    Excellent wedding planner

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, a highly skilled wedding planner, who orchestrated not one, but three remarkable weddings for my children within a span of just 18 months. With two of the (larger) weddings taking place in Scottsdale, Arizona—one at the stunning Sanctuary and the other at the Four Seasons—and the third (smaller) in Asheville, North Carolina, held at a private residence, Stephanie displayed an extraordinary ability to adapt and cater to the unique styles and preferences of each couple.

    From the initial planning stages to the grand finale, Stephanie's expertise shone through. Her meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of our vision made all the difference in creating unforgettable wedding experiences. What impressed me the most was her steadfast commitment to ensuring that every aspect of the events reflected the personalities and desires of the couples.

    On the day of each wedding, Stephanie's presence was invaluable. She skillfully managed the entire affair, meticulously coordinating all the moving parts to ensure a seamless flow.     Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!!

    We first got in contact with Stephanie at en vogue through a mutual contact. My now husband and I were planning a destination wedding in Scottsdale, AZ. I didn’t know what to expect considering we are from Las Vegas and hadn’t met Stephanie in person or seen any venues in Arizona. From the start Stephanie was very organized and professional. She took us to some dream wedding venues and helped us walk through the questions and concerns we weren’t sure to even ask. She helped coordinate everything even when we had changed our minds about things what seemed like a million times! We felt no stress the months leading up to our wedding, Stephanie was there for every vendor meeting and gave tips and advice on which vendors to go with and style tips to make our wedding flow. Stephanie helped guide the rehearsal which was a breeze and when it came to the day of, everything was amazing! Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make sure all the wedding details were perfect and everything was on schedule. Our wedding exceeded every expectation thanks to En vogue!! I would recommend En vogue time and time again, they are the BEST!

    Best of the very Best

    En Vogue is the BEST of the BEST. Stephanie (owner and head planner) was my Coordinator and absolutely killed it. She worked with my budget and came up with a custom coordination and design plan. But that was just the beginning! She 1000% on top of things and never missed a beat and was crazy creative while being budget-minded. She ensured everything was in order and that everything was running smoothly from DAY ONE. En Vogue allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without even an ounce of stress because they are trustworthy, professional, and diligent. Lastly, and most notably, it was a super humid February day - as it would be in Houston, Texas - and I could not cool down. Stephanie was right there during the majority of the dinner fanning my neck while still running the reception with her assistant. When I couldn't cool down (my dress was super heavy), she ran me to my suite during the reception and laid out another dress for me while I took a 2 minute cold shower and then promptly returned me back to the party! Ultimately, En Vogue is the way to go. They care about you, your budget, and your dream. Hire them!!

    Fantastic Experience with En Vogue!!

    Stephanie and her team at En Vogue were incredible and were a pleasure to work with for several months leading up to our big day! Stephanie is an absolute delight and always made us feel important and made sure we were focused on both the big picture and the next steps in the planning process. She was always available to catch up over the phone or meet in person even late at night, was extremely flexible, and worked around our busy schedules (a nice change of pace from the many vendors who could only meet during business hours). En Vogue’s online planning tool is very helpful and has a lot of great, interactive functionality (e.g., detailed budget, progress tracker, interactive invite list and seating chart, etc.). The day of organization and help were amazing as well. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and went off without a hitch because of Stephanie and her team. We had many vendors to organize, a large guest count, and a large reception hall (the Corinthian), but Stephanie was able to coordinate everything perfectly, so we didn’t have to worry about the details. We would highly recommend Stephanie and En Vogue to anyone (we hired her for the full package, not just day of, and it was worth it!). Thanks so much for everything, Stephanie!!

    Stephanie is a wedding artistic genius, and her team is truly amazing. My husband and I worked with her from the beginning for our June wedding with the Chardonnay package and I am so thankful we found her! We were planning the wedding while going to school in Virginia, before moving to Houston right before the wedding in the end of May. This meant that we only had one trip planned to Houston during the school year to get any wedding planning appointments done. Stephanie said no problem and planned the meetings perfectly over 2 days, and handled everything else from her end in Houston when we went back to school. Even being so far away, with Stephanie's help I knew everything would turn out perfectly, and her confidence and ease made us feel like we were in Houston instead of thousands of miles away. Stephanie is extremely organized, attentive, knowledgable, kind-hearted, and it is very clear that she loves what she does. The entire process was absolutely seamless and took an immense amount of stress off of my shoulders. Stephanie took care of any and all hiccups during the planning process, and problem solved like there was never an issue whether it was losing a vendor or dealing with high winds for the flower arrangements on the wedding day. Stephanie listens to your style and vibe of the wedding of your dreams and turns it into reality by hand picking the best vendors for your vision and budget. She will take your ideas, and make the reality a thousand times better with her immense knowledge and suggestions. This lady knows what she's doing and I could not recommend her and her team enough! Thank you En Vogue for everything you did to make this the most special day my husband and I will always remember.

