After we booked with the old coordinator, we have a few headaches. Emily stepped in and made it all right. She was super great to work with, attention to every detail, left us with no stress of wondering how things would operate. The views from the Garden and Terrace were amazing and came out great in the pictures

We loved having our wedding at Heritage Hills! My husband is a golfer and had been there several times but when I saw it, I knew it was the wedding venue for us. We had our ceremony in The Garden and our reception in The Terrace (they also have The Ballroom for larger weddings).

Jackee was very attentive through the entire wedding planning process. She definitely knows what she is doing. Which was great as a first time bride because I had no idea what I was doing. She paid even closer attention to detail as we got closer to the wedding and on the day everything went and looked exactly how we wanted it to. We also had a few special/unique touches to our wedding that she helped accommodate.

You're getting a lot of experience and value for a great price at Heritage Hills!

My fiancee & I began our crazy journey looking for a wedding venue, which we stumbled across Heritage Hills. We reached out & less than a day, we received a response from Jackee to set up a tour.

I want to EMPHASIZE how incredible it was working with Jackee. First she set up a tour that worked best on our availability (even though it was actually her first Saturday off in a while), she was incredibly thorough in every detail, & was so flexible and willing to work with the budget we had. I HIGHLY recommend looking into Heritage Hills to host your special day or any event for that matter because I know you will be in good hands! You will not be disappointed

Heritage Hills was the absolute perfect venue for Francesca and I. With everything you need on-site (Ceremony, Reception, Cocktail Hour, After-Party, etc.), Heritage Hills takes any potential added stress off of the Bride & Groom for their big day. The venue was incredible, but only to be topped by the service they provided. Mainly, Derek Brown ensured we had the best weekend imaginable. He went absolutely above and beyond, and any couple considering Heritage Hills can put their trust in him and his team to take care of you. Thank you Derek, Ivan, Jackie and team for making our weekend the best it could possible be.

Heritage Hills is not only a beautiful venue to have a wedding at but the director of wedding / venue - Derek, is phenomenal. He was more than accommodating throughout the entire planning process and has such a great attention to detail and the ceremony and reception decorations were EXACTLY what I wanted and my wedding was a perfect dream. I truly could not have had a better wedding experience and a large part of this was because of Derek. He is every brides dream! I am very particular and he exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend any bride looking for a venue to go to Heritage Hills. You will have the wedding you’ve always dreamed of your whole life!!!

We are so glad that we chose Heritage Hills for our wedding day! Derek was absolutely amazing to work with, and he made our planning process so easy and fun! Our day went perfectly, we could not have asked for better! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the food was fantastic. The farmhouse and honeymoon suite were incredible add-ons also! Heritage Hills is a wonderful venue, and we're so happy we found it! We greatly valued having a venue where we could host the ceremony, reception, and guest accommodations all at one place, and Heritage Hills is a beautiful venue for all three. Once we visited Heritage, it became the benchmark we compared every other venue to and we quickly realized that it was the venue for us.

We had two coordinators on the day of - Annie and Derek. Annie was great to work with and she was so attentive to our needs (including running to our hotel room after the ceremony for day-of emergencies!).

In addition to helping us on the day of, Derek worked with us throughout the planning process and also on our big day. Derek is a 12 out of 10. Working with him was one of the main reasons we booked Heritage Hills. We had read great reviews about him and he exceeded those. When we toured the venue it was clear from the getgo that he genuinely cared about our wedding being special, and we couldn't have asked for more in a venue coordinator. He answered all our questions, was so thoughtful and accommodating while working with us to make our visions into reality. He helped with the planning every step of the way from catering, to rooms, to setting up heaters for our outdoor seating.

We had planned to get married at their beautiful outdoor ceremony site, but about ten minutes before the ceremony we needed to move everything indoors and have the ceremony there. The Heritage Hills team quickly lit all the table candles, opened up the panoramic windows, and helped get the guests settled inside. In the end, we were able to pull off a gorgeous wedding that we'll never forget.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Heritage Hills on 10/10/2020. The wedding and hotel staff were super helpful and amazing to work with, especially Derek. Derek went above and beyond in all aspects of our wedding planning to make sure we had the most perfect day! We cannot say enough amazing things about how great Derek was in ensuring our day went off without a hitch. The venue and grounds are amazingly beautiful, and we highly recommend renting the farmhouse on the property. We hosted our rehearsal dinner there, accommodating about 35 people, and used the farmhouse for the bride and bridal party to get ready for the wedding. The rustic charm of the farmhouse made for amazing getting ready photos and bridal portraits. We highly, highly recommend using Heritage Hills for your most perfect wedding day!

Loved it here my sister got married here and it was on valentines weekend chilly but the indoor sweet over looking the course at sunset was so pretty. And the food was Delicious my niece is getting married this spring there and I can’t want to see her wedding as well. It’s a wonderful place and her photographer frozen moments by Kathy did a good job too

To be fair, if I could, I would probably rate Heritage a 4.75 stars, but they definitely get rounded up. MINOR issues: our favors were put out in the last 15 minutes of the wedding so a lot of the guests who didn't stay didn't receive them and we had a ton left over; one of the hor d'oeuvres that we had during cocktail hour was supposed to be unlimited for the hour and they ran out about 30 minutes in so a lot guests didn't get any and we didn't have any either; some of the guests received vouchers for breakfast the next morning and some didn't.

Overall, Heritage Hills was wonderful! From our first tour, we pretty much knew that it was our place. Most of our wedding guests were from out of state so we loved that there was adequate rooms for everyone to stay on site and that once they checked in for the rehearsal on Friday night, they wouldn't have to leave until Sunday morning. In every meeting, I felt like our wants and ideas were taken seriously but I felt truly relaxed when handing over the plans to my wedding. I loved having the salon there so all of my girls and I could get ready together comfortably, again, without having to leave the premises. Jennifer even worked my MOH and me in for a massage before the rehearsal.

