school and did not have a lot of time to focus on the wedding. I worked closely with Nicole leading up to the wedding and she was amazing with working around my busy schedule and not making me feel overwhelmed, even when I would call her stressing out that I was not doing enough! She was very professional, detail oriented and creative, coming up with new creative ideas to make my wedding feel intimate and special. She took my vision and made it come to life even better than I could have imagined. On the wedding day, Korrin was my lead coordinator and she was very professional and outstanding to work with as well. We had a mini hiccup a couple days before the wedding with the getting ready room (the hotels fault) and she showed up within an hour with me at the hotel to figure out a solution and get me exactly what I needed for the day of. On the day of the wedding, they kept everything stress free and flowing smoothly. I highly recommend NK and her team for your wedding. I can not thank them enough for all of their hard work and giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Let’s start with the bottom line: My wedding was spectacular, nothing went wrong, and I enjoyed every minute of the day because of Nicole and my day-of planner, Rachel.
And I wasn’t easy to please, trust me. Some examples:
- I wanted an NK Productions wedding, but below the budget they normally work with. Nicole agreed to take me on as a client anyway.
- I wanted tiny oranges in my flowers. Two weeks before the wedding, my florist contacted me to say she couldn’t get them. I called Nicole, and an hour later it was taken care of. I got my tiny oranges and they looked FAB.
- I wanted special paper banners from Mexico City. My mother-in-law got them to Rachel, who worked with the lighting team to string them up. They were flawless, nothing was damaged.
- I don’t like tents unless they’re clear. Nicole remembered that from our first consultation a year before the wedding, so she reserved one in case I decided I wanted to use it last minute. Of course I wanted to use it last minute!
- I freaked out two months before my wedding with all the pressure of planning. Nicole gave me a whole month off, instead working directly with my mom and mother-in-law to get everything done.
- I paid for full planning with a day-of coordinator, Rachel, whom I adore. But Nicole wanted to see me in my dress, so she stopped by the wedding to wish me well even though I hadn’t paid for her to be there.
- My wedding was one of four on that Saturday, but it felt like the only one NK Productions was working on the whole year!
I enjoyed my experience working with Nicole and Rachel so much, I plan to stay in touch with them and remain friends if I can.
This review is already long, but let me summarize why you should hire NK Productions.
- Nicole and her team are the nicest, most responsible, most organized, most professional people I’ve ever hired for anything. Period.

On my wedding weekend, I was completely relaxed and soaking up every moment—and that’s because Nicole and her team had taken care of every detail. How could we ever express enough gratitude for what NK Production's team did for my daughter, son-in-law, and our family? Specifically Nicole Kaney; she exceeded our expectations and hit the wedding out of the park. If you're lucky enough to work with her you will understand why we're over-the-moon about her services. Being that it was a destination wedding, you can imagine how essential it was to have a planner we know we could trust to get the job done. NK Productions did that and then some! From the day we reached out to her to the day of the wedding, she was outstanding to work with and very detail oriented. She set up all our vendors, offered phenomenal ideas, and made the day look straight out of a fairytale. You could feel the love and passion she has for her job. Where do I even start with my love, respect, and gratitude for NK Productions? I guess I’ll start from the very beginning! My then-fiance, now husband and I had locked down our wedding date and venue… yay!… Site unseen, 1,300 miles from our home, leaving us only six months to plan a destination wedding… Gulp! Enter Nicole and her wonderful team. From the very start, NK Productions was an incredible partner that brought much needed support, unmatched wisdom, and a whole lot of excitement to the entire planning process! Nicole and lead designer Korrin worked closely with us to first understand our dream wedding. This is when the fun truly started! Korrin has an incredibly talented mind that captures what you’re saying (or pinning) and turns it into a reality! And while each decision seemed overwhelming at the time, Nicole and Korrin made it as easy and as enjoyable as possible by offering us choices that fit within our vision. They kept us on track, ensuring each detail was covered, each contract was reviewed, and each item was checked off. A month away from the big weekend, Nicole introduced us to lead planner Rachael. Rachael was our day-of coordinator and an absolute BLESSING! She was a reliable and enthusiastic resource to have leading up to the big day who made sure EVERYTHING was ready. I really don’t know where I would have been without her! On our wedding day, NKP came in full-force! Joining Rachael were superstars Melissa, Kim, and Jessica. The team made sure the wedding day itinerary was executed perfectly. They operated on the fly, ensured everyone was where they needed to be and doing what they needed to do, and allowed all of us to enjoy the best day of our lives! Reflecting back, I had an absolute blast planning my wedding with NKP (and my dear mother)! My advice to you is to enjoy every single moment of the planning process because it flies by… take deep breaths and smile (you’re getting married!!!)… and to hire NKP because they are game changers!

