We wanted a beach wedding, she suggested some beaches, just the two of us, very simple, but still involved getting the beach permit, an appointment with a license agent, and all of the other details involved. . We contacted her with less than a month's notice and yet she was able to accommodate our wishes. She was professional, very friendly, outgoing, all you could wish for in a wedding planner!! Plus Kauai is spectacular for a wedding!! Mahalo a nui, Haunani!!

haunani,and her husband, help plan the perpect wedding for my wife and i, at the fern grotto.she was flexable ,and we we able to change the day,because of weather,that meet photographer,musicians,minister,boat,to the fern grotto.i know some was luck but seldom do you see sombody go the extra yard. you will never find a better company to do business with. thank you boband celeste.

beautiful and it was truly a Hawaiian wedding. We were married by a
native Hawaiian Pastor, the ceremony was in conducted in both Hawaiian
and English with ukulele music and song - it was angelic, especially
with the back drop being Shipwreck Beach at sunset in Poipu, it was absolutely breathtaking.

My husband and I were planning our wedding from MD, Kauai Aloha Weddings made it very easy and affordable for us. We did all of our communicating and planning ahead of time over email/phone and met the day prior to our ceremony for all the last minute details. It was truly like meeting family. The minister and photographer were both wonderful. It was an amazing ceremony, filled with love and happiness.

Our wedding was June 9th, 2012 in Kauai. My wife was very picky about the wedding planner she picked, as we had spoken with at least 8 prior to finding Haunani with Kauai Aloha weddings. Haunani helped us from the very beginning (August '11) to even after the wedding was over and was very patient with both of us. She was very sincere and thorough, and is dedicated to making your wedding the special day it should be.

We live in California so we weren't able to check out things like the venue or food, flowers, really anything on the island until about 3 days prior to the event. We had to coordinate everything remotely and put a lot of faith in our wedding planner.

We are SO happy we did. Our wedding was phenomenal. We were really particular about things like the linens, flowers, arch, chairs, guest accommodations, limousine service, champagne, I mean you name it we wanted to make sure it was just the way we wanted. It has been a couple months and our guests still can't stop talking about it.

Haunani was absolutely essential for our wedding going so well. Day of the event, she was all over every aspect to make sure it was the perfect vision we had imagined. She stayed the ENTIRE reception and made sure everyone at the event got home safely, as well as making sure everything was wrapped up at the venue etc.

Best of all, we didn't have a fortune to spend and Kauai Aloha Weddings' fees were very reasonable, and by having most of the vendors coordinated through them it was one place to pay for everything!

I would recommend Kauai Aloha Weddings to everyone! We were married in Kauai last month and used Kauai Aloha Weddings to coordinate our wedding. We live in NC and had never even been to Kauai before our wedding, so we wanted someone professional, trustworthy, and highly recommended to plan our wedding long distance--and we found it in Kauai Aloha Weddings! Our coordinator, Haunani, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly either by phone or email to any of my questions. The wedding package we bought was very reasonably priced and we got excellent service! Haunani arranged everything for us--marriage license appointment, the officiant, photographer, flowers, beach permit for the ceremony, and recommended a hairstylist/makeup artist for the wedding day. We could not have been happier with the process or the way our wedding went! Kaua'i Aloha Weddings, Inc. was referred to us from our travel agent. Our wedding took place in Hawaii on the island of Kauai. Once we made the initial call to the business we were quite pleased. We communicated often via email and phone til our arrival. Kaua'i Weddings conducted business professionally and worked to satisfy to smallest detail. They were timely, organized, and responsive to our every need. We did not experience any stress. Everything went as planned. We loved the pre wedding process, wedding ceremony, and honeymoon. I do not think our day could have been any better.
