The entire experience was stress free as a bride! My wedding planner handled all the last minute changes and weather issues! I had a great experience with Eden Roc! My pictures were beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

We had a PERFECT, beautiful wedding at Eden Roc & Nobu hotel. This was a destination wedding for us. We visited Miami and looked at 10 venues along Miami Beach and ultimately chose Eden Roc because their event spaces were beautiful, and it felt more resort-like for our guests. They have so many options/spaces to choose from for each part of your wedding, both indoors and out. We had to postpone due to the pandemic. They were extremely flexible throughout the entire planning process and pandemic. We had a beautiful suite during our stay. We worked with Ivelina - she was SO great and accommodating. There was a tropical storm on our wedding day, so everything had to be moved inside - but it was still everything we dreamed of! Guests raved about our wedding and the food! Service was excellent during our wedding night and also throughout the entire weekend that we, and our guests, spent there at the hotel. It was the perfect choice for our wedding! THANK YOU!!!

Eden Roc was the most perfect place for us and for our guests for our wedding! When we got engaged, I narrowed down my search to about 35 hotels in Miami. After emailing and calling all of them, I narrowed it down to 15 that we would go visit in person. I went to a lot of Miami beach hotels, the Diplomat in Hollywood Beach and the Biltmore in Coral Gables. We decided to go with the Eden Roc because it was so beautiful, the staff was so nice and professional, and it would give our guests the weekend experience that we wanted (beach vacation in Miami!). It is a resort (but not huge like the Fontainblue which we did not want), right on the beach, great pools, great bars, and a great location.

Our hotel wedding planner was Ivelina and she was fantastic! We would email each other about once a week and she was always available for a call whenever we needed her. We lived in Tampa so they were very accommodating with us about when we could go see them for the food tasting, walk thru, etc.

The food tasting was amazing - they treated us like rock stars. Mo and his catering team crushed it! Their food is not typical hotel catered food - they source it from Nobu Restaurant!

The weekend of our wedding was so incredibly perfect because of the Eden Roc and the amazing group of vendors that they recommended. We hosted our Welcome party at the lobby bar and it was so much fun (they even had live music!). The day of the wedding, Ivelina, Eli, and her team were amazing - they were always checking on us and made sure everything was FLAWLESS. Even the day after the wedding they were making sure that we were taken care of.

Be VERY nice to the team and they may give you some great perks along the way :)

The only negative experience was the room block reservation which was managed by the reservation team. It seemed that they were disorganized and their systems werent working properly. It caused a lot of calls with them until they finally fixed it. Everything was ok in the end but I had to stay on top of them a ton.

I would recommend this hotel for anybody that is doing a wedding between $70-$100k. It was SO perfect. The Eden Roc made our wedding day SO perfect and we cannot wait to go back!

We were so pleased hosting our wedding at Eden Roc. The entire team went above and beyond to make our day so special. The property is gorgeous, and guestrooms are amazing!! We will definitely be back to visit!

Could not have pulled off the perfect wedding without the Concierges at Eden Roc! They were amazing helping with an officiant, photographer, florist, lunch, our cake, a drycleaner to steam our wedding garments, our family staying there... and on and on and on!
The spa was fantastic for relaxing, our manis and pedis and the girls hair!

Eden Roc concierges are the best in the business! They helped us find .... A florist, bakery, officiant, photographer, luncheon site, hairstylists and FUN for our wedding! We live in Illinois and planned a wedding that went off without a single hitch!!
The hotel staff is fantastic, reliable and engaging!

My husband and I can't say enough about Eden Roc. The service was phenomenal and the staff would bend over backwards to give us a memorable experience. Our guests who also stayed at the hotel were mostly from out of the state even the nation and they all had an amazing time. It was one of our best decisions!

I am so lucky to have selected the Eden Roc as the venue for my wedding. They made everything go so smoothly. I can truly say my wedding day was so special thanks to the Eden Roc, their wonderful 1500 Restaurant and specially by Shawn Lecaste. Shawn was amazing! Her service throughout the whole process was excellent. My family and I love her and she has a great team. If you are considering a wedding in Miami Beach you have to call Shawn. She will help you with everything. The hotel is gorgeous and their service is excellent! We loved everything about it. I'd recommend this venue to everyone. Eden Roc, specially Shawn Lecaste, is amazing!

