  Ruth was amazing and so helpful on our big day!!!! She was very flexible, understanding and professional!!! She made sure everything was in order from our ceremony , dj and the wedding party! !! I would definately recommend her for anyone's big day!! Thank you Ruth for making our day special!!!

  We had the privilege of working with Alex. She created a wonderful ceremony that was 100% us. Our guests were just as impressed by her ability to create such a sweet, funny, and truly heartwarming ceremony!

  We are so happy we found Ruth to perform our ceremony. The process was pleasant from start to finish. The ceremony she put together for us reflected our personalities perfectly. We didn't have a photographer so Alex took pictures during the ceremony which allowed our family to be fully emerged in the moment. We would definitely recommend Just Right Ceremonies to anyone looking for a wonderful and caring officiant!

  Ruth Potts & Alex Carter of Just Right Ceremonies were warm, wonderful, accommodating and exceptionally professional officiants for our wedding. We live in Australia and we "met" over several Skype sessions about 2 months before our wedding in Great Falls, Virginia. Due to the time differences, they were willing to stay up quite late in their day to speak with us. What impressed me was they took great care in getting to know us to find out the type of ceremony we wanted, sent through questionnaires for our online interviews and collated all of that information into a customised ceremony that fit me and my partner perfectly. They went to the trouble of going to our venue (without us, because we were still in Australia), sending through pictures and helped plan the seating and the choreography of the wedding with the result being much better than what the venue itself suggested. They contacted our photographers, our best man, our music person - absolutely all of the details so that we wouldn't have to worry about anything - we didn't even need a rehearsal (which we couldn't do due to time constraints). All we had to do was show up and follow their direction. All of our guests commented how elegant our ceremony was, and how perfectly it suited us. The ceremony was poignant, but incorporated the right amount of humour and fun as well. I honestly could not fault their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  We wanted something very simple but also meaningful. They took our vague ideas and were able to turn them into a coherent and moving whole. They were also wonderful the day of the wedding in terms of helping me remember what I was supposed to do :) and also generally keeping an eye on things to keep everything moving smoothly. Our wedding was - and they were - perfect.

Ruth and Alex listened to our wishes and dreams, incorporated our ideas and sprinkled in their magic. The result was a service that exceeded our expectations and wowed our gathered guests. They were with us every step of the way, giving us support, providing some much needed laughter and making sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend Just Right Ceremonies because on our special day, they truly made everything “just right”.

  These officiants are the best!! They met with us, listened to what was important to us, gave wonderful suggestions and we felt that they were truly partners in planning our wedding ceremony. It was delightful working with them and we highly recommend their services!

  Ruth officiated our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. We were looking for someone to officiate who had some Jewish background but was flexible with the traditions as we wanted to have our own unique ceremony. Ruth was able to provide that and more. She made the ceremony very personalized for my husband and I. Prior to the big day, she was also very helpful during the whole process and was super accommodating in our requests of what to include and not include. Thanks again Ruth for making our big day special!
