When we needed it resized and bevelled to hook onto the wedding band, he took care of the matter himself with a discount to us and again delivered perfect performance. When my husband mis-sized himself they simply ordered the appropriate size for us and contacted us as soon as it came to their shop. Cleaning services are complimentary and all the staff are incredibly helpful and professional. An excellent vendor.