The food was great and served quickly. The bartenders were FANTASTIC. I know this may not be a super important thing to all weddings, but it was to ours, and they handled the crowds wonderfully and made everyone very happy! Mackenzie worked her tail off to set up our room exactly like I pictured and wanted! Chuck ran our rehearsal and the day of BEAUTIFULLY- our family still talks about how much fun he was and how he made everyone laugh and loosen up!

The most important person, in our experience with HH, was Derek. We booked our wedding about a year in advance and I emailed Derek close to once a week with questions, and pictures, and thoughts. He responded timely every time and answered every question I had. He assured me, time and again, that everything would go smoothly, even when plans changed the week of the wedding. He worked with us to plan our dream wedding and still stay within budget, which was very important to us. I'm not even sure I'm adequately stating how instrumental he was to making our experience and our wedding everything it was. THANK YOU to everyone at Heritage that made our wedding dream a reality!

Derek and Gloria were our team for our wedding and they were both WONDERFUL. Gloria made sure everything was just right the day of so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She also made sure everything got packed up and loaded in the car so nothing went missing. That was a huge deal that you don't think about until the following morning but it was such a relief. Derek paid attention to every detail and made me feel so important. He was also very patient and friendly. He never made me feel as though I was annoying, even though I emailed him pretty often with questions. He was always happy to respond and make everything perfect for me. I would recommend Derek and Gloria!!!! Great team!

I can’t stress enough how wonderful heritage hills is! This venue is gorgeous and I wouldn’t be able to make this all happen if it wasn’t for Derek and Mackenzie! Them two are absolutely outstanding! I recommend this place 100%. 🙂

Heritage Hills Golf Resort was the perfect venue and offered us everything that we wanted for our wedding. I knew that I didn’t want a barn and didn’t want a standard ballroom for my reception. The Terrace room at HHGR was a unique and beautiful building that was separate from the hotel and had floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the entire room and overlooking the greenery of the golf course…it was the perfect reception space. The Terrace was also just steps away from the beautiful outdoor garden ceremony space, and a short walk from the hotel, so we had everything we needed in one location.
I was lucky enough to work with Tracy, who was invaluable throughout the entire planning process. She was easy to talk to, experienced and knowledgeable, and was she was always very quick to respond to any questions I had via email or phone. She offered guidance and recommendations when needed and helped coordinate day-of details with all of my vendors. I planned my wedding from a distance, so whenever I was able to make it up to York, she was able to accommodate my schedule. The feeling I get when I’m afraid that I’m forgetting something important was immediately subdued when we sat down with Tracy to run through all the day-of details for the first time. Tracy and Dana (our day-of coordinator at Heritage) and their team kept the entire wedding day running smoothly and were so accommodating when we had to make last minute adjustments due to the weather. They kept me on schedule and helped me through any last minute decisions that I was unsure about.
I could not have been more pleased with the customer service we received from the team at HHGR, they genuinely care about their couples and when the wedding was over, we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends. I would highly recommend HHGR for the beautiful views, the amazing service, and the great value.

Having our wedding at Heritage Hills was one of the best decisions we made. Derek, Dana, and Julia were amazing to work with and took care of EVERYTHING. They did everything they could to make our wedding absolutely perfect and it was. We stayed in the farmhouse the entire weekend and had our rehearsal dinner there where they made us brick over pizza which I highly recommend. We also had the after party there which was perfect because everyone that wasn't sleeping there could just walk back to their rooms. The ceremony site was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff was amazing. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without Heritage Hills!

My husband and I wanted to have a different kind of a wedding - a brunch wedding! Finding a venue that could accommodate our vision proved to be a little difficult until we met with Casey and toured Heritage Hills Golf Resort. At first we thought we might be interested in one of the ballrooms, but after touring the Terrace Room, we knew we found our place! Additionally when we found out that Heritage Hills had different catering menus that included breakfast, lunch, and even brunch, it made our decision even easier. Another perk was having a hotel on the premises. Our guests could truly enjoy themselves by having the option to stay the night before and/or the night of our wedding.

What set Heritage Hills apart from the other venues were were considering was Casey. Working with Casey was absolutely fantastic! Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and knowledge put as at ease as we went through the planning process. Being a super organized planner myself, it was very helpful to have someone who was very responsive with answering any of my questions - big or small. I never felt like I was bothering her and more importantly I felt super prepared and surprisingly stress-free for our special day.

Another person who truly made our day special was Jackie, our day of coordinator. Jackie was absolutely amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed/wanted. She made sure our day ran like clock work. Any question that we had, she would happily answer. Any request we had, she would try her best to oblige, like finding a putter or golf club for one of our wedding pictures. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her helping us through it! We appreciated her dedication to making sure we had the perfect day!

Our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect and the way I had envisioned it. Everyone raved about the food! The shrimp and the Belgian waffles were scrumptious. We and our guests loved the Terrace Room. I wish I could relive our wedding day again!

Our experience at Heritage Hills was great. Throughout the whole process, Casey was very responsive with any questions we had. We had a church wedding and then had our reception in the Windows Ballroom. We had a lot of fun taking pictures on the golf course, and the scenery was beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed the food. There was a slight delay in getting the food served, but overall everything went very smoothly. Everyone had a blast!