    A million thanks to Kyleigh for the perfect wedding weekend!!! We started working with Kyleigh early in the wedding planning process and she made it easy and stress free! She is so organized and thinks 2 steps ahead for everything. She was quick to respond to all emails and texts sent her way and on top of that she was able to juggle communications from me, my mom, and my fiancé. She kept track and reminded us of all appointments in a timely manner. She put together a drop dead gorgeous and thought of all the details I hadn't considered. On top of that she's so friendly and fun to be around - she was genuinely excited for my fiancé and I. We couldn't have asked for a better planner. Highly recommend working with En Vogue!!

    Savannah and her team were absolutely amazing! I was completely overwhelmed with all the details of our wedding. Savannah and Stephanie took the bull by the horns and put me at ease every step of the way. I was always able to get ahold of them and they offered innovative solutions to any issues that arose.     I cannot be any more happier with En Vouge Events! Savanna and Kylie went above and beyond for my wedding. They were extremely professional, very detailed, and very organized. They always followed up with me about small details that I needed to give them to make sure nothing feel thru the cracks. They set up ALL my decor exactly like I wanted, and if something couldn't be done, they found a better way around it. Their scheduling was absolutely perfect and they even made sure our wedding started on time (apparently that doesn't happen often)... I really am happy that I used En Vogue. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

    Savanna and Kyleigh are absolutely amazing! They truly made this experience stress free and fun! They made all of our vendor meetings and went with us! When making our vendor appointments, they accommodated our work schedules! They asked all the right questions that we probably would not have thought of ourselves! They listened to all of our wants and needs! Whenever I had a question, I could just ask without hesitation. Everything went so smooth leading up to and on the day of! They are very patient, professional, and everything you would want in a wedding planner. We really got to enjoy our day because they took care of every little thing. I can't recommend them enough!     I worked with Kyleigh during the month before my wedding and I wish that I had hired her sooner! She helped me make decisions that I would have never thought of that go along with planning, like who is being escorted down the aisle, what songs to play, and many others. Her communication was excellent. She replied faster to my texts than some of my friends. I was very indecisive and I really appreciate the patience she had with me. The finally planning went smoothly and everything came together greatly on our wedding day. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding because we didn't have any added stress before or after. Thank you very much for helping make our day so special!

    We would not have survived wedding planning or our wedding day without En Vogue Events. Well, saying that we wouldn't have survived planning is misleading because Savanna Gray made sure that we did not have to worry about a thing during the entire process. Given the hundreds of wedding vendors, venues, and endless possibilities for just about every decision you have to make to plan a wedding, my husband and I were not in any way equipped to even begin thinking about what we wanted or where to start. We met with a few planning companies around town and knew after our meeting with Savanna that her no-nonsense approach was perfect for us. I knew I wanted two things on my wedding day: 1) To marry my fiance (obviously); and 2) To host a wedding that was beautiful and fun. Out of all of my indecision and "just make it pretty" statements, Savanna created the perfect wedding for us. All of the vendors Savanna recommended were fantastic, fit our budget and personalities perfectly and were incredibly accommodating. Savanna and Kyleigh were always available via text, phone, and email to keep me from panicking about everything from the RSVP count to table assignments. Despite our busy work schedules, Savanna was able to find times for my husband and I to meet with her and the vendors. She also sent email reminders about everything! Those reminders saved my sanity and our wedding. En Vogue's meticulous planning allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day. I cannot even begin to explain how fantastic En Vogue made the whole planning experience.

    Savanna Gray was our wedding planner, and she was amazing! Savanna was highly responsive, extremely professional and so easy to work with! She was so awesome in giving us suggestions throughout our wedding season to help make our wedding-day schedule run so smoothly. From A-Z, Savanna truly was the reason for our wedding day going off without a hitch, even through a HUGE rainstorm on the day-of that could have ruined the day! We were so pleased with how she listened so carefully to our must-haves, and she made the entire process so fun!

