The Best Wedding Planner

Where do I even Begin. From the first time my husband and I meet Linda I knew I wanted her to be our wedding planner. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge made me feel confident in hiring her as our planner, and boy are we Thankful we did. We had to change our wedding date due to covid. The process was smooth and painless. She contacted all our vendors to make sure they would be available for our new date. She Provided us with great vendor options with in our budget. The over all wedding process wasn’t stressful because of her, she handled all the behind the scene work where We were able to enjoy our wedding and have an amazing time. Not to mention she is a beautiful person in and out and loves what she does. Thank you Linda for all your hard work, patience and making our wedding a dream come true.

Linda is fantastic!

Linda and her team were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G-! She was on top of all the details and her communication with all of the vendors was fantastic. She was on our call with the bride to make sure that all the timeline details were perfect for photography which is extremely important to us. We completely fell in love with the way Linda works and look forward to many more weddings with her in the future!

A Planner who Cares!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Linda from Forever in Love last weekend. She brings a high level of expertise, is organized, creative, and keeps everything running smoothly from start to finish. Linda was present from the start of the day until the end which as a photographer, I know makes a huge difference in the experience of a bride and groom. She was there to help with the little things (getting the bride's dress bustled after it was photographed) and also to make suggestions on how to best pivot when we had to make a few changes in the timeline after the ceremony. I will happily work Linda and her team anytime!

Linda did an amazing job coordinating all the details for my daughter's wedding!!! She was so organized, kind and calm throughout the whole process. When anything went wrong with a vendor, she jumped right in and took care of it right away. On my daughter's wedding day, she took care of every detail so I had nothing to worry about except to enjoy this special day. I give her the highest recommendation for everything that she did to make my daughter's wedding run smoothly and calmly for us!!!

Great to work with

We are a catering company and Linda is always great to work with. She is a true professional. We often recommend her to her clients due to her above and beyond attitude. Her attention to detail is unlike any other. We've done a nautical theme wedding in Las Olas, a glow party and a "Crazy Rich Asians" event as well. All 3 events were a hit and the clients were more than pleased with the final result. She truly is a gem and would recommend her to any and all.

I cannot say enough about Linda and her wonderful staff. What an amazing team! From the moment my husband and i met her, she was warm , friendly and extremely organized! I gave her our vision and I can honestly say she brought it to life. Even when my venue got damaged by the hurricane less than a year before my wedding, Linda was able to find me an even prettier location. She took care of everything, down to the tiniest detail! Our photography team had the chance to work with Linda and Forever In Love coordinators at Miami weddings as well as we worked with Linda’s clients in California. Linda and her team are extremely organized and not only detailed oriented and professional but they bring their whole selves to the job too: their style and their charisma! As the photographers they equipped us with all the details we needed to know and also were respectful in giving us the freedom to roam and capture the moments while being helpful and on top of what was scheduled for the day! We loved working with this team because of that level of professionalism and the ability to take all of the stress out of the wedding planning process for brides and their vendors. We worked with Linda and her team in Forever in Love for our wedding ceremony on October 16th, 2016. I have no words to say how easy it was to work with her. We had a destination wedding and she helped us to find vendors, she coordinated our ceremony and it was beautiful. We had a beach ceremony, and we had a rainy day, but with Linda's every-minute support and flexibility, we took the chance, we had our dream wedding at the beach and were blessed with just a couple of drops of rain, which did not ruin the moment. Linda and her team were there through the entire event, and even helped our photographer grabbing the umbrella during a windy and almost wet session of pictures after the ceremony. We highly recommend her! So much that we took the time to share our great expirience with other couples trying to decide with whom they should work for a wedding in Florida.

My experience with Forever in Love was awesome. Any issue or questions I had they respond back asap. I never had to wait on any responses and the whole process was very detailed, so there were no surprises. As far as my wedding set up and photos everything was the way I wanted and was just beautiful. They also give you options on the best locations within the area if you don't have an idea and prices were also reasonable . I would definitely recommend them for anyone else looking to do there wedding on the beach. There whole process for getting everything done for your wedding is very convenient for you, specially for me living out of state.

Its been about a month since my big day 9 July on Hollywood Beach. I could not get over the amount of support and breath taking memories I had and forever in love played a huge part in this. I was so blessed to have Linda to coordinate with and being military miles away in another state was scary. However Linda and her team of professionals made everything perfect. I change my mind about a million times and every time Linda was right there. My day off coordinator was Lisa was amazing she came to the home the day prior just to ensure a smooth transition and gave me great advise. Damaris was my officiant and was helpful for my rehearsal and day of chaos. She was very professional and when we forgot to write our vows, which she knew we would she saved us right on the beach with her pre written vows. When I started freaking out for being late or things not going right she was there to calm me nerves. The photographer Greg was also a blessing. I arrived by yacht and wanted him there as we came into the dock. He was there waiting and got some beautiful pictures of me. He even took my cell phone and gave me a speech because I was losing my mind lol. He told me if I didn't focus on the special day and let the little things go I would have aweful pictures , so I straighten up and got to posing. When I mean everything was awesome it was and I can't thank everyone enough. My day was unique and special with the help of forever in love.