My husband and I could not be happier that we choose Heritage Hills as our location to have our wedding reception. Casey was so friendly and welcoming from the first time I talked to her on the phone. During the entire planning process, anytime I had a question, Casey was so willing to provide answers and guidance. The day of, Jackie was so great to deal with. She was such a lifesaver when I was going around the golf course for pictures. I’m so grateful for her and everything she did while we were at Heritage Hills. My husband and I were treated so nicely by all of Heritage Hills’ staff but so were our guests. The wedding guests raved about the food, service and their hotel accommodations. We had a gap between the wedding and when cocktail hour started. Heritage Hills was willing to open oak. restaurant for guests to go and relax and have drinks before the ballroom opened for cocktails. They were so accommodating and helped make our wedding the day of our dreams.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! We discovered the venue through WeddingWire, and were in love with the Garden Ceremony site and the Terrace. We submitted our contact information to learn more, and received a personable, quick response from staff. All of the staff were extremely hospitable and genuinely interested in helping us achieve the perfect day. What I appreciate most during my experience was our coordinators' work ethic and ability to go above and beyond to answer questions at any time. I never felt that I asked a silly question, or asked too many questions because she was always positive and helpful. I would give our wedding coordinator an 11 out of 10 if it were possible. I enjoyed the venue because of their options! We reserved a gorgeous, spacious bridal suite where my bridesmaids and I were able to get ready the day of, an outdoor ceremony space, a beautiful reception area with large windows and natural light, golf carts to get from point A to B in high heels, and a pub for after the reception. Everything was in one location and was so convenient for my family and our guests. On our wedding day, I can honestly say nothing went wrong, and all went right. All of the staff were wonderful, the food came out quickly and served warm, the room was comfortable and cool, and I was treated extremely well. Although it is simple, I was greeted as a Mrs. by the staff, and it was so exciting for me! Overall, I highly recommend Heritage Hill's wedding services and I am so grateful for the experience I get to take away.

From our initial meeting we had with Tracy at Heritage Hills, my husband and I knew that this was the place we wanted to get married. We had been to a wedding here in the past and both loved it. When we met with Tracy, she took us on a tour of the various reception venues, as well as the ceremony site. It was absolutely beautiful. Throughout the year of our wedding planning, Tracy was in touch with me the entire time, reminding me what needed done and when it needed to be done by. She eased my worries of forgetting something major, and was not bothered at all by the tons of emails I would send her with questions that I had. She made the entire planning process so easy! The day of the wedding we had Jackie as our coordinator. She was absolutely amazing as well! She kept us on track as far as timing with the ceremony and pictures. She made sure that the reception was perfect. If there was a problem I did not know about it because Tracy took care of it. The ceremony site was beautiful and our pictures there turned out fabulous. Jackie also knew where to take us and our bridal party after the ceremony for pictures on the golf course. All of our pictures turned out perfect!! We used the Terrace room for our reception. This room was perfect! The windows around 3/4 of the room made it so beautiful with our uplighting. The food was delicious as well! And the Serenity Spa did all of my girls' updos as well as mine and my makeup. Everyone's hair looked so nice!! We had so many compliments from our guests, saying this was one of the nicest weddings they have ever been to. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here - you won't be disappointed!!

I cannot begin to thank Casey and Jackie enough for the outstanding service we received from them and everyone at Heritage Hills. Every detail was taken care of and went beyond our expectations. The wedding ceremony site was just gorgeous and thank you for the wonderful weather. The reception hall was just beautiful! Mandy and Clark have stated a few times that their wedding was beyond their dreams and for that I am truly grateful for all your help in putting this once in a lifetime event together.

Jackie was our coordinator for the rehearsal and the day of wedding, she is amazing! She remains so calm and is very organized. She made sure that the bridal party was on time for all photos and for the ceremony. All guests who needed assistance were given the help they needed to get to their seats.

The Terrace room was just beautiful and large enough to hold our guests comfortably.

From the rehearsal dinner to the reception was just a wonderful experience. My daughter and son-in law have said several times that the wedding was beyond their dreams. I am so grateful to the staff at Heritage for allowing us to make this once in a lifetime event enjoyable for everyone.

Heritage Hills Golf Resort was a wonderful choice for our wedding and reception. Everyone there is wonderful to work with, Casey and Jackie were amazing I could not have done it without them! The service is exceptional, the staff nice, and the quality of the venue is top notch and affordable. The Master Suite was beautiful and spacious and we got some excellent wedding photos there. You should definitely check it out, my husband and I were very pleased with our choice.

Where do I even start?? From the very first time my Mom and I met Tracy, we knew this was the place where I had to get married! Tracy is one of the most genuine/kind people you will ever meet! She went above and beyond for me countless times throughout the year to make our day perfect! There were so many times I thought during the planning process, "how am I going to remember all this stuff and have myself organized for the big day?" Tracy always assured me "don't worry, it will be taken care of" and she truly meant this. I can honestly say I did not stress out one time over planning the wedding. They reminded me what needed done at what time and I never had to rush with anything when it got closer to the big day! Jackie was my day of coordinator and I cannot thank her enough for making the entire day run so smoothly!! I feel like I never even saw her throughout the night, but I know she was running around like crazy communicating with all of my vendors and the chefs! Together, Tracy and Jackie are an amazing team! We had one of the best days of our lives thanks to the two of you!

The team at Heritage Hills was amazing from the first meeting to view the venue through our wedding day! They were always available to answer questions and to help with whatever we needed. They were flexible and went above and beyond to meet with us on our schedule since we live out-of-town. The outdoor ceremony space and the Terrace reception space were beautiful, and the staff was professional and prompt. My guests commented about how lovely the space was and how great the service was. Casey and Jackie did a wonderful job as our wedding coordinators, and they even had set up a bottle of champagne and a dinner from our wedding in our room the night of the wedding. I would recommend this venue without reservation.

