Essential to work with for a smooth wedding ceremony!

My husband wanted to arrange a wedding coordinator for our intimate, family-only beach wedding. At first I didn’t see why this would be worth it. However, after just a few conversations with Haunani, it became clear how invaluable her expertise and deep local connections would be to ensure everything flowed seamlessly.

From the very beginning, Haunani was an absolute joy to work with. She went beyond arranging the major elements like securing the photographer(who was incredibly by the way). It was her thoughtful attention to detail that truly made all the difference. I appreciated how effortlessly she managed every aspect, providing me with a sense of peace and assurance. It truly felt like she cared for our wedding as if it were her own.

A few highlights of her exceptional service.
-She helped us secure our wedding license appointment, saving us a second trip across the island as to not disrupt our vacation
-Shared perspective on locations options (you don’t want to accidentally pick a beach location that requires a dirty/muddy hike to get to)
-She made sure we had clear directions to the ceremony site, so we never worried about getting lost.
-Haunani even arranged for backup plans in case of rain—a necessity in the Princeville area.
-Throughout the process, she provided gentle, timely reminders to keep us on track and stress-free.

When I think back on the deeply meaningful ceremony Haunani created for our blended family, I’m filled with gratitude and joy. She made the day truly magical, and we will forever cherish the memories.

Our Wedding was planned for April 2018 at the height of an unprecedented month of rain and flooding in Hanalei Bay. We didn't know what we were going to do. Haunani had already been proving herself to be knowledgeable, organized, and professional throughout the year we worked with her, however her abilities were tested with almost insurmountable challenges that she had to continually deal with, right up to our wedding day. She did a remarkable job, and her husband, Mark, was an invaluable addition to her team. On the day of our wedding, it was hard to believe that Kauai Aloha Weddings had been able to coordinate our perfect wedding day! The following day we planned a picnic brunch which Haunani also managed. Sunday was wonderful as well, and the perfect ending to a very special wedding weekend. To give you a better timeline of the trifecta occurring in the Hawaiian Islands during this time, guests who arrived for their own mini-vacation, before heading home, were greeted with the eruption of Kilauea, and subsequent earthquakes on the big island of Hawaii. Thank you Haunani for all your hard work, and the added hours we know you had to put in to make our dream come true.

My wife Kandis and I had thought about many settings for our wedding and we are so happy that we chose Kauai Aloha Weddings for the service. Haunani coordinated the whole event down to the smallest detail and everything was perfect! The photographer Ralph and videographer Dorrian were really great to work with and the Pastor Marde Marcos was the best! We felt like we were sharing an afternoon with good friends! We can't say enough about how happy we were with our wedding day! Thank you again, Haunani!

A friend recommended Haunani and Mark when we were headed to Kauai and thinking about tying the knot. With only two weeks to plan the event (a very small one on Hanalei Beach!) Haunani knew just who to call and how to set everything up. The cost was reasonable and well worth the price of not having to figure out all the details, find multiple vendors, figure out all the rules, etc. Haunani and Mark were very responsive and helpful. Our wedding went perfectly and we couldn't be happier with how organized and professional it felt. Our minister, Marty, and photographer, Ralph were wonderful. They helped us feel at ease and knew just what to do!

My wife Debra and I were actually considering going without a wedding planner. When we realized the amount of coordination our wedding day would require it became apparent that the only way to have all our guests enjoy themselves (without delegating tasks) at our wedding and reception was to bring in a wedding planner. I can't convey enough how fortunate we were when Haunani came to our attention and was actually available on our wedding day. We came to Kauai to tie the knot and Haunani provided the string to bring everything together!

Kauai Aloha Weddings Inc was fabulous to work with! Haunani & her husband, and the pastor was very easy to communicate with and understood our needs and wants. Our wedding was a pretty short timeframe, but they made it happen and we are very happy!

Haunani helped us create the perfect elopment wedding and made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free! We were married on July 17, 2017 on Waipouli Beach on the east side of Kauai. Our wedding coordinator was Haunani Rossi at Kauai Aloha Weddings.

We live in Texas and have been to Kauai several times, so we were familiar with the island. But we had no idea how to plan a long distance wedding. After some internet searching, we found Kauai Aloha Weddings. We learned that they are locally owned and have in business for over 25 years. After speaking to Haunani on the phone, we felt that she knew exactly what we needed.

Haunani was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any of our questions. We had a small wedding – just us and four friends. But Haunani made us feel very important and special.