At first, I was doubtful because I found them online and not through a direct recommendation. However, they exceeded my expectations. They were attentive to details, very professional, and were watchful for the weather because my wedding was on the beach and they even contacted my venue for a "plan b" in case it rained. Everything went off without a glitch and exactly how I envisioned it. I highly recommend Forever in Love.

Linda was one of my most essential components of my wedding. She provided insight and calm to a very hectic yet exciting day. I fully recommend her for the day of the event planning and coordination. First of all, if you are reading this, probably all you wanna know is: "Are they the best people to help me?" Let me cut to the chase here in case you are running out of time. YES, THEY ARE! You will not find anybody more prepared and invested to help you with this task.

Working with Forever in Love was an absolute delight. Me and my husband were looking for someone to help us with our wedding since we both have very busy lives and were not gonna be able to be that invested in organizing everything.

Forever in love made it so easy. A couple of meeting to decide the venus, decoration and small details and BOOM, they literally took care of everything!!

We had a beach wedding and it was literally breathtaking. Everything was perfect and they made it so easy!

We used Forever In Love to plan our beach wedding in Miami. With only 3 weeks to plan the wedding, Linda made it so easy and seamless. She didn't only plan the wedding but she also made suggestions as to which hotel we should stay while in Miami. We used the license by mail service because we live in Canada and didn't have time to get the license when we arrive in Miami. I would recommend using this service if you are short for time.

When we arrived on the beach beside the W Hotel, Linda and her team including Rev. Kenneth Claus were there waiting for us. Everything went extremely well, if you want a stress free wedding please contact Linda at Forever In Love she will make it happen!!!

What can I say about a consumate professional such as Linda. She never balked even when we told her we were a lesbian couple living in two different countries and the wedding was only a few weeks away. She managed to hold our hand through a process that involved a marriage license that traveled from Miami to Puerto Rico to the Honduran consulate and back to Miami. And her ceremony was hearfelt.

We decided to work with Linda and "Forever in love" after comparing services and prices with other companies. Linda provided the best prices and very high quality of services.
Our ceremony took place in a nice location on the beach, setup was done perfectly, all decoration and flowers were great. The violinist and the sand ceremony were provided by company as well and it it added the special beauty to our ceremony.
We highly recommend "forever in love" for all couples planning to have an unique and special wedding ceremony.

I can't begin to tell you how pleased and amazed i was by the work of everyone in FOREVER in LOVE,
from the planning of the event to responding promptly and detailed with everything we needed. Linda was incredible in knowing exactly what we needed & how to execute it. The day of our grand day, they even patiently waited as family members arrived, and proceeded with such professional and elegant manner. I am so thankful that i found Forever in Love. They were amazing!!! When planning a wedding out of state, you can at times be concerned with planning and paying for something you can't see till the day of the wedding. We was more than amazed!!!!!!

Forever In Love was so easy to work with from start to finish. I called them the day before my wedding because of an urgency that forced me to postpone the ceremony a couple of hours. When I told them my problem they were very accommodating. Not only did I have to push back the ceremony but I had to change location last minute. Fortunately the restaurant where I was having my dinner had room, and Forever In Love worked with me on getting things done at the new location. Guadalupe and Linda were very flexible and easy to work with on-site. They really made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are true professionals.

From the time we first contacted Forever in Love at the beginning of December to the time we booked a few weeks later, Guadalupe was extremely prompt in answering all our questions, providing advice, and assuring us that everything needed would be done for our elopement style wedding. I sent Guadalupe photos of the cake and flowers that I liked and got exactly what I asked for. We also ordered the photos and driver to pick us up in a Hummer. We loved the photos. This was exactly what we wanted. We got picked up, taken to Southe Pointe Park for the ceremony, had cake & champagne on the beach, had beautiful photos taken, and got dropped off at the end. Definitely recommend.

For planning our wedding, the unique aspect was that both my fiancée and I were overseas, thousands of miles away. I discovered Foreverinlove over the Internet and when I contacted Linda, we was responsive, friendly and they had the whole package of what I was looking for. Linda's was very kind and informative. Her staff are fantastic and prompt as well! Being in the service industry ourselves, we admire excellent service which we receive, and at valuable rates.

All the arrangements were made while we were overseas and the day of the wedding was perfect...from the canopy to flowers, to the ceremony itself and the picture -taking just before sunset.