My husband and I got married at Heritage Hills on June 6th (ceremony and reception). We had the pleasure of working closely with Casey Englert in the whole planning process. Casey was wonderful throughout the whole process. She is very professional, energetic and lots of fun! Heritage Hills is a very beautiful place to have a wedding with a lot of different photo opportunities. We had the ceremony in the garden ceremony site. The weather was beautiful and Heritage Hills did a wonderful job of setting the site up with their beautiful white chairs and well maintained garden. They were very accommodating to our needs as a couple and I can say with 100% honesty that I did not stress about a single thing on our wedding day. I knew that the staff at Heritage would take care of setting everything up and making everything look beautiful and that is just what they did. We had our reception in the big glass terrace building which is also beautiful once set up for an event. The food provided by Heritage was excellent and their were many options to choose from. There were also plenty of hotel rooms for our guests to stay in. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Hills as a wedding venue. It is great for a couple that wants to spend their wedding day relaxing and not stressed about anything ;)

We were so pleased with all of the services at Heritage Hills to make our wedding the memorable day it was. From the beginning, Casey made our planning easy and was always available to answer questions and guide us. She was quick to respond to emails (even if they were ridiculous questions!).

Pam was with us all day on the day of the wedding and took any worries or concerns from our shoulders! She was so attentive and made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed.

The garden ceremony was beautiful and the picture taking places were just as we had hoped. The reception in the Terrace Room was gorgeous and we received many compliments on the venue! We appreciated the efficient way the dinners were served and the dinners were delicious. Special care was taken to our GF needs and other allergies that guests had.

I don't even know where to begin... our wedding at Heritage was absolutely perfect. I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Casey and Jackie were both terrific at everything they did to make our wedding day the best day of my life!

From day one, when we first visited Heritage, Casey answered all of the thousands of questions that I had. She was very professional and helpful in every decision that needed to be made. She followed through the entire wedding planning process the same way; she was very responsive and attentive to every question and detail. I can't say enough about how awesome she was to work with over the past 13 months of planning.

The day of, Jackie made sure everything went smoothly. I never had to worry about anything, which allowed me to enjoy the fun moments throughout my entire wedding day (something not all brides can say). I can't thank both of them enough for creating the most perfect day for me and my husband! Our guests continue to compliment us on how great everything turned out.

We were thrilled with our decision to work with Heritage Hills as our wedding and reception venue. From the moment we met with Casey, we knew we had found our dream location. Everyone was so friendly and made any accommodation we needed.

The staff went above and beyond to make our guests and my husband and me feel welcomed and comfortable. HH's professional yet friendly demeanor and prompt communication put us at ease any time we had a question. The staff was attentive in providing the highest quality of service and helping to smooth out any unforeseen wrinkles that occurred at the rehearsal dinner and/or reception by not missing a beat and completely taking the worry away from us by reassuring us they had it all under control. So many individuals came up to us during and after the reception to say how beautiful the room looked and how attentive to their needs the staff were. Without any hesitation whatsoever, we would strongly recommend HH as your one-stop location for everything wedding-related!! We could not have asked for a better rehearsal dinner or reception venue and the service was unlike any other!! They definitely added to the joy of the wedding celebration in their own special ways!! Constructive feedback not related specifically to the planning aspect relates to a mix-up about the hotel room reservation rates in which we were quoted differing prices which added some confusion to the booking process. Regarding the spa on the premises, the only glitches regarding the wedding day appointments were that my husband was not offered a complimentary mimosa as advertised for the wedding party and there was some confusion over the size of the complimentary lipstick offered as part of bridal services. Additionally, for some reason, my appointment didn’t begin until twenty minutes after the scheduled time of 10am which admittedly added some stress/worry to that morning for everything else was delayed (i.e., hair and photographs of getting ready before departing for the church).

I can't say enough positive things about Heritage Hills! They were the first and only wedding venue we visited 9 months ago. Casey Englert answered every single one of my 5 million emails over the last 9 months in a timely matter. There wasn't one question of mine that went unanswered. She was there every step of the way from picking the date, the room for our reception, the food tasting, all the final meetings, AND she even watched our ceremony from the back of the room. We had a few issues towards the end of our planning but she quickly and professionally worked them out and I couldn't have been more pleased with how our wedding came together!
We got married and had our reception in the Windows Ballroom which was turned into the most exquisite room I've ever seen for our wedding. We had a lot of personal touches from rented chiavari chairs to elegant table clothes that weren't offered at Heritage Hills that made the room even more beautiful. Casey, again, helped us set up chair and table linen rentals. The food was out of this world! Our guests are still talking about how tender the beef was and how HUGE and delicious their crab cakes were! Jackie Speary is truly amazing. She was with us the entire day. She set up the ballroom herself, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time AND she oversaw the entire ceremony and reception to make sure everything was flowing the way it should. At the end of the night, she packed up everything just the way we brought it! She also made sure my dad, who is not well, was able to get back and forth by golf cart. She made a stressful day otherwise flawless! Thank you Jackie from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work and dedication to making our day so special! If you want an above average wedding that will wow your guests and that you will remember forever, Heritage Hills is the venue for you!

Where do I even begin?! Casey Englert and Jackie Speary are beyond amazing at what they do, and John and I couldn't be more thankful or truly happy and lucky that we chose Heritage Hills Golf Resort as our wedding venue! The reasonable rates, beautiful scenery and establishment lured us in to book our April wedding there but I couldn't imagine not working with Casey and Jackie who made our Disney themed wedding that much more magical! These ladies are wonderful to work with and are incredibly organized, timely, friendly, accommodating and so much more! They catered our wedding and the food is most fabulously delicious too! I worked with Casey throughout the planning process who literally responds back to your questions and/or needs right away! Jackie was our day of coordinator who worked so diligently and beautifully to make our day smooth and flawless. She's amazing!! She was always right there to help with anything the day of and was such a great help, not to mention she and her team set up everything exactly as I had envisioned when we went over final day details! Hotel heritage golf resort is THE perfect place to book your wedding or special event, the crew who make it all happen and the beautiful establishment will leave you beyond impressed and happy you did. Tracy and Jackie were amazing to work with for our reception! The reception was perfect! They were very accommodating and helpful with everything! They were so organized and worked like a well oiled machine!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, and we could not be happier with everything! The outdoor ceremony site was gorgeous and the Windows ballroom was perfect for our group of about 120. We worked with Tracy leading up to the weekend of and she was so helpful, organized, and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. We also worked with Pam and Missy for the rehearsal and day of. They were fantastic! They were always on top of everything and communicated with us throughout the day to make sure everything was perfect. The food was also delicious! Overall we had an amazing experience and could not be happier with Heritage Hills and their high quality service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

They set the reception room and ceremony site up for us, so once we got there before the wedding and delivered all of the decorations, all I had to do was sit back and relax! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a stunning venue, give Heritage Hills a good look.