We decided we wanted a day of coordinator for our wedding. After meeting with Nicole we realized we were in way over our heads with our busy schedules. We weren’t going to have time to figure out all the details with the type of wedding we were looking to have. We ended up using the full package with one of Nicole’s other planners to be there the day of. We planned our wedding for a little less than a year. Nicole and her team helped us create our dream wedding. We had a vision and what was created was even more beautiful and magical than what we had imagined. Throughout the whole process we felt we were being taken care of and in good hands. The day of we had Kerri and Korrin with us. They made the day go off without a hitch. If there were any hiccups in the day, we didn’t know about it. It was the absolute perfect day. Still over a month later our guests are telling us how it was the most magical wedding they ever attended.

Hiring NKP was single-handedly the best decision we made while planning our wedding. We worked with Nicole through the whole process and she was simply amazing. She’s incredibly organized, knowledgeable and calm and no detail went undiscussed. We were planning a destination wedding in Sarasota and Nicole was extremely helpful in providing vendors that fit our wedding style. Not only did Nicole make the wedding process stress-free but the week-of and day-of were stress-free as well. She’s so calm, which made us feel relaxed and calm as well. We were able to enjoy every minute of the wedding because we had such confidence that Nicole and her team (who are also all awesome) had everything under control. I’m honestly sad it’s all over because I won’t be able to work with them anymore. I can’t say enough about how much I loved working with NKP, they’re the absolute best!!!!

Hiring NK Productions as our wedding planner was the absolute best decision we could have ever made! From the beginning, Nicole was incredibly helpful and responsive with any question or requests we had. Not only is Nicole amazing, but her team is as well. Korrin, Morgan and Kerri were amazing to work with the day of our wedding and made it the absolute most stress-free day we could have ever imagined! From making sure the day went smoothly, to showing up to our hotel room at the end of the night with cake leftovers and all of our gifts already in the room, they thought of every single little detail to make our day as special as possible. To say we were pleased was and under statement. We had to move the wedding venue three days before the event due to the weather. We had a guests lists of 200+. Nicole and her team made it a flawless move. They took over once we picked the new venue and worked magic. They made my job as mother of the bride much easier. I can not express my gratitude for all Nicole and her team accomplished. One of the best wedding decisions we made!

NK Productions was the perfect choice for our wedding, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an organized, knowledgeable, and professional wedding planner. Korrin was our day-of planner, and she was a rockstar! She and her team made sure that the day flowed smoothly from start to finish, and with 200 guests, at a rained-out beach wedding, I really do not know how they did it! :) I have heard how well-respected NK Productions is in the wedding industry, and now, as one of their brides, I know why. Every little detail was taken care of...the vendors all worked together perfectly, the rain plan was put into effect smoothly, and all transitions to the next part of the event were flawless...leaving my groom and I plenty of time to just enjoy our day. Where do I even begin!? Nicole and Korrin were my guardian wedding angels! I had originally contracted NK Produtions for Day of Services, but with the size, logistics and a few changes that occurred after our planning had begun, we "upped" our package to full blown planning! The best decision we made throughout our year and a half engagement was hiring NK Productions. The level of responsiveness was unmatched. Korrin and Nicole would answer each and every call and email (probably hundreds of emails) from not only myself but my husband, our parents and all vendors we decided upon. They were quick to recommend the best companies to work with that would carry out our perfect wedding visions. Nicole and Korrin thought of the tiniest details that we had overlooked or didn't realize we needed in place.
On our wedding day we worked with Korrin and Melanie. From the rehearsal to the last minute of our reception, they were organized, efficient, comforting and above all- on top of EVERYTHING! They even tackled the task of rounding up my husband and the groomsmen to keep them on time! I am so grateful for the team for not only keeping me sane throughout the planning process and day of, but for making our families so comfortable and stress-free. We were able to have the best day of our lives because of NK Productions! I will be recommending Nicole, Korrin and the rest of the NK Production team to everyone I know.