Haunani arranged everything for us. She guided us thru the State of Hawaii marriage license requirements, set up the appointment with the local license agent, arranged the officiant and photographer and handled the beach permit for the ceremony. We even asked her to recommend a restaurant for after the ceremony and the place that she suggested was excellent.

The wedding officiant and photographer that Haunani used were just perfect for our ceremony. Our minister was Marde Marcus and he was just great. He has a very kind demeanor. His words about love and the meaning of aloha made our wedding feel very special. Our photographer was Ralph Nishimoto. As with most people, we were apprehensive about the photos. But Ralph made us feel very relaxed and comfortable and the photos he took turned out to be great.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we have Haunani Rossi and Kauai Aloha Weddings to thank for that!

My wife grown children and I came to Kauai to celebrate our 30 anniversary with a wedding vow renewal and chose Haunani Ross. What a great choice we made. Haunani made all of the arrangements from officiant to ukulele player to location. All areas she selected were home runs. The event was greater and more impactful then April and I ever imagined. Haunani, made and maintained contact before we arrived on island, met with us once we arrived and ensured our experience was a success. Keoni, the officiant was superb and include not only April and I in the ceremony, but also our children. Being of Hawaiian ancestry this meant so much to my children and their loves as well. Mark our ukulele player and singer enchanted us with his voice and the songs for John Cruz as well as Israel "Iz" Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts. You can't go wrong choosing Kauai Aloha Weddings and Haunani Ross for you wedding or vow renewal ceremony!!!!! Haunani provided a wonderful wedding day for us! She kept me on task every day leading up to our day, from the weather to things I decided to add at the last minute. She easily accommodated us with a party of 17. The minister and photographer were also wonderful and nice to not have to worry about those details.

Haunani & Kauai Aloha Weddings are the best! She came through on short notice after having to release our previous wedding coordinator. She met all of our needs and made arrangements for us in just a few weeks. And the most important part - she made my fiancee, now wife completely comfortable that our day would truly be what she imagined it would be. From arrangements to timing nothing was over looked and everything went off without a hitch. My only advice to you is to trust Haunani, she will deliver....I Would not hesitate to recommend her to all of our friends and family. Kudos to you Kauai Aloha Weddings!

We loved Haunani and Mark!!! They are so nice and sweet ?? Haunani was extremely helpful and very patient. I live in San Diego, and Haunani spent a lot of time talking to me on the phone for weeks leading up to the event. She helped me with all the decor by recommending great contacts on the island, with the wedding license process and all other details that I was totally lost about when I called her for the first time. She came to our house and met with us as soon as we arrived in kauai and helped with the last decisions and including the rehearsal :)
On the day of the ceremony, she was with us the whole time getting all the guests together and orienting me on what to do. Her husband Mark is an amazing musician and Hawaiian singer. He plays the Ukulele so so soooooo incredible. If you're thinking to have someone play ukelele at your ceremony, it has to be him!!!!! I didn't want him to stop, we loved his music! Haunani and Mark, thank you for everything!! Thank you for being so patient! We loved you guys! Everything couldn't have been more perfect ??????and you guys were a big part of that!

Haunani was AMAZING! I had a wedding coordinator 1 year prior to my wedding and 6 weeks before hand I could not get a hold of her. Haunani was fantastic! She made the process extremely easy for us! My husband and I married on 07/26/2016 at Na Aina Kai (per Haunani's recommendation). Haunani made our wedding everything we've always wanted. I knew I did not have to worry the day of about our vision coming to life. I trusted her completely.

From the very beginning, Haunani was prompt and professional through email. Anytime she had a concern or question regarding my choices, she would call me for clarification. Honestly, she kinda held my hand through the whole process. I had a lot of other things going on at the time (graduate school, certification exam) and did not dedicate as much time to my wedding as some others may have. Haunani made sure that I wasn't forgetting anything. She made the cost of each item clear. Nothing was ever hidden and she would make sure to get a definitive answer from me before moving forward. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect. Literally, all of her planning was perfect. She organized my family, husband and all of the vendors she chose were fantastic. Our minister was WOW! Marde Marcus was exactly what you would want from a minister. He spoke clearly, beautifully, and every word out of his mouth about love and marriage was sincere. I'm not sure who Haunani used as our vendor for our flowers, but they were GORGEOUS. Also, Na Aina Kai has to be the most beautiful venue I have ever seen in my life. Overall, I was very blessed to have found Haunani and I don't know what I would have done without her.