Serenity Spa and Salon provided all of the hair services for my bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, and myself. The staff did a wonderful job and everyone was impressed with their hairstyles. I had both my hair and make up done by Katie and she is amazing! I showed her 2 or 3 pictures of what I had in mind for my hair and she was able to beautifully combine the hairstyles into what I was imagining. She did the same with my make up and was very friendly and great to work with.

Beautiful grounds! We had a wonderful day. We were able to open the sliding glass doors in the rotunda...it was wonderful!!

We used Heritage Hills for our rehearsal dinner (Ironwoods Restaurant), wedding reception, numerous guest rooms, and a Sunday brunch for guests (Knickers Pub).

We had our reception in the Terrace Room and everything was wonderful! Tracy and Pam were great to work with! Tracy was quick to respond to my e-mail inquiries and Pam was amazing when it came time for the rehearsal/reception events! We had so many compliments from guests about the wonderful food, venue space, and even the signature cocktail they created for us. I would highly recommend having an event here.

This was the perfect place to have our wedding. The staff was excellent, always there when we needed them. Pam ( the wedding consultant) was amazing. She made the day run smoothly. She was very understanding with our children which meant a lot to us. She would bring them little things that made them happy like grapes, my boys love their grapes. It was beautiful they really did an excellent job setting things up for us. We wouldn't change anything about our wedding day.

Heritage Hills and their amazing staff played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect. We knew right away when we met with Derek Brown, one of their wedding coordinators, that we had to have our reception held at Heritage Hills. Derek is an amazing wedding coordinator, and really did an excellent job at showing us just how spectacular our wedding would be. He worked with each of our outside vendors, including our wedding planner, and together with all of our vendors, made our wedding everything we had dreamed it would be. Too add to everything, there was a snow storm on our wedding day, and the staff at Heritage Hills braved this storm to stay at work, so they could make our wedding perfect. We could not be more appreciative to the entire staff for everything they did. We would most certainly recommend Heritage Hills and their event coordinating team, Derek and Tracy, to anyone. They worked hard to make our wedding everything we wanted and to make it truly memorable. They certainly surpassed all of our expectations.

The entire staff at Heritage Hills was extremely professional and caring. They work with you every step of the way and ensure you get exactly what you envisioned your reception to be. Everyone of our guests enjoyed the food and venue. The room was set up in the exact matter we requested. A bride and groom should not hesitate to book their reception at Heritage Hills!

When we first toured Heritage, we fell in love and knew it was the place we wanted to get married and have our reception. Everything is so gorgeous. We met with Tracy and even loved her. We thought it was too good to be true. We talked it over and ended up booking with them and never regretted our decision. Tracy was always a phone call or an email away and she was very prompt in getting back to us. We had numerous issues along the planning process and she even recommended a security guy to us which was needed at our wedding. We wanted to see the place again during the planning, and Tracy was unable to meet with us so her co-worker Derek met us and he was wonderful as well. The day of the rehearsal it was pouring rain and Derek was driving by and stopped to help us move stuff into the reception hall. Everyone in the entire place is so kind and helpful. Always willing to answer questions. And if they do not know the answer, they will figure it out for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Tracy or Derek. Our food tasting was wonderful as well. Everyone at the reception talked about how good the food was and how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. They gave us a Smores buffet bar and worked with us with anyone we wanted to add to make our special day more unique for us.
Our wedding day is perfect. A lot of people couldn't believe we spent that much money on our wedding day. Heritage is more expensive than other places, but its gorgeous and worth every penny. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I can not recommend Heritage enough! Derek helped my husband and I with the planning process and he made everything so easy. Then Larry helped us for the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Larry is a superman. He was there for me, my family, and my bridal for anything we needed. Most of the time he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask!

The food was wonderful, the servers were polite and friendly, and the ceremony and reception space were beautiful! The staff went above and beyond for us and truly made our day stress-free and memorable!

My husband and I got married and had our reception at Heritage Hills in May. I cannot even begin to say what an amazing experience we had. We used Derek throughout the entire planning process and he was so easy to work with and was willing to do anything that we asked (he also has a great sense of humor which we appreciated). Larry was our day of coordinator and he did a fantastic job! Heritage Hills wants you to have the most perfect wedding you could ask for, and that is definitely what we got! It is such a beautiful location, all of our guests raved about it. The best part about it, is that you can get married on site (we got married in the garden ceremony), you can have your reception (we used the terrace room), you can go to Knicker's pub afterwards, and you can sleep over when your night is over. We also had our rehearsal on sight and rehearsal dinner at the Ironwoods restaruant. All of the food was phenominal, better than any wedding food I have ever tasted. It was such an amazing experience and I think everyone should get married at Heritage Hills in York!

I can't possibly say enough positive things about Heritage Hills from beginning to end! I worked with Derek throughout the process and he was just fantastic. I feel that I was a picky, particular bride and everyone at Heritage Hills worked to make the day perfect. We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at Heritage (we took almost the whole resort for the weekend) and every step and every piece was exactly as I asked them. The food was fantastic and the level of personal attention we were given was beyond what I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Heritage Hills to couples looking for low-key elegance.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Heritage Hills from beginning to end. Our ceremony was located at their beautiful outside ceremony site, and the reception was in the Windows Terrace. We worked with Tracy up until the day of the wedding and Larry on our big day. Both coordinators were excellent! Anything we asked for, they made it happen! Everything was set up exactly how we specified and looked fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding food that they had ever eaten. We're so happy that we chose Heritage Hills. It was definitely worth it!