Coming across the NKP team was the answer to my wedding planning prayers! From the moment I reached out to Nicole, I immediately felt at ease and supported. I felt spoiled because I was lucky enough to work with both Nicole and Korrin. Both of them were so professional, warm, responsive, and creative! They connected me to the most incredible vendors. On my wedding day I felt like I was a part of an incredible team who made the entire experience feel so fun. Korrin was the main leader for my wedding weekend and she was absolutely incredible. The entire NK team was incredible. They were timely when responding to my questions. They were also professional, polite, and attentive to our family, the various vendors, and guests. Nicole was extremely understanding, helpful, and responsive during the entire process- even while pregnant, and having her son just a few months before our wedding. Had she not told me, I wouldn't have even known- she didn't miss a beat! The vendors she recommended were all incredible, and went above and beyond expectations. Being a Sarasota native, I've seen quite a few Ringling weddings, which is why I felt it was really important to make it our own, and unique to us on the day of our wedding. Not only did they help execute my vision... they completely nailed it. Everything was perfect and we would not have changed a single thing!
I have a really time demanding job, but tried to be as hands-on as I could in planning the wedding alongside the NK team. When I had a day (ok.. multiple days) where I panicked and thought we forgot something, Nicole had already taken care of it and got back to me almost immediately every single time. I got to a point where I stopped stressing (which is nearly impossible for me in most scenarios) because I was so confident that everything was taken care of. I (among everyone else around me) was shocked during the days leading up to the wedding, and the day of, that I wasn't nervous at all. From the year of planning, to the day/night of our wedding, everything went so smoothly, I couldn't even find a reason to be nervous. I know without Nicole, Melanie, and the rest of the team, that would not have been the case & I can't thank them enough!

My husband (!) and I are so thankful NK Productions helped with our wedding. We used them for our day of coordination and I do not know how I would have made it down the isle so smoothly without them! Both my husband and I work in the business and I have worked with NK productions on many events. I knew these girls were great but my whole day was able to be stress free thanks to them. I had full confidence in them and they did not disappoint! From help with our day of timeline, coordinating everyone at the rehearsal, to ensuring we stayed on track and on time during the actual wedding day NK's team of girls were nothing short of amazing. Kelsey Sue and Morgan helped get everything organized and decorated. They were also instrumental with keeping track of time. The wedding rushed by so quickly I can't imagine what we would have done without them. Don't look any further than NK Productions for your wedding coordinators. They truly are the best out there!

The best decision I made for our wedding was hiring NK Productions. Nicole, Rachael and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Nicole leading up to my wedding and she was wonderful to work with and always helpful with décor questions, vendors and help at the food tasting. For our wedding day Rachael was our lead coordinator as well as 2 other team members. I cannot say enough great things about Rachael! The wedding was perfect and I can only thank the team that was there to make it perfect. I still have guests telling me how amazing Rachael was, how smooth everything went that day and how helpful they were in showing guests were to go. Rachael was extremely professional and helpful the month of the wedding and made sure all details were set in place before the big day. NKProductions was an integral part of our wedding weekend! After speaking with Nicole on the phone about our general ideas and timeline for the wedding, we came to the conclusion that a month-of coordiation service with phone consultation hours was the best package for us. My husband and I were planning our destination wedding from DC and they were there every step of the way to answer questions, provide advice, look over our vendor contracts and just keep our general sanity in check :) They even made a day trip to our venue while we were there for our tasting to go over our vision and help us bring everything together. Rachael was our wedding coordinator and I don't have enough nice things to say about her - she's truly amazing. She got on calls with me at all times - even helped me figure out a table debacle the day before (we were accidentally short one table). She kept the whole weekend running smoothly and was such a joy to have around.

