We got my entire wedding set (engagement ring and wedding band) from Kay Jewelers. My fiance went and bought my engagement ring without me and they were very helpful while he was picking it out. He said they did try to urge him to buy a bigger ring, even though that's not what I wanted him.

When we went to go shopping for wedding bands, I couldn't find anything that looked good with my engagement ring. I told the saleswoman what I was looking for and she went and found it for me. It was meant to be sold as a set with the engagement ring, but they made an exception and let me purchase just the band by itself.

I highly recommend buying the gold and gemstone insurance on any rings you buy from them. That insurance allows to get your rings resized anytime without paying. You can also send it off to get rhodium dipped (if you bought white gold) free of cost as well. If any of your stones come loose, they will send it off and fix them. Even if you completely lose a stone, they will replace it free of charge with this warranty. I have used my warranties on all my jewelry that I have purchased from them and it has been a great investment.

What you would expect from a jewelry store.

The jeweler that I worked with was nice. I think that the over all experience was decent, if I had it to do again I may or may not go back.

the sales people are generally really rude and unresponsive until they think you are going to spend a lot of money and then they try to become your new best friend. Don`t be fooled! Go to Marks and Morgan!