We had an awesome wedding. Only complaint is that it was hot outside. Hvac could not keep the room cool. Beautiful venue. We got married at the outdoor ceremony site. Gorgeous. Food was great!

Heritage Hills did an amazing job! Tracy was very detail oriented and Jackie was on top of everything on the day of. Everyone complimented on how good the food and service was. We appreciated you and the rest of the staff being flexible with our needs and setting up some things for the room before hand. We are so grateful that your staff let people into the room a little early. We got finished the ceremony more quickly than expected and were thrilled to find out that our guests were allowed into the reception room before 6pm. After 1 1/2 year of planning my wedding turned out PERFECT. Of course, every bride voices that, but when I saw the finish product "in person" I cried, lost for words, and the feeling I had was surreal. It wasn't easy and I am guilty of being "bridezilla" from time to time, but in the end my mission was achieved much more than I anticipated. I cannot take all the credit, the people who I have met along the way (vendors, especially Heritage Hills Golf Resort) have been more than amazing and their hard work cannot even be descibed in 1 sentence.

We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with Heritage Hills! We had our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect. We also did our rehearsal dinner at HH which was delicious! Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and we did not receive a single complaint. Everything from the place, food, staff, rooms... amazing!! We worked with someone from start to finish and it made our entire wedding weekend stress free. A special thank you to Tony and Tracy for everything! Also, Jackie and Megan were there to coordinate the day and made it so easy for us all! Heritage Hills was the perfect wedding venue for us. We wanted a beautiful outdoor ceremony site with a light and airy feeling reception. When looking at other venues, no other reception space compared. The terrace room at Heritage Hills is beautiful. It has windows surrounding the room to let in natural light and gives you a feeling of being outside....but there is air conditioning!

Planning the wedding was made simpler with the help of Tracy and Jackie. They are great and I don't know how they do it! I was worried about having to set up all of our random décor for the reception but all I had to do was drop it all off and Tracy and Jackie took care of it. I did not step one foot into the reception or ceremony space until it was time for me to walk down the aisle! Actually, before I walked down the aisle my mom came out of the reception space and said, "I don't know who did all of the extra work in there but it looks amazing!" One of the other employees (I believe it was Erin) at Heritage Hills had added décor to the beverage and cake serving stations and it matched perfectly! Everything looked perfect!

On top of everything looking great, the food tasted great as well. When my husband got his steak, he saw that there wasn't a steak knife on our table. When he said something to one of the servers, the server told us that people don't usually need a steak knife for their steak. She was absolutely right, his butter knife cut right through the steak and it was cooked perfectly. I don't even eat steak and I loved it! All of our guests were amazed by the taste and the portion of the food that they received.

Heritage Hills exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with the rehearsal dinner, hotel stay, salon services, golf, ceremony, reception, and even breakfast the next day! We would highly recommend using Heritage Hills as your venue.

We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before the wedding. We also used the hotel for guests and blocked rooms. And went to brunch the next day. Derek Brown was very patient working through all of our decisions through the planning process. He's very busy and email was the best way to reach him. The food for the rehearsal dinner was amazing. The set up was beautiful! Our hotel room was fantastic and very clean. Overall great addition to our wedding day.

We worked with Casey for booking our day and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She was quick to respond to emails & find out answers for us in a timely manner. The day of, we had Jackie and she was amazing as well! She followed us on the grounds to make sure we had all the best picture opportunities we could have asked for! When we got the the reception, it was setup better than we could have imagined...it was beautiful! Casey and Jackie both did a lot of work behind the scenes that we never knew about, but made our day truly magical! If you're looking for top notch service-look no further! Our only critique is that the hotel staff was not as friendly to our guests as their wonderful wedding planning staff members! The staff was amazing throughout the entire planning process. They were so quick to respond to my emails and never made me feel like any idea or question was stupid. They made it seem like making our day special was a big priority. I was so worried about everything coming together on the actual day but they exceeded my expectations! They were willing to do all or our decorations and not only set up but tore everything down and boxed it all up as it was when we dropped it all off! All of our guests commented about how nice the staff, venue and how good the food was. The best part was having few to no worries that day and my groom and I got to just enjoy everything! We didn't get to eat or drink much at the reception because we were so worried about spending time with everyone. However when we got back to our room that night, there was champagne, cupcakes and 2 dinners waiting for us and a table set for 2. The bed was decorated and romantic music was playing. It was just what we needed after a long but amazing day! Our experience really was more than we could have asked for! Casey and Jackie were amazing!

We got married on April 5, 2014 and had both our ceremony and reception in the Windows Ballroom. I was worried about how the room would be flipped but they made the transition seamlessly. As the bride I honestly had no idea (even timewise) what was happening throughout the day because they took care of everything and made sure we were on schedule. Jackie was on top of everything and accommodated any requests we had, such as family members helping to decorate. I had a complicated bustle that my mom and MOH could not figure out - if Jackie hadn't been there to save the day I would not have had a bustled dress! We also had great service at the reception and the attention to detail was incredible. They were on top of filling the drinks at the head table and made sure we had anything else we needed. At the end of the night, they took care of everything, including delivering our flowers and gifts to the room. I'm so glad we chose Heritage Hills for our wedding day and have recommended them to any of my newly engaged friends.

From day one, I was impressed with the staff and venue at Heritage Hills. Our wedding and reception both turned out perfect. We the facilities for our rehearsal dinner, the Masters Suite, Garden Ceremony Site and Terrace Ballroom. I continue to receive compliments from the guest regarding the venue and the amazing food. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Tracy! Amazing to work with and professional. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to golf the day of due to outings at both sites. Given the size of weddings held here, I would hope that there would be a way to ensure that a few tee times are always placed a side for grooms. But we were offered rounds of golf at another time and the staff did try to make it work for us! My only point of criticism would be that we did not meet our day of coordinator until the day before. I wish I would have been able to develop more of a rapport with her, similar to that with Tracy and some of my bridal party did have concerns with the "day of team's" professionalism. But all in all, our wedding was perfect and much due to the assistance of those at Heritage Hills! Future Brides and Grooms should not hesitate to book with Heritage Hills!

