NEVER get your jewlery here! I ordered my fiance's ring 3 weeks before our wedding and they gaurenteed it would be in a week and half before that. This was the reason we chose this jewler. I called on the day it was suppose to be in and they told me it was not in yet and it would be ready the next day. When we called the next day, again they said it was not there and it would be there the following Monday. (Less than a week at this point to my wedding) I got a message on Monday from the manager Diana and she told me the ring we were guarenteed to have was not going to be ready for 4-6 weeks but she ordered a different ring so "at least you will have a ring for your wedding day". She could not tell us an exact date of when the "loner" ring would be here, but she said it should be here by our wedding day!!!! Seriously???? On top of it all...she was very rude and told us it was not her fault. She never offered to compensate us for the inconvience although she did offer us the size 10 ring when my fiance's ring size is 13.5! Now....does that make any sense?

The lack of professionalism throughout this whole situation had been less than par!

I have to say, Fred Meyer Jewelers in Alderwood Mall are amazingggg!!!! AMAZING!!

Their management is on top of it!!! My boyfriend bought a ring for me for my birthday. We got insurance on it, but it did not cover lost, stollen, or misuse of the item. We were driving and the ring slipped off my finger (I lost some weight) but I loved the ring so much that I just didn't think twice about get it resized right away. A couple cars ran over it, and we were able to pick up some remains (almost none at all). When I called customer service, they were not helpful at all. They basically said that we were at a loss and had to purchase a new one. So I decided to contact the store manager where I got my ring and explained to her our situation.

My boyfriend by this time had already thrown out the remains thinking we couldn't get it replaced and were just going to have to save up enough money to purchase a new one. The manager took down my information. Soon after, she called apologizing for the wait. I really lost all hope by this time. I really figured we would have to get a new ring, and that was that. To my suprise, she started our conversation with "I have great news for you." I began to cry.

Though the insurance didn't cover what happened to my ring, she said to not worry that they would replace my ring.....FOR FREEEEEEEE!!!!! All I had to do was pay for the new insurance on that ring...but because they understood my situation and wanted to make their customer happy, they replaced it :). I LOVE THEM!!! I love that manager! Great people! May God bless them every day of the week!! May He give them enough business for that manager and that store to get to top level!!...But that's not all..
On top of that....she made sure that I came in when the store wasn't as busy so that she can take care of me the right way. They really took care of me! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! When I get engaged...I promise you...this is where I am getting the ring! Whether he wants to or not, this is where it's gonna happen!!! Customer service accounts for almost half of the purchase...at least that's what I THINK!
Oh, and did I forget to mention that they even went through with the "we will resize your ring so that it fits just right for you!" Wonderful people I tell yaa!!
So anybody who is searching for great customer service, smile on their face, and beautiful jewelery. <- WORRY FREE GURANTEE....Go to the Fred Meyer Jewelers at the Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood, WA. You will not be dissappppooinnntteeedd!! PROMISE!

We got my husbands wedding band from them. The band has a diamond in it which is not that easy to find a good selection of rings like that. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable considering what we got for it.

We found the perfect ring, for a great price. They had my husband's ordered and ready within a week, and mine they already had in stock. They have wonderful prices, and great sets to choose from for wedding ring/band combinations.

Beautiful rings for a great price. We had looked everywhere for the style that I want and FM Jewelers had it. Not to mention it is convenient that you get free ring cleanings when you are there.

Of course my ring was costly, but I really love it and it shine more because it has more facets.