Korrin at NK Productions was amazing! Her assistant, Carrie, was also crucial to my wedding day going as well as it did. Florida weather is unpredictable at best, and Korrin and Nicole got involved with me early in trying to determine whether or not a tent was needed for the random sun showers that October was bringing us. It was with their help that basically, my wedding was saved. We got the tent, and while it rained during the ceremony, we were protected for the rehearsal and party. Without them, the wedding would not have gone smoothly at all--the guests were wet, I was wet, the wedding party was soaked, yet with Korrin's extreme organization, the wedding was able to continue without a hitch. They kept me calm, kept the guests and party moving, and were responsible for organizing all the vendors on that day. They remembered my party favors, and while the rain caused a few snafus (and ruined a few personal touches), they made sure it was out of my sight and mind so I didn't worry about it. Korrin and Carrie were with me from the start of the day until the very end. I know for a fact that it wouldn't have been the same without them! A big thank you goes out to NK Productions. I'm convinced that day-of coordinators, when you don't hire a full time wedding planner, are the best option around. You don't want to deal with last minute problems on the day you're getting married, nor do you want to put it on your parents or wedding party. NK Productions did not disappoint. I worried about very little on the big day and was able to focus on what was most important--my husband. For that, I can't thank them enough.

We hired Korrin to do our day-of, week-of, planning, and she was great! She was on top of everything, and all our vendors had specific timelines, etc and were well prepared. Korrin also helped us out with a few speedbumps we hit with vendors along the way, and responded immediately to any emails or questions we had for her. My wife and I would highly recommend her!

If you are hesitant on booking a wedding planner, let me just advise you to do it. Even if its just for day of.

We booked NK for our wedding day planner but her services kicked in a month before the big day. Speaking as honestly as I could, if it weren’t for NK’s professionalism and connections, the day would NOT have been as amazing as it was. I 100 percent recommend her as your planner. She will make your day. What was so special was NK’s ability to manage all the vendors. NK took so much stress off of us on our wedding day, allowing us to fully enjoy our day.
We found NK through a friend of ours, but the second we booked her and started booking other vendors in the Sarasota area, the other vendors would ask us who our planner was and we would tell them we got NK and they would said (verbatim—every time) “Oh my god, you’re set.”
We were. The hype is real. If you’re lucky enough to have NK available for your wedding day, book her!

I used NK Productions for a "day of planner" which really is a "month of planner" along with consulting from Nicole Kaney(owner) which was the perfect set up as I had a wedding vision and was comfortable hiring and working with my vendors up until a 30 days out. My consulting with Nicole was extremely helpful for how to word stationary, vendor recommendations and finalizing details on contracts all of which I was clueless. Lisa Muccio was my day of planner and to my surprise Nicole Kaney was her "assistant" since she did not have a wedding that weekend so she helped with mine! Lisa also had an intern and another assistant so I was in great hands. A day of person is a hard job to explain until I saw it unfold on my own wedding day. It is so hard to explain everything the NK Team did for me and how grateful I am, but I will do my best. There is so much hard work that goes into wedding planning as a bride but on the day of all the bride should have to worry about is enjoying her day and that is exactly how my wedding played out. The NK Production team took care of setting all decorations I provided(not to mention they had to set and reset due to rain), ensuring all vendors did what they needed to do and the biggest moment on my day was a rain storm that came through when all my guests were arriving to my outside ceremony. NK productions was quick to adjust and make the guests not notice any chaos. I am so grateful for them and making my day perfect as their quick thinking to use a lobby and open the bar as a holding cell for my guests until the stormed passed allowed me to have my dream wedding outside and kept my guests enjoying the day. The day was perfect and I was able to enjoy every moment of it! Thank you so so much NK Productions!

I never realized how much we needed a wedding planner for our wedding that is until Nicole came around. Looking back, I am crazy for thinking that maybe it could have been done without the help of her and her staff. Everything from start to finish was amazing, and the wedding went on without a hitch. Planning a wedding is stressful regardless, but having Nicole and her team to help every step of the way made it so much more fun and less stressful. In the beginning she was so helpful in getting us the vendors we needed booked, and also knows a lot of the other vendors in the industry so that was really helpful as well. The date we picked for our wedding happened to land on the same weekend as a huge competition in Sarasota, this meant that most of the hotels were fully booked a year in advance. Nicole and her staff went above and beyond to make sure they found enough hotels for our guest despite the event. This was very important as the majority of our guests were from out of town. That is just a small example of the help and work Nicole did for us leading up to the wedding. As for the wedding itself, I cannot express enough how amazing she was for the day of. Everyone warns you that your wedding day goes by in a flash and half the time you don't even get to enjoy yourself, but because of Nicole that was not the case for me at all. Nicole took every ounce of stress off of me the day of the wedding, and made sure that there was not one thing that I had to worry about. Needless to say, I had the time of my life at my wedding and was able to enjoy and savor every moment. If you want to actually enjoy the one day that you put so much time and energy into planning than hire NK Productions to help, you will not regret it and it is worth every single penny!

