Loved my beautiful bands from Kay. They worked well with us and made for a very happy bride and groom

got all our rings from here. the people are nice and helpful. the only problem i have is the white gold does fade pretty quick.. and on my eng. ring i've had to send it back 2 times already (haven't had it a year yet) b/c the diamonds keep falling out (even AFTER doing the inspections) i'ts just very frustrating.

Although they have courteous and professional service, with prices that are comparable to other places in town, the quality of their rings is a problem. My main problem with it was that our white gold wedding rings fade into yellow a whole lot faster than the engagement ring I bought somewhere else. I am glad I bought the lifetime platting, but I am very unhappy about having to send my ring out twice a year :(

My our rings were on sale when we got them. I can go back for all eterninty and have it cleaned, resized and dipped in the covering. WE LOVE OUR RINGS!!!

They have an amazing selection of wedding rings at Kay.It wasn't an easy task to pick one but the sales people where wonderful and help me narrow it down to a magnificent ring with a really good cut.My husband was really impressed with their low prices and he wanted to also buy me a pair of earrings to go with my wedding dress.If I have my way I will be back to buy more jewelry in the near future.Thanks Kay!

Kay jewelers provided all the jewelery for our wedding. The rings were/are beautiful and we had no problems with service.

My husband got my engagement ring from Kay. The ring was great, except they gave him a ring 4 sizes larger than what he asked for. Poor guy didn't really pay attention; he just assumed they would get the size right. And it took several weeks to get the ring sized and back to me.
I have the "insurance" that Kay offers. I go in every 6 months to have it checked and cleaned. It's definitely worth it! I had a diamond fall out 3 months ago, and, of course, they repaired it at no cost to me.
We also bought our bands here. The staff at Kay was great to work with in selecting our bands. They explained the differences in the metals used and were not assertive in asking us to buy extra products or services.
