Ashley Mejia Makeup & Hair is a luxury bridal beauty team and curated Wedding Morning Experience based in Puerto Rico, serving destination weddings and local couples across the island.
With a hand-selected team of professional makeup artists, hairstylists, barbers, massage therapists, estheticians, wedding content creators and hospitality professionals, we provide more than beauty services — we create elevated on-site wedding experiences designed to help couples and their loved ones feel relaxed, cared for and fully present before one of the most important moments of their lives.
As a Puerto Rico bridal beauty team, we specialize in destination weddings, bridal makeup, wedding hairstyling and personalized getting-ready experiences for brides, grooms, bridal parties and guests.

More Than a Makeup Artist. An Entire Luxury Experience!
She coordinated an amazing team and personally did my mom, grandmother, and my hair/makeup, while another artist worked on my wife, her mom, and her maid of honor. Everyone looked incredible.
But what truly set Ashley apart were all the thoughtful touches. My wife and I got massages on the balcony listening to the ocean, she had custom charcuterie boards for each room, made me a special tray of Puerto Rican snacks because I’m lactose intolerant, and even had mango mimosas waiting for us. Since I have an undercut, she also arranged for a barber to clean me up before getting ready and even had my best man taken care of too.
Ashley made us feel celebrated, cared for, and completely at ease the entire morning. We’ve had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and Ashley played such a huge role in making that happen. We truly cannot recommend her enough!

Ashley is THE BEST makeup artist in Puerto Rico
When I arrived on the wedding day, she was already fully in her element, calm, organized, and completely focused on making sure the bride and bridal party looked their best. What immediately stood out to me was how intentional she was with EVERY detail. Her work was clean, polished, and incredibly flattering both in person and on camera.
From a photographer’s perspective, makeup that translates well in photos is everything, and her work photographed beautifully. The skin looked natural and radiant, the colors were balanced perfectly, and the overall look elevated the entire bridal aesthetic without ever feeling heavy or overdone.
Beyond her talent, she also brought such a great energy to the room. She was professional, kind, and helped keep the getting-ready environment relaxed and positive, which makes a huge difference on a wedding morning.
Any bride would be lucky to have her as part of their team. As someone who sees the results both in real life and through the lens, I can absolutely say she does incredible work.