    WOW! My wedding is over and it was amazing. So many people commented how flawless and smooth the wedding was (and that it was the most fun wedding they had been to). Erin's tasteful design and management shown through the event. It was clearly our wedding and what we wanted, but she made it so much better and beyond what we could imagine. The day of the wedding I wasn't stressed at all because I knew Erin and Stacy had everything covered. They both made my day perfect and did little things, like filling up my champagne glass, setting up appetizers in another room for just my husband and I to have a moment alone, and fixing my dress after it ripped. I wouldn't have changed anything about my wedding experience with En Vogue and picking them was by far the best choice we made. I'm so sad my time planning my wedding with Erin is over. The whole process was so much fun and stress free with her.

    So Stacey was my day-of coordinator and I can't thank her enough. I literally worried about NOTHING on the day of my wedding. She would tell me whenever a vendor arrived and was setting up. We made a timeline of everything that was supposed to happen and tweaked it over and over until it was perfect. Stacey was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to anything I needed or was curious about. She was on time to everything... and patience was definitely needed to deal with us! For example, half the people that was supposed to show up to the rehearsal thought the rehearsal was an hour later than it was scheduled. Oy! I didn't see the processional but I heard it went great anyway.

    I am SOOOOOO glad I hired En Vogue Events for my day. It was money well spent!

    En Vogue wedding planning services were offered "day of" our event by the Chateau Polonez as part of our package. I took full advantage of their assistance and presence when I realized i had left my brain at home that day. I was overwhelmed and over emotional about everything and the fact they were there to keep things on track and on schedule was quite helpful.

    My wedding planner, Pamela Sparks was amazing! She made me feel so special on my big day! She did such a great job with the planning and execution of my wedding. I was more than pleased with the outcome! Everything was so beautiful! She gave me my dream wedding and it was such an honor to work with her! She was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions in a timely manner! I highly recommend En Vogue for any future events! The whole staff is pleasure to work with:)

    Where do I even start with En Vogue Events and Savanna. This wedding would not have been perfect without them. I went with the partial planning package and it was perfect. Savanna helped recommend all of the vendors, went to almost all of the meetings with me and helped make the tough decisions you face throughout planning a wedding. She is very responsive and quick at getting any answers you possibly need. The day of the wedding I felt so stress free. Savanna and the team took care of every little detail while I was able to enjoy the day getting ready with my bridal party. We had the ceremony and reception at the Houstonian and she had our room so nice and neat and organized with my bouquet and several flower arrangements neatly placed, along with our cake sliced for us to enjoy. We were in awe. I would definitely recomment EnVogue events and specifically Savanna if you feel like you do not have very much time or willingness to plan an entire wedding. I cant thank them enough because that is how happy I was when I saw the way everything turned out. We didnt have one problem which is pretty unheard of at a wedding. If you do not think you can afford the partial planning I would most certainly recommend at least doing the day of which includes about 6 weeks prior to the wedding because believe me the last thing you want to be doing the day of is running around setting everything up.

    These guys were very professional and great through the whole process! They made planning a wedding feel like a piece of cake. I would definitely recommend them for any event. They were very responsive through the planning and handled all the details perfectly. 5 Star Service!!!!

    Wel worth having the day of the wedding. We had nothing to worry about and could enjoy ourselves and our guests. Savanna and Kelly took care of everything efficiently and with a smile. Worth their price, which was very reasonable.

    Perfect from start to finish! Savanna was my wedding coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful! I don't know what I would have done without her! She was helpful and listened to all of my ideas and made great suggestions on vendors, reception ideas, etc. which helped make my make wedding exactly the way my husband and I wanted. We recieved so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. She, and the entire En Vogue Events team, were incredibly knowledgable and professional. I had a Jewish ceremony and Savannah took the time to research and help me find out as much as I could about all the different traditions/components of a Jewish wedding(my husband is Jewish, but I am not) and everything turned out just perfect. If you cannot have a planner throughout the entire process, I would definitly say that at least a "day of" planner is a must. There are so many small details that can get over looked and without professional help, things can go awry very easily. Without Savannah, I would have went crazy. She made sure everything and everyone stayed right on schedule and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy the day with my friends and family without any stress or complications. I would definitely recommend Savanna and En Vogue Events to any one who wants their wedding to turn out exactly the way you planned.

    Worked with the En Vogue team right before Christmas, just now getting around to reviewing, but i wanted to leave a note. I almost left my husband for them - just kidding! but seriously they were great. efficient, responsive, timely and so organized.

    LOVED our wedding planner. We used Savanna and I would suggest requesting her by name! Not only was she fun to plan with, she was always prepared and willing to go the extra mile for our wedding. En Vogue was incredible and I will be using them for every event we host in the future!