We wanted a simple intimate wedding on the beach and that is exactly what we received. Haunani could not have been more professional and helpful through the whole process. She went "above and beyond" and could not have pleased us more.

We called other companies on Kauai for information and she was the ONLY one that answered when we called and returned calls with information when needed. We are so glad we found Kauai Aloha Weddings.

I did not know what to expect or to do to get married in Kauai. I called Kauai Aloha Weddings from a Google search. They were just what I needed!! Hounani from Kauai Weddings was professional, knowledgable and prompt. The people that she used for flowers, photos etc. were exceptional. She helped make my beautiful wedding in Kauai very easy and memorable.

Haunani did a great job organizing our wedding. We chose the west side wedding on the private estate and it was very lovely. I really enjoyed having our own private area. There is a grassy lawn as well as a beautiful beach. Having Haunani organize everything took a lot of the stress out of planning a wedding. Basically we just had to show up, dressed nicely, and she made everything flow according to time line. She didn't rush us and was accommodating to the customizations we wanted to make to the service. She met with us the day before to go over everything so we knew what to expect day of. We had a fairly tight budget and never once did Haunani pressure us to go over that budget. Thanks for making our special day so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend her!

Kauai Aloha Weddings organized a beach wedding renewal to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The wedding renewal wasn't wonderful because of the beautiful beach setting in Kauai. The wedding renewal wasn't awesome because of their outstanding arrangements. The wedding renewal was inspiring because of the people involved. Haunani and Pastor Michael were so warm and welcoming and made the wedding renewal something that we will never forget. Haunani also took pictures of our ceremony with our camera and the pictures turned out great. We will have memories to share for a long time. We truly appreciate everything they did.

Haunani was absolutely wonderful. Though we were only able to contact through email and phone until I arrived in Hawaii, I felt confident she would handle everything. When we did arrive, we met with her the morning of the wedding and she was so helpful. She showed us around, gave us tips, and was so nice. Haunani was more than we could have thought to ask for in a wedding planner. She really knows her stuff and was a welcome guide through this whole process as we had no idea what we were doing or even what we wanted sometimes. She was always available to help us and extremely responsive even when her schedule was crazy. Our whole wedding was perfect because of how organized, thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable she was - she truly thought of everything! Her husband, Mark, was a tremendous help and support as well. And on top of all of it, Haunani and Mark were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming people we could imagine and made us feel very much at ease for the biggest day of our lives. We and our guests just adored Haunani and Mark and we were just so honored to have them be such huge parts of our wedding. We are nothing but grateful for them. During and after the wedding, our guests would ask us how we pulled off the perfect wedding and we would just say "it was Haunani!!"

They were professional, yet personable, friendly. The weather was raining in the morning and they were so flexible with changing time/day or both based on making sure we were happy. Thankfully mother natural cleared up for a couple hours during our ceremony & pictures!

Haunani and Mark not only provided services for our actual wedding 02/17/12, but also our vow renewal on 02/17/14, She was perfect! Met with us after many phone and E-mails to get to know us and our desires, offered flexibility if weather interfered(it didn't). The choices she gave us for each part of the events were all wonderful, and it felt like she really knew us, and I have to be honest and say that Haunani, and Mark, and Ralph, and Rev. Marde feel like family to us. It is hard to imagine that The most special days in our lives were more perfect, but thanks to Haunani they were! If a destination wedding on Kauai is in anyones future, choosing any other provider than Kauai Aloha weddings is lowering your expectations.

Coming from California, Haunani Rossi of Kauai Aloha Weddings, Inc. spent plenty of time during several phone conversations explaining possibilities and options, detailing her services, and making suggestions. When we arrived Kauai, we received a phone call from Haunani asking if she could come to our hotel and meet with us. She showed such interest in us and what we wanted. Although a small wedding, she explained everything thoroughly. She even accommodated a last minute change in the leis. They were absolutely perfect. On our wedding day, Haunani had everything in order right down to the lotion to help the rings slide on easier! He service and concern far exceeded our expectations. She is a lovely person who helped make our wedding day the best day ever.

Kauai Aloha Weddings could not have been a more perfect choice to plan our wedding from start to finish. Most weddings are planned well in advance and we decided to get married only two weeks before our trip to Kauai. They assisted us through the online wedding license process, to meeting with the Hawaii State licensing official, to organizing the wedding site and Hawaiian Christian Minister. We did not have any guests with us, Haunani and her husband Mark (also our musician) made the event very special and memorable for us! While we have not seen our photos and video from the professional photographers yet, their skills and easy going were evident to myself, as I am also a professional photographer.
The Gods of Hawaii shined on my Bride and myself with a beautiful Hawaiian Sunset and the weather could not have been more perfect for our wedding day!
Thank you Kauai Aloha Weddings for truly giving us a memorable Hawaiian wedding that the memories will last us a lifetime!!

