I hired Tiffany Nieves of Dream Design Weddings for planning and design and she made my wedding the most amazing day ever. I saw Tiffany on Platinum Weddings, her work was amazing. Words cannot describe my gratitude and thoughts of how perfect our wedding was. I did not have a Platinum budget yet I felt like one of her Platinum brides!! Robbie and I enjoyed every single moment and our memories of our day will forever bring a smile to our face. It was truly spectacular. She is amazing and fabulous. ;-) She helped create the most beautiful reception, it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. I do not know what I would have done without Tiffany and her staff on my wedding day and throughout the months leading up to it. I love every vender she introduced me to. Without Tiffany, I would have never had the most amazing photographer, DJ, venue, flowers... Ugh... I just wish I could relive it over and over.

And I just want to add.... People are still talking about our wedding...4 months later. Every single guest has mentioned several times that it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Tiffany went above and beyond. Words cannot express my feelings... still. Robbie and I are still giddy over it. Every detail was gorgeous. I still wish I could just look around one more time. People always ask me if I could do it again, would I change anything? I can't think of one thing... Except for the rain :-) and Well ...maybe... why I didn't keep the videographer and hour longer. Because I missed everyone, my husband and nephew especially, dancing Ugh ... I guess I wasn't prepared for them to leave, Its so easy to loose track of time when you having that much fun. Oh and I would've asked for a "to go" box. I had no appetite that night... was way too excited. UGH if I could only turn back the hands of time...

Thank you Tiffany you are the best wedding planner ever!!

My wedding was completely amazing and beautiful, and I could not have done it without the fabulous ladies at Dream Design Weddings. They turned my dream into a reality! They were so helpful, all of their vendors were amazing, and they were with me every step of the way. Thanks to them, my wedding truly was an elegant fantasy event!!

I used Bonnie from Dream Design Weddings. I had gone to their website and fallen in love with the designs of their weddings. I had also seen them on Platinum Weddings and wanted them help me put together the "look" I was going for. Even though you pay them a large sum of money, don't be fooled... they are only "partial" wedding planners. Bonnie went with me on all my appointments, recommended vendors and had phone chats with me when needed. However, I had to do much of the leg work for the wedding which was a lot more than I was expecting to do. Also, I felt that they were not used to working on the limited budget I was on and many of the vendors they recommended were out of my price range and had I gone with all of the ones that were recommended to me, I would have easily spent an extra $10k on my wedding with nearly the same results.

Having said all that. Dream Designs truly pulled through on the day of my wedding. I had Bonnie plus her assistant on site and everything was taken care of from beginning to end. I had no idea of any of the hiccups that occured until my parents told me about them long after I had come back from my honeymoon. The reception site looked GORGEOUS and while it ws my vision they put it together perfectly. Also they decorated my honeymoon suite and it was such a nice surprise after such a long day.

I would recommend Dream Designs to anyone if they were not on a tight budget. If I were to do it all over again I would have loved to have them as "day of" planners but they do not provide this service. If you are willing to pay the price, I am sure Dream Designs will put together the wedding of your Dreams.

I write this review in order to not have another bride go through the same thing I had to go through. I find it very unfortunate that I hired Tiffany to be my wedding planner and I had to basically plan everything. Her organization skills were terrible, and so was her timing. I traveled out of state to meet with her for my wedding planing and with a short schedule she would always manage to run very very very late. Other than that she would confuse me with other brides constantly and that in itself caused me a lot of stress.
I contracted Tiffany 2 years out from my wedding, and from day one I gave her my budget and asked her to give me a budget back where she thought the money would go. Took her months to get me a silly template that showed just very few expenses. Long story short, 2 months before the wedding i didn't have flowers, linens, chairs, tables, dj, and the few things I did have were okay because I was calling the vendors up and ironing out the details with them.
I had had enough when 2 months before the wedding she gives me a decor bill (only included lights and some lounge) which was nearly 10,000. She should know my budget right? Well, that was going way over my budget. She also added that it did not include a dance floor. Which I can only assume would not have fit in my budget either.

Last word of advice never let a vendor send their invoice to the planner first!!!! I don't care if they say they need to "review" it first. Your paying the bill so you review it first! Then, make changes if need be.

I hired Tiffany Nieves to do the lighting for my wedding at the Four Seasons in Miami. The contract stated that she was going to do a gobo monogram that would shine on a waterfall during the cocktail hour outdoors and also do the lighting in the ballroom during the dinner reception. She was clearly too occupied to deal with my wedding because she completely neglected to do the gobo monogram, which was something my husband and I were really looking forward to as it would have brought a unique touch to our wedding. My wedding planner and the wedding coordinator of the Four Seasons attempted to contact Tiffany Nieves so as to inquire why the gobo monogram was not up yet during the cocktail hour. She had left the Four Seasons already and claimed that one of her workers were still there. This "worker" was never found and no one at my wedding had the pleasure of seeing the monogram at any point during the cocktail, which was such a disappointment to me and my family who paid for it.

When I got back from my honeymoon, I contacted Tiffany Nieves and politely asked for a refund for the gobo monogram. She claimed that the gobo was up and denied everything. I continued to attempt to communicate with her and explain that no one at my wedding ever saw the gobo monogram, therefore we deserve a refund. Tiffany Nieves became nasty, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I was astounded because I had thought I was lucky to have her involved in my wedding, especially because she had been involved in platinum weddings, but I was left feeling cheated and sad that I ever hired her. Ms. Nieves never apologized for her error, and she never gave me our money back. I would have respected her so much more if she had admitted her honest mistake, and provided us with a refund. But, she chose to disrespect us with her lies as she continued to cover up her mistake.

We contemplated suing her for breach of contract, but I decided to take the high road. I am writing this review only to warn other brides before they consider her services. I would not wish such disappointment and terrible service to any other bride, especially on the one day when you want everything to go right.

Exaggerates on what she will be able to provide to get the business and comes up short on the day of your wedding. Sadly, absolutely terrible.

Please do yourself a favor and reconsider if you are contemplating using Tiffany to plan your wedding. During the coarse of planning she would schedule the over the phone chat sessions that she would never show up for. I can't even tell you how many times she left me waiting by the phone. When she was confronted about it instead of just admitting she forgot she'd blame her assistant Bonnie. She make promises that she cannot deliver on. She constantly insists that you trust her but she falls short on the big day. I also found out after the fact that she uses the same caterer, florist, photographer, etc for all of her weddings. Which is why all of her weddings look the same. If you go against the grain of her norm she punishes you for it but forgetting some important element of your wedding day. For example, my husband & I spent 6 months hand making our wedding favors, we paid for a special table to display them during the wedding, which was forgotten, and then she FORGOT to disperse our favors. She had no regard for our budget which was fairly large to begin with and put us about $75,000 OVER budget. I can go on and on. Do not hire Tiffany from Dream Design Weddings.

I was part of a wedding a few months ago in which Tiffany was the wedding planner. Although the reception was beautiful, her services were terrible. She is very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. She thinks very highly of herself and I'm not really sure where her ego comes from. She likes her events to be more about her than the bride and groom. What a waste of money. And no, I'm not a planner trying to undermine Tiffany--this is truly my experience.