You cannot go wrong when working with the amazing team at NK Productions! As an out of town bride we went with the Full Service Planning and it was worth every penny and more!! From the start Nicole and Barbie were in constant contact with me-they kept me on track regarding our planning timeline, created our budget, recommended and connected us with the best vendors and sooo much more.
I was blown away that after a handful of email exchanges about the vision for our wedding, Barbie sent me our wedding inspiration board that brought my vision to life and it was exactly what I had been dreaming of! She was amazing in helping us get all our vendors set, and planning out every detail. We got married at the Ringling and she knows that property like the back of her hand. This is very important for knowing exactly what is needed to make everything perfect, and of course she did. As for the day of the wedding, I cant imagine how anyone does not at least have a day of planner for their wedding. It is of course possible, but assuming you want to enjoy any of your wedding than at the very least hire Nicole for the day of services (full service is definitely worth it though). Not only was Nicole and her staff amazing from day one of planning through the end of the wedding, but Nicole has one of those personalities that makes anyone she meets instantly love her. She is probably one of the calmest people I have ever met, and that is HUGE in planning a wedding. I contacted Nicole from NK Productions last year to help coordinate my wedding. While the full service coordination was outside my budget, Nicole was amazingly helpful- setting me up with a day-of coordination package that included much more than just day-of help-- making sure that even with tight purse strings, she could help.
She provided me with a variety of helpful tools and tips for planning, including a short list of preferred vendors that were within my budget and known to be reliable. I ended up choosing most of my vendors through her, and I am eternally grateful because they were the most wonderful, reliable, and talented group of people I've ever worked with in my life!
When the wedding day was near, she set me up with Lisa and Lulu who were the ones guiding me through the day seamlessly. Our original plan of the reception had to be scrapped because of rain, but Lisa stayed calm and helped work with my caterer to make the new plan better than the original. Lulu was so sweet, keeping me calm and finding a way to make me smile through the stress. They were both so organized, rolling with changes as they came, without an appearance of stress or frustration when details became confusing.
On the wedding day, I did not worry or think of decorations, or think of what time it was. They set up everything exactly how I had pictured it, made sure I was on time to my own events, and packed up at the end of the night. My day was worry-free and I owe so much gratitude to all the ladies at NK Productions, who made me feel like even with a small budget, that I could have the wedding of my dreams. Thank you so much!!

Nicole was my 'day-of' wedding guardian angel. She was there via email for every single question and issue that came up during my wedding planning process and she even responded to my emails when out of town. My only regret was that I did not hire her to do all of the coordination and planning for my wedding. She is very professional and organized and calming. I highly recommend her.

Nicole & her team of "Day Of Coordinators", Lisa & Lulu were wonderful to work with. From our initial consult to the day of the wedding they were always on top of details and most importantly gave us the opportunity to enjoy every single moment of the day because we knew they had everything under control. Where do I begin? During our engagement my "future" mother in law was very sick with Cancer and ended up passing way before our wedding. Needless to say, It was very hard to be all about planning our wedding. However, our family and friends were very excited for us and were constantly wanting to know how the wedding planning was going. I just couldn't get started! I knew before ever being engaged I would need a "wedding planner". Friends would ask why because I'm an Interior Designer. People don't understand that it's so much more than picking your colors, flowers and deciding the "Style" of your wedding. One example in particular, we wanted to have our Ceremony & Reception in two different locations. Well, where we wanted our Reception there was already an event scheduled on that evening. Nicole was able to pull a few strings and make the date happen for us with the different locations Trust me! there are many other reasons why you need a wedding planner!!! I found Nicole online and I knew instantly that she was the one I wanted to help me with our wedding. She was very understanding of our situation and made it a very smooth process for us. She kept us on track from beginning to end. Without her help we would not have had the amazing wedding that we did. Nicole was both fun and professional. We HIGHLY recommend her!!! She's the BEST :)