The best venue we could have chosen. Their service throughout the whole process was excellent. The met all of our requests and they let us stay at the salon until 7am!!! They have a great team of people working on the events and the amenities of the hotel are gorgeous and excellent! We loved everything about it and most of our guests stayed there since the party lasted until so late. The day after the wedding a lot of our guests and family were there with us having brunch by the beach. It was a magical time for my now husband and I. We had the best time ever! =)

If you live in South Florida or are planning on having your wedding in South Florida the Eden Roc is a MUST SEE venue. The hotel, ballroom, ceremony site, food, staff etc were PERFECT. There is a reason the Rat Pack used to hang out here, it is very cool and super hip without being obnoxious like the place next door.

I don't even know where to begin on how wonderful everything was with our Eden Roc wedding!!

First, let me start of by saying that the staff at the Eden Roc is incredibly kind and responsive. I never sent a single e-mail without hearing back within an hour max. If anyone was ever on vacation during the wedding planning process, they always had someone to cover them who was knowledgeable about our wedding and extremely helpful even in our main contact's absence. I should also note I was planning the entire wedding from across the country so since I couldnt be there to deal with them - this responsiveness was extra helpful in making me feel at ease.

Secondly, let me say that the staff there is knowledgeable about weddings of all different cultures. I planned my entire wedding myself and I really relied on the staff there to have knowledge about religious weddings and how things progress through them. They were wonderful and made me feel completely at ease that everything was going to go well and smoothly on our big day!

Next, the staff at the Eden Roc is extremely flexible. We had several changes to our plans happen THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and they made sure everything changed smoothly and took it all with extreme grace. When it rained on our wedding day and we were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony, they went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be happy with the back-up ceremony space. Also, since we had planned for less ceremony flowers since we were supposed to be married outdoors, they did a fantastic job of adding candles to the space to make it more elegant and beautiful. The first thing I said to my parents as they were walking me down the aisle is how beautiful they made everything look. Secondly, when my dad got sick on our wedding day and we had to push everything back an hour, they were extremely helpful in making sure all of our vendors were aware and that things ran smoothly with the late start.

In the reception, the staff running our party was great. They were flexible on everything. They got the food out quickly, everyone was pleased with the bartenders mixed drinks, and they even got the cake cut quickly and out to our guests at the end of the night!

All in all, I must say, everything was absolutely wonderful with the Eden Roc and I really feel we got a great value for the attention we received. I would host many more parties there in the future and recommend them to all!

The only service I requested from the hotel was a small wedding cake for my husband and I, which was very good.

What a beautiful view it was during sunset!! The wedding was picture perfect like from a postcard!! The staff is very friendly. From top to bottom everything was perfect!! Thank you for listening!

Our relationship with Eden Roc started off a little rocky (no pun intended). When my husband and I visited, we knew this was the place, because it was just our style. The problems we had, were more to deal with the sales department, rather than events. The sales manager quoted us one price, and then said she didn't say that. Luckily, our wedding planner had notes from our initial discussion.

Once we got past signing the contract, and we were assigned an Events Manager, everything ran smoothly. Our Event Manager, Mark Williams was fantastic! He listened to our ideas, and had added valuable comments or criticism to make our day as beautiful as possible. He always stood by his word, and provided us with what he could.

The food was DELICIOUS. Our guests raved about how tasty the risotto was (another suggestion from Mark)!, Picking out the meal was easy and stress free. The events team really made sure that we were at ease with everything related to our wedding.

Once our guests started arriving, the staff was courteous, and helpful. We had a few comments from our guests about how friendly the staff was. And of course they loved their rooms!

I was beyond pleased with how our wedding turned out. I highly recommend the Eden Roc for the ceremony and reception!

The Eden Roc was the absolute perfect setting for our outdoor/beach wedding. The staff was wonderful, and worked really hard to make it the perfect day for us.

We had the best wedding ever at Eden Roc. While planning from afar (NYC), it was sometimes difficult to be in constant contact with the hotel, BUT on our visits and during our wedding week, they were nothing but accommodating. They made everything that we dreamed of happen flawlessly. From the gorgeous setup to the drinks to the food to the service. It was PERFECTION! The room rates in our wedding block were reasonable, the day vibe and atmosphere was great for our large party. The outside space for cocktail and reception was huge and inviting plus the ballroom has an outdoor terrace that keeps that tropical feel, while still being a very classy/traditional space. I wish we could do it again!!

This venue is perfect for a beautiful beach ceremony! The backdrop for our wedding was beyond picturesque. Unfortunately, the staff did not make a tremendous effort to keep our ceremony private as there were many people hanging out on the beach right near where our ceremony took place. There were many issues with our room block unfortunately. However, the food was phenomenal and the ballroom felt magical for our reception. We had a small wedding of 115 people but they made the ballroom feel like the perfect size. Every guest said they had a phenomenal time, which was most important, however, we felt that the people we dealt with at the hotel took a very long time to respond to emails and fix issues we were having.