What I wanted was a stress free romantic wedding. The services provided by Huanani and Mark Rossi were OUTSTANDING!!!! Every little detail was attended to, I did nothing but show up. Every step of the way I was guided on what to do and what was to happen next. Because this was a destination wedding I was unaware of what was expected of me in regards to license, certificates, and just where to have the wedding. Huanani was amazing. She was so calm and professional.She picked the perfect place and officiate for our wedding.We connected with Pastor Darryl right away. She's just a natural at paring people together. We couldn't have been more pleased with Mark, the person who blew the conch shell at the beginning of our wedding.He also entertained us with his ukelele playing all through the ceremony and while photos were being taken. This entire wedding was a complete success and I owe it all to the great planning and efforts of Huanani and Mark. Working with Haunani was wonderful. My fiance and I decided to elope to Kauai for our wedding. We met with her during a prior visit . She really took the time to talk through our requirements and expectations as well as educating us on various aspects. Because we were planning from out of state, she and I stayed in constant contact via email, and always made time for me. Our wedding was set at beautiful botanical gardens, and Haunani was well versed with the venue, and helped guide us through the various settings which could be ideal for our wedding vows and photographs. She took care of the flowers, shephered us through the marriage license arrangements, and worked closely with the photographer to ensure the poses we were looking for were able to be captured. Although we encountered some rain during the wedding, she was well prepared with "plan b" photo opportunities. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her . She is such a sweetheart.

Frank and I have just started to settle back to reality here in Southern California, missing Kauai with every passing second. We didn't know what to expect when first planning our Kauai destination wedding. Haunani and Mark Rossi with Kauai Aloha Weddings were referred to us by one of our hotel contacts. This contact was a newlywed who lived on the island and explained to me how fantastic Haunani was, describing all the amazing ways Haunani came through for her and highly recommended her services. This recommendation was heaven sent, from day one they were with us every step of the way! Their professionalism, follow through, constant availability, adaptability, attention to detail, kindness and love was fuel for our soul and helped get us through the decisions-making process a wedding demands. Our wedding was an absolute dream! In true aloha spirit and joy in our hearts, we are forever thankful!

I absolutely cannot say enough about Haunani and Kauai Aloha Weddings. Our wedding was made easy because of all the wonderful work that Haunani did. Haunani is a Hawaiian local that was able to find secluded locations for my husband and I to take pictures of and get married at. She was extremely prompt about questions that we had and made us feel that she was going to all lengths to get what we had wanted completed. On our special day, Haunani became a part of our family. She took several photos of our event with our cameras and comforted my young daughter when she needed it, all while making sure that our wedding went without any problems. Our experience with Kauai Aloha Weddings was excellent. There is only one opportunity to make sure that the wedding is perfect. We live in Michigan which is 6 time zones away and arranged everything through e-mails and calls. Hauaanani and her staff were a pleasure to work with and everything was perfect. Haunani and Mark Rossi did an excellent job.They created a most beautiful beach wedding for us, at sunset, at Pakala Beach on the Island of Kauai. Haunani answered my multitude of questions and concerns over a 6 month period promptly each time; She took care of each concern, provided information on what I needed/wanted. Arranged for the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen in my life; arranged for music, conch shell blower, photographer and a Hawaiian minister, who was sweet and actually spoke Hawaiian.
Besides all this, she and Mark were warm, loving people and answered many questions beyond what would be considered to do with our wedding. For us, it was pure perfection.We could not have wished for anything more.

My Jimmy chose the Kaua'i Aloha Wedding Planners to orchestrate and
plan our Kaua'i designation wedding. Our wedding was absolutely
beautiful and it was truly a Hawaiian wedding. We were married by a
native Hawaiian Pastor, the ceremony was in conducted in both Hawaiian
and English with ukulele music and song - it was angelic, especially
with the back drop being Shipwreck Beach at sunset in Poipu, it was absolutely breathtaking.

We are more than satisfied with this wedding planner service. Jim and

Our wedding was June 9th, 2012 in Kauai. My wife was very picky about the wedding planner she picked, as we had spoken with at least 8 prior to finding Haunani with Kauai Aloha weddings. Haunani helped us from the very beginning (August '11) to even after the wedding was over and was very patient with both of us. She was very sincere and thorough, and is dedicated to making your wedding the special day it should be.