    On a glorious Saturday afternoon, May 14, 2011 at Brennan’s of Houston a beautiful wedding took place under the expert guidance of Savanna Gray at En Vogue Events. We realized 6 weeks before the wedding that the bride and I needed someone who could coordinate the day of event and bring her vision to fruition. We thought we were organized and ready until we met Savanna - she and her team at En Vogue put their heart and soul into making the bride’s day picture perfect. Savanna was a delight to work with; she was organized and detailed. But most importantly, she was prompt in returning calls and emails (and I know there were a lot). I also know that she went above and beyond our expectations. We were extremely happy with En Vogue events and if you value your sanity at all, you should hire them!

    Haley was my wedding coordinator, and I could not have asked for anyone better. I have faith her entire team is awesome. She has a great/fun personality and will let you make your own choices, but she's willing to give her honest opinion for those who need it. All ladies must have at least a "day of" coordinator. But spoil yourself and go all out by contacting En Vogue for the entire wedding planning process! They make it fun and easy for you!

    we actually hired another planner first and she had to go on maternity leave so we found En Vogue Events. While our fisrt planner was a great planner, En Vogue went far and beyond. they did WAY more than simply point their fingers to direct people and vendors even though that's a wedding planners description, they gave J lo a run for her money!

    love love love them!!! they went above and beyond for me! my linen person (sisters friend, wont name names) at the last minute did not show up and En vogue Events found me a replacment within 2 hours!

    We love Haley! She was a dream to work with. She's funny and knew just what we needed/wanted. We used her day of coordinator services and we can't imagine doing it over without her. All the packages are affordable. We would recommend her to anyone!

    I worked with Haley the owner and Candice one of the Lead Coordinator's. They were awesome to deal with. Every phone call was returned and email response was very fast. i read the other review and asked Haley about it, she was able to explain every thing with documentation. I guess you can't make everyone happy, but i was thrilled with them. I used them for day-of services this past weekend and they were amazing. I cannot send out enough compliments about this company.

    Pamela Sparks was our wedding coordinator and I'm not sure what we would have done without her. She helped us through the process, asked the right questions, and had the right answers to our questions. Best investment made for the wedding.

    I wanted help with specific things, and they were able to customize a package for me. They know a lot of vendors in town already, and they are very prompt with correspondence!

    Absolutely wonderful and professional team! Their services were included with our venue for ceremony only. If I could go back I would absolutely have purchased a package for their full day coordination! My husband even commented that he wishes we had budgeted differently and hired them for the full day!!!

    As an event planner myself, I was extremely impressed with Savanna and Kim the night of our wedding.

    Highly recommend for wedding and special event coordination.

    Sean was a great wedding coordinator. We hired her to help us organize our ceremony part of the wedding. She did a great job at rehersal and everything turned out as planned on the day of the wedding. I would highly reccomemend En Vogue to coordinate your wedding. They help take off some of the stress on the day of the wedding. After the wedding i wish i would have hired her for the entire day.

    I was very disappointed. I hired Envogue Events to perform day of coordination services for my wedding. The wedding coordinator independently decided not to bring my guest book to my ceremony site. When I inquired about why the guest book was not brought to the ceremony site, she responded that she "thought the welcome table was too filed already and did not want to add anything to it." I am puzzled at her decision because when we were at the rehearsal (at the same ceremony site), she and I spoke about not forgetting to bring the guest book on the day of my wedding. I am disappointed because the welcome table had a sign advising guest to sign the guest book. Also, on the day of my wedding, I made decisions regarding "day of" tasks such as transportation. I am also disappointed because the day of coordinator altered my escort table and now my pictures are slightly ruined because of it. I will Never seek out Envogue Events services again.

    Our En Vougue Events’ representative, Haley Hughes, who is also the owner was not available for the three days prior to the wedding day when the event schedule needed to be finalized. We filled in the details on this wedding day event schedule on our own and e-mailed it to her. She then failed to get the information to the vendors. Due to this, some things were not done as we planned. We were told that she would bring a “whole crew of people” to work with her on the wedding day and so would not need the help of the site vendor’s planner. She was short-handed on the wedding day showing up with only one assistant. Things were frantic. Flowers were not passed out to honored guests before they were seated in the chapel. Equipment that was to be set up, was not and had to be set up by some of our guests. Boutonnieres that were supposedly delivered were somehow lost. Many small details that we planned in advance, verbally spoke with her about, and then listed on the event schedule were not done. She either did not have enough help or she chose to ignore our wishes, either of which is inexcusable! She takes no responsibility for any of this, blaming everything on the other vendors. We definitely would not recommend En Vogue Events.
