I often find that when I receive 100% on a review or when I receive criticism that has no comments that are critical, I question the quality of the assessment.

This is not the case with the service or quality that Honey and Dear provide. Across the board, having Andrew and Emily be a part of our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. They were very discrete the entire day while filming; our guests hardly noticed their presence and were in no way distracted by them. They are both funny, energetic, reassuring, and we had a a lot of fun spending the day with them.

Our guests were all blown away by the same day edit they showed at the reception. We received innumerable positive comments about how it was so personal, funny, and how they perfectly captured our big day. Honey and Dear do not merely film the day as videographers, but create a film that shows the story and feeling of the day; they truly are cinematographers.

They are transparent about what they provide, which honestly goes way beyond filming. They are well seasoned, and as such, are able to provide beneficial advice for numerous situations.

They do a wonderful job getting to know their clients, and express genuine enthusiasm for your wedding. Honey and Dear are a team and masters of presenting the perspective of both the Bride and the Groom.

They pour themselves into their work, and their passion is evident in the quality of their product. My Bride and I are so happy to not only have chosen them, but to have been able to get to know them as well. If you have the chance, do yourself a favour and let them be involved in your wedding.

I work in the television industry, so one of the things I was most picky about when planning our wedding was the videography. Andrew & Emily didn't just meet my expectations - they blew them out of the water. They are amazingly talented film makers who will capture every moment of your special day in the most beautiful and natural way possible. They are incredibly professional and helpful. Even the "jaded TV people" in attendance at our wedding haven't stopped talking about the Same Day Edit...and it takes a lot to impress them! We asked Emily and Andrew to come to our destination wedding in Punta Cana after they did a same day edit for my sister's wedding in June of 2011. We were blown away then, and just as equally astounded by the results of our film. Aside from giving us the most amazing memories of our wedding on film, they were there to help guide and support us through the stressful process that is "the wedding day". Had it not been for these two, the day would not have turned out half as well as it did.

It was a pleasure to spend our wedding week with such professional but fun people who we trusted completely with our memories :-)

I have to admit that, initially I was against the idea of hiring a Videographer, as expenses were mounting in the early part of planning our wedding.
With a few phone calls and a brief face to face, Andrew and Emily
somehow figured Ashlee and I out.
They hit every mark (in so far as what was important to Ashlee and I).
Everyone present (and those who later viewed the same day edit online) were
blown away. They really captured the spirit of our day.
The camera work, editing and colour timing were exceptional.
Andrew and Emily were completely non-intrusive and really went with the flow of
the day.
Thanks so much for providing us with a motion picture memory of our wedding,
that we will watch over and over again.

Rating the quality of work that Emily and Andrew (and their super interns) did for us was easy, 12 out of 10. What they brought to our wedding however was more than a finished product, it was the intangible assets the couple possess as people. They became friends, who were calming and professional in a very supportive way. By being great people first, who genuinely cared, we were able to relax and be ourselves, only making Honey and Dear's final product that much better.

Of course, we were blown away by the final product which was a huge hit at the wedding and long after. They got our same day edit up quickly onto the internet so we could continue sharing with friends shortly after the wedding. This hard work made it so much fun for us an friends - in such a short timeline.

They don't just make a video for you, they make the day great and make incredibly artistic long lasting memories that frankly, are cooler than anything else out there. We encourage anyone a thousand times over to see what Honey and Dear can do.

About a month before we got married our photographer (the fabulous Lee Weston) recommended that we work with Honey & Dear to film our wedding. We were skeptical about adding video to our budget so late in the game, but after seeing their work, we had to find a way to make it work. This was probably the best decision we made along the way. Working with Honey & Dear was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Not only are Andrew and Emily extraordinarily talented cinematographers, they're professional, caring and fun. Lots of fun! We connected with them immediately and I couldn't imagine our day without them. The end result was an amazing short film that we'll watch for years to come. We've shared it with family and friends and they are all blown away with how the video captures the day so perfectly and uniquely. We would recommend Honey & Dear to anyone getting married, and we're proud to call Andrew and Emily friends.

Honey & Dear was the BEST decision we made for our wedding! They were so friendly and accommodating and they really took the time to get to know us.

The day ran so smoothly, we felt like we were hanging out with our friends and never really noticed the camera. They picked up on everything that was important to us and they captured the day perfectly.

Words can’t explain how thankful we are that we met Andrew and Emily and what an amazing job they did. We will have this video forever and it is such a wonderful memory that we can watch daily (sometimes more than once) and something we will cherish for life.

Their talent is unbelievable and our friends and family cannot stop talking about our same day edit. They are not your typical wedding videographers, our same day edit looks like a movie trailer, starring us :)

When my husband and I started planning our wedding we decided that we were not going to have a videographer. However, we came across the Honey & Dear website and watched a number of their Same Day Edits and were convinced!
Not only were Andrew and Emily extremely professional, they were so personable and fun and turned out to be an amazing addition to our wedding, both as professionals and as friends.
Their eye for detail and natural talent to capture those perfect moments culminated in the most amazing wedding video we have ever seen. The Same Day Edit was such a great surprise for all of our guests and it was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still telling us that they watch it over and over and are still reduced to tears.
Honey & Dear is a must if you are getting married or know anyone who is!!

These guys did an amazing job. They were on time, (in fact they where early), and let us know what would happen throughout the day.

At both the ceremony and reception, they filmed, most people not even knowing they where there (in fact, I think I was the only person who knew they where filming). And the results speak to that

No one looked like they where "On Camera" everyone looked natural, showing their real emotions because of it.

Finally, the finish product blew us away. We had seen Honey and Dear's work before...but seeing your own wedding takes it to a different level.

The only down side is that they do edit the film, so there is some time between the wedding and receiving the actual video...But they informed us of that fact before hand, and it was nice to relive that day again.

We filmed a "Love Story," which was used as our entrance at the reception. Filming the Love story was an absolute joy Andrew and Emily are a lot of fun and have great ideas for those, like myself who get a little camera shy. After hours of shooting and I am sure countless hours of editing the final product was absolutely amazing.

The way they pieced our story together was touching. When it was viewed by all of our guests there not was a dry eye. The Love Story is one of the highlights of our wedding and something that all of our guests talked about for days. Everyone was impressed with the quality... it reminds me of a TLC special, lol.