We had our September 13, 2014 wedding and rehearsal dinner at Heritage Hills and were very impressed! Originally our rehearsal dinner was booked for Maewyns but when they closed down a month before our wedding, the staff at Heritage did all they could to help us rearrange our details. Tracy was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. She was always an email away to answer any questions that we or our family may have had. The day of the wedding, Heritage made the terrace ballroom look incredible. We had family from Long Island and Central PA and Heritage seemed to have a great balance for both families. We did wish the day of coordinator was more visible than we saw. We were told that guests would be easily guided to and from cocktail hour. There seemed to be some confusion with guests on where they belonged. We also had to replenish our favor table and we were told that would be done. These were all small hiccups that wouldn't have been noticed by any guest. We even had the one worker drive a family member and their children back to their hotel because our shuttle service wasn't set to start yet. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very pleased with Heritage. We would recommend this venue to any couple.

We had been engaged for 2+ years. Derek worked so hard and was very flexible and awesome to work with. When we had ideas and tan them by them he was very flexible with the idea and encouraged us to do so

This venue was a Beautiful Venue. The Event Planner was great. The food was good. The only issue I had and it was a big one for me was that they released my guest rooms ahead of the scheduled date and they could have cared less to make it right. They didn't even let me know, I found out from a cousin who couldn't get a room. They even had a credit card holding the block. That didn't matter. So a contract does not make a difference to them. I needed to have my wedding at a hotel due to almost al of my guest coming from out of town or state and wanted us all to be together. So even if you have a contract they don't honor it so I would not recommend them unless you don't care if you have your block of rooms available to you or not or a contract doesn't mesmerized anything to you.

Kasey was our event planner and was extremely helpful and friendly, regardless of the fact that we were are small wedding. The ceremony was gorgeous, the accommodations were excellent. My only qualm was that a large golf outing was scheduled for the same weekend so our day of coordinator kind of abandoned us after pictures, so our reception was a bit haphazard, with no one steering the ship, so to speak.

The location is great. Located a mile off of I-83 and within 3 miles of Market street shops and Target; for last minute needs. Be warned that most communication will be handled through email.

The garden ceremony site is beautiful! There was shade for my 96 year grandmother and they offered to use golf carts to take here and some other elderly guests to and from the site. They have several outside scenes that create beautiful pictures.

My wedding coordinator Jackie was the best! She made our day what it was. She handled everything that I needed. My nail chipped before the wedding and she took me to the Salon and had everything taken care of. She personal set up everything and I mean ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING for the day. She set up every single item on the tables at the reception to ensure that it was exactly has we had discussed. Jackie was the BEST part of my experience at Heritage Hills. I strongly suggest requesting Jackie as your wedding coordinator.

My mother-in-law broke her legs 2 weeks before the wedding. When we contacted Tracy and her assistants (her assistants or voice mail is normally who I conversed with), they were accommodating with needed changes to the location of rehearsal dinner and placement of tables. Tracy was also accommodating when we needed to change/reserve different rooms than originally discussed and still giving us the discounted rate.

I would recommend Heritage Hills for your ceremony and/or reception. Please be advised that most communication will through email. I was dissatisfied that I was unable to obtain verbal communication or meeting in person with Tracy prior to a week before my wedding.

We chose Heritage Hills Golf Resort for both our wedding ceremony and reception. We worked closely with Tracy leading up to our day and Larry was our day of coordinator. Both were fantastic and helped us create such a special day. Any questions or concerns that we had leading up to our wedding were quickly answered and resolved. Our only complaint, which we found out after our wedding day, was that one of our tables was not served the salad course. Otherwise, the food was fantastic, and the service was great. The Heritage Hills staff worked hand-in-hand with all of our wedding vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. They were also very accommodating to our out-of-town guests that stayed for the weekend. We would recommend Heritage Hills.

My bridesmaids, flower girl, MOB, and myself had our hair done at the Serenity Spa which is part of Heritage Hills. Two of my bridesmaids and I also had our makeup done. We were happy with some of the stylists, but not all of them. I personally loved my hair and makeup - which is what truly counts on a wedding day. The girls that also had their make up done looked stunning as well. The hair was 50/50, some loved it, some did not. When one of the stylist was told that the one bridesmaid didn't like how her hair was looking (which I agreed) she was not very happy to redo it and I don't think she did a great job with it either. It was not what my bridesmaid was looking for. The only other thing is that you MUST purchase a gift card in advance for the full amount and they charge FULL price for a flower girl's hair and MOB since it is a special occasion even though their hair does not take nearly as long as other hair styles to create. Overall, we were satisfied, but it wasn't a "wow" out of everyone.

The staff and facility did a wonderful job with the reception. The food was excellent, the staff accomodating, and the location exceptional. The only complaint was that, at times, the staff was hard to reach via phone. With that said, once we were able to contact them, any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and with the utmost professionalism.

We had our rehearsal dinner here, we had the master suite for the night before and the night of our wedding, and the majority of our guests stayed here. The team (Tony and Tracy) were easy to work with prior to the wedding and almost everything went off without a hitch.

The rehearsal dinner was lovely and they were extremely flexible and catered to our every need. The master suite was spectacular and we actually had a hard time getting our wedding party and guests to leave on the night of our wedding ;) Our guests were very satisfied with the newly renovated rooms and the guest services.

I would have liked to have seen a continental breakfast options for overnight guests, and a discount for overnight guests to play golf would have been great too! We did have a few billing errors after the wedding and it took at least 5 phone calls before they were straightened out and the money was returned to the right people.

