User1168901 Sent on 05/20/2013I cannot say enough about my experience with this salon. My bridal party looked so beautiful and each one looked different and more stunning than the next. They were so accommodating and pleasant to work with. My mom is a hairstylist for 40 years and so she and I are very selective and our expectations were beyond exceeded with the quality of their hair and makeup services. I would suggest the salon to anyone even some of the guests had their hair and makeup done and they too were so happy. The entire salon made efforts to make the day as comforting and easy going as possible and for a stressed bride that is priceless. -
User878342 Sent on 07/26/2012I had a wonderful experience at the Edouard de Paris Salon & Spa. Everyone was incredibly sweet and helpful. My hair and makeup were more beautiful than I could have imagined! My makeup artist even gave me a quick touch up before the ceremony since we had our pictures taken before the wedding. I would highly recommend the salon's services to future brides!

User1023491 Sent on 11/21/2012I was happy about the professionalism that I received at the salon, but overall wasn't too crazy about my final hair style for my wedding. I went for a hair and makeup trial and specifically asked for something to be done on my wedding day and when it came the day of the wedding, they did not do what I asked. I believe it was overpriced and they nickle and dime you for every little thing that you ask for. For the price I paid, they should have done exactly what I wanted instead of telling me to trust them and their work since they are professionals and they know what they are doing. I trusted them and was not happy with my hair and to top it off, my hair was frizzy at the end of our ceremony and we hadn't even reached the pictures or reception yet. I would have rated this salon higher if they would have done what I asked for even for the high price I paid because I know my own hair and know what needed to be done to it for it to last all night without being frizzy. If your hair gets frizzy with the heat, you may want to choose another salon who will have your hair under control for your speical day because this salon DID NOT. On a positive note, the makeup was AMAZING and I loved it!Edouard de Paris Salon & Spa's reply:

We strive to meet brides' expectations with the trial as you did; and our pricing did refelct a minimal fee for opening the salon exclusively for your bridal party of 3. But unfortunately there are elements that are beyond our control (such as the weather). User3051449 Sent on 05/08/2017Was not impressed with hair or makeup. My sister ended up re-doing her own hair and makeup after they had finished with her. My mom looked like a drag queen. I guess when you are at a sophisticated salon and paying hundreds of dollars you kind of expect to look like the picture you show them. She attempted to do what I asked, it just could not be executed to my liking.
