I had a horrible experience with Kays. They spelt the engravings wrong on our rings and had a problem with fixing it. Then they sized my husband and the day of the wedding it was way to big. They ended up making the ring and entire size too big, then informed me that they could not do anything because it was over 90 days. Arent you supposed to purchase rings early?! They were horrible. Go to Zales! I wish i would've!
The service was great and there were many styles of wedding bands to pick from. We were able to get the wedding bands we wanted along with the engraving we wanted inside the band. The service was also fast in after ordering the bands only taking one week.
My husband purchased my engagement ring from Kay Jewelers. They allowed him to choose the size and setting of the ring. Since me ring was unique, I needed the wedding band to be just as unique. We went back to Kays and they helped me create a band that would match. It was wonderful. The best part is that Kay Jewelers offers life time warranties.