My husband and I thanks Linda and her Foreverinlove team for making our special day even more memorable that we had expected !

Guadalupe was great at getting back to my emails, answering all my questions, and handling a couple small issues! It was so wonderful to work with her, especially since the wedding was in Miami and I live in Charlotte, NC! I am still blown away by how amazing my wedding day was. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish and we do not have anything negative to say about it. The team at Forever In Love is gracious and professional. I can't thank them enough for making our day so special. All of our family was impressed with the wedding. They had never been to a wedding on the beach and they all loved it too.
We also used the Violinist who has a wide repertoire of songs! She knew and played at our request 'Hey Ho' by the Lumineers for our kiss and seashell toss. That little detail made the wedding even more special.

Since both my fiance and I had been married before, we wanted something simple and different this time around. My only recommendation would be for the photographer, that shot our photos, to pay more attention to details. There were several photos that had objects I wish had not been in the photo. Other that than everything was perfect.

I would "HIGHLY" recommend "Forever In Love". What a fantastic team. I wondered how I would plan our beach wedding all the way from Canada. I thoroughly enjoyed every dealing I had with Lupe and her team at Forever In Love from the first phone call forward:). They guided us through every single step with confidence and ease on every single detail. I used Forever in Love on June 22, 2012 and I couldn't have made a better choice. Linda and her team was exceptional. In the beginning I was skeptical because I was in GA trying to make wedding plans, but they never made me feel like I had anything to worry about anything. They make sure that your thoughts and ideas are UNDERSTOOD,CARRIED OUT, and CAPTURED!! It started to rain during picture time but the photographer did an excellent job of making sure I had photos to look back at my moment. Linda and her staff at forever in love were a pleasure to work with. Trying to plan a wedding that is out of state is very difficult and stressful. Not being able to be there and be apart of the process can be straining. Forever in love made our wedding day and day we will never forget. They listened to what we wanted for our wedding and made everything happen. It was beautiful when we arrived to the beach. It was just the way we wanted it and it was everything we imagined and more. The whole package: Forever in Love was the perfect company to work with on my destination wedding. Forever in Love provided us with the wedding day of our dreams. We arranged almost all of the wedding via email, to which we always had a speedy response. Once it came to the weekend before our wedding (arranged for a Mon) the weather had not been the best, during which time, they contacted me to suggest I have a back-up venue.. Which I hadn't even thought of to be honest! They were flexible around any alternative plans we might have arranged. Luckily, the weather turned out ok on the day! - They were on time, professional and friendly. I don't think my wedding day could have been more intimate. I can't thank Linda enough for making my wedding day go off without a hitch! I'd definitely recommend them, 100%.

The ceremony itself was better than we had hoped for and we were extremely happy with our decision in choosing Forever in Love.

Absolutely top notch from start to finish.
Linda and her team were a picture of calm and professionalism even when the weather seemed to be against us.

We would like to recommend RJ and her company for a wedding that was both beautiful and fun. She me with us twice and we send her countless emails and she always answered within 1-2 hours or so. We had a small intimate wedding, it was just 6 of us, and it was as unique and special and we really felt like it was OUR wedding. Highly Recommended!

I enjoyed every minute of working with Linda. She was very helpful with everything we needed. We live in Kentucky and had to schedule a wedding in Florida. She was amazing at helping me work out all the details on venue, time, permits and other things that I wouldn't have known where to start on my own. The process was easy and pain free. All of my questions where answered in a timely manner so I had not reason to feel nervous or stressed about anything even though I was so far away.
The ceremony was performed beautifully. I would absolutely recommend these services for anyone who is looking.

Linda did such an amazing job on my wedding. I probably emailed her 20 times in the two weeks before and she always answered within a few hours. She handles everything for the ceremony, which makes it so easy! The flowers and pictures were absolutely gorgeous. She also did a beautiful job as my officiant. And to top it off her prices are very very reasonable. I would definitely recommend her services.

When my husband and I decided to get married, we spent weeks looking up venues and services. We chose Forever in Love based on the photos, promptness of reply by Linda, the owner, and the value of the packages available. We are confident that the wedding was perfect, because of the stellar experience they provided. We selected Bill Baggs Park at Key Biscayne because it holds sentimental value to us. The venue was exactly what we wanted, and the officiant services as well. Being part of the process in selecting the words and flow of the ceremony was particularly special to us! In addition, the photographer was great! Very understanding and included all the shots we wanted! Can't wait to see the photos! I have already recommended their services to friends and family who are interested in getting married or renewing vows, etc. FANTASTIC! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Linda with Forever in Love held our ceremony and I was very please with the services she had provided. She was very flexible due to weather issues. The photography was great and turned out beautifully. The entire experience was wonderful and I did not have one concern (other than the weather.) I would definitely recommend Forever In Love to everyone!
