We purchased my husband's wedding band at Helzberg because that is where he purchased my engagement ring. Our sales associate was friendly and patient as my husband tried on different rings. However, the other sales associate was not friendly as she barked at me not to place my purse on the floor as someone could easily steal it (the store was empty at the time and i simply placed my purse next to my feet). I was very turned off by her rudeness but we purchased the band there anyway.
We will only shop at Helzberg now. They have been so wonderful. A few days before my bridal shower, I flushed part of my ring down the toliet. They did everything they could to have it fixed to me in time. Although, now they know me as the women we flude her engagement ring!! Everyone at this location is very nice. I fell they know us by name and taste in jewelry.
This is the store where we purchased both our wedding bands, pretty good price (especially comared to other stores) couldn't get the engraving done there though as they couldn't do a 2mm band. No complaints about the store, very professional and helpful!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Only problem was they told me i could get my ring engraved then when i went to get it done they told me it was to thin of a band to do so!! Double check on everything