But overall I would definitely use Heritage Hills again!

Everything was completely taken care of the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly the day of the wedding and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. I would however suggest working with Tracy whenever possible, she is a little easier to work with than Tony.

Overall, the experience with Heritage Hills was great for our reception. We chose to have our reception in the Links Ballroom because it was the lowest food minimum cost and was pretty cheap to rent out compared to most other venues. Casey is very responsive with getting back to you on questions and is willing to meet up whenever you need help. Two days before, there is a final meeting and everything is walked through which made us feel much better. One of the best things is that they set up all centerpieces (even if you have your own) that day. To make it easier for them, I typed up a sheet with steps so they wouldn't have any questions. Anything additional will either cost you more to have a third party come in or you have to have someone you want after the ceremony and put stuff up. I loved being able to go around the golf course and take photos before the reception started. They are great backdrops! You also get a holding room before you enter to eat some snacks and drink. Make sure to ask about the limo budget. We also got a hotel room that night included, which was great to just be able to go upstairs when it was over. They cleaned pretty much everything up. Family just had to load into the cars at the end. They are also very willing to work with vendors. They allowed our DJ to arrive the night before to bring some stuff in and took our photographer and us around that week so we could see the photo spots.

I recently had an anniversary party for my parents in the Links Center. The staff there were very responsive and helpful. All the guests enjoyed the food. It was a small party-50 guests.

Coordinator was a little slow on responding to my emails with questions I had, but the service the day of the wedding was perfect!

Derek was an excellent wedding coordinator and Heritage Hills was a beautiful place for our wedding. Staying in the farmhouse was a cool experience and definitely served as a unique backdrop for pictures. While all of our expectations were not met, and we dealt with some hurdles. Overall the experience was a good one.

First we checked in, bride and maid of honor, the night before the wedding. First thing was we checked out the room and had to use to bathroom. The toilet was filthy! They immediately came up to clean but still not the point! We paid all the money for this and it was dirty!

Second, the lady in reservations, Liza, was very rude and snippy with multiple members of wedding party!

Third, we received a bridal brunch and after reiterating that someone has severe allergy they still put that item out! Also, you would think the amount of money that you paid they would serve you? NOPE!

NOT worth it for the price that you pay! Outrageously priced for poor service!

The food was excellent but overall I was not very happy with the service of Heritage Hills. I purchased personalized napkins that were to be put out with the cake and also beverage napkins to be put at the bar which never were until an hour before the reception was over when I noticed they were never out. A lot of guests never received wedding cake. The cake was supposed to be served to everyone at the tables after dinner and by the time it was served, a lot of guests already left. The staff just walked around the room serving cake to people as they were standing. Lastly, the staff was supposed to put the remaining cake in cake bags that I had purchased for the guests to take home. They gave us the remaining cake just in boxes and I told them it was supposed to be put in the bags we bought so they finally did that but most of the people were gone by that time. Also, the staff cleared the tables too quickly. A lot of people wanted to save their place cards and when they went for them they were already off the tables. So overall, I was not pleased with Heritage Hills.

Also, we were told that the groom was to receive 2 rounds of golf but when we asked how to go about getting the rounds, were told that it is only 1 free round and anyone else would get a discounted rate so the groom said he probably not use it.

We saw the rebuttal that Heritage Hills wrote to the other wedding couple and Heritage Hills used the exact same excuses and responses almost word for word that they used against us.

We did not receive what we were promised and Heritage Hills never made amends even after numerous attempts by our family.

We ordered the Ultra Premium Bar and were promised that the bartentender would be able to make any drink, except for blended drinks. The bartender did not know how to make a Cosmo, fuzzy navel, martini or any drink. The bartender said that she could only pour and did not know how to make drinks. The line was backed up at the bar and moved very slowly because she did not know how to make drinks. It took half an hour to wait in line before she poured for you. At least half the people did not receive the champagne we ordered for all our guests for the toast.

The staff told us about the separate wedding party reception that was to be part of our package for the first time two days before the wedding, when it was too late for us to plan for it.

The did not serve coffee, as they promised, when they served the cake.

They changed the rehearsal time on us and we only found out about it a week before the wedding, after insisting that we receive some paperwork on the wedding, which we we should have received months before but only received one week prior to the wedding. We had to contact 60 out of town guests to change the rehearsal dinner time only days before the wedding due to their negligence. We had to start the rehearsal party an hour before the wedding party could be there. We invited all of our out of town guests to the rehearsal party.

On top of it, the quality of the filets and potatoes were not as represented. We even asked if the mashed potatoes would be instant because no one likes instant potatoes and were told by the catering staff and sales people that by no means would they be instant. Yet after one bite at the reception, it was evident they were instant. The filet tasted like it was dry and loaded with meat tenderizer, not at all on par with th filets served in the restaurant.

Servers could not be found during reception. Only when the food was served and taken away.


The owner and food and beverage director only made excuses instead of apologies. The food and beverage director finally admitted that the potatoes were instant after meeting with him and he only made excuses and was very indifferent. He offered us next to nothing to compensate for it. We wrote letters trying to be compensated for what we did not receive and the owner did not respond in a timely manner after months. We finally contacted our credit card company and the owner had an accountant with no background in catering write numerous excuses and inaccuracies.

The front desk was so mixed up that they even locked the bride and groom out of their room, which was complementary. The front desk was told not to except their credit card because the room was complementary and the front desk could not quite get it and locked the bride and groom out of their room and demanded cash. When the groom tried to use his credit card to have food delivered to their room they would not allow him to use his credit card and he has perfect credit. The groom had to walk down to the restaurant to order food for himself and his new bride where they did take his credit card. The bride, our daughter, called us crying because Heritage Hills had totally ruined their honeymoon.

To date, they have never apologized or offered anything reasonable for their actions.
