Wonderful! I had a bit of a crisis getting my husband's ring (the one he wanted) after ordering it three times from another jeweler(cough, cough, zales....) and was left without a wedding band a week before our wedding! Thinking I would have to give him a ring that would "have to do" on our big day was heart breaking, but I was at the mall running errands and the first thing on my list was to order him another ring (he is a size 9.5 and they dont carry a tungsten ring in that size in stores...therefore I had to order).

Kay is the first store I went into and it wound up being the only one I went into. The nicest sales lady met me at the counter, and I saw the exact ring he wanted! I bought a size 10 and special ordered a size 9.5, without me knowing she put a rush on it and I got a call THREE days later and it was her saying that my ring was in!! I literally jumped up and down I was so thrilled. I went right in and exchanged the 10 for the 9.5 and I felt such a huge weight lift off my shoulders having the right size ring for my soon to be hubby!

We got our wedding bands froM Kay's along with my engagement ring. They were very helpful and willing to work with us. The big diamond was my Great-Grandmother's who has passed away. They helped and the price wasn't outrageous.

I was looking for a wedding band for my then fiance that was tough enough that he could wear it to work in construction but still unique. I went to helzberg diamond and I saw some ok looking ones but I had been looking for a ring for a while and I had seen those styles every time I went, The guy of course tried to get me to get one and get it fast because my wedding date was about a month and some weeks away. I just didn't feel right so I went across the mall to Kay and the lady that helped me (sorry can't remimber her name) was very nice and I told her what I wanted and that's when she took me to the selection's and OMG when i saw the Titon Tungsten Carbide diamond I was sold. She informed me that it was a more newer style and I informed her it was PERFECT! They did not have his size i was worried because of the time but she assured me I would get it in time and actually I got it way before she said I would so I am very pleased with kay jewelers and they have a customer for life. Oh p.s. My husband looooooves his ring and always gets compliments on it.

We went to Kay's in Fleming Island for my ring, band, and my husbands ring. Rochelle was AMAZING! I was such a handful and wanted to try and see everything and she was so friendly and so attentive!!

After we got our rings she did everything she could to get them to us ASAP.. and she did! We had them in record time! I am IN LOVE with my ring!

I shopped nearly a dozen local private shop jewelers looking for the engagement ring that was perfect for my wife, and my last store I went to, fed up with driving all over Jacksonville, was Kay Jewelers. Kay had the best selection, the best prices, and the best education. I walked out of the store with my purchase able to tell my wife all about the diamond after I showed it to her. They have a great extended service plan, and all the re-sizing, cleaning and alterations is and are forever free.

We bought my wedding ring and wedding band from Kay. To say the quality of the ring is poor would be an understatement. I had to have my ring re-finished twice before the wedding and each time I went in there to get my crappy ring re-finished they tried to sell me something else.

I absolutely love Kay Jewelers. They have wonderful jewelry too. My husband purchased my engagement ring there and we got our wedding rings there as well. They did a great job. They have wonderful warranties and everything. If anything breaks they will replace it (if you have the warranties). I highly recommend them.
