Sales associates are very friendly and helpful. Jewelry is very nice looking, but not custom. Should probably find a jeweler for custom pieces. However, it is very lovely jewelry and they do offer lifetime insurance plans on repairs (but does not cover loss or theft). We were very pleased with our purchases there and would definitely purchase from there again.