We live in California so we weren't able to check out things like the venue or food, flowers, really anything on the island until about 3 days prior to the event. We had to coordinate everything remotely and put a lot of faith in our wedding planner.

We are SO happy we did. Our wedding was phenomenal. We were really particular about things like the linens, flowers, arch, chairs, guest accommodations, limousine service, champagne, I mean you name it we wanted to make sure it was just the way we wanted. It has been a couple months and our guests still can't stop talking about it.

Haunani was absolutely essential for our wedding going so well. Day of the event, she was all over every aspect to make sure it was the perfect vision we had imagined. She stayed the ENTIRE reception and made sure everyone at the event got home safely, as well as making sure everything was wrapped up at the venue etc.

Best of all, we didn't have a fortune to spend and Kauai Aloha Weddings' fees were very reasonable, and by having most of the vendors coordinated through them it was one place to pay for everything!

Thank you so much Haunani, and we would highly recommend Kauai Aloha Weddings to anyone who wants a fantastic and memorable event.

Haunani was fabulous! She is very thorough and helped us to create the perfect, intimate ceremony with the exact right officiant. I highly recommend her!

Mark learned a song that we had asked him to play that he normally didn't play in two days, and it made all the difference in the world for our blessed event. Haunani was a true professional, yet very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Kauai Aloha Weddings, Inc. Truly a memorable event!

I would recommend Kauai Aloha Weddings to everyone! We were married in Kauai last month and used Kauai Aloha Weddings to coordinate our wedding. We live in NC and had never even been to Kauai before our wedding, so we wanted someone professional, trustworthy, and highly recommended to plan our wedding long distance--and we found it in Kauai Aloha Weddings! Our coordinator, Haunani, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly either by phone or email to any of my questions. The wedding package we bought was very reasonably priced and we got excellent service! Haunani arranged everything for us--marriage license appointment, the officiant, photographer, flowers, beach permit for the ceremony, and recommended a hairstylist/makeup artist for the wedding day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we have Kauai Aloha Weddings to thank for that!

We could not have been happier with the process or the way our wedding went! It was a beautiful occasion, and I felt I didn't have a care in the world with Haunani taking care of all of the details- from a violin player to flowers to a perfect officiant. Haunani really took the time to listen to us and get to know us so that everything we wanted could be included in the ceremony. We will forever treasure the memories of our wonderful wedding.

Kaua'i Aloha Weddings, Inc. was referred to us from our travel agent. Our wedding took place in Hawaii on the island of Kauai. Once we made the initial call to the business we were quite pleased. We communicated often via email and phone til our arrival. Kaua'i Weddings conducted business professionally and worked to satisfy to smallest detail. They were timely, organized, and responsive to our every need. We did not experience any stress. Everything went as planned. We loved the pre wedding process, wedding ceremony, and honeymoon. I do not think our day could have been any better.

The wedding was performed on the beach and coordinated with dedication, knowledge, skill and ability. Hannani Rossi put her heart and experience together and orchestrated the ceremony that was romantic, beautiful and will be remembered by us forever. She handled the flowers, minister, licensing and photographer with the expertise of an experienced planner. Her dedication and caring touched our heart.

I connected well with Haunani over the phone and trusted her immediately to help us with our wedding. She was able to facilitate everything over the phone and via email. It was a very seamless process and I did not have to worry about much at all.

Great communication. Always prompt with responses and follow up with any issues that may arise. Had issues with flowers that I requested but due to high demand of flowers vs low quantity or said flowers we were able to find another alternative that I was very happy with. Great to work with. Would highly recommend to any bride. Definitely great planner for the price she charges for her services!!

We were married on September 25, 2015. So exciting. What a special day! Haunani and Mark were were amazing to work with. It's really difficult planning when you can't meet the people who are helping you. You are trusting that they will have everything you asked for under control. From the moment I spoke with Mark over the phone, I felt like this could be it. Then I spoke with Haunani, I felt good about the decision and trusted that they knew exactly what I wanted. Our day was amazing. Thank you Haunani and Mark for making our day so amazing. I feel horrible because I can not remember the photographer's name that we booked through Haunani but he did an amazing job too! I would recommend them to anyone!

Very organized and well put together. We had a fantastic wedding on the beach and everything went down perfectly on our special day. Highly recommend them.