Simply said, outstanding! Nicole's calm demeanor, knowledge of the Sarasota area, recommendations for vendors, and attention to detail made our event spectacular. This may seem cliché, though in our case, it was the overwhelming truth. For 10 months, Nicole guided us to decisions which fit our style, preference and vision. Nicole let us choose, consult and negotiate, though would assist as needed. Consistent communication, reviews of places and people while we were discussing from hundreds of miles away, and an honest opinion of personalities, venues and proto-types added to our experience. A few weeks prior to our wedding, Nicole made us feel as if we were her only event. We could not have enjoyed our wedding day, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and the days surrounding the events more. My husband and I had as much fun as our guests, and a month later, I’m still receiving calls and letters from family and friends about the style of our wedding and how much they enjoyed the weekend and Sarasota. It was a true honor to work with Nicole, and the team she helped us pull together. We have memories for a life-time.

My wife and I could not be happier with our choice of using Nicole to help with our wedding.
Nicole was incredibly patient and responsive throughout the entire process. She helps with all aspects of the planning and answers any question quickly. She's always available. She also makes great suggestions.
Once you get to the actual wedding weekend (or day), she makes sure things run incredibly smoothly. We literally had no problems at all. Everything went perfectly.
Nicole is worth every penny and more.

Nicole Kaney has great planning skills and insight with respect to pulling together a fabulous event... She is familiar with all of the venues and vendors in Southwest Florida, and knows how to make the process go smoothly. We have worked with Nicole on two occasions (our daughters' weddings), and we now consider her not only a highly professional event planner, but a good friend, as well!!!

The wedding was made easy, with Nicole's organization and great personality. She was always on time for appointments. She spread our responsibilities so that we would not feel overwhelmed. Everything was done on time and nothing left to the last minute. The day of the event; was a "fairytale of a wedding" (as some guest stated). I had to only enjoy the event since she was there taking care of every detail. If you want a fantastic wedding with out worries, I will suggest you consider using her services.

Nicole at NK Productions was absolutely fabulous and so easy to work with! My husband and I got engaged in July 2011, so we had plenty of time to meticulously plan every detail of our occasion. Nicole knew every vendor in the area so she was able to suggest the best people to work with. What was especially helpful was the fact that, even though my husband and I live in Columbus, Ohio and our wedding and Nicole were in Sarasota, Florida, the majority of our correspondence was done through e-mail. Despite the distance, Nicole was so on top of everything and had an answer for every question or every problem that we came across and was able to convey her thought and suggestions to us quickly and effectively. She was so detail oriented and focused which made the entire process so simple and FUN!
Any one planning a wedding or event, not only in the Sarasota/Tampa area, but throughout the country or even abroad, should use NK productions. She is so well respected in the field of wedding and event planning and is able to utilize her connections to the benefit of everyone making all the planning details absolutely seamless! Not to mention that Nicole and her team are so sweet, personable, helpful and ultimately passionate about what they do. Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect, owed entirely to the assistance of Nicole at NK Productions. We could not thank her enough!

I could not have done it without Nicole!! She was great to work with! She worked with my schedule. I don't know how I could have done it without her guidance and planning. All the vendors she recommended were excellent. I could not have asked for more!!

Nicole was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I wish I could express how smooth everything went from day 1 of planning, all the way through the wedding day. Selecting vendors was easier then I could have imagined. Everyone Nicole recommended was 100% professional and 100% fun! We had a short timeline to work with, and a modest budget, but you would have never known, thanks to the creativity of Nicole and everyone she recommended! Nicole was shockingly quick with replies and recommendations. Contingency plans were set up, but never needed to be used! Almost every guest commented on how calm my husband and I were all day, and that was all due to Nicole! She had every base covered, and then some, so we just coasted through the day, enjoying every moment. Most of our guests came in from out of town a few days before the wedding. My husband and I were able to spend every last second with them throughout their stay, and did not have any distractions or worries about any last minute details or hang-ups. Nicole and her team were nothing short of grace, energy, and class from start to finish. I could never thank her enough, and I will never forget one moment of the special day she created for us!
